My 2019 Goals And Resolutions


hey everyone this is Stefan James from
project life mastery Tom and I want to
wish you guys a happy new year
hope you guys are ready prepared and
excited for 2019 to make 2019 truly your
best year yet now the way that I always
like to look at the new year is new year
new you new life because right now guys
is a fresh opportunity you have a clean
slate
to make the changes you want to make in
your life in 2019 and make it whatever
way that you want to make it the past is
over 2018 is dead and gone let's take
the good from that let's extract the
value and the positives from that so we
can get momentum and success breeds more
success and we can take that with us
into 2019 and continue that momentum of
what was good but let's also take from
the challenges the problems the mistakes
the failures that you encountered in
2018 because hidden and every challenge
and problem in your life is a gift and
it's up to you to unwrap that gift and
discover what that value is often it is
always a valuable lesson that you can
pull from that and hopefully you learn
the lessons from your mistakes and
challenges and problems you've analyzed
them and evaluated them to learn what
you need to learn from that because if
not you're gonna make the same mistakes
moving forward and you're not going to
progress in your life we're gonna make
the same problems the same challenges
and year after year is gonna look the
same right and that's how it is for most
people unfortunately because they don't
have the awareness to extract the good
from the challenges and to make the
necessary changes to get better and to
make progress sometimes the lesson in
these challenges is what it makes of you
the strength that you get because every
challenge and problem it's like lifting
weights it's like you know that tenth
rep that 11th rep the 12th rep where you
can't lift any further it's painful it
hurts in the moment but it makes you
stronger your body adapts and rebuilds
your mind your emotions our spirit does
the exact same thing with every single
problem and challenge you go through
that allows you guys to take on more in
your future you're more prepared you're
stronger that you're unstoppable that
whatever comes up and shows up you're
gonna plow through it because of the
confidence that you built of overcoming
the challenges and you turn those into a
positive
and you're allowing yourself to grow
from that and become more always the
goal guys so listen hopefully you guys
have already set your goals you're
locked in you're taking massive action
towards them in 2019 if not this video
is going to help you it's gonna
demonstrate for you guys the power of
goal-setting how much this has changed
my life and I'm gonna
show you guys the
mindset and process I have for my goals
and then I'm gonna dive into my 2019
goals to share them with you guys now
I've publicly done this since 2012 seven
years this is my seventh year of doing
this okay my life has transformed
because of this process I was setting
goals well before that period back when
I was 17 years old I first discovered
self development goal-setting is the
one-on-one of success right it's it's
every successful person sets goals
that's one consistency you're gonna
always learn about and find but for me
when I first started setting goals I
didn't have any experience with it all
goal-setting is a speculation you're
trying to guess and try to naively
determine I guess what is realistic for
you to actually set and accomplish and
oftentimes because you don't have any
history of that or any track record of
setting and achieving goals you're
guessing you're speculating and sure
enough often times you come up short and
that was was my experience for years of
goal-setting I'd set these goals and
then sure enough I wouldn't follow
through on them I feel bad about myself
I forget about my goals at end of the
year would come by and you know I'd be
embarrassed to look back at my goals
because I knew that I didn't achieve a
lot of the goals that I set and every
time that you make a commitment to
yourself and you break it you don't
follow through
who does that hurt it hurts you right
because you're disappointing yourself
you're letting yourself down your
confidence or self esteem diminishes and
then sure enough the next goal the next
year that comes by why even set goals
because you know you can't even trust
yourself based on what you committed to
in the past your word means nothing and
that can't happen guys we got to build
your word your commitment we got to make
sure what whatever you commit to you
follow through you achieve it okay
now I was a dabbler for years and in
2012 everything changed
for me when I decided to publicly share
my goals I did it on my brand new
YouTube channel project life master you
guys can go back and see it if you want
it's a little bit embarrassing to go
back and watch that but that's who I was
and where I was at that stage of my life
and because I publicly shared my goals I
had a stronger reason I had more
leverage to follow through and achieve
them because now all of a sudden I
wasn't just accountable to myself I was
accountable to you and everyone else
strangers my friends are my family and
often will do more for others than we
will for ourselves because when you set
a goal for yourself and you break your
