hey this is stefan from project like
nasty calm this is my april 2014 goals
reports it's basically that time of the
month where I talk about myself and my
goals for the next 30 minutes or so I
basically make my goals public on my
blog project like master I did it at the
start of the year and every month I did
his videos and his blog posts just to
kind of document exactly where I'm at
the open transparent hopefully I can
inspire you guys in some way you know
it's tend to be the type of video blogs
that I do that get the best response and
people are always asking me you know
what are you doing another one what are
you doing have another one so that's
what this is so I'm more than happy to
share with you guys my goals April was
an incredible month a lot going on and
I'm going to hammer through these fairly
quickly here but make sure that you
check out the blog post that I have as
well because it's going to break
everything down more in detail and you
can actually go back and look to see the
progress I've been making over the last
few months since january 2014 you know
january2014 one of the ways that i
motivate myself hold myself accountable
is i just make my goals public i make a
public declaration and there's so much
power net because when you put out your
goals out there for the rest of the
world to see you have a different level
of accountability you know i'm not just
to achieve these goals because if I
don't I'm gonna look like an idiot you
know I'm going to look stupid in front
of everyone that I know I'm gonna lose
all my credibility and it's going to
suck so I find that it creates this
extra pressure for me and pressure
creates diamonds you know the more
pressure you can have the more you can
raise your standards and have that
accountability it's a really powerful
thing and that's one of the reasons why
I think I've been able to make such
incredible progress is because i have
another empowering why that drives me
every single day to achieving my goals
so i'm going to go over all the goals
that I set for the year do you guys an
update exactly where I'm at with them
tell you about the successes the
failures the frustrations the challenges
everything and you guys can also go to
the blog and just kind of follow along
and see everything more in detail
alright so first goal that I set for the
beginning of the year was in health and
fitness which is that I'm gonna be 100
he pounds at six percent body fat and
compete in the wbfs on july 26 2014 wbff
is a fitness modeling competition that I
committed to you I actually did it two
years ago it's an incredible goal to
have for me at least that really pushes
me to get into really incredible shape
and so if you've been following along my
whole focus right now has its been
leaning out getting as lean as I can
single digit body fat have my abs
popping looking you know really lean
before i start to switch gears a little
bit and start putting on some muscle
mass and the reason for that is your
body works more efficiently at the lower
levels of body fat it's actually easier
to put on muscle mass and you have more
energy levels and your body just
operates on a much higher level so right
now the last few months I've just been
leaning out it's been very very slow
guys it's been actually this has been
one of most frustrating goals that have
had so far because it's um it's been
moving at the pace of like a turtle but
I'll tell you guys we roam at so I'm not
going to be 160 pounds by this fitness
competition because that's like three
months from now but I can be six percent
body fat and this be as lean as possible
and so where I'm at right now is I'm 149
pounds at six percent body fat which is
really cool I have lost one pound over
the last month which is kind of nice I
guess but it definitely isn't the level
of progress I'd like to see I'd like to
see a lot more but I'm already really
lean I don't know if you even tell just
by this video stuff i'll have a picture
on the blog but for me I've got like
vascularity and veins and everything and
my abs are starting to show but I want
to get it more sharp you know I almost
want like my abs to be razor-sharp and I
want to lose a little bit more just
because I've got this momentum I've got
this momentum going in my direction with
my diet in the habit of everything so I
want to just kind of keep going and see
how far I can go before I switch gears a
little bit because I mean purpose of
this fitness competition is this be as
lean as possible summers coming up the
weather's getting better so that's what
I want to do it and after the
competition my goal is to stay lean
while slowly putting on the muscle
mess anyways so last month I was on 150
around seven percent body fat and this
month I'm 1 149 on a six percent body
fat and I did I won't mention that I've
struggled with this I struggled
particular with my diet at times you
know I've had some days where I've just
totally gone off my diet and it's really
hard to pry depriving yourself you know
because I feel depleted a lot of times
my body and my body isn't getting enough
carbs and enough calories you know
because i'm at a caloric deficit in
order to lose body fat right you
basically have to be hungry and not have
as much food in your stomach so that
your body goes and pulls the energy from
stored fat cells which that's really
what that is it's just stored energy and
pull from that and start to burn that
for fuel instead of the food that's in
my stomach so it has been challenging
generally when you deprive yourself and
it can kind of have like a slingshot
effect where you know you just crave
food and every once in a while I'll just
go crazy and just go off my diet and I
did have a few instances like that
during April that I'm not really happy
