5 Amazon Selling Strategies To Making Money On Amazon FBA

that have used that have really helped
me to launch my Amazon product ok so the
product that I'm selling on Amazon is
right here l-carnitine which is a

myself I had some previous videos that
explain to you and show you how to find
the product how the amazon FBA works how
to sell on Amazon the amazing selling
machine all that sort of stuff but now
once you've launched your product your
products available to sell on Amazon
what's next how do you get it selling
how do you start making organic sales
with it and really the goal in my
opinion when you first launch your
product is to be able to rank it as high
as possible for its keyword so when
people go to Amazon to type in a keyword
to search for and you want to be able to
have your product as the top product
that shows up for its keyword ok the way
that Amazon ranks things for its keyword
is first and foremost having the keyword
in the title of the listing as well as
the keyword sections but the biggest
thing is a number of sales and reviews
your product gets ok sales and reviews
so the more sales and reviews the higher
your products going to rank so I'm going
to share some strategies with you that
I've used and again if you want to know

thing i don't if you guys can see this
or not but i'll have all a blog post
that breaks everything down as well and
i'll link to that in the description but
number one
is to give away your product okay so
when you first release your product you
need to start getting some Amazon
reviews okay no one's going to buy your
product if it doesn't have reviews you
know that's the biggest feature of
Amazon is people are able to you know
decide on what they want to buy based on
feedback and reviews of other people so
one of the easiest ways to get reviews
when you first launch your product is to
give it away to people okay and then the
challenge is I mean we have your product
it's not going to sell because you can
have reviews so it's pretty much
impossible to get organic reviews unless
you give it away so for me I just
contacted all my friends my family
members people that I knew online
through Facebook whatever and I said to
them hey I've got a product I just
released here okay I'd like to give it
away to you here's a coupon code that
you can go in Amazon and buy the product
for a dollar or two dollars okay in
Amazon seller central you can set coupon
codes so you give them a coupon code and
the way that you want them to buy your
product is very important because this
is an important factor of how Amazon
ranks things you want to say to them

