My February 2018 Monthly Goals Report

guys a detailed update on exactly where
I'm at with the goals that I set for
myself at the beginning of the year now
right now I'm on my treadmill desk in my
office as you guys many of you guys
might know nope as many of you guys
might know and I just got back from San
Diego I had an awesome time in San Diego
at the traffic and conversion summit I
was there with my team we invested in
ourselves growing learning in the latest
of what's happening in online marketing
we did a bit of a team retreat as well
where we spent time focusing on how we
can grow project life mastery in 2018 a
lot of fun strategizing so I've been
busy I've been knocking off some of my
goals and making progress towards them
in 2018 hope you guys are as well and
the purpose of this video if you're new
to this is every month I'd like to give
an update on my goals I do that so that
I can make sure that I'm on track I'm
accountable to make sure I'm making
progress towards achieving the goals
that I set at the beginning of the year
but I also do this so that I can inspire
you I want you guys to make sure that
you're making progress towards your
goals that you set in 2018 as well okay
it's easy to set goals anybody can do
that
you have to make sure that you're on
track you have to make sure that you're
taking massive acti
on that you're
implementing and you're checking in with
yourself on a regular basis to ensure
that you are on track and if you're not
on track then you can give yourself a
kick in the butt make sure you make some
adjustments and get back on track so
that's the purpose of this I've got my
goals that I like to reference that I
have on the project life mastery blog
and website if you guys want to follow

it might goals reports and whatnot and
you guys can follow along with the
progress that I'm making I'm gonna go
through each of my goals one by one and
then I'm gonna
putting up to Q&A at the end of this
session as well because we're live right
now on YouTube I've also got we're live
on instagrams here as well and happy to
answer some of your guys's questions and
help support you guys in achieving your
goals this year too so stick around to
the end for a Q&A now let me dive in to
mic holes there's quite a few goals that
I have listed here some might take a
little bit of time but I want to go
through each one one by one and I'll
focus more on the ones that made the
most progress on into February some of
them I haven't started yet you know I
like to make a list of my goals for the
year and then I strategize based on each
quarter each month when I'm going to
dive in and when I'm going to focus on
those goals so some of the goals I
haven't started yet some of them have
made some progress on there's a few that
I'm you know working on right now and
I'll give you guys a bit of an update on
those okay so the first goal that I have
here listed as my financial goals is
that I will easily make 3.5 million
dollars Canadian in revenue while
working less and positively impacting
millions of people's lives by December
31st 2018 so I'm on track with the
school so 3.5 million Canadian is about
291 thousand dollars a month and the
amount of money that I made in February
was three hundred and fourteen thousand
dollars so another high income month for
me total for the year so far in the last
two months is six hundred and nineteen
thousand dollars so happy about that
of course a lot of that money is made
based on activities over the last few
months that I'm just getting paid for
now some of it is some recent activities
and whatnot too but I often remind
people the amount of money that you make
what really matters is the value that
you provide because if you provide value
through adding value content products
services etc that's how you get rewarded
and being able to make money from that
so that's the main thing that I like to
focus on I've got listed on the blog
here the different sources of income
that I make money from as well and if
you guys are interested in course

