and in this video we are going to look
at what you can learn from a $10,000
consulting session with Gary Vaynerchuk
how to essentially replicate his success
now this story comes from a gentleman
named Eric Rory
and if you don't know who he is he
started a channel called network
marketing Pro and he teaches network
marketers how to be professionals in the
network marketing industry now this is
where it gets really interesting back in
2009 when eric worre a was trying to
figure out how do I really kind of like
step into the new age of marketing right
he was an average network marketer he
had no real platform he wasn't playing
the digital marketing game at all and he
saw what Gary Vaynerchuk was doing with
the Wine Library TV so he hired Gary
Vaynerchuk for $10,000 for two hours and
the conclusion of that was incredibly
simple the conclusion was this Eric go
create a video every single day that's
it do it for a year do it for two years
you won't notice any results and then
boom your platform will explode and you
will be rich now they talked about a few
other things about being vulnerable how
to come up with topics how to know your
audience but the core concept that was
delivered for $10,000 worth of
consulting from Gary Vee was literally
go make a video every day so what did
Eric do well he was smart he listened to
that advice which I've been giving for
free but sometimes you got to pay 10
grand for something in order to really
have it sink in and make you take action
and eric worre I started making a video
every weekday so he did five videos a
week right Monday through Friday every
day and amazing things have happened for
that guy at this point so that was in I
believe 2009 he started the channel
believe it was March of 2009 and
literally it transformed his life I
believe after about three or four years
of actually putting out a video a day
every single day he ended up quitting
the network more
marketing industry he was making over a
million dollars a year as a network
marketer he ended up quitting the
network marketing industry to solely
focus on the actual network marketing
training side this is kind of code word
in my opinion for he was making so much
money selling me how to information to
network marketers he was making so much
money being of service to his customer
avatar that he decided to leave his
business behind that he had grown to
that point and so we do the network
marketing training at this point in time
he's still putting out videos I don't
know if he's still doing a video day to
be perfectly honest I know he went
several years of hitting every single
day of video and you can go back nm Pro
if you put that all together nmp ro and
then number one you'll literally see his
first video that came out about a month
after he had that sit-down with Gary
Vaynerchuk so when I'm telling you that
the process of building your platform
and it doesn't only apply to video right
like this can be translated easily to
podcasting just be translated very
easily to blogging and I've got another
case study that we'll be talking about
25,000 hour coaching session that
happened recently same concept in
blogging but effectively you need to
just put that content out every single
day it's like a heartbeat it's like a
lighthouse it's that consistency over
time so what does eric worre a created
at this point well he's a number one
best-selling author with his book gopro
he has dozens of different products and
info products and webinars that he sells
he has the largest network marketing
conference that's not associated with a
single business and honestly his his
kind of conference that he puts on every
year actually gets more people than some
entire companies conferences it's
literally VBL end-all conference in the
network marketing industry at this point
in time he has become the authority and
you got to remember this dude started
out as average at best right and how did
he build those videos well one of the
things he did that was really smart is
he went around and interviewed all of
the people who were getting better
results and he was so he was
learning it was the scratch theone itch
approach he also did a lot of
question-and-answer stuff at this point
he's got a Facebook fan page with 1.2
million fans on it he's got a hundred
and thirty five thousand subscribers on
his YouTube channel so when he pops out
a new YouTube 135 thousand people are
associated with it I know he's got a
massive email list at this point and his
numbers are quite astounding he's got
like eighty thousand Twitter followers
like 70,000 people on Instagram his
platform is massive at this point and it
all started with a simple concept put
out a video a day every day and he's
very honest I would recommend all of
them link I'll link to the first video
in that series just so you can see it
because it's great to see and he even
says specifically I'm not going to care
that much about production quality I'm
not going to care that much about
lighting like this video for example the
Sun just came out and the lighting got
all messed up I don't care it's all
about the content right now and that's
you need to be your approach to really
just get in and flex the muscle you want
to have a little laugh go back to my
first videos when I started my challenge
my video challenge they were terrible
right I'd like to take they're a little
bit better now and I watch them I get
comments on them and I respond all the
comments and I sometimes watch those
older videos and I just laugh and I
leave them up proudly because it shows
that it's an evolution it's a process
right not an event to create this stuff
online it's not an event in any way
shape or form so if you haven't already
started taking daily action please do so
that's the way to get there do your
daily video do your daily vlog post
whatever it is that you're comfortable
doing your daily podcast just do the
work daily everyday give of yourself be
of service to your target market and
great things will happen if you stick
with it long enough that I guarantee
that Gary Vaynerchuk guarantees I know
Eric wore a will guarantee that he been
