My May 2015 Monthly Goals Report



what's up guys Stefan here from project
life mastery com I mean cons in the
South of France right now and I thought
it'd give you guys an update on my 2015
monthly goals report and if you're new
to this then I'll let you know that
every single month I do goals report
just like this where i go over all the
goals that I set for myself at the
beginning of the year that I have
documented on January 2015 of all the
goals that I set and I give you guys an
update here on my blog on exactly where
I'm at with those goals all the
successes the failures the challenges
what I'm working on just as a way to be
accountable and just to make sure that
I'm on track and I'm measuring the
progress and I'm making towards the
goals that I have and I recommend
everybody to do this in their own lives
you know if you set goals you have to
regularly check in with them and check
in on yourself just to make sure that
you're on track and you're making
progress towards it because if you're
not on track the more that you measure
it and check in the more you can get
yourself right back in the right
direction towards where you need to be
with that being said you know one
interesting observation I that I just
had recently was that I can't believe
how fast a went by I'm like oh my god
it's already another time for these
monthly goals reports and I feel like in
many ways I haven't really made as much
progress over the last month and it
really dawned on me that you know
progress is very slow anytime you set a
goal you know it's a journey towards
achieving it you know sometimes month
after month you might not really see
significant leaps and balance of
progress but as long as you keep moving
forward and keep making progress which
is the most important thing it doesn't
matter how long it takes you to get
there as long as you get there and
you're on the right track and moving in
the right direction that's the most
important thing so I feel like in many
ways you know updating you guys there's
really not much new to report over the
last one but I still do this just for
the sake of consistency just to make
sure that I you know stay on track with
things because in many ways you know on
the path of success you're going to have
to do a lot of mundane boring things
again and again and again that might not
seem that interesting or sexy or
whatever it is but you still have to do
it you still have to force yourself to
do it just for the sake of consistency
so I've got
my goals break down here on my blog on
my iphone and I'm gonna give you guys an
update on where I'm at and different
changes so first and foremost my first
goal is to gain 13 pounds and to weigh
165 by July thirty-first 2015 I kind of
modified that goal I got up to about 163
pounds okay and in about mid May near
the end of may I decided to switch my
goal to lean out much faster because my
goal is to be 165 and ideally gain as
much muscle as possible in that period
of time with very minimal body fat but
you know now that summer's been changing
them on vacation and stuff I found
actually a lot easier just to transition
into the fat loss mode a little bit more
just because you know during summer time
I like to do more cardio more sports
more activities and it's a little bit
more challenging to put on the muscle
during that time so with that being said
I switched my goal now to start losing
fat so I got up to but 163 okay about
two pounds shorter I didn't gain a lot
more fat than I wanted to but now i'm
switching gears into the fat loss mode
which so far has been going really
really well because i find that when i
travel you know i find it easier to eat
less I'm a lot more active like I'm
walking around a lot I'm riding bikes
I'm just moving around so much more so I
find it a much easier to burn fat and
get in better shape when I'm traveling
strange enough another really
interesting thing with this is I think
sometime I forget when I did this I
think I must have done it in may or
april i think was in april I did what is
called a DEXA scan and a DEXA scan was
basically I went to this place where
they scan in my entire body and it's
primarily used for bone density just to
check to see whether or not you know the
density of your bones and the mass of
that and everything but it also gives
you interesting information such as your
body you're the muscle on your body your
body fat percentage you can actually see
where the the muscle and the fat is
proportioned throughout your body so for
example you might notice that you might
have more muscle in your arms or your
legs or you might storm or the fat in
your stomach or your you know your
thighs or you might notice that one leg
has more muscle than the other leg and
so it's really interesting to see that
in the way that this is useful is that
you could do regular check-ins and it's
the most it's probably one of the most
accurate ways of testing your weight
your body fat your bone density your
muscle mass all that sort of stuff and
so I went to this back in April and then
I waited about a month and then in May I
got another dexa scan just to see
exactly the progress that I had made
over that month in my body from working
out eating well and with supplementation
and the really cool thing was I was able
to see that my body gained about point 8
of a pound of muscle mass I gained a
little bit more of that in fat as well
but it's just cool to see the fact that
my body was putting on muscle and
exactly where my body was putting on the
muscle and where I was storing the fat
so really really fascinating I think
that's give me on my new form of