commitment there's not much consequence
from that nobody else knows about that
no one's going to judge you no one's
gonna lose respect for you because
nobody knows and so the only consequence
like I said is you disappointing
yourself your own self esteem and
confidence diminishing which prevents
you from achieving more in your life in
the future but when you make a
commitment you declare it to someone
else someone else is now holding you
accountable they know about you said
you're gonna do this we're much more
likely to be consistent with our
commitments when they're to other people
so I realized this in 2012 I made my
goals public and I found that over you
know that year everything changed for me
where I did a fitness competition I made
more money in my life I made certain
changes in my life that have shaped me
and to who I am now and year after year
I've done that in 2013 14 15 16 17 18
now 19 and my goals of my success just
skyrocketed because of this because of
this process and then I had a ritual
where every month I check in with my
goals to make sure am I on track do I
need to make adjustments am i legging
here with this goal and maybe I gotta
kick my you know kick my butt a little
bit to get myself back on track right
having that process you know once you
set those goals as even more important
than setting them because setting the
goals is easy but following through and
having that process to make sure you're
on track with them is even more
important because that's really what's
going to determine whether or not you
actually achieve the goals so
accountability is something that we all
need okay we all need accountability I
often use the example back when you're
in school and you have a
Deadline to turn in your paper there's a
test there's a project you're likely to
do it because of the deadlines but also
because you're accountable to the
teacher and there's a consequence if you
don't do it if you don't follow through
and achieve it and you don't do your
homework you don't do the test you know
prepare for the test you don't do the
project you're gonna get a bad grade and
so because of the accountability we're
much more likely to tap into more of us
our resourcefulness our creativity our
commitment or determination or massive
action whatever it takes to actually
follow through on it that's why you'll
pull an all-nighter if you have to
you'll you know you'll you'll you know
do whatever you got to do to make sure
that you get your project done you're
ready for the test so that you can get a
grip to get grade for it so it's the
same mindset but often we lose that
accountability in our lives and we've
got to create it for me my way of doing
this is by making my goals public and
sharing them this way you could have a
coach you can have an accountability
buddy whatever it is but I found this
way it's been the most effective way to
create a lot of pressure on yourself to
make your goals a must and pressure
creates diamonds okay that will shape
you into who you want to be it's not
easy or comfortable there can be anxiety
and stress with pressure but it does
shape you without a doubt so I'm just
gonna pre frame this a little bit before
I dive into my goals okay now as you
guys know if you follow my work this is
project life mastery I have something
called the life mastery blueprints on my
website project life mastery comm this
is how I look at life there's different
levels and there's different areas of
life that I want to make sure and
hopefully you as well that we're all
making progress towards these important
areas of life that includes your health
in your body that's your temple your
health is your wealth you've got to
prioritize that because if you don't
you're gonna suffer you're not going to
have the energy the passion to go after
what you want it's going to affect every
area of your life if you don't really
master your health and your body you've
got to make progress there your emotions
your mindset that's what's going to
determine your success it's going to
determine your happiness or joy right
your relationships everything that's the
foundation your health your body your
mindset your emotions so you got to make
sure you
goals there and you're makin progress
you're developing yourself mentally and
emotionally and then also we have our
career our mission our purpose in life
for me that's my businesses for you
might be your career you might have a
business you got to have goals for that
as well your finances so that you're
making more money you're saving money
you're investing money you're budgeting
money you're being responsible you're
making progress in that area of your
life as well your relationship intimate
relationship whether you're single to
improve yourself and attract the man or
woman you want in your life or if you've
already got a relationship how can we
make that better and grow it to create
more intimacy more passion more love
having goals for that area of your life
as well your spiritual life your a
connection with your Creator to the
divine - you know oneness progressing
their contribution right making an
impact these are all very important
areas that when I go through my goals
I'm going to share through some of the
goals that I've set for these areas but
I do this also to encourage and inspire
you guys to have more than one goal have
