hi I'm miles Beckler and in this video
we're actually going to create a funnel
your first affiliate funnel based on the
simple affiliate funnel we covered in a
couple of videos ago and we're going to
create it using click funnels top to
bottom I'm going to do this in real time
so there's me subtyping there's a little
bit of silence in here when I'm thinking
and working on things but I'm going to
show you right over my shoulder how easy
this really is we've done a lot of kind
of overview or in the clouds type stuff
like looking down with a 30,000 foot
view and now we're just going to get our
hands dirty so with that said let's jump
right in I'm ready to get this going so
we're going to get me out of the way
first place we're going to go to is a
weber and we're going to go to a weber
calm now this is the email list system
that I use I've already got this tied in
to click funnels and what I'm going to
do is go over here to manage lists
create a list and I'm setting up a list
now I've already decided that I'm gonna
do the diabetes and I don't have a
website for this actually I'm just
showing you I'm a domain this isn't
actually my domain so if you go look at
that who knows what that is or who's
that is we've got my business trust
setting up a list I guess I'll tell you
what's going on on the screen here we
need our company name our company
website it's it's required I'll just do
miles back we're calm and then we have
to have a mailing address this is a can
spam requirement you got to have actual
mailing address for people to send to
you and I'm going to put my name and
miles at miles back now you want when
you're creating your list you really do
want to use an actual name you don't
want to use email at or info at it gets
worse deliverability than a real
person's name so I could even do my full
name here and you want the email to
match the domain that we entered above
the next step so now on the list name
I'm going to do diabetes cure and this
stuff people can see when they
unsubscribe so you don't want to say
prospects who didn't buy or you know you
don't want to use words that might
offend them so what I'm going to put
here just let me just type this out
you'll see what's going on email list
for the diabetes cure information like
just something really simple really
vague that if someone sees it they like
oh yeah I was on that list I'm okay now
it asks us about a confirmation message
and I'm going to go ahead and do
response required please confirm your
request for information and let's do so
thanks your interest in the video
because that's what we're going to be
giving away all through our offer please
confirm by clicking the link below and
then I said basically so I can send you
a copy of the video and the other tips
and tricks I have etc so that's it I'm
going to go ahead and click the approve
here and we now have our list set up you
can see it up here on the current list
there's one more thing we want to do
which is create a basic signup form so I
click signup form I've got this list
chosen so I'm going to create my first
signup form and I'm going to let this be
incredibly basic because all we actually
need is for this to be in the system
it doesn't default come with one but
clickfunnels requires it so I'm going to
put diabetes
sure and we will do what we need to
remember to do is come back to the Thank
You page here and add this with the URL
from clickfunnels once we get it so I'm
going to go ahead and save the form here
and I'm going to go to the next spot
which is Clickbank now I'm going to
click Bank because I want to get the
copy we're going to use within the
funnel so we were here just the other
day and we found the few different
products that I'm interested in
promoting for this niche that we've been
researching so you see right here the
big diabetes lie this is the one the
video is going to come up actually I
take that back I wanted to comment do
the other one that had it in text where
did you go I'm guessing it's this one
this is the one I wanted so here I'm
going to leave this this is one with a
crazy story the reason I'm using this is
because when i click here and i click
stay it gives me the text version if
this is new to you if you didn't watch
the previous video we went through this
in great detail so that's why i know
right where i'm going and i am copying
this hook because this is the hook this
is the big idea I'm going to give away
through my squeeze page or for my opt-in
page and give me a quick moment I'm
going to go ahead and rework this I'll
tell you what I'm doing once it's done
and
capitalize the first letter of each of
these since this is a headline that
we're going to use we'll be using this
exact text here and click funnels in a
moment using it faster this way sharply
reduce almost done thanks for patience
okay so now this is essentially the copy
we're going to use on our opt-in page

and why I'm using this is because as we
covered in the affiliate funnel video
two videos before this one we're
essentially going to be linking them to
this sales video and the sales video
actually uses this exact phrase and this
is the whole kind of like hook or the
big idea of the video so I'm offering to
give away the hook or the the kind of
big idea and when they click to watch
the video they go through my affiliate
link if they purchase this product I
make a commission all the while I'm
building a list in the niche that I'm
interested in this isn't actually my
niche I'm just kind of using this I'm
following through from some of the
previous videos on the niche so I've got
text here I'm cool with this this is
good enough to start so now I go to
click funnels now I've already got a
account here set up again so for the
email for click funnels go into the
resources below you're going to find the
recommended resources link I may even
link to these individually below if you
click on and sign up for a weber or
click funnels through the links below i
do receive compensation i am an
affiliate those are my affiliate links
but i say that because I'm really using
these and I'm showing you exactly how to
do it