different business models that I utilize
you can go to www.hsn and you guys could
pick the business model that's best for
you and pursue that okay so next goal is
also a financial goal I'll easily have
at least six million dollars Canadian
and investment assets which is cash
stocks bonds ETS real estate
cryptocurrency etc the total result so
far for this year is 5.5 million dollars
a significant portion of that about 3.5
million is in my my my trading accounts
just caught up in a lot of stocks and
ETFs and REITs that I own I've got a
large portion of cash that I'm holding
on to as well as well as a real estate
property a cryptocurrency portfolio some
p2p loans a mutual fund which I actually
just sold recently to want to liquidate
that and get away from util funds and
focus more on ETFs and index funds so
I'm on track with this goal but I kind
of mentioned this last month and I also
mentioned it in this the blog post as
well is right now I'm in the process of
actually leaving Canada and giving up my
residency in Canada and I'll share more
about the plans and the details with
that with you guys once I kind of
finalize things a little bit more but
the downside of that is when you give up
residency in Canada and you leave they
charge you a departure tax so there's a
significant amount of money that is
gonna be a lot of my investment
portfolio and assets that I'm gonna have
to pay to Canada Revenue Agency as a tax
that's just something that has to happen
is not really much you can get around it
you can defer it you can do different
things like that but for the most part
it's gonna you know affect this goal in
a big way so I'll share with you guys
more details on that you know as I learn
more right now I've got my accountants
and lawyers and everything working on
that for me
if you guys
about what I invest in I did a video
last or two years ago sharing my million
dollar investment portfolio where I
logged into my trading account share all
the different stocks and things that
I've bought and owned I might do
something like that again in the future
so if you guys want to learn more about
what I invest in most of it's in the the
toronto stock exchange here in Canada
where I live but I have been venturing
off quite a bit into the u.s. markets
especially buying a lot of tech
companies like Amazon Apple Facebook
Tesla Alibaba Netflix just trying to own
a lot of the tech companies because I I
feel that especially things like Amazon
Facebook Google those are the industries
that I'm in and I spend a lot of time
just my business of what not being in
involved in those industries so I really
know what's going on I know the future
of that and I can speculate a little bit
more with tech stocks than I can with
some other stocks that I own so so I've
been buying a lot a lot of that and I've
still been training a you know encrypted
currency a lot too but not as much as
before I like to mainly buy it during
the dips and I did a great series on
that that's also available on my YouTube
and podcasts if you guys wanna learn
more about what I do in terms of
cryptocurrency ok let's move on to the
next goal these are my mission and
business goals so I'll easily host
twelve life mastery accelerator monthly
mentoring sessions sharing my most
cutting-edge self development strategies
and helped thousands of people transform
their lives we've done two so far the
one that I did in February was on how to
create lasting motivation and
consistency towards your goals so if you
guys struggle with motivation
consistency this is a video for you I
went really in-depth into helping the
people that are a part of that program
being able to make sure that they're on
track with their goals and if any moment
you find yourself off-track losing
motivation lacking consistency then
that's the video to go to all the
strategies that are share there are
exactly what I do I feel like I really
cracked
code on that to be able to help myself
solve that problem a challenge that I
used to face a lot in my life not being
consistent dabbling a lot saying I was
gonna do something but then not follow
through or never completing things or
finishing things in my life I really
feel that I've been able to solve that
for myself and I put together the
training inside the life mastery
accelerator to be able to help you guys
there as well next and by the way we've
got a life mastery accelerator session
coming up this Thursday that will be
live and the recording will be inside
the members area but the topic of the
the Thursday session is on time
management so I recognize a lot of
people they struggle with managing their
time I see that as a huge problem that
people reach out to me they want to
build my online business but they don't
have much time they've got a
nine-to-five job they don't have just
much time to be able to focus on
achieving their goals and I've been
there I've been there before having a
job and just being so busy and not being
able to do much and there are strategies
that can help you there are ways that
you can free up more time and also not
just that but I want to also focus not
just on managing your time but
increasing your productivity making sure
that whatever time that you do have
available you're being as efficient as
possible and you're being as productive
as possible at that time I think that's
a winning formula and if you're a part

done two of those last month we focused
on search engine optimization the
different strategies that I share for
ranking and Google getting traffic from
Google and on Thursday we're doing
another live session coming up that's
going to share email marketing so I'm
gonna share with you guys how I've been
able to increase my open rates my
click-through rates and just the overall
strategy that I use to be able to be
able to build a powerful relationship
with my list to have a very engaged list
but of course how to actually make money
from email marketing so if you have an
email list or you have an all
business that that uses email marketing
or utilizing that in some way then
that's a training for you there'll be
this Thursday inside the online business
mastery accelerator next up I will
easily host at least two online business
mastery mastermind events love the
process and personally how people grow
their online business so I have
confirmed the dates for this I'm hosting
a mastermind event in Vancouver here my
pentose in May I think the date was May
19th I think does that weekend and then
I'm also hosting one in Los Angeles in
December so I'm gonna be hosting two
events they'll be actually be my last
event that I'll have in Vancouver and
inside Canada so if you guys are in
Canada or Vancouver then it might make
sense for you to try to make it out to
this one but it's also not for everyone
of course it's it's a smaller intimate
group there's a lot of people there's an
application process a lot of people
apply for so I want to make sure that
you're the right fit I'm the right fit
for you and I can be able to help you
grow your business to where you want to