at least one goal for each area of your
life what's important for you so that
way you can have it all it ensures you
have a balance in your life moving
forward and you're progressing not just
becoming the person that has all the
money but doesn't have a relationship
and they're alone and they're going
through a divorce and you know you don't
want to be that person right that's not
success you don't want to be the person
that has all the money but they're
overweight right they're not living in a
body that's supporting them and got
disease and cancer and heart disease and
low energy and all the different things
that go along that's not success right
you don't want to be that person you
don't want to be the person has a great
relationship but neglects their career
and their finances and they're always in
debt and struggling financially you want
to have it all guys and the way you do
is you've got to make sure you
prioritize each area of your life you
have goals for each area of your life so
I want to put that out there and share
that with you guys now this year with my
goals I do have a lot of goals and the
funny thing is I'm actually trying to do
less this year that I have in 2018 and
even previous years I found one of the
lessons I got if you watch my 2018
year-in-review video
one of the lessons I got was over
committing I have a tendency to be an
overachiever which I know some of you
guys here are as well where you get so
excited you want to set so many goals
but sometimes when you over commit you
get yourself in that pattern of setting
goals and not following through not
achieving them and I noticed a bit of
that within myself this last year
because there's also things I always
factor in now now that I'm more advanced
with goal-setting I know that I have to
be flexible throughout the year you know
if you're brand new in the goal-setting
I often encourage people just build a
habit of following through on what you
said we got to make sure you're not a
dabbler
because if you're always changing up
your goals and you're changing your mind
you're not gonna achieve anything in
your life so you got to make sure you
follow through and you finish what you
start and that's very valuable to make
sure you do and you have but at the
point that I'm in now I've learned I
have to be more flexible I don't have
the issue of being a dabbler and you
know always changing my goals like I did
before so I can kind of break that rule
a little bit and I can have some
flexibility because my life can be a
little bit complex I travel a lot last
year travel to 11 different countries
you know there's always a factor of that
and there's always different
opportunities that come up that I always
have to reprioritize hey what's more
important right now maybe this goal that
I set it's not as important as this new
opportunity that came up instead that I
want to take advantage of and so I try
to give myself some of that flexibility
so I set a little bit less goals even
though it's still a lot it's 45 goals
and these are goals that are my public
goals here to you guys here on project
life mastery but I do have more goals in
this for example just for my company we
just did our yearly goal-setting process
and everything for my company with
project life mastery I think we said
just for business about 50 goals okay so
just for my business over 50 goals now
the reason why I can set that many goals
is because I've got a big team of people
that help me about 15 people that work
for me right now and they are working
towards those goals not just me so we
have a team that we're working together
but we've got to have goals that each
person has something that they're moving
towards and they're progressing towards
so that they have a purpose as well
behind what they're doing so I'm not
going to share all those goals with you
of course I'm
share some of the important business
ones with you I do have some more ones
too that I decided I wasn't going to
include I'm gonna be a little more
private I think with my income because
I'm just at a point now I want to have a
little bit more privacy in my life
especially around some financial aspects
of it because there is some risk to
being too transparent in this position
that I'm in in this world that we live
in today but also it became very
challenging for me to always publicly
share my income month after month
because I have many different companies
and different companies in different
parts of the world in Singapore and
Panama and Canada and I have a lot of
bank accounts and I have a lot of
streams of income and for me my my
bookkeeper usually doesn't have the
numbers for me till you know at the end
of the month usually two weeks later so
I would have to manually go through for
all my goals reports and determine the
best of my ability
you know with a calculator from all my
bank accounts and streams of income to
determine how much I made for that month
and it was very time consuming and so
I'm trying to simplify that a little bit
too and it's just at a point now it's
just too hard to track everything and
spend that time especially with the
return that I get from me I'm still
gonna do that in my personal life and
with my bookkeeper and my accountant and
whatnot but I'm not going to be sharing
that like I did before but my income has
continued to grow up it's in seven
