master calm in this today I'm going to
share it to you three quick strategies
that you can use to promote your Kindle
books and get more sales and the reason
why I'm making this video for you guys
is because I recently just published a
brand new Kindle book that it personally
wrote myself called Kindle marketing
secrets 33 ways to promote your Kindle
book and get more sales and so I thought
it'd record a video for you guys to
share three of the strategies that I
mentioned in the book and I'm going to
demonstrate them to you guys in this
video and then at the end of the video
ahead and get this Kindle book for free
so that you can download it check it out
use a lot of the great content
information in it to get more sales on
Kindle now I will mention that this
Kindle book is only going to be free for
a limited time so if you watch this
video months later or years later and
all of a sudden is had a paid status
then I'm sorry you're gonna have to
actually pay for it but either way it's
got a lot of great value great
information it's definitely worth paying
for as well
now the first strategy of the Sherriff
you is exactly what I'm doing right now
in this video is make a youtube video to
promote your Kindle book with you know
YouTube is a very powerful search engine
just like Amazon just like Google you
know YouTube is a search engine when
people come to YouTube they're searching
for different keywords or they're
looking up stuff and if you can have a
video out there that's optimized for
those keywords then people are going to
find your YouTube video they're going to
watch it and in the video is an
opportunity for you to promote your
Kindle book you know you can give it
away for free like what I'm doing or you
can just you know give a lot give away a
lot of great value and content because
when you give away a great content value
then and people receive that and like
wow this is awesome then they're going
to be more likely to go ahead and buy
your Kindle book and check it out and so
doing a quick video like this where you
give away something for free you're
adding value maybe the YouTube videos
optimized for your keywords or you can
even do the video with the title of your
Kindle book you can even do like a
trailer for your Kindle book as well you
can go on websites like Fiverr comm and
you can even get people to do the video
for you if you know if you don't like
getting in front of a camera then you
can actually hire someone on Fiverr
you record a video that's a minute long
or up to 5 minutes long talking about
anything that you want talking about
your Kindle book or just giving away
something for free then you can take
that video and upload it to YouTube
optimize it for keywords and just
basically get it out there and promote
it and there's a lot of strategies that
I talk about with that in the Kindle
book on how to promote YouTube videos
but but just by getting it out there and
having that it can really help you get
more sales for your Kindle book so I
highly recommend doing exactly what I'm
doing right now and creating a YouTube
video and creating content like this and
just getting it out there on the
internet you know if you have a book on
binge eating or how to stop smoking or
whatever it is then record a video of
you just talking about a few tips that
are mentioned in the book upload it
optimize it for binge eating how to stop
smoking whatever your book is about and
just get it out there and have people go
and check it out so that's the number
one strategy okay so the second strategy
is something that you should already be
taking advantage of if you already have
a Kindle book but it's the free
promotion and it's something that I'm
basically doing at the end of this video
which is basically giving away my Kindle
book for free now why do you want to
give away your Kindle book for free
because the more people you give it away
to and the more people that download it
or get their hands on it then the higher
your book is going to rank in Amazon in
the search engine for your keywords and
then also in your categories as well so
you want to basically give away your
book for free by using what is called a
KDP select free promotion which means
you have to enroll your book in the KDP
select program which means that your
book is exclusive only to Amazon and
Kindle for up to 90 days meaning you
can't publish it anywhere else on the
internet but Amazon and Kindle but the
benefit you're going to get from that is
is really powerful because your book is
going to rank a lot better and a lot of
people are going to get it and so that's
essentially what I'm doing at the end of
this video is I want to give away my
book to you for free because I know that
the more people I give it away to then
that more success I'm going to have for
my book the higher is going to rank the
higher it's going to rank for my
keywords and for my categories and
everything the higher chance that I have
for getting reviews as well you know I
know that if you get the book and you
like it you get value from it then go
ahead and post a review on it because
that's
to help promote my book and get it you
know out there to even more people as
well and then the other piece as well is
by doing a free promotion and having the
back end of your book optimized meaning
you know if you can you have a Kindle
book and when people download the book
and read it and then in the book you can
drive people do a squeeze page or you
can promote something or your website
your blog well the more people you get
it out there too even though you're not
making money from that well those people
