we're going to answer the question do I
successful business online now one thing
you're going to notice in a lot of the
Mac versus PC videos there's a lot of
trash-talking there's a lot of haters
and people kind of like stake their
claim in one side or the other so the
ultimate answer that i'm going to give
you right here off the bat is whatever
you have right now that can get you
online and can type up a basic document
that's enough there's absolutely no need
to go with something like an apple
macintosh or upgrade if you don't have a
macintosh or a macbook at this point
there's no technical benefit for you
starting out as a new entrepreneur with
a two-thousand-dollar computer versus a
five-hundred-dollar computer and in fact
i still operate on a Windows 10 lenovo
yoga machine to this day and I built my
business from scratch on literally two
and three hundred dollar laptops the
only reason I've upgraded to this yoga
pro 3 is how lightweight it is it's
under 3 pounds and it's got the i7
processor that I really like so personal
preference it was the lightest fastest
machine and for me since I've been on
Windows since I was a child it's it's
too much extra brain power required for
me to learn a new operating system I'm
just I'm efficient enough on this and
the goal for me is to grow my business
and not to spend time learning how to do
new things because whether it's audio
editing from podcasts or editing videos
or writing a blog posts or manipulating
anything on the web literally a
three-hundred-dollar Lenovo yoga will do
the job everything above and beyond that
you're paying a lot for a brand and
you're paying a lot for a look and
you're paying a lot for to identify with
a specific group now I do travel in a
lot of circles of location independent
entrepreneurs and that logo is probably
the most prevalent the funny thing is
that I see a lot of people who are still
beginning or who haven't really kind of
made it to full-time internet on
preneur and yet they're running a 3,000
or 2,500 or 2,000 dollar computer when
I'm cranking out a multiple six-figure
business from a five-hundred-dollar
computer now maybe that's just kind of a
personal preference thing there but
ultimately I just wanted to throw my hat
in the ring on this argument and say
that it really doesn't matter if you're
just starting out and you don't have a
laptop and you're really truly committed
get a five-hundred-dollar laptop and
invest that $1,500 into the tools and
the traffic so you can begin to grow
your business because you're not going
to get an extra fifteen hundred dollars
worth of value by spending two thousand
dollars on a computer from the get-go
now if you've already got a macbook or
if you're already Mac proficient or you
use an imac great one with it it can
also do everything you need to do which
is simple video editing audio editing
and manipulating websites and
essentially writing documents but either
way you go the trick is to hustle the
trick is to put in the work because it's
putting in the work is where you
actually that's where the rubber meets
the road and that's where you actually
build your business so whether you're
building your business on a
five-hundred-dollar PC or a
two-thousand-dollar Macintosh it really
doesn't matter don't spend the money in
upgrade because there's no actual
benefit for it the trick is to get
started to take action and grow your
business no matter what kind of device
you're on and honestly if you can't
afford a computer go to your local
library you can get a library card for
free they have terminal set up there and
you could literally build a full on
WordPress website from any library
across the country when I travel and I'm
in a location that has a really
uncomfortable workspace or too small
workspace for my wife and I both we
often go to the library in order to find
a comfortable workspace to set up and
there is always and I mean always a
dozen two dozen three dozen computers
sitting there available for anyone in
the local community to use so if you
have no computer if you've got a PC if
you've got a mac run with what you have
or go to library and run with what your
community has because the trick is learn
how to install WordPress learn how to
add content to WordPress learn how to
drive traffic in these ways that we're
discussing here in this video and learn
how to build yourself a funnel because
it doesn't
or what computer you use to build your
funnel it what matters is how effective
your funnel is and how well that thing
converts and you can optimize your
funnel from any computer in the world in
this day and age so I'm miles bechler
