and in this video we're going to look at

a brilliant idea i got from tony robbins

at the funnel hacking live seminar and

this is the concept that your motive

matters and your motive is actually

going to dictate the kinds of insights

that you get about advancing your

business now let me explains this is

really powerful and it's really

important to understand and he started

out by saying if your motive is simply

to take care of yourself if your 100%

focus on you I got to get out my job I

don't like my situation I need a better

house I need a better car me me me if

that's your only motive you're going to

get some insights and indeed you can go

forth with that motive and you indeed

can build a successful business but he

goes on to say when your motives expands

beyond you even to your family let's say

you've got a wife and a couple of kids

or let's say you have a husband and a

couple of kids right not one hundred

percent sure if your focus is I need to

take care of my family I've got four six

eight people or my parents are getting

older and I need to take care of them or

I want to pay for my parents as mortgage

when you grow and expand your vision and

your motive you get blessed with greater

and greater insights synchronicities

begin to line up for you in a more kind

of interesting and advantageous way and

he said that the real trick to getting

those kinds of massive insights and

remember Tony Robbins runs I believe

he's involved he's a partner or owner in

31 businesses and all of his businesses

combined have 1200 employees and

generate 5 billion dollars in revenue

per year he's not just an author he's

not just an on-stage speaker this dude

has real-world businesses and is doing

amazing things in the world and if you

know anything about Tony Robbins his

mission is to feed hundreds of millions

of people because when he was younger he

had one Thanksgiving they didn't have

any food and a charitable organization

and some individuals came by and

actually delivered Thanksgiving dinner

for him and that really impacted him

young age and he's had this mission and

the vision to feed as many people as he

can he said a hundred million plus

people and he's going to fill feed

hundreds of millions more that's a

pretty damn big vision right there right

and he says that when your vision gets

to that global scale of I'm going to

change the world I'm going to create

positive change for Humanity I'm going

to do things on a big big level he says

that that's when intuition and

inspiration and ideas and partnerships

and synchronicities line up that much

more quickly because we can become a

vehicle for positive change in the world

and we live in a kind of benevolent

universe that works to help you change

the world and it was his concept that

growing that greater vision was the

powerful trick in order to really kind

of get that next level help from the

unknown right and that helped could come

in the form of chance meeting on an

airplane of discovering a new blog post

that has an idea discovering a new

YouTube channel that lays out the steps

for you that what that actually

manifests as could be very different it

could be meeting the right distributor

for a product it could be having the

idea of a new niche that doesn't even

exist that you get to open the entire

market for it couldn't show up in many

ways for my wife and I that vision has

been to help a million people a month

meditate we believe in as a personal

belief that we can help shift the

consciousness of humanity and earth if

we can help enough people meditate every

single month there's been studies done

you can look at the Washington DC study

I think something like five thousand

monks came out to Washington DC which

was a crime riddled place they all

meditated together in the DC area for

extended periods of time and indeed

crime went down this is a scientific

study if I find it a link to it below

but you can just look up the DC crime

study monks meditating on google and I

guarantee you will find it and there's

scientific proof that the consciousness

of groups of people can have effects on

those around them who aren't kind of

meditating per se so that's

our big goal and I'll tell you straight

up like we have had some very very

powerful kind of synchronicities in our

life we've stumbled on or found or met

people who have been willing to help us

share our message in ways that came

really easy to us now when I say it came

really easy to us don't forget that

there was years and years and years and

years and years of extreme amounts of

effort for tiny tiny tiny results right

the first three four years of our

business we were putting in this much

work and we were seeing this much result

but it's because we stuck with it and we

had this greater vision guiding us now

it's at a point where we're putting in

this much effort right and we're getting

this much result from it and that is

compounding still to this day so the

goal of this video and the reason why

Tony mentioned that at the event and the

reason why I'm telling you right now is

because I want you to check your vision

how big or how big of a game are you

playing how big is your vision are you

being selfish and thinking of only

yourself then no you're going to get

limited help from the universe or from

whatever you see as that makes your

fingernails grow and makes your heart

beat every minute because it's still

being ready second right there is an