with but nonetheless i am making
progress even little setbacks our
progress because i learned from them you
know that they helped me adapt raise my
standards and and this progress being
made despite the little setbacks that
I'm having so overall you know when I
look at it the big picture I'm happy
with the progress that I'm making and
I'm for me that's the only thing that
matters is just making progress towards
my goal I might not have achieved the
perfect goal of being 116 and the way
that I want to look and everything by
July but I can just do the best that I
can with it so that's where I'm at there
make sure to check out the blog I have
like my pictures of the last few months
because I've been documenting it so you
can kind of see the little changes in my
body as time goes on okay goal number 2
i'll easily complete a seven attend a
cleanse using a total wellness cleanse
by december 31st 2014 no progress made
on that can't focus on that right now
because my fitness competition but will
likely be doing that during the
wintertime okay that's going to
financial I'll easily be making thirty
thousand dollars per month consistently
by December 31st two thousand
14 all right so I had another great
month last month i made forty thousand
dollars 719 and that's less than the
month before the month before in I guess
March I made fifty one thousand dollars
which was the highest I've ever made in
a month which is pretty crazy but last
month I did thirty thousand sorry 40,000
719 so overall you know I've definitely
more than achieved that goal that I set
for my for that year and to be honest I
actually made more than the 40,000 this
month or last month because i did a
promotion for this program called the
amazing selling machine which is a high
ticket program and end up making a lot
of money promoting that but i don't
actually get paid those Commission's
until the next month and several months
after that because some people did
payment plans so really i did make a lot
but i don't count money that i just made
I only count the money that actually has
come into my bank account and I've
actually received from my bookkeeper
every month so I'm really happy with
that progress 40,000 that's you know I
it's just amazing how fast things
snowball and really take off you know
because for me 30,000 a few months ago
was like without like if I can make that
consistently be pretty incredible and
it's just grown exponentially and that's
just what happens when you have the
right systems in place and you've been
planting seeds over a period of time and
it just takes off and the crazy thing is
I still have a lot of projects that it
haven't even launched yet this year that
are going to make me so much more money
you know one of the reasons why i made
so much last in march is because I
launch my new coaching program you know
just this month in may i launched you
know a new course on how to write a book
and so you know and on top of that you
know I'm focused on all these other
projects are going to make me more money
not just on a monthly basis but just a
long term as well because I'm building
systems in place that are going to allow
me to have more passive income and
basically help me leverage myself and
scale up even faster so it's a really
cool feeling and I'm really stoked for
this progress I've been making so go to
the blog I break down the different
streams and sources of my income ok the
next goal that I had is KX goal was a
business school which was Olivia
published at least a hundred video blogs
on project like nasty by December 31st
2014 so I published six in April which
puts me a 31 video blog so far so I'm
making progress there still got a long
way to go to hit a hundred my goals
generally been to do at least two a week
but it's it's been a little bit
challenging at times because a lot of
the videos that i have i really put a
lot of effort into them and i've been if
you know really improving them as much
as I can and I've got so many of the
projects and things that I'm managing
right now but you know I figure out what
I want to get some of these other
projects of the way and in summertime
and later on the year just really amp
that up a lot more so I'll have just
different links to the different video
blogs if you want to check them out next
is I'll easily launch my new
money-making course by May first 2014 no
progress made there yet I did launch the
course on may first which was my how to
write a book in less than 24 hours but
I'm not counting that for April that's
for me and that to be honest wasn't the
goal that I actually set here it's for
me this is a new money-making course
that's not related to Kindle but you
know so that's that's not included but I
just haven't got a chance yet to focus
on this new course yet but i'll
definitely be focusing on it more later
in the year okay next is all easy to
launch my new kindle service by februari
first 2014 I achieved that goal already
next is all easy launched my own kindle
software by december 31st 2014 so that's
been in progress I can't tell you too
much about it yet but I've actually had
a software developers already created
but it's just being delayed because I've
just been too busy with some other
projects getting them out of the way but
I'm gonna be putting more attention and
focus them into that in the next coming
months ok I'll easily launch my new
coaching program by march first 2014 I
achieved that in March
I'll easily complete auto responder
madness and implement when I learned it
to my business by march first 2014 so
that's been delayed and that's still in
progress I needed to wait to get some
other projects done first before I
actually finished the autoresponder
madness course and one of the reasons
why was because I wanted to get done my
