and in this video we're going to look at
why outworking everyone is not enough
now this is kind of an upgrade to an
idea that I've spoken about quite a bit
here on the channel and I got to see
Tony Robbins at the funnel hacking live
event here in Dallas I'm actually in
Albuquerque at this point I've my
travels have moved along I mean my
father-in-law's podcasts to do for this
and what I really wanted to communicate
because I have been very kind of
consistent in saying outwork everyone
the goals that work everyone you got to
put in more effort than your competitors
in order to quote-unquote win at the
he really kind of laid down an upgrade
to it and I want to give you that
upgrade because there is more to simply
out working everyone in your niche and
this is for a couple of reasons number
one what you consider work might not be
strategic and it might not be giving
value to your target market right that
can be kind of the biggest potential pit
bull is if you're just doing busy work
you're just posting to social media
every day but you haven't really built
or test or optimize your funnels that's
a really big problem number two you
could potentially be going towards
burnout in this sort of a situation if
you're not again being strategic and
getting results right because from my
experience it's the fact that my massive
amounts of action spur results and I'm
starting to see you know we took a lot
of action we got our first few sales and
was like wow this really works took a
lot more action than we were making
consistent weekly income wow this stuff
works and it's it's almost like a
process of take a lot of action see some
results take a lot of actions see some
results the results kind of keep
throwing more logs on the fire to keep
us excited and inspired to do more work
etc etc so what's the upgrade to the
idea it's simple you need to bring more
value to your customers than anyone else
in your market and then my friend you
win now there's a reason why this is so
powerful and the biggest part of why
this is so powerful is when you're
giving more value than anyone else in
the marketplace you
stand out people will share your message
for you you actually kind of almost
stopped having to market yourself even
though content marketing and giving a
value is indeed a marketing strategy but
you never really need to sell yourself
when you're giving more value than
anyone else any one of your competitors
and anyone else in your marketplace
customers simply line up to be with you
now this is where it does dovetail with
my concept in my belief that we have to
outwork everyone because you can't
simply spend in 20 minutes a day give
one little nug of value that's really
valuable but put it on Facebook and
expect that to get you there right you
need to be putting out the video every
day you need to be putting out the blog
post every day you need to be putting
out the podcast every week need to be
putting out multiple social media
updates every single day and that simply
takes time and most people aren't
willing to invest the amount of time
needed to actually create and deliver
that much value so it is in part a out
working everyone but Part B is about
being strategic with what this work is
and what the work product looks like and
making sure that it's all about bringing
more value to your customers to your
customer avatar if you don't yet have
customers than anyone else and I do
personally believe that this channel is
a perfect example of that in the last
six months six months in a week I've
made about a hundred and fifty videos I
have not created a product I have not
shifted into what am I going to get
right what is Miles beckley are going to
get from that mode I am 100-percent
focus on one out working everyone I want
to be putting more content on YouTube
than any other internet marketer
teaching internet marketing in this day
and age that's my first goal number two
I want to make sure that every single
video I'm putting out is of extreme
value for you I want you to be able to
watch a video or to fully understand a
concept be able to go into your business
wherever you're at whatever phase you're
at in the business be able to implement
and then see results and guess what
that's happening so what happens in this
kind of a situation well I'm getting
asked pretty much daily miles do you do
done for you were
miles can I get a one-on-one
consultation with you miles can I get
access to do you have a membership
program models do many products i could
buy i want more and you think like wow
miles you're giving away everything you
know for free people still would they
ever want to buy something from you they
do they're lining up and the answer to
those questions is no I don't have a
product I don't do one-on-one I don't do
done for you work right now and that's
on purpose because that would cut into
my time and I wouldn't be able to create
these videos for you and ultimately for
me right now it's about creating these
videos I'm going to go for a very long
as long as I can i'm on a marathon here
and i'm barely even getting started how
much value can i bring to the
marketplace on youtube how much value
can i bring through my blog with these
videos having them transcribed etc and
what could the audience growth be like
in one two or three years because my
whole bit with this channel is that you
can start from scratch and build
something in a relatively short period
of time my wife and i have already done
this once this is attempt number two
during a temp number two it's happening
right like this is this is success
massive success number two in the work
and you get to follow along as it goes
and not only watch what I'm doing but
you get to learn the intricacies of the
SEO of the funnel optimization of the
facebook ads etc because that's what I'm
teaching because that's what I've got
ten plus years of experience doing and
that is the value I'm able to bring to
the marketplace you know like I said ten
plus years experience I've spent ten
twenty thousand dollars on my internet
marketing education in this day and age
I had no one teaching me this stuff when
I got started so i'm paying it forward
here or paying it back or whatever you
want to call it and i'm going to be that
guy to leave all the cards on the table
still all the beings that most the other
people are charging for and that's it
i'm giving more value in the marketplace
now i need to stick with this for 23
years and continue to deliver value and
then i'm really curious to see what are
the subscriber numbers like how's my web
traffic going to be what are my
analytics in youtube looking like and
the fun part is you're going to get to
see those numbers as they come out of
well because i love doing these effort
and result reviews kind of on a monthly
basis so that's really it i wanted to
give you that idea i got from tony raw
it was very impactful for me because it
is indeed about giving value it's not
about busy work it's not about
sharpening pencils and straightening
notebooks on your on your desk and it's
not about little things that have no
effort or have no have little potential
result or little potential benefit to
your customer avatar or to your market
place it's about identifying those
things that you can teach and you can
give of yourself that will truly help
your audience have a positive experience
with your teaching and help them down
their path towards their goals and when
you give of yourself enough in that
manner they know like and trust you
right they've experienced your valuable
information they know that you're the
real deal they've put in what you teach
to practice they've experienced the
positive results and at that moment you
don't really have to sell them anything
all you have to do is simply put an
offer out let them know you've got a
group coaching program you've got a paid
webinar coming up you've got an info
product coming up you're doing
one-on-ones whatever it is for you and
at that moment they're going to line up
to buy from you because they already
love you because you've already helped
them more than anyone else in the
marketplace have so that's the trick out
work everyone and give more value to
your marketplace and do your customers
and to your customer avatar than anyone
else in your marketplace and that will
position you for the ultimate long-term
success and that is the goal here this
is all about long-term success and if
