master calm this is my august 2014
mostly goals report where every single
month I give you guys an update on where
I'm at with the goals that I set at the
beginning of the year I've got my laptop
right here in front of me and I've got a
list of all the goals that I set out so
far this year for 2014 and I'm gonna
give you guys an update on each of those
goals one by one and then also of course
on the blog project like master calm you
guys can go there follow along and see
everything in a lot more detail ok so
I'm gonna go over to my first goals I
got my laptop here in front of me so the
first goal that I set out this year was
health and fitness to be a hundred and
sixty pounds and at six percent body fat
and compete in the wbff on july 26 2014
so I achieved that goal last month in
july on july 26 you guys go to the blog
see the pictures and everything and my
physical transformation leading up to
that but i want to give you guys just an
update just on how i'm doing with that
goal because my goal right now is to
continue to put on lean muscle mass
while staying low body fat and so for
most of august i was actually in brazil
I was in Rio de Janeiro you guys
probably saw from a lot of the video
blogs that was putting out and my goal
has been now shifting to put on muscles
so I've been eating a lot more food and
also lifting a lot heavier while again I
want to stay lean I want to stay in
at right now is 154 154 pounds at eight
percent body fat and my previous month
of july i was 151 pounds at six percent
body fat and so i did gain a bit of
weight during august some of it being
fat maybe a tiny bit of it being muscled
maybe some of it even mean glycogen now
that i'm eating a lot more as well but
nonetheless i'm still less than ten
percent body fat and i kind of expected
this to happen a little bit it was a
challenge for me being in brazil and
still you know tracking calories and
eating healthy and everything because a
lot of my ed a lot of my eating was
eating out at restaurants
and so it's very challenging to manage
all that I still made sure that I was
working out almost every day on top of
that which was great but I also wanted
to enjoy myself a little bit more too
and I worked for over six months dieting
for my fitness show and eating the same
things and tracking all my meals and
stuff so it was nice to get away from
that for a little while and just eat a
lot of foods that I wouldn't normally
eat but I've been refocused again now
that I'm back in Vancouver and my goal
again is to make progress to get up to
160 pounds while still staying in single
digit body fat so what I'm gonna do up
just moving forward with that goal is to
give you guys an update on it is I want
to continue to post updates every month
with my body I want to update you guys
on how i'm doing and progressing with my
physical body because i found it really
keeps me accountable sharing with you
guys exactly what i'm doing and it just
keeps my standards high so i'm going to
be sharing with you guys in my monthly
goals report so you guys can continue to
see my progress moving forward ok gold
number 2 i'll easily complete a 7 to 10
day cleanse using the total wellness
cleanse by december 31st 2014 no
progress has been made on that yet but
i'm going to be focusing on that in
October 2014 and do a 10 day cleanse at
that time I'm actually going to a Tony
Robbins seminar again unleash the power
within in dallas in october late october
and so i'm planning on doing a 10 day
cleanse right after that event and
specifically because on the last day of
the Tony Robbins seminar its focused on
health and he has what is called a ten
day challenge with her health so I'm
planning on cleansing right after that
seminar okay guys finances I'll easily
be making thirty thousand a month
consistently by December 31st 2014 some
my results for August was I made forty
eight thousand six hundred ten dollars
and seventy seven cents it was about a
thousand dollars less than the month
before but nonetheless very consistent
the great thing about it was I didn't
have to work that much during August you
know during august i was in vacation for
two and a half weeks
zille when it came back to Vancouver the
next weekend and went up to my brother's
cabin and it was away from all
technology all computers and everything
so most of august i was away and yet i
continued to make extraordinary income
by my standards at least that i'm really
proud of and excited for and i think one
of the biggest lessons i learned is is
that I mean that's the powerful and
benefit a passive income when you
develop these systems and you automate
these systems in such a way that you're
making passive income you're essentially
making money while you're sleeping
you're making money while you're on
vacation while you're traveling what
you're sleeping it's happening non-stop
and it doesn't break it doesn't take any
rest whatsoever and another thing I
realized too was just how blessed I am
to be able to have the freedom and the
ability to travel while still doing what
I love to have a mobile based business
because you know I took my computer with
me and Wallace in Brazil you guys know I
was still recording some videos and
stuff I did have been you know a little
bit of work on my laptop and everything
as well but just having that freedom
that ability to be anywhere in the world
still make money still doing what I love
when i was doing videos and stuff there
it wasn't because i felt like i had to
is because i really wanted to a lot of
the videos that are recorded in Brazil
you know as hiking and stuff and there's
this like a beautiful background and I
didn't even have my camera with me I
just took up my iphone and would just
you know turn it on and start recording
something just to share with you guys
because I saw it as a great opportunity
to do that so it's really cool just um
to have an internet-based business and
what it provides and whenever I do
travel or take time off it just kind of
reinforces that to me and shows me and
reminds me of the possibility and and