are going to receive content and value
from you and then they're going to be
more likely to check out your blog
subscribe to your newsletter and start
following you more and potentially
become a customer of yours because you
just gave away the book for free and
just got it out to as many people as
possible so you want to make sure you're
using the free promotion and just giving
away your book to as many people as you
possibly can okay so the number three
strategy here real quick and maybe
number four is when you have people that
go ahead and download or buy your book
in order for it to rank for your keyword
as high as possible you want people to
actually organically search for your
book on Amazon in the Kindle Store for
your keyword and then download or buy
your book that way ok so one way for
example that I could get you to download
my Kindle book and that'd be great if
you did it would be just to give you
guys a link to the book okay and so if
you click the link and download it rate
it's going to help boost my ranking for
my book a little bit but we'll take it
even further if I said you don't click
the link and buy it or download it but
instead use these keywords which is
Kindle marketing okay go to amazon.com
go to the Kindle Store and search for a
Kindle marketing find my book
organically that way through the search
engine okay so you might have to flip
through a few pages but you'll find the
book called Kindle marketing secrets by
Stefan Poehler knows which is me and
when you find the book then click on it
and then download it well what that does
you know as opposed to just having the
link and downloading it we're actually
searching for it and downloading it for
those keywords is it associates with
Amazon with their search engine with
their algorithm that that Kindle book is
more related to the keywords Kindle
marketing okay so by having you
go and download my Kindle book or buy it
through the keywords Kindle marketing
and actually finding it buying it
through that it's actually more powerful
in terms of ranking for the keyword
Kindle marketing then it would be just
to send you a link and so if you have a
book on let's say binge eating or how to
stop smoking then you'd want to tell
people when they download it whether
it's your friends or family or your your
list or your followers or whatever it is
exactly what I'm doing right now for you
guys is tell them the keywords of how
they can find your book have them search
for it through those keywords and then
buy or download the book and it's going
to help you rank a lot better for those
keywords and so the last quick tip is to
actually ask for reviews for your Kindle
book now as you probably know Amazon
reviews reviews for your Kindle book is
extremely important it helps your book
rank in Amazon you want verified reviews
meaning someone actually downloaded or
purchased the book first before they
review it but it's going to help you
rank it's going to help you get more
sales and everything so the more reviews
that you can have the better and the
best way to get reviews is just to ask
for it you know first you got to give it
away which is what I'm doing in this
video give away your book to people
offer it up to people you know find
people that could actually benefit from
it so if it's how to stop smoking then
you can find groups or forums or
Facebook groups whatever is out there
and find people that are having a hard
time with smoking
give it away to them and then they're
going to appreciate that they've been
like wow awesome this person's given me
a book for free and then follow up with
them afterwards and just ask for a
review and just say hey I'm looking for
honest reviews if you like my book you
benefit benefited from it I'd love to
hear what you think go to amazon.com
post a review it's really going to help
me out and just asking for it is a
really important piece you can't just
expect people to post reviews you
actually have to follow up with them and
ask them for it and there's a lot of
great ways in my book that on how you
can get reviews for your Kindle book but
I found that to be one of the easiest
ways and so if you do go ahead and
download my book or buy it then I
definitely appreciate any review that
you have anything good or bad you have
to say about it of course if you have
anything bad to say or any direct
feedback I'd love to hear it directly so
that it doesn't go on Amazon and really
affect the sales because I really want
to improve my book based on whatever
feedback that you
and so how can you get my Kindle book so
I kind of describe to you guys in this
video how you can and the best way would
be if you just go to amazon.com go to
the Kindle Store and you just search for
the keyword Kindle marketing okay Kindle
marketing that's a keyword that I want
to optimize my book for searched through
a few pages but you'll find the book
called Kindle marketing secrets 33 ways
to promote your Kindle book and get more
sales by Stephane Claire knows and go
there and download it it will be a free
for a limited time if it's at a paid
status then you can still go ahead and
buy it that way it's not going to be too
expensive but it's going to be well
worth the value because a lot of the
content information is really powerful
stuff that I don't mention anywhere else
is all stuff that I've experimented with
I've tested it I've done it on I've got
over 100 books that are published I've
experimented with a lot of these
strategies with all the books that I
have and they're very powerful and can
definitely help you get more sales and
if you're lazy you don't want to do that