energy force in this world that helps

plants grow and that is an intelligent

life force energy that flows through

everything and if you're only concerned

and your only thought is about yourself

and you want the big house and you want

the Ferrari you're going to get limited

help from that and you can brute force

your way there I know it for a fact that

seen it time and time again here's the

cool part if you shift your focus to

something that is greater than yourself

you will receive more and more help if

you ship your help to your focus to

helping your community to your family if

you're a part of a church community or

if you just get involved with a a

charity that excites you that has vision

that's aligned with you and you start to

focus on helping that charity more than

your focus on yourself or if you

establish a big vision in this world to

create positive change around the world

on a global scale things like Peter

Diamandis right like I don't know if you

know about a bold book or his or his

abundance book

that guy wants to change the world and

what's happening great people like Larry

Page and Bill Gates later pages the

founder one of the founders of Google if

you weren't aware billionaires are

lining up to work with him and get

behind his vision and give him money and

resources to help him take his vision

and his excited vision to the world he

wasn't a great individual in any means

he just had a great vision and through

that great vision and that huge idea

that he's working with all kinds of

crazy cool things have lined up if you

haven't read bold or abundant by peter

diamandis i highly recommend it if for

me was a big mindset opener on how to

dream even bigger because he I thought

our dream was big for a million people

to meditate a month with our stuff and

he's talking about like helping billions

and billions of people and it was just

really mind-blowing at the level he's

playing with and then to learn how many

resources and how much funding and how

many great people are aligning with him

and meeting up with him and wanting to

contribute to his vision it's incredible

and it really proves that point that

Tony Robbins really drove home to us at

the conference so check your vision are

you focused on yourself at least extend

that out to your family try to expand

that out in some way to your community

or to our community that you care about

through possibly some sort of a

charitable contribution you don't have

to just give them money right you can

give of your time you can give of your

knowledge of what you're good at to a

certain group of people who need that in

many senses me contributing these videos

for the sole purpose of helping you grow

your business online is my positive

contribution that in what I'm trying to

do in this world and I've got people who

are really good at business giving me

great I'm aligning with these great

ideas that I get to share with you and

I'm now a conduit of bigger messages

because I now have to get this message

out to you because together with all

these ideas built on each other we can

create more positive change in the world

and with that kind of a vision we keep

attracting bigger and greater ideas and

more health and more excitement and it's

amazing at how this works so if you have

a vision that a bit selfish that's okay

we all got to take care of ourselves

first right

got to fill up our cup before we are

able to overflow if you will but figure

out a way to take what you're doing and

expand that vision out to the next level

and they span that vision out to the

next level get on board with people and

charities who have bigger visions that

you resonate with studies are great who

are making massive amounts of positive

change in the world whether it's Bill

Gates Warren Buffett Peter Diamandis to

bouldin abundance book or great Tony

Robbins my goodness that man is doing

amazing things in this world and you can

do the same but you have to have the

vision first and that vision can propel

you through the challenges it makes

these small hurdles of like oh man my

conversion rate or these little things

that we kind of geek out on and that

this channel is definitely covered at

length it makes those challenges so

small when you're trying to feed a

hundred million people who don't have

food that's a big effing problem in our

world right your conversion rate on your

sales page is a tiny problem in

comparison but if you somehow linked

that conversion rate to your sales page

to helping a greater good like that you

will find a way you will find the right

videos you will find the right ideas you

will stumble across a great marketer in

your niche who you can swipe and borrow

some headline ideas from you'll

synthesize ideas in a new way I don't

even fully understand how it works but I

do know that it does work and I know

from personal experience my wife and I

I've heard it from so many great people

making so much positive change that it's

really important for you to have a big

vision the bigger the vision the more

help you will attract from places you

never would even expect so as you're

moving forward make sure you're

constantly looking in what's my goal

what's my vision how can I help and

serve and affect the most people in the

world at the same time and then go forth

down the path you will find the tools

the resources that people you need and

it is absolutely amazing what you create
