day beautiful ocean or a caribbean sea i
should say here i am in my hotel room we
got my camera equipment set up what's up

around alright so I actually have a live
Google hangout coming up today it's
going to be an ask Stefan live where you
guys can get a chance to ask me any
questions that you guys have um i
introduced the ask Stefan series a few
months ago i think in january where
basically you guys can submit your
questions to me and i'll do the best
that i can answer them for you and over
the last few months I've been putting
out youtube videos answering a lot of
the different questions that you guys
have and really trying to focus on the
questions that i can add the most value
to that will benefit the most amount of
people and so if you guys are subscribed
to my youtube channel and you guys
should hopefully be notified of all the
different videos that i've been putting
out but i also have done a live Google
hangout before where I just go through
as many different questions as possible
in about an hour or so and I've gotten
so many questions that I can't create a
separate video just for each one so I'm
gonna do a live Google hangout um a
little bit later today I don't know the
exact time but i'll probably do it i'll
probably do it in the next hour or so so

camera here been traveling around for
the last the last two months now it's
been about two months since I left
Vancouver and it's been amazing guys
I've just totally rain and the cold and
everything been enjoying myself I
traveled to Japan for a few days and
then I went to Bangkok in Thailand then
I went to Phuket stayed in Phuket for
about three weeks and then I went to
Bali in seminyak stated an amazing
resort in seminyak is probably the best
hotels i've ever stayed at then i went
to boot for a few days and then i took a
long ass two day trip going from ubud
bali all the way to Seoul in south korea
seoul to Vancouver Vancouver to toronto
toronto to Punta Cana Dominican Republic
and then a two-hour drive to Santo
Domingo here in Dominican Republic so a
lot of traveling around but despite that
have been pretty consistent I'm just
recording videos for you guys and
putting them up on the YouTube channel
and everything this is my little
workspace here got my my laptop got my
microphone for recording screen capture
videos I travel around with that as well
the Panasonic gh4 a lot of people ask
all the time what kind of camera gear
that I use I always got to use the light
to help illuminate my face and so
unfortunately I can't record um you know
having my face and showing the view in
the background because we'll just be
dark and so I set up the camera this way
I'm going to shoot some videos for you
guys today as well I've been focused on
a lot
content creation over the last little
while show you guys here's my little
supplement area health I I travel around
if a lot of supplements too because
health is always number one priority for
me it's always a challenge while
traveling because it's really hard to
find you know healthy foods and
especially to maintain a good workover
teen and everything and so I've been
consuming this plant based protein is
organic brown rice and quinoa millet
being in protein go on different
supplements here that i take i bought
this cheap ass blender to actually at
the store the other day i usually travel
around with a magic bullet but mine
broke and so i bought this $30 blender
which i'll probably use for the next the
next month and i'll probably get rid of
it but really useful for making
smoothies because i found whenever i'm
traveling it's really hard to it you
know when you're trying to be productive
and stuff and you know work every day
it's really hard to you know just just
be productive when you have to always
leave your room and go to a restaurant
or something like that to eat a meal so
i always like to make smoothies
especially because it's more efficient
while i'm working throughout the day so
if I'm hungry I could just make a quick
smoothie or I could have some fruit and
that will say sheet my appetite at least
for the next few hours because if you
have to go out to a restaurant you get a
wait there you're going to order
something and it takes an hour just to
have a meal then that really kills your
productivity and your efficiency
throughout the day so that's why I have
the blender that's why I my protein and
everything she got some of the
supplements a lot of you guys have seen

storage and really great for fitness got
