and it's a good opportunity for me to
take a my phone real quick
and answer some of the questions that
I've received from you guys so someone
asked me a question the other day on my
blog which was what internet marketing
books do I recommend for someone that's
interested in getting started making
money online now I want to share with
you guys four books okay four books that
come to mind up at the top of my head
right now that have really benefitted me
and helped change my life and really
inspired me to get started making money
online so the first book that I want to
recommend for you guys is a book that
you probably already heard of and
especially if you're an internet
marketer you've probably already read it
and if you haven't then this is a good
book to start with but it's a book
called the 4-hour workweek by Tim
Ferriss
okay the 4-hour workweek by Tim Ferriss
and this is a book that I read years ago
is probably one the first books I read
that really motivated me to get started
making money online because it really
changed my paradigm of what was possible
you know I was always raised with the
traditional belief that you got to go to
school you got to get great grades you
got to get a good education and then you
work your ass off for your entire life
so that one day when you're 65 years old
you can eventually retire and travel and
just live your life and he kind of makes
fun of that in the book and he describes
there's a new rich there's a new way of
living your life and the book is about
how to escape the 9 to 5 and create a
lifestyle that only requires about four
hours a week of work so that you can
travel the world living your dreams
doing whatever it is that you want
making passive income and being
financially free and so it's a great
book highly recommended you know in the
book Tim Ferriss describes how he
travels the world how he goes to Brazil
he does jujitsu he goes to Thailand he's
doing Muay Thai he's doing Samba classes
all types of stuff and that is possible
and the possibility of it is what really
is the biggest thing I got from that
book and it also goes into a lot about
automating your life oats or
seeing leveraging herself so it's a
really great book to recomm that I'd
start with the second book that I
recommend is a book that I read recently
when I was in Bali and it was actually a
gift from someone on my blog and I heard
about it four years before but I never
got a chance to read it till just this
early this year and it's a book called
The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco
and this is a book that was really well
written I love the style of this book
and it really changed it's another book
that shifts her paradigm and your
mindset of how to get rich fast now I'm
not really big and just telling people
you can get rich overnight or anything
like that
because getting rich and making money is
something that requires a lot of hard
work
failures experience developing yourself
and everything but there's definitely a
way of doing it faster than a lot of the
traditional ways of how we've been
taught and you know we've been taught
that you can get rich by investing in
mutual funds and stuff like that and in
this book The Millionaire Fastlane is
all about how to get on the fast track
because even that strategy of what most
people learn from their banks and and
other finance books about investing in
mutual funds pay yourself first that
strategy is it gets low
I started get rich slow strategy and so
uh MJ DeMarco talks about how the
internet is making more people rich than
anything and how you can leverage it and
take advantage of it so it's a really
great book that I recommend really
inspired me it's probably one of the
best books that I've read on the subject
so that's why I'm recommending it the
third book I want to recommend is a book
that is going to be a little bit
challenging for you guys to find but
it's a book that I read when I went to
Thailand when I was first building my
internet business and has a book called
fu money
ok fu money by Dan Locke Dan Locke and
I'll try to find links to all these
books and link to them in my blog post
and in the video description but this is
a book that really changed my life Dan
Locke is from Vancouver and he actually
gave me his book for free at a seminar
that he is speaking at and I read this
book when I went to Thailand I was
building my first online business and I
was so motivated driven my goal is to
make $300 a month passive income
read this book when I was there and it
was just a life-changing book for me
because it really helped me with my
mindset with internet marketing the
possibility of it had some really great
exercises and it just shifted my beliefs
so really great book highly recommended
I love his style of writing as well it's
very direct like a few kind of you know
a few money is the book what is called
so it's a very direct powerful way that
really got through to me the fourth book
I'm gonna share with you guys is a book
that helped me to build my blog and it's
called crush it by Gary Vaynerchuk and
Gary Vaynerchuk Gary Vee is got some
great books out there but crush it I
think was his first book that he put out
and as all about how to make money doing
what you love how to edit cash in from
your passions make profit from your
passions and it really inspired me at
the time because that was when I was
first building project life master comm
and when I read that book it just really
made me believe and had helped me have
the right mindset to build my blog and
build it into the success that it is now
so those are the four books that I
recommend for you guys okay the 4-hour
workweek The Millionaire Fastlane fu
money and crush it by Gary Vaynerchuk
those four books are definitely amazing
an amazing start now there don't really
go into the practical logistical
step-by-step how-to of making money
online but it will help with the mindset
the beliefs and motivate you to actually
