The 30 Day Morning Ritual Challenge



hey what's up guys Stefan here from
project life mastery comm and I'm
recording this video right now for you
guys because I want to publicly declare
and commit to you and everyone else
that's watching this video right now and
also people that are listening to the
podcast that over the next thirty days
I'm gonna commit to doing a 30-day
morning ritual challenge which basically
means over the next thirty days first
thing in the morning I'm gonna spend 15
minutes 30 minutes an hour or maybe even
longer focused on me to fill myself up
to do something every single morning so
that I can become better so that I can
perform at my best every day something
from my body my mind and my spirit you
know that might be working out at the
gym it might be doing meditation it
might be reading and feeding my mind it
might be changing you know what I'm
eating and putting into my body each
morning so that I can be at my best and
have more energy there's so many
different things that you can do but you
know I've been doing rituals now for
over 15 years and it's one of the single
most powerful things that I've done to
change my life and take it to a whole
new level
you know many of you guys know and aware
of the different YouTube videos that I
have that are popular on YouTube sharing
my morning ritual sharing things that I
do every single day and it like I said
it's something that's changed my life in
so many levels and when I work with
people and I coach them having rituals
in your life is one of the single most
important things you can do to change
your life because it's what you do every
single day that makes up who you are you
know conditioning yourself that if every
single morning you're waking up and
you're drinking your coffee and you're
eating your doughnuts and you're hitting
the snooze button and you're stressed
and you have anxiety and you're checking
your email social media you're gonna be
reacting throughout the entire day
you're not gonna be at your best you're
not gonna be happy you're not gonna be
energized they're not gonna be the most
efficient and productive it starts by by
taking that first part of your day being
proactive doing something every single
day every single morning so that you can
be at your best filling yourself up so
that you have something to give and
contribute to your relationship your
business to your society whatever it
might be so I'm a big fan of rituals you
guys can check out other videos that I
have I've got a course called morning
ritual mastery which is a 7 day video
training program
and on day seven one of the things that
I teach and recommend is to do a 30-day
challenge and the reason why I'm
declaring this and something that I
teach is that when you actually declare
something and you commit not just to
yourself because when you commit to
yourself only you know there's not much
of a consequence if you back out you
know if I just said to myself hey I'm
gonna do this 30-day challenge but
nobody else knows about it well you know
day five can come along and I can you
know skip out and not do it no one's
gonna know so I'm safe there's not much
of a consequence but when you make it
public when you declare it and you
publicly commit that's when you become
accountable to other people that's when
you're more likely to follow through
that's when it's really gonna change
your life because now you don't want to
let not just yourself down but everyone
else so that's what I'm doing here is
I'm I want to share this with you guys
so that you guys can hold me accountable
but also so that I can inspire you guys
I don't just want this to be something
you know I do for myself I've been in
rituals like I said for 15 years I don't
really at this point need to be that
accountable to it because I'm addicted
to it I love it so much you know you get
so much pleasure from from doing it once
you do it for a while but I'm doing this
to inspire you guys because what I'm
also gonna commit to doing is I'm gonna
share on my Instagram on my Instagram
story every single day for the next 30
days at least one thing I'm gonna do as
part of my morning ritual so you guys
can follow along my journey you just
have to follow me on my Instagram which

below this video for you guys to follow
me if you want to follow along on the
journey and kind of see what I do at
different parts I've traveled at
different times too and so the next 30
days you're gonna see me travel to
different locations but I'm still gonna
do my rituals because again that's
something that I'm committing to but
also I'm doing this to hopefully inspire
you guys to join me and not just being
passive not just being an observer not
just watching someone else live their
life and change and make it better
because really you know what good isn't
inspiring you if you guys aren't gonna
act on the inspiration that's where the
real value is so I want to recruit you
guys I want to get you guys involved I
want you guys to experience the benefits
of creating an empowering ritual
your life every single day if you've
always struggled maybe with being
consistent with things or maybe you've
had a ritual at one point in your life
and you did it for a while but you
stopped doing it or maybe you've got to
rip a ritual right now and you are
consistent but you just want to take it
to new level or maybe you want to
inspire other people as well I'm not
sure but either way I want you guys to
join me in on this this is something
that you know tatianna is gonna join me
for as well she's gonna be sharing on
her Instagram and her social media what
she's doing but I'd love for you guys to

like I said I want to be accountable the
best way to be accountable is making it
public publicly declaring and committing
just like I'm doing right now with you
guys you're gonna see a post on my
Instagram which I'll link to below
that's a post that you guys can see
that's gonna be me committing on my
Instagram and also probably share on my
Twitter and other social media pages
like my facebook as well I'm gonna
declare it and like I said I'm gonna
share every day at least one thing that
I'm doing now the reason why that's very
beneficial is in the back of my mind if
I don't feel like doing it I don't want
to share whatever then I can't do that
because I know that there's all these
other people they're gonna be watching
and following me to make sure that I you
know am keeping my word I'm having
integrity and I'm actually following
through on that commitment but by you
guys also doing the same using your
social media using your Instagram your
Facebook your Twitter whatever platform
you might use even youtube if you wanted
to by you sharing with your friends and
your followers that you're going to
commit to this and that you're gonna
post every single day on your story
you're on your feet or whatever it is
then you're gonna find for yourself
you're gonna have that extra level that
extra reason why for you to actually
follow through on it so I want you guys
to join me on that I'll give you guys a
hashtag as well I'm gonna probably gonna
link all this to on a blog post with all
the details instructions so if you guys
want to use a hashtag and other people
can follow and I can see what you guys
are doing I'd love to follow you guys
and root you on and encourage you and
leave some comments so whatnot I'm gonna
be involved in that level too but also
what I decided to do to make the even
more fun to give you guys another
incentive another reason to take action
with this is I'm gonna give away some
prizes so there's gonna be some
requirements obviously - in order to be
eligible to win some of these prizes
you'll have to actually commit on your
social media and actually post and will
monitor monitor and check in every once
in a while to make sure that you're
actually following through on that but
if you commit and you do it for the 30
days I'm gonna give away some cool
prizes some of them might be shirts and
apparel some of it might be different
courses and trainings that I have but I
want to further incentivize you guys to
make sure that you participate in this
the real reward whether you win a price
or not the real reward is how your life
changes how your life improves how much
happier that you feel how much more
confident you feel each day how much
more productive how much more efficient
there is radiating with so much more
energy that people respond to you
differently because you're operating at
your ten each day you know a lot of
people they start their day at a zero
you know and they're there hovering
around the zero one two three and you
know if you have these problems and
challenges and adversity in your life
that are level seven they're just gonna
consume you but if you're at your ten
every day and you're at your best and
you're happy you're conditioning
yourself and even though you know at
first it might be tough or challenging
you might not see the benefit but when
you're conditioning yourself every day
your training or you're building muscle
your mental your emotional and your
physical muscles that's gonna give you a
lot a long-term lasting effect in your
life that translates to everything else
that you do so passionate and crazy
right now because I want to get you guys
involved in this I want you guys to
experience it because when you
experience doing something like this and
taking it to that next level
you know you guys will be able to see
for yourself the impact the changes that
are made in your life and and I feel so
passionate because it's changed my life
in so many ways so many levels so listen

root each other on and encourage you up

that's really what I'm hoping to
accomplish here and once you do
something like this for 30 days the
level of pride the level of self esteem
and confidence that you get that you
committed to something and you actually
follow through on that commitment you
take that it's the same commitment and
qualities that you can then take to
translate to other aspects of your life
if you want to change your body if you
want to change your business you want to
change your relationship and you want to
change any new habit in your life the
process is the same