measurement because you know the scale
is never a hundred percent accurate even
testing your body fat on a scale or even
a caliper isn't totally accurate as well
so I really love this new technology
that i'm gonna be using probably every
six weeks or so just to track the
progress of my body and the cool thing
is now that i'm going to be leaning out
a little bit for summer i can test to
see how much fat that I'm losing and
make sure that I'm not losing too much
muscle mass either so it's just a really
cool form of measuring yourself ok let
me jump into the next goal to lose five
pounds of fat to be about 160 pounds
athletic now I'm on vacation right now
I'm actually as I mentioned him in
France I've been traveling a lot so far
in May and it's been a bit challenging
to test it and actually measure my my
weight so I don't have an actual
measurement on my weight since I've been
traveling and stuff like that but I know
that I have been losing weight so I
estimated loss may be at least a pound
so far and usually when you started
going on fat loss mode you kind of make
a significant jump like you get a bit of
a boost at the beginning in terms of
your body fat or your wait a little bit
but I guess I'm probably around 161 162
right now okay Nick goal number 30
easily complete a seven to ten day
cleanse I haven't started that i'm going
to start that during winter time i'll
use it do yoga four times per month by
december 31st 2015 i actually only did
yoga one
I'm uh in may I struggle with that a
little bit you know I've had some really
good months of doing yoga and being
consistent with it going to classes and
whatnot and I've also had some months
where I've only done it you know once or
twice and I do a bit of stretching at
home and also stretching at the gym
which I've noticed a lot of benefit from
it turns my mobility my flexibility all
that sort of stuff but I haven't been as
consistent as I'd like especially when
I'm traveling as well so that's one area
that I'm struggling with that I need to
really just make it a higher standard
for myself and find more reasons for
because you know everything I've learned
is that you know motivation comes down
to just having enough reasons to push
yourself to do it so the more you know
consequences you have to not do
something or the more pleasure and
benefit you have to doing it the more
likely you are to do it so that's a core
thing that I need to work on if I really
want to make that more consistent in my
life k financial goals I'll easily make
at least a million dollars which is a 4k
per month by December 31st 2015 so in
May I made about seventy seventy two
thousand dollars and I forget exactly
the exact number with me but over
seventy two thousand dollars which was
really really great of a month I've been
pretty consistent now in the seventy
thousand mark range I've had someone's
hire some months less another cool thing
is to you know I've also been benefiting
from the exchange rate which I've
mentioned before because i live in
canada most of my income is in u.s.
dollars and a lot you know i have US
bank accounts all that sort of stuff but
whenever I if I transfer you know the
currency from us the Canadian I get an
instant about twenty percent extra money
which is pretty pretty cool so pretty
excited for that as well so overall
things to be going great in terms of my
business goals and everything and my
income it's been pretty much passive and
consistent which has been really great
as well okay let me jump to the next
school that I have here which was that
I'll easily invest at least 10,000 per
month by December 31st 2015 so for me I
invested over 20,000 so it was another
really good month for me and I think I
need to be a little bit more I think I
need to change that goal a little bit a
little bit more consistent with the
numbers that I'm picking because I pick
ten thousand to start of the year but
I've really been investing so much more
than that I've been a little bit
addicted and up
sess with investing especially in stocks
dividend paying stocks lately and I've
also been reading a really great book on
taxes which I'm gonna share with you
guys the litter point as well because I
think taxes is really really important
understand but you know so far I've been
going great with that goal been
achieving that and maybe i'll do another
video blog sharing a little bit more
about that as well at a different point
okay business I'll usually launch my own
amazon physical product using the
amazing selling machine by fabio 28 so I
achieved that goal actually had my
highest month yet in May making over
3500 dollars from my product starting on
my second product which I'm just waiting
on the finishing touches on the graphics
and my supplier on and then getting that
shipped to the amazon fulfillment
centers so that's been going really
really well as well and the amazing
thing about that I haven't really I feel
like I haven't spent much time to focus
on it because I've been so much busier
with all these other projects that i
have they've just been kind of slowly
moving along on that i feel like if i
had more time to dedicate to that i
could really grow it so much faster but
i've launched my product to you guys on
my blog as well project life mastery the
l-carnitine supplement thank you for
those of you that have supported me on
that and a lot of you guys have even
bought it and left amazon reviews so i
really appreciate your support for that
and I'm excited to announce my second
product as well because you know again
it's another product that I benefit from
in my life and I'm sure if you're into
fitness and health and you'd benefit