will easily host a life master
transformation seminar that has not been
scheduled yet because I am traveling a
lot this year and I'm also leaving
Canada I don't quite know exactly when
I'm leaving Canada and where I'm gonna
be a different time so I'm trying to
confirm a few things first before I plan
another event I'll easily create a new
self-development course or online
business course that can help thousands
of people change their lives I have not
started yet that yet or begun the
planning process of that yet Oh easily
hire two new a players to join the
project life mastery team and help grow
project life mastery I've still been
doing some research for that I haven't
dived too much into that goal yet but
I'm still kind of in the research and
planning phase I'm looking to apply a
lot of things I recently learned over
the
last year from the book top grading top
grading is like the Bible for hiring
people in your business so if you have a
business you're looking to hire top
grading as an amazing book as well as
the book who which was written by the
author of top grading his son so those
two books they have a really powerful
method for being able to attract and
hire eight players in your business so
I'm still kind of going through that
before I move forward with making some
new hires oh is that create a new
physical product to launch and sell on
Amazon using the amazing selling machine
I have not
I've not made a lot of progress towards
that yet I've still kind of in the
planning fees of that I've got an idea
of the product that I'm gonna launch
I've done the research for it already
you've got the domain name the branding
for it a little bit but I haven't
started that process I'm just kind of
sitting on a few things right now and
gonna wait till a different quarter that
I can really dive into that I'll use the
create and launch the new Stephan James
com website haven't started that one yet
Oh easily publish one hundred fifty plus
videos on the project life mastery
YouTube channel well impacting millions
of people's lives we published fourteen
new videos in February which is great
February's also a shorter month to it's
only 28 days so we're still on track for
this goal we published 26 videos so far
this year and yes I'm pretty happy about
that I'll easily publish 200 plus blog
posts on project life mastery comm we
published 16 new blogs on the blog and a
total of 32 server also on track with
this goal - I'll usually have at least
600 thousand YouTube subscribers on the
project webmaster a YouTube channel at
the end of February the number was four
hundred forty-eight thousand which is
great the channels actually slowed down
a little bit I mean we still get over I
think 10,000 subscribers per month but
has slowed down a little bit because I
think I had some videos I'm still kind
of diving into the analytic
but some videos that I had that we're
doing really well they kind of fade off
and that typically is what happens if
when you have a video that can really
take off it can get a lot of views
YouTube promotes it a lot and it kind of
has a half-life you know it will kind of
do well for a while and it'll slowly
fade away so that's normal I expect that
but overall super happy with that we're
definitely on track to achieve this goal
by the end of the year I'll easily reach
at least 14 million views on the YouTube
channel which is 1.1 sorry 1 million 166
thousand views per month and for the
month of February we had 856 thousand
views which is actually less than the
average that we had which was over a
million views per month but again
February was a shorter month but at the
same time again some videos I think are
wearing off a little bit you never
really know which videos will really
take off and do well I don't really tend
to focus too much on that to be honest
with you guys my whole focus when I
create content when I create videos is I
just want to add value I want to share
things that are useful I want to share
things that have made an impact in my
life I want to share things that I
believe can help other people and if it
blows up and does well awesome but if it
only reaches a small amount of people
I'm okay with that too as long as people
are benefiting from it next I'll easily
reach at least 2 million unique visitors
on the blog total 4 sorry the total for
fedora was eighty nine thousand so
eighty nine thousand unique visitors
also a lot less than our average of
around a hundred thirty thousand so also
due to Feb rehman but also actually
we've been having one issue with the
blog that we're getting resolved right
now which is a lot of the images on our
website haven't been getting indexed in
Google because we switched to using a
CDN to host our images to have them load
faster but they're not being indexed in
Google so hopefully once we get that
resolved it should make a big difference
in our traffic next is I'll easily reach
at least 1 million podcast listeners
which is 80
mm listens per month on the project life
mastery podcast and the total for
February was around 50,000 I don't have
the exact figures of that because our
podcast house doesn't give you exact
figures but it's around 50,000 listens
for the month of February which is still
great still you know we're behind on
achieving this goal but I'm optimistic
about it I believe that we'll achieve it
and by the way if you guys haven't
listened to the podcast or subscribe to
it make sure that you do a lot of people
don't know that I have a podcast as well
so if you can't watch the videos you can
listen to the content that I have listen
to it while you're at the gym driving
your car whatever whatever it might be
okay now I'm going to transition to my
health and fitness goals 1 goal that I
have is out easily get tested to better
optimize my physical mental and
emotional well-being and I've got a list
of testing that I wanted to get done
this year and I did a lot in January
that's listed on my blog but the main
one that I did in February was called
the cure ecology biochemical wellness
analysis and it's actually a test that I
did by going to the human garage many of
you guys have followed me on social
media know that I was in Los Angeles in
February as well as in January and I was
going to the human garage there to
better optimize and align my body my
mind my spirit and they have a urine and
it's live a test that measures different
biomarkers I'll maybe do another video
that would go more in depth on that but
the main takeaway that I got from that
is my adrenals are pretty fatigued which
is actually very common most people in