figures I'm sure it's gonna get to ten
you know AOS are eight figures at a
certain point in the next few years so
you know it's growing it's improving
which is great but I am focused more
actually on saving and investing money
that's a big focus of mine in 2019 the
other thing I want to mention too I'm
changing things up a little bit this
year in 2019 I'm going to be doing
quarterly goals reports not monthly
goals reports so in the past I did my
monthly goals report and at this time
I'm going to change it and do a
quarterly goal report that's what I do
right now my company my company we do a
quarterly meeting and we review the
goals we have each goals for quarter one
quarter two quarter three quarter four
that's how most big companies do it but
I'm gonna try something different you
know I think you know I often share with
people what I do is just a way it's not
a V way okay it's just a way of
doing things and I want you guys to
determine what's the best way for you
maybe for you you need to check in on
your goals once a week once a month
right I wouldn't do less than every
quarter but depending on how many goals
you have like back when I first started
this I had like 10 goals there's a lot
easier for me to do that versus now and
I have like a hundred goals my company
goals my personal goals all that is a
lot more of a process so every quarter
is what I'm gonna be switching to so
there'll be four goals goals reports in
2019 to share with you guys the progress
and then also I found in the past is a
little bit too repetitive every month
and you know sharing the same goals over
and over again and sometimes not much
update not much progress to to really
share and that's the reality of you know
successes often times it is boring and
progress is slow but it'll be more
entertaining I think for you guys to
watch when I do it every quarter ok
enough pre framing enough you know of
that let's just dive right into it guys
I've got my goals here here on my phone
it's gonna be on the blog as well have a

you'll see my my goals there so first is
health and fitness ok health and fitness
the first goal that I have is that I'll
easily eat clean at least 6 days per
week to create optimal health energy
vitality and physical fitness by
December 31st 2019 now I'm just gonna
share this a little tip for you guys
when you set goals how you structure it
is very important they have to be a
smart goal smart stands for specific
measurable attainable realistic and
having a timeline ok so it has to be
specific and the way that I language it
if you listen to my goal I will easily
write I say that because I'm assuming
I'm presupposing that I'm gonna do it by
saying I will and then I use words like
easily to make it more empowering
because who says that achieving your
goals have to be heart I'd like to try
to empower the language of how I set my
goals by saying
we'll easily achieve this and enjoy the
process or love the process and that
changes how you feel about it and when
you change how you feel about your goal
you're gonna be much more likely to
actually take action and achieve it so
that's how I like to language my goals
it has a deadline it's something that I
feel is realistic because I'm not gonna
be perfect with my eating no nobody is
but six days a week that is achievable
for me and then clean is something that
I have my own definition of but it's
mostly a plant-based diet no processed
foods no you know massive amounts of
sugars and junk type foods like that but
it's a whole Whole Foods that has the
nutrition that enzymes everything that
my body needs to support my health goal
number two how easily detox for at least
seven days to support my body in optimal
health and vitality by December 31st
2019 so every year I I always like to do
a detox a cleanse I believe it's
important to give your body that rest
and allow your body to regenerate and
recuperate and recover our body is
always detoxing but sometimes it's more
challenging when your body has to focus
a lot on digestion so I'm not sure what
this detox will be maybe maybe it might
be another juice fast it might be a
water fast you know it might be a
combination of a few different things
but that is something that I am going to
commit to you and of course do this year
number three is I'll easily do yoga at
least twice per month to improve my
overall flexibility and physical
recovery by December 31st 2019 so yoga
is something that I love it's an
important aspect of my life
I don't do it consistently enough
whenever I do do yoga I'm like man I got
to be doing this a lot more because it
just opens up your body in different
ways you feel so much better you get rid
of a lot of the tension the stress the
emotions that we store in our body so
yoga is important for me and that this
goal you know I had set goals like this
in the past and I always sometimes
struggle with ones that I make a little
bit too hard to achieve around being
consistent around that's why I like to
say okay I'll do like a 30-day challenge
or you know a certain amount that I know
that I can hit because here's the thing
I'll let me share with you guys this tip
when you set a goal you're hitting a
target it's no different than when you
have a gun and you're trying to hit a
target most people though they have the
target be a hundred feet away it's this