person that's great we're all in
team so here we are inside of
clickfunnels now I'm going to jump right
in I'm going to add a new funnel this
funnel the goal is to collect emails I'm
going to name it diabetes cure such font
group ignore that and then this takes
just a second and what clickfunnels is
doing is setting up the different pages
within the funnel and is linking them
together in series so we're able to kind
of only have to play with the text the
copy and the look there is no easier
system I personally have hired someone
to do my WordPress work through thrive
themes I have a developer who does a lot
of different WordPress stuff for for us
so he really runs that if I need to
create something on the fly quickly that
looks beautiful and works this is a
system I go to so it does have my
personal recommendation so now you'll
notice over here there's two funnel
steps right we've got an opt-in page and
a thank-you page and we've covered these
in detail from previous videos I just
need a pic these are the different
templates I need to pick a template I'm
looking for super simple here because I
like simple now that looks good
honestly I'm going to go with this one
right here super clean opt-in and it's
creating the page so now it's created
it's gone ahead and created it now
inside of click funnels I'm not going to
get this a hundred percent set up but
you do need to know a couple of things
number one under settings you're going
to notice that let's see here the domain
you need to set up I don't have this
domain as I said and I don't have it set
up but right here we have the path and
this is the URL so I would change this
to like free video and when you become a
clickfunnels user you're going to want
to just be sure that you um you're just
going to be sure that you do connect
your actual domain name here they have
it in the support it's really easy to do
I just wanted to show that to you
so then we go and change the setting
here and the path I'm gonna put as free
video or what we call it was the let's
do pancreas jumpstart perfect so now
again I'm setting the URL level for this
entire opt-in sequence and that means I
can create split tests I'll tell you how
to do that later and exactly what that
is but whenever I send someone to this
URL it'll automatically rotate them
between my split tests and each of these
have their own sub URL that I created
this is the free video one so with that
said let's jump right in we're in
clickfunnels and we are going to edit
this page and give it a quick moment
while it loads the editor and here we
are within the editor there's three
levels right there's this kind of teal
green color
then there's the blue color so this is
the outermost container if I deleted
this right now it would delete
absolutely everything the blue is the
next kind of interior component so this
is called a section this is a row and
the gold or orange is an element so
you'll notice each of these is an
independent element right and we can
modify all of these we can duplicate
them and change the settings so for
example you notice there's a bunch of
headroom here I don't really like how
much Headroom there is so I click
settings and I go right here I'm my
head's in the way I apologize about that
padding top headings at 40 I'm gonna
drop that down like 10 and you'll just
see it automatically moves up right like
that and I'm gonna drop this down to
zero just because I like it nice and
high I like people to see it instantly
so here I'm going to do let's see here
I want to copy this so check it out
here's what we're going to do and this
is just basically out so I copied this
and now I'm going to drag it
up above and I'm going to go to the
settings and I want the bottom margin I
don't have a bottom margin on that so
I'm gonna go to this piece trying to get
a little more space between margin top
let's do there we go
so now I'm going to copy let's do this
so I wanted the shorter one the smaller
shorter one on top and see if it has old
free video reveals pancreas jumpstart
solution I want to make this larger so I
click the gear wheel for settings my
font size I'm gonna jump that up big as
it can get before there and I'm going to
see what other options I have here real
quick
perfect I'm happy with that
so I really
like to discover word to be honest so
what I'm going to do real quick I'm
playing with this doing in my own way
because I want this to be read so there
you go discover how you can reverse your
type 2 diabetes fast I'm gonna turn that
too you know what I'm gonna do that
right here dot perfect and then this
button says download the free report
which is not what we're giving away so
we want it to say get a free video and I
like now they might be watching it at
night so I don't want it to say day I
just like now people want things
instantly right now so that's what it is
so I mean here you have it literally
I've created a squeeze page right
instantly this is let's see if I can get
less padding up top somehow not sure
there we go this is the one I'm looking
at so I want to bring this up there so
we've created the basics of our opt-in
page right and click funnels I don't
even know what that took I think the
video is at like 15 minutes and this is
done so let's go add one more setting
here I want to show you how to tie this
into Aweber since we have that set up in
Aweber and we go over here to the email
and integration to use we're going to go
to the Aweber action integrate existing
form select the list and let's see if it
shows up now it was to have a
you lists 90,000 people on our lists
okay so here's what's going on right now
um it takes a few minutes for their API
this doesn't automatically update so
within five minutes there's going to be
the diabetes cure on here and I would
just select that and then at that point
it says connected and at this point any
time someone submits their email address
here it puts them on that list for me
and it sends them the follow-up opt-in
confirmation email from Aweber so that's
it the reason I didn't have mine on here
was simply because I just set it up like
I'm five minutes ago and I'm guessing it
updates maybe every hour or something so
I would need to go back for that but at
this point I click Save and literally
we're done here so we've got this I'm
I'm happy with this and we're going to
go on to the Thank You page so I just
click the little back arrow here it
takes me back into my clickfunnels
dashboard and I click on thank you
because this is the second page here so
now I'm looking for here's a simple
download page I select the template
that's going to match my first page and
I want that just so they look very
similar and they look good and you'll
notice right away it's got this kind of
goofy URL it automatically tacks some
things on to here and so I click the
Settings and let's just here is your
video so we're going to update that and
this is going to give us a URL so now
this URL arm I believe if I go look at
it right now and again you'll see it
says swell swell press clickfunnels so
that's it it gives the Thank You page so
I take this URL and I'm actually going
to go back to Aweber and on the Thank
You page I'm going to put a custom page
and I would put in this URL here
and what this does I'm going to take
this space off the end that might goo
things up what this does is it makes
sure that a Weber will send people to
this page after they complete the opt-in
form that's the same setting that we
have in clickfunnels and it's just I
don't know which one manages it I don't
really care both of them say go to this
page when it's done and that's how I
know it works so now we're done in a
weber that list is fully set up let's go
back here and the clickfunnels and let's
edit the page now as we were talking
about in the last video where I gave you
the overview you want to create a
personalized video in here now I haven't
done that I'm not actually going into
this niche I'm showing you how this is
done in your video you want to say hey
thanks for subscribing I excuse me thank
you for your interest in the free video