how to write a book course because
that's going to be part of my
autoresponder sequence then I'm going to
be setting up for one of my businesses
so I'm going to be focusing on that a
little bit more in the next month or two
so a lot of the deadlines on these goals
that I set have changed and you know I
think part of it the Challenger that
I've been facing is I overcommit and set
too many things and kind of paying the
price now and so I'm really pushing
myself hard to get as many things as
done possible but you know it's just so
happens that almost every goal that I've
ever said ends up being delayed and I'm
okay with that overall you know there's
no rush i'm doing well you know i'm over
overachieving and some other goals and
others in my life and everything to the
most important thing for me is just
making progress and i'm not in a
position anymore at least we're on this
desperate that I have to achieve this
now no matter what you know I can I am
in a position where I can delay things a
little bit and still get them done just
but over a longer period of time okay
next as Ali's they launched a new design
for a project life mastery by December
31st 2014 so that is almost ready guys
it's like ninety-five percent done right
now the designer is we're testing the
functionality of it so like the design
elements done and network is basically
testing it with a demo making sure the
functionality of it is good before we
make that switch and you guys get to see
the new design so hopefully this month
I'll be ready okay I'll easily write and
launched a new Kindle eBook by December
31st 2014 did that it was called kindle
marketing secrets 33 ways to promote
your kindle book and get more sales okay
lifestyle goals guys I'll easily move
into the sheraton walson her penthouse
on the 48th floor in downtown
vancouver by februari first 2014 I
achieved that they've been living in
this beautiful penthouse now for a few
months and I absolutely love it you guys
can check out some of the videos of it i
still haven't done like an actual tour
yet because I'm still decorating I'm
still making sure everything looks nice
the way I wanted to but um I'm really
looking forward to sharing with you guys
my office you know I've been I just got
a frosted glass whiteboard and I've
really been pimping out my office which
looks really amazing and really
inspiring for me but at some point I'm
gonna do a tour just kind of show you
guys around and do a video just showing
you where I live okay next I'll easily
own and be driving a Corvette by
December 31st 2014 I achieved that goal
in March the March or was it yeah March
but i bought the 2014 corvette stingray
it was actually the last one that was
available in british columbia and it's
it's just one of the best things that
ever did no it's just i get this
incredible high and it's just it for me
what it represents I'm just success and
and what it does for me is just
remarkable so I've been loving my car
one of the best things that ever did for
myself and I'm really excited for it
okay next is always easily spent a
weekend in las vegas by august 31st 2014
no some progress made there i guess i'm
actually i am going to vegas for the
amazing selling this amazing selling
machine seminar in july so i think
that's the first weekend of july so i
will be going to vegas for that I'll
easily spend two and a half weeks in
bali indonesia by februari first 2014 I
achieved that in January as there for
two and a half weeks I'll usually travel
to San Diego to for the traffic and
conversion summit by februari first 2014
achieved that in January as well
obviously take a one-week vacation and
travel somewhere by December 31st 2014
no progress there yet likely will be
start during wintertime
social and relationship ok I'll easily
go and socialize and have fun at least
three times for a week by December 31st
2014 so that one's been doing pretty
well you know I've been wanting to have
you know maintain that balance in my
life and not just be working my ass off
all the time so I have been having some
fun the weather here is really turning
around and I'm actually really working
hard right now so that I can take more
time off during summer time and just
enjoy myself more you know just enjoy
the beautiful city enjoy the weather get
outdoors have more fun and everything so
I have been going out having fun of
these two times a week and I've also
been having a lot of great events here
as well like just hosting little parties
get-togethers meetups mastermind groups
at my place so I found that by living in
a nice place like this is actually made
my social life a lot easier because
people tend to want to come over and
hang out and and you know you can just
host functions a lot better switch has
been really cool ok I'll usually have a
fun get together in party once a month
and my penthouse by December 31st 2014
so I did that last month in April I had
I'm a part of this entrepreneurs group
of this really high highly successful
entrepreneurs in my city and we host an
event here once a month just as a social
fun sort of thing and so I did that and
i've also been hosting this men's group
as well that we've been doing at my
place also but i have been having a lot
of friends over as i mentioned before
habits and personal development
obviously meditate 30 days in a row for
20 minutes at a time by december 31st
2014 so haven't really been making any
progress on that right now i am going to
be going to a meditation event actually
this month in may which i'm looking
forward to because i want to try to go
to some classes and things like that but
that goals been delayed KL is it go 30
days of biting my nails by december for
the first I achieved that back in
january i'll usually go to 20 robbins