how it really has changed my life for
the better so I feel really blessed for
that I've got more details but my income
and everything in my blog post my next
goal was to have a hundred thousand
dollars saved by December 31st which I
achieved back in May mexico i have was
to publish at least a hundred video
blogs on project life mastery by
december 31st 2014 so Matt 61 video
blogs
for this year I did six during august i
was actually a lot less than what i did
the month before but again i was on
vacation everything but I've still got a
ways to go for this goal I got 39 more
video blogs to finish this year too in
order to complete that connects I'll
easily launch my new money-making course
by May first 2014 so I haven't been
making a progress on that goal it's been
massively delayed just because I'm
working on some other projects that I
feel a little bit more important and I
don't want to be too overwhelmed right
now either so that's unhold right now I
might get around to it at the end of the
year or potentially even 2015 next goal
I'll is a launch my new Kindle service
by februari first 2014 I've done that I
achieved that multiple times now it's
called my done for you Kindle read ebook
packages which has become really popular
and have continued to make that service
available launching it once once every
one to two months so I continue to do
that I did that in August as well and
launched it which is great Mexico I'll
easily launch my own kindle software by
December 31st 2014 that's continued to
be in progress and still in beta testing
mode right now I've got a few friends
and a few customers that have been
testing it just to make sure that it's
working properly and functioning before
i start to sell it and make it available
for people to purchase next goal i'll
easy launch my new coaching program by
march first 2014 I achieved that goal as
well in March I've got my one-on-one
coaching that's still available for
people and I've also got my group
coaching mastermind were a work with a
small group of people helping them make
money online and it's the webinar format
we got a mastermind group a Facebook
group and everything which is really
cool so I've achieved that goal next
goal is I'll easily complete the
autoresponder madness course and
implement when I learned into my
business by march first 2014 that's
continued to be delayed primarily
because I'm waiting for my new blog
design to be up before I refocus on that
but I definitely am planning on
finishing
that this year because it's such an
amazing course and I've already made a
lot of progress on it at the beginning
of the year but I mean I just put it on
pause for now but that will be done by
the end of the year for sure I'll easily
launch the new design for project life
mastery by December 31st 2014 now this
was supposed to be done last month in
july but it got delayed it's been a
challenge this goal primarily because
i've been having a hard time working
with the right team of designers first
team i went with didn't finish the job
I'd to fire them replace them with
someone else this new team has been
better but it's been delayed they
actually made a custom theme for me and
they've been having a lot of problems
incorporating all the plugins and stuff
that i have in project life mastery all
the blog posts migrating everything but
it is almost done it's like ninety-nine
point nine percent done this just these
little things before it's ready a few
settings and stuff but they've been a
little bit slow on getting back to me so
I'm praying that oh but you've done this
week but definitely this month for sure
but again I said that last month too so
who knows k NEX cool I'll easily write
and launched a new Kindle book by
December 31st 2014 I achieved that I
wrote the book kindle marketing secrets
33 ways to promote your kindle book and
get more sales which is available on
amazon.com next I'll easily launch my
own physical product on Amazon by
December 31st 2014 I've been making some
really great progress on this especially
in the last two weeks or so I've
actually been going through an amazing
course called amazing selling machine
with my girlfriend and we're both doing
a physical product together and I'm
planning on doing a supplement I don't
want to reveal too much about it right
now but I'm on module 3 of this course
and i'm currently just looking for
suppliers for it right now so I'm really
excited about it it's moving along well
and I actually fine by doing it with my
girlfriend she's actually getting along
further than me so it's actually forcing
me to catch up I've been working on this
on evenings and staying up late working
on it but I'm really excited about it
too which is really cool so I'm excited
about that we'll update you guys more on
it and
excited is to have the supplement
available because I think it will
benefit you guys a lot too I know it's
going to benefit me because I wanted to
create a supplement that I can actually
use as part of my life and benefit me
and so anything that I take in my body
there's got to be high standards for
it's going to be high quality it's gotta
work and it can't be a crappy product so
I'm excited to share that with you guys
okay lifestyle goals I'll easily move
into the sheraton wall centre penthouse
on the 48th floor in downtown vancouver
by februari first I've achieved that
goal in my living room right now in my
penthouse next goal easily own and be
driving a corvette stingray by december
31st 2014 i've also achieved that goal
back in March I'll easily spend a
weekend in California by august 31st
2014 I achieved that in June I went to
San Jose to the Tony Robbins seminar and
I'm also going to California in October
as well I'll be in LA for about five
days with my girlfriend we're going to
go to universal studios we're gonna go
to Disneyland Hollywood and just hang
out there and then we're going to Dallas
for the Tony Robbins seminar I'll easily
spend two and a half weeks in bali
indonesia by februari first 2014 I
achieved that back in January and I'll