big goal they want to achieve and it's
often unrealistic for them to hit
because they don't have the experience
and really shooting the gun and hittin
the target so what happens is when you
have a goal that's so hard for you to
achieve it's so way out there even
though it might be a great big goal that
you want when you shoot the gun and you
keep missing the target it's just a
matter of time before you get
discouraged you give up you get
frustrated so instead how you actually
hit a target you take the target you
bring it close you bring it a few feet
away right where you know you can hit it
you're hitting the you know dead center
you know every single shot right and
once you build the confidence from that
even though it's so easy and some so
simple to do it it get you get
confidence from that and then you slowly
move the target back and now you're
hitting the target now if you can't hit
it you bring it back closer right so you
can't hit it you slowly move it back and
before you know it you're hitting
targets that are a hundred feet away so
is the same thing that I try to do with
myself I want to make sure that my goals
I know I can hit them I know that I can
hit them I have the belief in it it
might be a bit of a stretch but it's not
to the point where you know I'm sitting
myself to fail I want to set myself up
to win and so that's why I set I change
these goals even though like it might
seem easy to achieve being consistent
with things that's more the challenging
part you know you might be able to do it
for a month or two months but I'm going
for the long haul and I want to set
myself up to win if I do more great if
you do more great but make sure your
goals are ones that you know that you
can hit next goal I'll easily get at
least 10% body fat and have my abs
showing and celebrate my by doing a
fitness photo shoot so I'm in great
overall shape right now I'm probably
around 10 to 14 percent body fat I can
see like four of my abs show in my
stomach but I do want to tighten up a
little bit more I don't care to do a
fitness competition like I have in the
past but I like to have a photo shoot
something that is an event that
motivates me and I pay for it advance I
booked it in advance and now I have that
accountability so I got to make sure I'm
training I'm eating my meals doing what
I need to
do to get to that point cuz I've already
paid for the photoshoot I've got to do
it and I don't want to look fat on the
photoshoot right so that is a technique
that I like to do for myself too is have
an event prepay for it so you can't back
out have the date set for it so you
can't back out and you're going to be
much more likely to achieve it so that's
one goal next is financial I'll easily
save or invest at least 1.5 million u.s.
dollars by December 31st 2019 this is
for me to continue to save and invest in
the past my my income my finances I
would track it in Canadian currency
because my company is in Canada I lived
in Canada I don't live in Canada anymore
so everything I'm doing now is US
currency except I do have investment
still in Canadian currency but I'm gonna
focus more on the US dollar side of
things and my long-term goal once you
know I want to move to Los Angeles and
buy a home and I want to buy a home and
the challenge is I might not be able to
get a mortgage because I'm not if you're
a new resident of a country you're
limited you don't have any history with
banks or any tax returns to show income
to be able to go to a lender and borrow
money there might be private lenders I
can go to maybe I could leverage Canada
the relationship I have with my company
my bank there to borrow money but I'm
gonna assume that I'm gonna buy a house
in cash a multi-million dollar home that
I want to prepare for but also I want to
make sure that I don't put all of my
investments in one property I want to
make sure I have my investment portfolio
that's diversified right with my stocks
and index funds and REITs and all the
different things I invest in digital
currencies and even another property
that I have is a rental I don't have to
sell everything to buy a home that it's
not intelligent to do that I want to
have diversified investment portfolio
but I'm trying to prepare financially to
have that the abundance of money saved
and invested for that opportunity and I
want to become a better investor right
now is actually a good time to buy the
markets are down right now and you know
some people say there might be a
recession coming too so it's good to
make sure you have money in cash
available prepared because if you do
have that available you can take
advantage of these
incredible times you know to get amazing
returns on your money
so I'm gonna that's my financial goal
that I'm going to set for this year
mission and business I'll easily
participate in sharing the amazing
selling machine in my ASM accelerator
bonuses to help support people in
building their own Amazon business by
December 31st 2019 so most of you guys
know I'm a big supporter of the amazing
selling machine which is the best
training I've ever come across that
teaches people how to sell on Amazon and
I'm an affiliate of them and I've got
amazing bonuses I've created called the
ASM accelerator I created a whole
membership platform and website for
those people that I can support them in
building their online business that
