master comm today I want to talk to you

guys about the concept of dream building

now this is a concept that goes way back

to the secret the law of attraction it

basically means that if there's certain

things you want to attract or create or

manifest in your life one strategy or

technique that you can use is to put

yourself in the environment of those

things that you want and actually

experience them so for example right now

I'm in Bali on the beaches and I spent

most of my day going to really high-end

luxury resorts type of resorts that cost

a couple thousand dollars a night to

stay in now that's something that is

outside of my reality but it's something

that I want to create from my life and

the standard that I want to live at a

few years from now and so one of the

things that I do is I'll spend my day at

these resorts I'll bring my laptop I

might even just go there to have a drink

or something to eat but by putting

myself in that environment it rewires my

brain to actually start to believe that

this is real for me that actually that

this is actually something that is part

of my lifestyle not only that but it

actually really motivates me and

inspires me to actually raise my

standards and actually achieve that if

you're already doing pretty well right

now one way that can motivate you is get

around where it's better you can find

people that are achieving more than you

orders putting yourself in environments

where it's like it's just another stand

or another level for you to get there

that will help push you and motivate you

to get there because you start to ask

yourself questions like how can I

achieve this how can I get there in a

few years from now how can I live in

this place a year or two years three

five years from now and by asking

yourself those new questions it'll

redirect your focus towards what you

want and actually achieving it another

example this might be if you want to

have like a really nice car one day

instead of having a vision board and

having like a Lamborghini or a Ferrari

actually go to the car dealership go to

a Ferrari dealership and sit in the car

and you'll get an experience the reality

of sitting in a Ferrari and seeing it

and feeling it it engages all your

senses

and it'll help motivate you to actually

achieve that goal of driving and owning

a Ferrari so it's a lot more powerful

than just you know writing it down or

having a picture of it where you're

looking at at home or just kind of

visualizing it you want to make it more

real for yourself by actually

experiencing it as well so I really

recommend that you do that with some of

the goals that you might have is to try

to think about how you could actually

experience it and taste it and actually

feel the reality of achieving what it is

that you want I promise you will help

motivate you that much faster one other

thing I want to share with you is the

concept of having a dream book and a

dream book basically means that whenever

you have ideas or things that inspire

you or things that you maybe you want to

achieve or want to do in your life what

you want to do is you want to capture

that you want to have a journal when you

write down whatever it is that you

really want things for the future things

that it might be totally outside of your

reality of what you could even

conceptualize for your life but just by

writing it down and capturing it and

kind of having a journal of all the

dreams all the things you want to

accomplish all the things that you want

to do whatever it is by having that list

that can help motivate you inspire you

for creating a greater vision and future

for your life that you can move towards

that's one thing that I learned to do

and it's really made a difference in my

life I just have a journal you know in

my office I'm always adding to it

certain things come up and once in a

while when I feel unmotivated or

uninspired I'll just go through that

journal and look at all the dreams and

that will remind me why I'm doing what I

do and why I want to work hard and why I

want to do and create great things so I