easily travel to San Diego for the
traffic and conversion summit by
februari first 2014 I also achieved that
back in January and I'll usually take a
one-week vacation and travel somewhere
by December 31st 2014 I achieve that
just recently going to brazil rio de
janeiro for two and a half weeks which
is amazing and social and relationship
goals I'll easily go out and socialize
and have fun at least three times per
week by December 31st 2014 so this goals
suffered a little bit I've been going
out maybe one to two times a week
hanging out with friends and enjoy
myself it's bit of a challenge because I
spent I've been spending a lot of time
with my girlfriend now and also time
with my family and so since I've been
back in Vancouver I've been mainly
focused on working and getting caught up
with a lot of things so I haven't been
able to spend as much time with friends
until I got settled in and everything
but you know that's just part of
traveling and taking time off and
vacations and everything but you know so
it's kind of a little bit challenging to
manage that but over
been feeling really good about my social
life and how that's been going I'll
usually have a fun get together or party
once a month by December 31st dozen 14 I
didn't plan anything in August because I
was away most of the month habits and
personal development goals I'll easily
meditate 30 days in a row for 20 minutes
at a time by December 31st 2014 so this
is a goal has been in progress I haven't
been doing as consistently as i would
like but i have been doing meditations
you know almost every day a few times a
week i'd say and it's been great hasn't
been up to 20 minutes but i've been
getting a lot of benefit from it and
enjoying it I just enjoyed doing it at
my own pace but I want to get more
focused on it you know just do a 30 day
challenge with it sometime this year as
well Oh easy go 30 days still biting my
nails by December 31st I've achieved
that goal as well I'll easy go through
20 Robins personal power to buy februari
first I cheap that back in January I'll
easily read at least 12 books by
December 31st 2014 I've actually read 11
and a half books so almost achieved that
goal I read a lot in August primarily
because I was on an airplane a lot and
it was a good opportunity for me to do a
lot of reading some of the goat books is
that read in August were a lot of health
and diet books because that's been my
one of my biggest focus is my life right
now one is called a Food Rules and this
really great book it had always
different food rules to help you just
make better decisions with your eating
and your health another one was on brain
over binge which was on emotional eating
the body fat solution which is a really
great book on just losing body fat it's
called the five principles for burning
fat building lean muscle ending
emotional eating and maintaining your
perfect weight another great one was
called will you seen the diet drama
which was an e-book that I bought it
which is a really great book it was
specifically for fitness competitors and
just how to maintain your body weight
and everything and not get fat after a
fitness competition and also the power
of habit which is a book that I've still
been reading I haven't finished it quite
yet so all great books are going to list
them all the books that are read on my
blog
my next goal was I'll easily respond to
friends and family members for 10 to 24
hours for 30 days I achieved that goal
as well and back in January and my last
one was I'll easily perform one act a
contribution every month with either
volunteering feeding families donating
charities by December 31st 2014 and
during August I've been putting a lot of
focus in contribution I actually
sponsored three children on a website
called world vision which has been great
because you can really make a difference
with kids and people that you know are
suffering around the world and make sure
them in a lot of different ways to and
just provide for them and just actually
see updates of how you're benefiting
them which is really powerful I think
because you have that relationship as
well as giving to them I also was
supporting the ALS and I did the ice
bucket challenge which is great helping
raise awareness for that I made a
donation ALS as well and on top of that
there's been a lot of small
contributions honestly that I make on a
weekly almost sometimes daily basis they
don't really mention because I forget
them to be honest I always try to give
whenever I have the opportunity to if
there's something that comes up you know
a friend for example is trying to raise
money for this then i'll donate money to
that if you know I see something on
facebook where someone's got into an
accident and they're trying to raise
money for that I'll give them that it's
circumstance when I was in Brazil you
know there's a lot of poverty there and
the favelas and everything and so I'll
give every chance that I could you know
when I'm at the grocery store and
there's you know those little things
there let's say you know add two dollars
to your grocery bill or whatever I
always take advantage of those as well
so I've been feeling really good about
that because it's been one of the
biggest shifts that I wanted to make my
life has been living more for
contribution less for significance and
certainty you know living for love and
contribution because I think those are
the needs that give you the most
fulfillment possible and that's
basically it for all my goals guys for
august again go to the blog you'll see

and overall you know the biggest focus
for me and also the biggest challenge
has been primarily with my diet after
the fitness show I kind of expected that
I'd go off and take a break for a little
while because I was sewing
tense about it for so long but now it's
just been making that adjustment
switching gears a little bit with my
goals you know still eating clean and
everything which is great but also
having a little bit more balance but I
still want to make progress moving
forward so everything is there on my