includes a lot of my courses and
trainings so I want to continue to grow
that you know I don't have an interest
in being an Amazon teacher and really
teaching how to you know create my own
course or whatever on that because ASM
is the best and I'm much rather just
partner with them make it an even better
offer for you guys by providing some
great bonuses and they you know they
have different times throughout the year
they open up or they become available so
I want to make sure I can continue to
support them with that in 2019 next is
I'll easily host at least two online
business mastermind events to be able to
help to intimately help people build
their online businesses so I want to
continue hosting events every year I'm
gonna do two this year in 2019 I've got
one scheduled in July and one in
December in Los Angeles only allow
certain number of people to come into
these events it's a very intimate
environment the masterminds where I
coach and Tatiana coaches and a few
others we work with a small group to
build their businesses so I'm going to
continue doing that next I will easily
redesign Stephan James calm my personal
branding website by December 31st 2019 I
want to make sure that that's more
professional I build my personal brand a
little bit more
I will easily create and launch K money
mastery 3.0 to help publishers make
money on Amazon so I'm gonna be re
updating like a whole brand new course
Ashley for my K money mastery training
and the strategies that I
inside K money mastery are evergreen
meaning the strategies I teach work
today the work in the future because I
don't teach any like loop loopholes or
gimmicks or things like that that don't
last but Amazon has kind of changed some
things a bit that I want to make sure I
have some more updates and I have a new
sub I guess a simplified strategy that I
think can help people a lot more -
because I've been doing this now for
many years and I've got a lot of
experiences to help me with this so stay
tuned for that I'm excited if you're a

get the the brand new training for free
so that's something that I do for my
members ok next goal I'll easily improve
affiliate marketing mastery to help
members get results while continuing to
optimize my webinars and funnels for
affiliate marketing mastery so this has
been a big focus of mine because I'm
working with the team to help get
affiliate marketing mastery more out
there and I'm getting more into doing
webinars and really improving I spend a
lot in 2018 improving affiliate
marketing mastery more bonuses
done-for-you services things that can
help people get up and running and
achieve success faster so I want to
continue growing that and improving it
in fact one thing that is a theme of
mine in 2019 is foundation see yeah the
way I kind of looked at it you know my
business has grown a lot over the last
few years which has been great you know
my incomes grown my followers have grown
all these have grown but I also realized
that if you just grow grow grow but you
don't focus on building the foundation
that's where you can really get into
trouble which I did I didn't have enough
help and a team to support my growth and
I got into a mode where I'm always
trying to do more things I move on to
the next project the next course the
next training you know creating more and
more videos for you guys and what
happens is I got into a position where
and there's a lot of demands from
everyone people want me to still publish
videos for them for free and then they
want me to answer their questions and
then they want me more active here then
they want me to update and prove this
and it's just I didn't have the
foundation to support it and so I'm
trying to do the best that I can with it
but I realized last year I got a higher
more I've got to build more systems the
foundation and sometimes that
compromises growth in the short
term but long term it's gonna allow me
to grow that much more the way that I
look at it 2019 it's not really going to
be this way but this is how I frame it
in my mind is I'm going to be taking two
steps back so that I could take ten
steps forward sometimes you're gonna
take those two steps back and it might
seem like man I wanted you know for me I
want to do more I want to create more
products and you know serve people more
maybe do more videos and whatnot but I
have to take the steps back first to
build a foundation bring in more help
more management more systems everything
in my business once I have that setup
man when I do decide to create new
products move forward in my business
it's gonna grow so much faster so that's
the way that I look at it is being okay
with taken some steps back short-term
for the long-term benefit okay and even
though I say that I know that 2019 my
business will grow you know just because
it just organically does you know the
more time you have your videos up there
and you continue publishing content and
you know you have a team working it will
grow but it's not the biggest focus of
mine in 2019 so that's why I'm reading a
lot of my existing assets and products
and processes that I have in my business
my website everything so that I can be
in a better position to build that
foundation and be that much stronger
okay next is I will easily create and
launch a new Amazon product and
transparently share the process by