from it as well so that goal is a goal
achieved gold number 80 easy to launch
my own kindle optimization software with
my brother by februari 28 so this is a
goal that I was committed to launching
in May but unfortunately got delayed
again I was actually going to launch it
we had to date scheduled and everything
right before I was leaving to France and
then what happened was you know right
when I was about to launch it there was
a bug in the software that I just I knew
had to be fixed before I launch it
because I didn't want to release a
product that's not functioning a hundred
percent that's not really benefiting
people as much and so I really know the
importance of that and that's why I've
been we've been delaying it so long now
we have over 50 members of the software
right now they're just been beta testers
but you know the interesting thing i've
learned with software is that
always bugs that that come up especially
when you're depending on Amazon or a
third party if they make a change then
you have to adapt the software and make
a change to that as well otherwise it's
not going to work a hundred percent so
that's been delayed till I get back to
Vancouver for my vacation and we'll be
launching it pretty soon it looks like
the bug was fixed but I need to be back
home to launch it goal number nine mil
usually launch my own Kindle review
software that was a goal that was
delayed as well I'll usually launch my
Kindle virtual assistant training
program I achieved that goal I believe
back in March that's just for K money
mastery members i'm going to glance over
the ones that I've already achieved
because there's a number of them and
again you just go to project like master
calm go find the goals report you can
see the explanation you know for each
goals I'll easily you know launch and do
the first ever ever Kindle live
mastermind event with my brother in
April thirtieth we achieved that as well
Oh easily create and launch my own self
development program with clickbank by
december 31st 2015 i'm really excited
about this goal I've been excited for
this goal probably the biggest school
that I've set this year I've been most
excited for but I've been waiting to get
a bunch of other projects done before I
started so i'm aiming for august to
start this goal which is gonna be a new
self development program they're going
to work on and launching I've been
really excited for it but there's a few
other projects that need to finish first
before I move on to that so hopefully by
August I'll have everything out of the
way and I can focus a hundred percent on
that all easy launch 30 create space
books I achieve that goal as well i'll
usually launch over 20 audio books i've
launched those as well and keep
launching more and more great space and
audio books every single month which has
been really awesome obviously hire a new
employee assistant to help me grow my
business i have really made much
progress on that in May although there's
a reasonable opportunity with someone
that I might start working with that
will make my life much much easier as
well so we'll see what happens with that
um but you know as of right now you know
my business has been you know I've got a
good solid team around me that's been
pretty consistent and steady for my
Kindle business for my blog and other
parts of my business as well and really
the more that you grow the more that you
have to bring in people automate or
systematize things just to
Gail up that much faster and easier okay
let's go to lifestyle relationship
personal development goals obviously
traveled las vegas for the amazing
astonishing live event I achieved that
goal went to Vegas I'll easily travel to
San Diego for the traffic and conversion
summit I achieve that goal as well
earlier in the year I'll usually travel
two months to Europe with my girlfriend
celebrate our one-year anniversary so
that was a goal on May 28 I achieved we
didn't not traveling here for two months
but we're here for at least two weeks we
celebrate our one-year anniversary in
Paris France right now we're in cons we
went to an Teebs we're going to be going
to Monaco Monte Carlo actually tomorrow
as well as I'm pretty excited for that
but you know I just released a video
blog on taking time off vacation and
everything and I've just been really
great just to rejuvenate myself and
enjoy this beautiful weather and explore
a different part of the world right now
I'm actually kind of like on a dock area
and then right you can't see this maybe
I'll shoot a little video of this but
there's like 50 different yachts like
right here in front of me there's some
really really big ones and some little
smaller ones down here as well it's just
really beautiful to see this and I've
never been in place where there's so
much luxury like everybody here is
basically really really wealthy because
everything is really expensive here and
I think when I go to Monaco it's going
to be even even crazier more expensive
because there's a lot of celebrities
athletes famous people really wealthy
people that go there because it's kind
of like a tax haven in a in a way can
move on to next call usually travel for
one week vacation somewhere tropical
having to plan anything like that yet
always they complete the ultimate
relationship program with my girlfriend
I think we're like ninety percent done
that program because one more video that
we need to watch but overall you know
we've been going through that
relationship program month by month over
a period of time it's been really great
we watched and been working on even on
our flights or on vacation and stuff
