in to coach you know if you're in a
to coach people you want to help people
you want to transform people's lives but
you're in the back of your mind I think
it will do I have to be an expert do I
need to be an expert in order for me to
start coaching and the answer to that is
absolutely not you do not need to be an
expert okay we are everybody in this you
know out there think that they have to
get degrees and certificates and all of
this other stuff but nobody has ever
needed that okay in the last 15 years
that I've been coaching people and I've
been helping people transform their
their lives online and offline nobody's
ever asked whether i'd have certificate
or not I don't have certificate I don't
have college degrees okay however I get
results for people that's the only thing
that people care about they care about
getting results so when people come into
my coaching program they get the results
that they come in and they desire okay
that's all that's required now the only
thing that I tell people that if you're
going to have a requirement is that you
need to have some type of transformation
in your life you need to have something
work you went from point A to point B
and you had a system or you use this
service or you use some type of tool
anything like that if you can take that
transformation that happened with you
you can turn around and you can coach
people on that ok that's the only
requirement there's no certificates
there's no degrees all that stuff is is
just crazy nonsense okay and you know
you guys if you're in the fitness
industry right I mean it crazy i was
selling a paleo diet program okay for a
long time I didn't have degrees in it
but what I did was I learned about the
Paleo diet and want to do is I created a
coaching program on that now what Adam
was I was like 220 pounds okay and I
basically got on this paleo diet where I
love eating like a caveman eat the
protein no bread all that good stuff and
i lost over 40 pounds just quickly took
off and so I was like wow that's a
transformation that happened for me I
was able to turn around create a
coaching program for that but I have
degree in nutrition know that I have a
degree in fitness no
however I had a transformation and I
told my story and I told that story of
transformation to people and i sold that
coaching program for a long time all
right so you know if you're getting into
this and you want to become a coach you
want to help people you want to
transform their lives just look at what
has transformed your life where have you
changed from from point A to point B
what have you done this it's transform
your life and then just turn around and
create a coaching program around that
just teach people what you did to get
from that point to this point that's it
and if somebody asks you for a degree
say it doesn't really matter my degree
is the result of I'm getting four people
that's it nobody's ever asked me but if
somebody comes to me and says what's
your degrees i'm going to say i'm going
to say look at all of these results that
i've gotten with my client that's my
degree those are the results okay so if
people get hung up on certificates and
degrees probably because they're not
really interested in what you have to
offer that's really the main cake the
main thing of it okay if you run it into
people that that are asking things like
that then you're really talking to the
wrong people and that's a whole nother

have to be an expert okay you don't have
to have degrees in all that just know
that if you can get results for people
if you can change their lives if you can
transform what they're doing then you
are going to have a successful coaching