December 31st 2019 so 2018 I got out of
the supplement business and I'm
redirecting my focus now on a new Amazon
business and the fun thing is I'm
planning on transparently sharing the
process of creating a new product from
scratch which I feel is more in
alignment with my existing business and
brand than what I was doing before and
it's something I'm more excited about
and I'm more passionate about because I
it can really produce a huge impact in
people's lives a lot more than
supplements can and it's something that
I thought you know if I'm gonna create
it something that I'm gonna use for my
life that you guys can benefit from but
I thought there's a lot of value in
sharing the process of being transparent
so that you guys can see what's involved
in creating a product on Amazon and
selling it and launching it and I'm
gonna share the whole journey of that so
that
a project I'd like to do in 2019 I'm
very excited about it I'll easily
publish at least two new books on Amazon
by December 31st 2019 so I'm excited for
that got some new books coming that I'm
going to be sharing under my personal
brands and you guys can benefit from
I'll easily improve morning ritual
mastery to help members get results will
continue to optimize my funnels so gonna
be improving a morning ritual mastery
I'll easily hire a new social media

I'm excited for this because social
media is is a huge trend right now and I
want to improve my content for social
media and have something that's more
dedicated to really blowing it up and
put more into that my Instagram Facebook
Twitter etc I'll easily hire a new
assistant to help support my lifestyle
and business so definitely need a new
assistant that's a more of an immediate
goal because my life is a lot more
complex now and I need more help a lot
of things that I'm doing that I should
not be doing you know I got to be
working smarter not harder so that's a
big goal that I have I'll easily hire an
Operations project manager to help
manage project life mastery so I already
have an Operations Manager a project
manager but because we've hired a lot
new people like in 2018 we hired four
new people full-time so you know my
manager doesn't have the capacity I
think it's just overwhelming to manage
so many people on my team that I need
another form of management to help
manage my team the projects and things
that we got going on so that will be a
big focus as well I'll easily publish at
least 150 videos on project life mastery
a YouTube channel does the same as what
I had last year I want to be consistent
with three videos a week and also
continue doing more interviews for you
guys as well to share a few really
incredible masters and different fields
of life Oh easily publish at least 200
articles on the project life mastery
website and blog that's also the same as
last year we want to improve the content
creation there and then also our search
engine optimization as well Oh easily
host at least
twelve life mastery accelerator monthly
mentoring sessions by December 31st 2019
this is one that is the same as last
year every month I do my live training
different areas of life and I answer
questions I've worked with in coach a
group of people inside my life mastery
accelerator so I want to continue that
and be consistent there Oh easily host
at least 12 online business mastery
monthly mentoring sessions this also
similar to a life mastery accelerator
but it's focused on business and
marketing so that's where I share my
more advanced cutting edge strategies
things that I'm doing in my business to
grow it and I also work with a group
coach them answer questions to help them
move forward with their business as well
I will easily attend the traffic and
conversion summit in San Diego
California
but have my team come with me it's our
second year as a team going to this
event and doing a team retreat so we're
going to continue that and build more of
the culture the bond within my company
we're all gonna learn and grow together
my team and I so that we can use that to
grow project life mastery and further
help you guys I'll easily attend seller
con in Las Vegas this is by amazing
selling machine their live event they
put on every year it's in Las Vegas I
think in June so I'm gonna be going to
that South Development Goals
I will easily read at least 12 books to
continue to learn and develop myself in
all areas of life
so this one I simplified from last year
last year I had 20 books to read but
right now for me it's not about how many
books that I read it's really going deep
with the books that I am reading and I
actually sometimes enjoy slow reading
then speed reading because when I'm
reading books I like to really think
about what I'm learning and think about
it how it relates to my life or I like
to research and look it up and take
notes and write things down so I'm gonna
read less books this year but I'm gonna
go deeper with the books that I am
reading I'm not going to be surface I'm
gonna go deep to really try to master
what I'm learning and I'll share with
you guys the books that I do read on my
quarterly reports I'll easily complete
the Jim quick memory training the recall
training that he has to improve my
memory my retention
cognitive performance by December 31st
2019 Jim quick is great if you haven't
heard of him he has programs and