person about personal power to buy
februari first 2014 I achieved that also
in January how easily read at least 12
books by December 31st 2014 so I've read
four books right now the late last book
that i just read was
a book from frank kern called convert
and like an online marketing type book
so i haven't been reading as much as i
would like to but nonetheless i have
been making some progress reading about
a book a month right now I'll easily
respond to friend and family members
within 24 hours for 30 days straight by
December 31st 2014 I achieved that back
in January as well and I'll easily
perform one active contribution every
month whether it's volunteering feeding
families donating charities by December
31st 2014 yeah and I did that also so
why don't one of the things I've been
doing actually is I have friends that
actually wanted to buy my kindle money
mastery course and you know I find I
don't like giving away things for free
to people anymore because I found
whenever I've done that to like friends
or family members they really do nothing
with it you know and so I have some
courses and stuff that you know I used
to just you know hey like I want to help
you you know you can have him for free
because they're my family member of my
friend or whatever and like I said
people just don't do anything with it
because they haven't invested anything
they don't have any skin in the game so
one thing that I did recently with some
people had asked and they're actually
gonna buy it and we're willing to pay
for I said you know don't worry just
donate the money to a charity and so
whatever they're going to pay or invest
in in my course or whatever I just told
them pay it forward investment you know
donate that to a charity and you know my
friend who i recently had at my birthday
ended up donating money to the MS
Society because he has MS and you know
it's just a little deeds like that I'm
really happy about because you know the
money that I I'm not and I don't care
whether and I make money for my friends
or anything like that but the main
purpose of that is I want them to invest
something so just to show that they're
serious and they're committed to
actually doing what it takes because if
they're not willing to invest something
or anything then they're not going to be
successful because in order to be
successful you have to be committed in
order to be committed you have to be in
a state where you'll want to do whatever
it takes so if you're not want to invest
some money or to give some money to a
charity and just show that you're
serious then you can't be helped there's
no hope for you because you're just not
committed enough so that's basically
where I met guys I just kind of rush
through those goals it's been kind of
repetitive month after month but
and the progress is slow and that's
jelly how it is with ghouls you know
it's very slow it's it's doing these
repetitive boring mundane things on a
daily basis that slowly but surely makes
you know gives you progress towards your
goals and you know the progress in my
body fitness has been slow just despite
the fact that I'm working out like crazy
it's just a little setback for my diet
and everything there aren't at the
standard where I want them to be you
know a lot of my goals have been delayed
I've achieved a lot of great goals also
that I'm really proud of but you know a
lot of them also beginning delayed as
well and I guess one of the biggest
lessons that I've learned is just trying
not to take on too much and that's one
of the sprout struggles I've been facing
this year really is I've been ending up
you know as I've grown and as my blogs
grown and my videos have grown in my
coaching and all this I have become so
much more in demand and there's so many
people that want my time you know I've
got so many friends and family members
there now in the kindle publishing you
know my brothers and do it my sisters in
knew it my mom's into it my
ex-girlfriend my ex-girlfriends mom my
aunt my cousin to to my cousins actually
you know so many my friends my friends
my mastermind group and so I've been
trying to support them to help them as
much as I can and it's just been
draining me and then on top of that I've
got my coaching business and I've got
all these other projects and goals and
my video blog and all the sort of stuff
it's been a little bit over overwhelming
so one of the things I've been doing is
I've been trying to learn to say no a
lot more and basically try to try to
systematize things a lot more too and so
I've got my support team that handles
all my emails and all things related to
my course my blog and everything just
because I'm taking the hours every day
responding to everyone's emails and
questions and everything I've even got
my my assistant my virtual assistant
going through my facebook because I get
a lot of Facebook messages from people
as well so I've been having them
basically kind of caught you know talk
to people and everything for that and
just let them know you know just
answering questions for me and whatnot
I've been having to do client interviews
and requests for people to meet up with
me and go for coffee or take me to
dinner and all sort of stuff just
because you know this it's not enough
time in the day for me to do it and
still focus on my goals and my fitness
competition and all the other things
that I've committed to and so that's
been my challenge is just being
overwhelmed with the the demand that
people been having for me because I'm
still trying to maintain a social life
spend times and friends with family work
on my body and just really have that
balance in my life as well and I've
noticed myself being up late and how
working answering questions and
responding to people and and meeting