my project is l-carnitine right I'm
going to give you this product okay for
only a dollar or $2 and what I want you
to do though is I want to go to
amazon.com type in this keyword
l-carnitine
I want you to find my product okay it's
on the 20th page or wherever it is find
my product this is where it is and I
want you to then click the Buy button
for it okay and then you can use the
coupon code and buy the product so what
happens is when someone searches for the
keyword and then they find your product
and buy it
Amazon remembers that they have a
history of all the different ways that
people have found and purchased your
product and so it now associates that
keyword and it's going to better rank it
for that which that person typed in
defined by your product so you want if
you're trying to rank your product for a
keyword you want to ensure that other
people when they're buying it or typing
in the keyword and then buying the
product that's one very important thing
that will help you rank a lot better
okay so one two dollar coupon codes is
great a lot of people say that one
dollar coupon codes don't work as well
anymore so tool or coupon codes I've
been using for myself my product and
what you want to do is then you want to
follow up with people once they've
received the product follow up with them
and say
you know did you receive it great do you
mind either going to Amazon and posting
an honest review of the product let me
know what you think and you know to
ensure that your reviews meet Amazon's
guidelines did want to write in the
review that they receive this product
for a dollar or two to share their
honest review of it okay so that way
everything is compliant with Amazon's
review guidelines and it is an honest
review as well okay I don't want anyone
posting false reviews or fake reviews
you want to make sure that they're as
honest as possible okay number one to
give away your products once your
product gets a few reviews like at least
10 or 15 reviews just by doing that you
want to start running Amazon ads now
Amazon ads is great because you know
you're basically targeting people that
are interested in your product on Amazon
and you're able to have your listing
show up based on certain keywords that
people are searching for or would even
whatever is related to it okay so for
example my product l-carnitine I can go
in and set up in a campaign and sell our
sensual and run advertisements for my
product and basically it's a
pay-per-click model so for every time
someone clicks on your ad then you get
charged whatever it is per click and you
could actually set your bid price
because you get a bid and have a max bit
of what you're willing to pay per click
as well as your budget as well now when
you run Amazon ads it's very important
first and foremost run automatic
targeting okay automatic targeting
basically means that they're going to
determine how you know who to target
based on your product and it's going to
be more broad okay and you want to make
sure that your budget is high I've had
my budget a couple thousand dollars and
over you know fifteen hundred dollars
because the higher the budget is the
more that they're going to show your
product and the more impressions that
clicks is going to get now Amazon the
way that works is when you set the
budget high they don't spend up to that
budget I've never spent nearly even
close to my budget with it so you might
want to start off slow with that but you
know if I set the daily budget to be
fifteen hundred dollars I mean the most
it'll ever spend in a day for my product
is like you know fifty dollars for
example okay
so higher budget the better once you run
automatic targeting you get some sales
you get some data from that what you'll
be able to do then after that is target
more specific keywords okay and now
they're able to run a report to see all
the different keywords that people typed
in and use to buy your product which are
basically the keywords that people have
bet you know the keywords that are
converting best for your product so you
can run other Amazon ad campaigns to
target people now that are just
specifically typing in whatever keywords
based on what the data provided okay
Amazon ads is great highly recommend
using it as much as you can it's just a
great feature and tool for people to use
to better rank their product and get
more sales with it
okay the next strategy is using a
websites like boo view comm ORS on blast
comm and there's a few others out there
and there's even a few that are a little
bit free okay or I might even just put
coupon code that coupon type website so
basically there's people out there that
have big mailing lists or they have
websites and they have a lot of people
that are a part of Amazon Prime so they
get free shipping on Amazon and they
just want to receive free products or
products very inexpensively and so
there's a there's a bunch of websites
like this some of them you have to pay
for others are totally free like I said
but you want to approach them and you
want to say to them okay I here's my
product here's a dollar or $2 coupon
code as I said and I want you to mail it
out to your list or put it on your
website and what happen is you'll
literally get lots of people that whole
one receive your product and actually a
very important part of this process is
you need to make sure that you reserve
your inventory because I've heard
stories or people you know put their
product out there they give away a
dollar to our coupon code and then it
gets leaked and then they basically have
a whole inventory wiped out at people
that received and bought you know all
their products so you need to reserve
your inventory and the amazing selling
machine they teach you how to do that
and everything I'm not going to go into
that in this video but you reserve your
inventory so that basically nobody can
buy out your entire inventory or your
coupon code can't get leaked out or
whatever it is which can ten can can
actually happen so you want to determine
how much of your units you want to give
away maybe you want to give away 50
units right and then you those 50 sales
that you're giving away is going to
spook sorry spike up your Amazon best
seller ranking it's going to spike up
your ranking for your keyword and you're
going to be able to follow up with all
those people and get a lot of Amazon
reviews so just by giving away your
product in that sense is just a great
strategy to you know get a lot of sales
very quickly which will spike your
ranking as well as getting a lot of
reviews
okay another great strategy is uh
Thomasson calm okay Thomason calm and I
really like Thomason because basically
it's a website where there's a lot of
bloggers on there and people have social
media following and everything and you
can post up a job or an ad up there
basically that you have this product
you're looking for people that want to
write a blog post reviewing your product
or promote it on their Facebook or
Twitter or whatever it is and basically
you'll have a bunch of bloggers that
will be like oh I'd love to receive your
product send it to me for a dollar or
two dollars and all you know when I
receive it I'll write a review on my
blog and I'll promote your product so
basically you give away your product to
all these bloggers for a dollar or two
dollars okay they're going to receive
the product they're then going to write
a blog post about your product they're
going to share it on their social media
their Facebook their Twitter you can
even set it up so that they do a YouTube
video about your project as well and
then they're going to link to your
product so one you're getting an Amazon
review from them you're getting all this
promotion from them and you know you're
also getting them to link to your
product which also helps with search
engine optimization and all that sort of
stuff as well so Thomason and websites
like that I really like I think it's
just a huge advantage for us in that
sense so I do recommend now and I'll
share one more strategy to Facebook is
really powerful and even beyond that
social media especially for physical
products so even Pinterest Instagram but
Facebook there's a lot of strategies
that you can do one is you could just
have Facebook ads that just run directly
to your product okay but typically that
might not convert the best not less
you're really good at your targeting
with Facebook Ads another strategy as
well is that you could have an article
about your product okay so you could
have a a blog post and you're going to
write a blog post about your product so
in my case I'll write a blog post about
the benefits of l-carnitine
how can help your work-o performance
your recovery your endurance you know
fat loss all sort of stuff and I'd run
Facebook Ads that go to that article and
it would just be an informative article
that just kind of shares a lot about
you know this supplement of this amino
acid and then what I do is set up a
Facebook retargeting pixel on that blog
post so now what happens is I can now
target people that have been to that
blog post and have an advertisement
follow them around on their Facebook to
show up promoting my products on Amazon
so once they go and read the article can
they leave there then the next hour
they're seeing advertisements show up on
their Facebook that have my product on
Amazon so then they're gonna think hey
you know I just read an article about
l-carnitine okay here's an alkene
product and they're going to go and buy
it okay which is really cool and one
other strategy with Facebook too is
building a Facebook fan page so for
example if you're in the fitness
industry or the beauty or yo go camping
whatever it is you can build a fan page
you know my case I've done the ones like
I love fitness or you could do I love
yoga I love camping and you can run
Facebook ads really inexpensively to
build up a big a lot of likes a lot of
fans on that page that are your
demographic okay so if I have a big
Facebook audience of a thousand people
let's say on Facebook that are all
interested in fitness okay and I'm maybe
putting motivational quotes or
motivational fitness videos or graphics
or images whatever it is I can increase
the engagement of that and now because I
have a targeted list on Facebook that
has high engagement I can now promote my
product to them as well and I can just
do it organically or I could also run
Facebook excuse me Facebook Ads to then
target all those fans and followers as
well so Facebook is a powerful strategy
but even I mean the social media in
general is powerful there's so many
different options and and strategies to
do it that way and I'll throw in one
more thing to even unverified reviews
are useful as well they're not as useful
as in verified reviews but I do
recommend getting some unverified
reviews just to build up that number net
Authority of the reviews that you have
on your Amazon product there's a lot of
Facebook groups out there and you know
people you can find that are that will
kind of swap on verified reviews and
things of that nature as well but if you
I'm going to do it you want to make sure
that the reviews are honest and ethical
and you maybe state that in the review
as well so that your is compliant with
Amazon's
review guidelines okay but unverified
reviews are great I've gotten a number
of them from my product too and just
basically people just talking about
l-carnitine or is the product in general
and posting a review on my page so all
these strategies are great but really
there's so many more that are out there