you're working if and when you're ever
working in any other web systems there's
a lot of like make a change save refresh

page and it's to me it's grueling to be
perfectly honest and I love how simple
this point-and-click is request receive

screen the dashboard so what we've
created at this point is a new funnel
the diabetes cure funnel and we can look
at the opt-in page and we can even look
at this and we've tied it in with Aweber
which is our email list system so we can
kind of go right here and we're going to
preview it this is what it looks like

do-do-do-do-do-do entering others so I'm
gonna try it actually you know what I'm
gonna test right so if you notice this
is just a preview if I take that off
okay so this is the URL of it right so
you again as I mentioned before you
would be able to put whatever your URL
here is if it's diabetes cure it doesn't
need to have a clickfunnels this is just
because it's like a demo for us to play
with this right now so they're going to
enter my email address click get the
free video right now incredibly
important to always always always always
test your funnel I've spent hundreds if
not thousands of dollars on broken
funnels and hey why isn't this working
that's because I had something messed up
so we test this and that worked right so
instantly it sent me over to the Thank
You page we've got the video in here
that would be my talking head video or
it's going to be your talking head video
for yours and then we have the click
here for the video so I click there and
instantly it takes us to the video and
what's happened at this point is would
have what's happened at this point is a
cookie from clickfunnels has been plant
or excuse me from clickbank for that
product has been planted on my machine
if I watch that sales video and I
purchase then that's it I'm going to
generate a commission of I believe it's
like 75% on that product which is
something like $35 so now you have an
actual funnel setup I hope you found
that to be
really really easy and just for fun
let's go back to the lists as you see we
are active on this building this is not
a joke this is not a hope this is what I
do
professionally for a living and now it's
not showing up aha there's a reason why
it's not showing up because my
confirmation email
I have to go confirm my email address
right now for me to be on there you do
have the ability under lists options and
list settings to turn off the confirmed
opt-in right so I just went to list
options list settings in Aweber and then
I went to confirmed opt-in and down here
at the bottom you will see send a
confirmed email for web form opt-ins
right so I want to disable that so I've
just disabled that so what happens now
is when a user will go opt-in there's
not going to be a confirm your email
address it's going to go straight into
the follow-up sequence that you create
they'll get the first email of the
follow-up sequence and everyone that
comes in succession we're going to cover
how to do that
that's where we're going kind of in the
future and that is a big part of the
monetization with this funnel we've
created
I don't expect most people to purchase
I'm hoping my goal with this and I'm
going to tweak this funnel is to get
break-even which means that at least
break even which means that I put a
dollar and paid advertising in and I'm
shooting to get a dollar and paid
advertising out for the Lord come in the
grand scheme because what happens is I'm
building a massive list if 1% of people
purchase that means for every sale i get
i'm generating 99 subscribers and those
99 subscribers we follow up with with a
very specific series of emails that'll
help them know like and trust us
therefore we're able to generate more
offers more sales and more commissions
so really this funnel is what we call
the from
and of your marketing funnel and I'm
going to explain funnels in greater
detail soon I don't know if I've covered
it in enough detail yet and the channel
but the goal is to get break-even or
cash flow positive on the front end the
result is a massive list I mean you see
I've got like ninety three thousand
something ninety two thousand
subscribers on my lists all of that is
generated in this exact way we're
showing you and now I have the ability
to go send out an email a broadcast
email to tens of thousands of people
saying hey would you like to buy this
and guess what people buy and that's how
we're able to generate four or five
figured days and these larger launches
is because we've spent the time doing
this which is list building and we do
list building effectively by using these
kinds of funnels and this was a total
hands-on feet and hands in the dirt
really kind of like knuckles to the
grindstone this is the process of
building a funnel with click funnels so

can't mess it up if you get it all if
you feel like you get all messed up you
just delete and you start over they have
a great support staff they have a
private Facebook group that I'm a part