trainings on how to improve your memory
and I want to improve this it's already
great but I can be so much better
because I want to retain the information
that I'm learning all the seminars the
events the books that I read the videos
that I watch the training programs
I want to retain more of that because
what value is there just learning things
but not remembering if you forget about
it then doesn't have that much value so
I want to make sure I ever I really
integrate more deeper and he has some
great training so I'm going to go
through this year for that
okay next goal is I will easily complete
the untethered soul course to continue
to develop mentally emotionally and
spiritually some Michael singer he's got
an amazing book called the untethered
soul and the surrender experiments and
he came up with a course that I want to
go through with Tatiana it's it's all
about being in the present moment being
happy disassociating from your minds
which is often a source of protection
and survival and creates these thoughts
and focuses that don't serve us so I
want to connect more of my spirit my
soul my heart and I'm excited to go
deeper with his work and that training
I'll easily do a morning ritual at least
six days per week to be at my best every
day so continuing with my morning ritual
as I have for 15 years it's one of the
most important things I do in my life
and I want to go deeper with my ritual
and keep up the consistency of it at
least six days a week
oh is a complete in biocybernaut in
sedona arizona to optimize my mind and
emotions biocybernaut is an intensive
neurofeedback experience that's created
by dr. James Hart I've got a few friends
that have gone through this and it's
been life-changing for them basically
they they hook up a bunch of electrodes
to your brain and they measure your
brain waves and your responses in the
brain to certain events of your life
trauma experiences whatever might be and
so you're working with the facilitator
and they're measuring your brain so when
they ask you questions you can see
they're not physiologically or in your
you know in your brain whether it's
causing any pain for you suffering
frustration anger sadness guilt shame
whatever it is and because you're hooked
up to the brain you see all of that the
effect that it's having and you work
through it so that when you measure it
with the neurofeedback it's no longer
there and it's pretty powerful
life-changing so I'm excited for that
it's not a cheap training it's a $15,000
experience but it's the equivalent
they've shared is equivalent of like 20
years of meditation people's IQ goes up
your EQ your emotional quotient so their
emotional intelligence goes up as well a
lot of really incredible benefits and
they've already done a lot of
neurofeedback in my life but just not an
intensive experience like this that's
really focused on optimizing certain
brain waves for creativity so I'm
excited I'm trying to arrange an
interview with dr. Hart so I can share
if you guys the experience on my channel
okay next Gore I'll usually do ayahuasca
an ayahuasca ceremony in Costa Rica most
likely to continue to mentally and
emotionally and spiritually grow I've
done ayahuasca when I was 21 years old
over 10 years ago and I didn't even know
what I was getting into at the time I
just went for it I had no idea what it
was a friend invited me a shaman from
Peru was coming in town I did the
experience but this is something I want
to go deeper with and have more profound
experiences sometimes you know guys just
trying to learn from knowledge is not
enough there's always going to be limits
to it and I learned this now doing self
development now for over 15 years
you know just reading more books you
know and and more watching more videos
and podcasts that's not going to have
the same impact I like to look at ways
that I can have experiences that really
produce a breakthrough new distinctions
insights they change my entire model of
the world and that for me has been
meditation retreats it's been immersive
seminars it's been traveling it's been
coaches and mentors it's been you know
like things like biocybernaut and
spiritual experiences working with body
workers more energetic chakra
a lot of profound experiences you can
have that are more metaphysical but can
have incredible transformations in your
life more than just reading where books
will ever have so I grow in a spiritual
level as well
ayahuasca is something that I'm excited
to go deeper with okay next I'll easily
hire a new life coach to help me grow
and develop myself of course I always
believe that coaching is not a option
it's it's a necessity in your life to
have a coach if you want to be great if
you want to be a master having coaches
masterminds people that are challenging
you and helping you grow obviously
complete a 30 day meditation challenge

mind and evolve mentally emotionally and
spiritually this is same goal as I had
last year last year I did achieve it I
loved meditation but I want it I want to
be even more consistent with it because
I don't do it every day I do it maybe a
few times a week but I would like to go
deeper with it by having a thirty days
deep meditation challenge because when I
do the 30 day challenge I meditate for a
lot longer than sometimes because
sometimes I might meditate for 10
minutes or 20 minutes but I want to go