which is really great I'll easily
complete 180 challenge I achieve that as
well back into April I'll easily read or
listen to at least 12 books but December
31st 2015 I've read four books right now
last night I finally finished that NLP
book that I've been working on for a
while so I'm really happy that I
finished that book and right now I'm
reading a book on Canadian taxes which
you know mainly just again for Canadians
but I want to share some tax advice and
really not advice but just information
and I've been learning with you guys
because I think taxes are really really
important to understand and be able do
another video on that just right after
this if you guys want to see a lot of
the books I've been reading just go to

a list of them I'll easily be certified
in NLP neuro-linguistic programming I've
achieved that goal this year as well
I'll easily build two schools with
change rose by December 31st I've raised
over 9,500 dollars for my first school
which is really close to being built so
we're almost there i'm really excited i
want to thank you know every month
people are contributing they're donating
and i really appreciate that for you
guys your generosity and supporting me
with this goal this goal is almost done
i'm excited to start the next one of now
building my second school so you know
we're about halfway through the year so
far and i believe that we can get both
done by the end of the year uh next I'll
easily be a big brother and mentor
children um I've been up accepted into
the Big Brother program but I'm not
starting that until the end of the year
alright that's all my goals I feel like
I've got so many of them and the crazy
thing is I always have more goals that
are being added but I just don't add
them to the list on the blog just
because I'm just following through in
the goals that I publicly committed to
but there's a lot that I privately
commit to as well that I don't really
share so overall guys you know may it's
been incredible month some of the
biggest highlights because I like to
finish this with magic moments and
lessons I'd say one of the biggest ones
you know my birthday was on May third
and I had a really awesome party at my
apartment where I had a lot of great
friends come over and I was actually I'm
a second my birthday's on my third but
there's also the manny pacquiao vs floyd
mayweather fight which is really cool i
had people over for my birthday for that
as well i also did my google hangout
with you guys on my youtube channel just
to connect with you guys answer your
questions add value to you as well that
was a really amazing moment and you know
overall you know the biggest lessons
learned
uh you know especially you know now that
you know just over the last month or so
you know one is the recent video blog
that I released on taking time off and
the importance of just rejuvenating and
setting vacation time breaks as a reward
for achieving your goals you know as a
way to celebrate some of the
accomplishments that you have in your
life and you know right now I'm loving
life here and I need to do this more
often you know just get away more take
time off go on little vacations even if
it's just for a few days or a week or
whatever it might be and again that's
one of the benefits of the internet
lifestyle the internet business as it
gives you the opportunity to still work
to still you know work on your laptop or
wherever you are in the world and be
able to make money you just take your
business with you and really beyond that
having passive income makes it even
better because you don't really have to
worry as much about money just comes in
you know no matter what you're doing so
it's just the value the benefit of
passive income is just really just you
know it's like moments like this when
you get a travel you really get to see
the benefit of the passive income
because it's just a weird feeling
knowing that you're not doing anything
but yet you continue to make money so
life's been pretty good on that end of
things and I think you know one one
great thing you know just you know I
mentioned before just how my some of my
goals get delayed and you know there's a
really good quote or saying from Ray
Dalio that i read in money mass for the
game Tony Robbins books on on finances
was he said that basically he knows that
he's going to be wrong I think that's
basically what the quote was but he
basically knows that he can be wrong and
he just accepts that and I think that's
an important thing in life you know a
lot of like stock investors or whatever
they just kind of you know pretend to
know it all they know everything but you
know the top ones the top hedge fund
managers or whatever they know that
they're going to be wrong they
acknowledge that they accept that and I
think it's the same thing with your
goals you know you set goals but you
don't know a hundred percent if you're
going to be able to really achieve that
goal on that day a hundred percent you
know might get delayed things happen
fires start that you have to put out and
you just got to accept that and just
know that you know you're not going to
achieve that goal on that day you just
got to do the best
you can either away and if it gets too
late that's okay just delay it a little
bit keep you know change your approach a
little bit trained your deadline or your
procedure and again as long as you make
progress toward towards it's a most
important thing I think I'm going to
finish this video blog with that oh it's
a few more questions I want to answer
from a lot of you guys that I have it's
been a little bit of time today
answering for you guys but I again want