with people and business things and
coaching clients and all sort of stuff
and you know I'm not really having the
freedom ultimately that really desire
and want right now and so I did learn a
lot of great lessons for that and I feel
like I've kind of found the solution to
it right now which I'm really happy with
to balance things out which is learning
to say no more and not committing to as
many things and just being okay with
however slow the progress is as long as
I'm making progress that's the most
important thing so that's all I would
have to say today guys for my April
goals report I'm really happy just with
the way things are going I'm really
excited for may and I just had my
birthday which was on May third and it
was grades I just launched new course as
well on how to write a book we've got a
lot of really incredible things coming
this month and I one more thing actually
forgot to mention is I've kind of added
one more goal I committed to one more
thing for this year and which is to
launch and I'm going to update my goals
for this but it's to launch my very own
physical product okay my physical
product on Amazon and the reason for
that is I ended up signing up for the
amazing selling machine which is a
course incredible course when I want to
actually the best courses I've ever seen
that teaches you how to create your own
physical product and sell it on Amazon
and I've got a lot of great friends that
are killing it on amazon selling
physical products so I'm really excited
looking forward to that and so I've been
creating a plan of spaying some time
every single week to make progress
towards it unfortunately it's not going
to be as fast as I want it to be because
you know I'm still working on a lot of
other projects and everything but if i
can get my prop my physical product done
by the end of the year then that'll be
another gold and i'm really looking
forward to achieving and sharing with
you guys as well so that's it for today
guys that was my april 2014 monthly
goals report now studies talking about
himself right now i actually want to
talk about you for a minute and perhaps
you know i should provide some value
instead of you just kind of list sitting
there listening to me talk about myself
and my goals the value that i want to
give you is as you're observing me and
you're hearing me talk about my goals
and you're seeing what i'm doing i
really want to push you and invite you
to do something similar okay because you
know it's great just to you know be
inspired and listen and what be like wow
you know this guy stefan he's doing
pretty well you know he's achieving his
goals and you know all I sort of stuff
that's great but I don't want you to
live through me I want you guys to to
not watch the movie but be in the movie
you know I want you guys to be the ones
that are taking action towards your
goals and you have your goals and you're
going through the same process that I am
you know which is basically make your
goals public you know make sure you have
clear specific goals first you know and
if you don't know how to do that just
look at my goals look out the way that I
word them you know that the structure
their specific all that sort of stuff to
them make sure you have goals like that
and make them public share them with
people because it's going to hold you
accountable whether you have to get a
mastermind group or a coach or your
friends or your family on facebook
whatever is make them public is when you
do that like I said it creates that
pressure it actually pushes you it makes
you more accountable to beyond just
yourself when you keep them to yourself
that's when you can come up with excuses
that's when you can say oh you know
I didn't make it happen oh well and it's
no big deal because you're just
accountable to yourself when you're
accountable to everyone else you know
that is a totally different level of
standard and pressure that you're going
to have to now move up to you so it's a
really powerful motivator doing that but
also another powerful concept of just
you know setting a goal isn't enough but
actually measuring your progress over a
period of time
and that's really what these monthly
goals reports are there me basically
measuring and giving updates on my goals
on a monthly basis checking in the more
that you measure the more the bit you
know the better you can make adjustments
or tweaks or just make sure you're on
track for that a lot of people they set
their new year's resolutions and goals
and they just forget about it you don't
even remember the goals and you look at
them again you know but if you're
setting your goals and every single week
you're looking at over them again you're
reading them out loud it yourself and
you're checking in and you're asking
yourself Kate what am i doing well what
can I improve what can I do better and
as long as you do that on a regular
basis you will make progress and you
will achieve those goals okay and if
you're not even measuring you don't even
know whether or not you're making
progress it's like if you want to lose
weight but you're not weighing yourself
how do you even know if you're losing
weight how do you even know if you're
making any progress if you're not
measuring it you know you can't manage
something if you don't measure it so
that's the lesson that one provide for
you real quick at the end of this video
make sure that you're not just observing
but you're taking action you're actually
using the stuff that I'm sharing with
you the structure that I have and what
I'm doing to achieve my goals and you're
applying them York to yourself in your
life with your goals to ensure that
you're going to achieve them as well if
you do that that's the recipe for
success right there so that's it for