North America for example they have very
low adrenals just because we live in a
very stressed environment you know we're
just kind of constantly go-go-go pushing
ourselves there's a lot of things that
you know we're going through so our
adrenals can get fatigued very easily
and you know you have to make sure that
you take the time to rest you have to
make sure that you supplement with
certain things to to really boost up
your adrenals as well so right now I'm
actually on a protocol for that it's
going to be going pretty well which I'm
pretty happy about
but I've also got some other testing
that I've done and still plan to do this
year okay so a bunch of goals I haven't
started my 30-day sugar detox yet so
that's a goal that I haven't officially
scheduled yet it's a little bit
challenging with my travel schedule
right now as well as my 30-day vegan
challenge so I've got a few 30 day
challenge type goals I'll probably kind
of do some of them together as well but
I'm kind of waiting for a month where
I'm not traveling as much that I can
focus in on that I'll easily continue to
optimize my health and well-being by
doing one of the following cryotherapy
red light therapy bulletproof lab
biohacking I got a whole list here list
on my blog but again the main thing that
I focused on to optimize my body in
February was going to the human garage
and we actually filmed a really awesome
video that I'm excited to share with you
guys it's a pretty big video that
includes interviews and a lot of footage
of me getting different treatments there
such as chiropractic trigger point
therapy fossa type massage and bodywork
and a whole variety of things but it's
been pretty transformational for me so
I'm excited to share that with you guys
I got my video editor working right now
on editing that editing that footage and
we'll be sure to publish that for you
guys soon next is all easily continued
to naturally detox mercury and lead from
my body so I'm on track with that I'm
actually right now detoxing mercury and
lead
I shared videos and content on this
before but I'm doing the Andy Cutler
protocol for that which means that right
now I'm doing a round of alpha lipoic
acid an acid and dmsa so usually when
I'm doing my mercury and lead detox my
energy is a little bit low and I try to
take it easier a little bit so that I
can just allow my body to you know
cleanse out the metals from my body I
also like to do a lot of saunas so I do
saunas every night to help speed up that
process but I feel on track with that
I've actually got a hair test sent to my
house the other day
I'm gonna send that into to get some
more testing done just to see where I'm
at and the progress I've been making
with my detox okay next is I'll usually
work out at least five times per week to
build more lean muscle strength and
endurance so I only worked out fifteen
times for the month of February so I'm
actually behind on this part of the
reason for that is while going to the
human garage we did a whole week of just
like back-to-back sessions that human
garage they don't want you to do
workouts or anything stressful while
they're working on you because primarily
they want they want your body just to
rest to realign itself you can walk and
move as much as you want but nothing too
intense no weight lifting and you're
trying to kind of get rid of some of
these old patterns that we often have
and just allowing your body to rest and
realign itself so I took a bit of a
break from some training and working out
while I was in Los Angeles
but I'm back in the gym now and it's
been going great okay now I'm going to
transition to some of my mind and
emotional goals that I set for myself
I'll easily complete the hundred day
challenge to help achieve some of my
biggest goals so I'm on track with that
over fifty nine or over sixty days now
with this challenge some of you guys
don't know one hundred a challenge is a
program I've done every year for about
seven years now I think
and it's been life-changing for me they
release it at different times for that
year but it's a great program where you
set goals and over a hundred days you're
just pushing as much as you can to
achieve those goals and it also includes
you get a motivational videos every day
for the hundred days so for me that's
been great it always just gives me that
extra boost every year even though I've
been through the program so many times
it just gives me an extra boost and you
know it gets you know you get that
momentum from that which is great and
then after the hundred days you just
carry that forward so I'm on track with
that which is great
I'll easily do a 30-day morning ritual
challenge I have not started that one
yet either so I'm gonna schedule that
I'm gonna pick a month to schedule that
and I want to get you guys involved to
help inspire and help you guys get back
on track with your morning
- oh is a complete a 30 day meditation
challenge using my muse and my heart
math inner balance have not officially
started this challenge yet I mean I
still do meditate almost every day but I
want to do again an official challenge
and really track my progress and share
it with you guys and by the way I'm
going a little bit fast for these goals

of going through it more quickly and not

okay I'll easily read at least 20 books
to continue to master every area in my
life
so far for this year I've read six books
there are almost six books there's a few
that I'm still kind of finishing up
right now I list a lot of them on my
blog but I've actually been really into
optimizing my testosterone levels lately
because that was one of the tests that I
did and discovered last month and I've
kind of known this actually for a while
that my testosterone levels have been
pretty low and I've just been doing a
lot of natural things that I can to try
to boost it up so I've been really
optimizing my sleep getting as much deep
sleep as possible making sure that I'm
lifting heavy of doing hit having more
of a high fat diet intermittent fasting
cold showers all those things that can
help boost up your testosterone levels
so I've been tracking and measuring that
quite a bit as well as reading a few
books so I've read two books this year
so far on testosterone also the system's
mindset a great book that I've also been
reading I'm a big fan of there's a great
business book called work the system by
Sam carpenter and it's all about
creating systems in your business and
the system's mindset is also by Sam
carpenter but it focuses just on the
mindset of that so that you can
systematize other aspects of your life
as well also the book scaling up I've
