THIS IS MY LAST GOALS REPORT! (2019 Review)


hey what's up life masters this is
Stefan James from project life mastery
today I'm going to go through my twenty
nineteen goals so at the start of 2019 I
shared with you guys the goals that I
set and committed to all throughout 2019
every quarter I shared with you guys my
quarterly goals report where I give you
an update on the progress as making
towards those goals and this is the last
video of that series for 2019 so in this
video I'm going to go through each of my
goals in 2019 one by one and it shares
you guys an update share with you guys
the goals that I accomplished the
successes the wins the victory so I can
celebrate that and then also go through
the ones that I didn't achieve the goals
where I fell up I came up short and what
I learned from that and this has been a
ritual that I've done now since 2012
when I first started project life
mastery back when I had something called
hair I decided you know back in 2012 I'm
that publicly and passionately sure my
goals of the world and I did that as a
way to force myself to be more
accountable to force myself to follow
through to create an extra layer of
pressure on myself because I believe
that when you're accountable to others
and you make a commitment they're more
likely to be an integrity with that and
fall through what you said you're gonna
do when you make it public and you share
it with others and so I did and I was
amazed to see what I can accomplish from
that every year after that you saw the
transformation in my life and every
aspect of my life my finances my
business my emotions my confidence my
relationships everything and so it's
been pretty incredible to transparently
share that with you guys and hopefully
you guys been inspired by it I also
share my goals and have for the Matt you
know seven years or so to inspire you to
show you that what is possible by
setting and achieving goals everything
I'm accomplished in my life guys the
foundation of that is goal setting and
if you don't have goals yet you should
hopefully this video can be that one
that inspires you to do so if you
haven't set goals for 2020 make sure
that you do after this video and it's
amazing what's possible but also
goal-setting is not enough you've got to
check back in with your goals as I'm
doing right now
you got to reflect and reevaluate and
look at the goals that you accomplish
celebrate that so you get momentum
whatever it gets rewarded it gets
repeated
it and the ones that you don't achieve
those are great opportunities for you to
learn and grow and find out what you do
what can you do better and look at
yourself and have awareness to say hey
you know what maybe this is what's
holding me back or I have this problem
this challenge I gotta conquer that and
overcome it and all through the process
of setting and achieving goals it's not
about what you get that's about who you
become right it's about who you become
and that's the most valuable thing that
you get from all of this and so
hopefully my friends I can inspire you
to do the same and be a positive example
and a role model for you in that way
and this video is late because normally
I published this at the end of 2019 or
maybe the first week of January but I
still wanted to get this out there for
you guys even though it's late you know
I've been taking a lot of time off and
re-evaluating reflecting on this new
chapter of my life you know I can look
at 2010 to 2019 as one chapter of my
life the last decade this is a new
decade and I've been really really
wedding what I want for my the next
decade in my life and I actually decided
that this year I'm not gonna publicly
share my goals so I'm not going to
continue sharing my goals in 2020 I
might in the future if there's enough
demand for it but part of this new
chapter in my life I actually taken a
bit of a step back for my business you
know I have found that my business has
consumed my life in so many ways and in
a lot of ways it's incredible it's
beautiful as have been a big mission and
purpose of my life but the next chapter
of my life you know I'm getting married
this year I'm starting a family and
reprioritize in my life to focus on
family and friends and relationships and
business I find is something especially
when you have an audience of people you
can kind of get sucked into that where
you know I kind of felt that I'm trying
to meet the demands of you guys or you
know everyone else that wants things
from me more videos and content and
questions and emails and messages and
it's a lot to keep up with it's not easy
and in some ways I felt us kind of live
in my life on other people's terms not
my own so I really had to take a step
back and one of the decisions I made is
to publish less videos less content
which kind of feels a little bit weird
you know but I you know I have to
something's got to give so I can focus
on other aspects of my life and be true
to project like mastery which
a life balance and a reason why I also
decided you know I actually found when I
looked back to the analytics and stats
to my youtube channel
it just seems not enough people are
really actually interested in my goals
reports and the goals that I've shared
and don't get me wrong the people that
are watching this I know you guys are
probably right and hopefully got a lot
of benefit and value from it but if I'm
gonna do less videos I want it to be a
little bit more strategic and focus on
videos that I think can help more people
I can still preach goal-setting and
share that with you guys and other
valuable things but I want to be a bit
more strategic about the videos that I
do publish and the ones that you know
the goal-setting ones are the ones
sharing my goals just didn't really get
as much views as the other videos that I
put out and so if there's enough demand
maybe I won't can reconsider it for
maybe 2021 but it's also nice it's nice
and take a break and I learned that
right now too you know I've achieved a
lot of success in my life and all my
goals for the most part that it gives
you that freedom that ability to choose
what you want to do and to do what's
good what's gonna make me happy for some
for most and so I'm actually excited to
take a break from that but who knows
maybe I'll continue it in 2021 and so if
enough people are interested in it but I
have to look at the analytics and the
stats and that's not enough people are
so and it also takes me a lot of time to
share this publicly too so I'm still
setting goals for myself I believe in it
it's incredible hopefully you are as
well but let's dive into this guys I
want to waste too much of your time here
so I've got in front of me my goals that
I set at the beginning of 2019 I'm gonna
go through each one one by one now one
thing I'm gonna mention that I shared in
my quarterly goals reports my goals
changed throughout the year I added more
I always try to you know year after year
I always tell myself I gotta set less
goals because sometimes I over commit to
too many goals and I I'm able to manage
a lot simultaneously which is pretty
insane but I had I I learned that you
got to be flexible throughout the year
it's in some sense there's other
opportunities that show up that can
allow you to achieve your ultimate goal
a lot easier and faster and you have to
have that flexibility at some times to
change course or readapt your plan and
that's what happened for me in 2019 and
so 2019 for example I set my goals and
then in February Tony Robbins and Dean
grathios you reach out and they want me
to promote help them support this big
new product launch that they're doing
and it was a dream opportunity because I
got an opportunity to go to Fiji to
spend time with Tony Robbins and it was
a life-changing kind of a dream
opportunity for me I guess and I had to
make a decision hey you know what all
the number of these other goals that I
set for myself they're great but this
goal is more important and I had to have
that flexibility to decide you know what
I'm gonna change my goals that means I'm
gonna maybe accomplice or less goals
here so I could pursue this one and by
pursuing this bigger goal it allowed me
to leapfrog my career my success and
that helped me a treat achieve a dream
that I had which was spending time with
Tony someone who was a mentor in my life
and it was great so some of the goals
I'm gonna go through here they've
changed right this is the updated list
based on also my cute quarter three
update and I'm gonna go through each one
one by one but just just so you know if
you go back to that original blog post I
changed some of those goals and just
added some new ones so with that being
said let me dive into each one give you
guys an update I categorized my goals in
each area in my life the each area of
life mastery so first I'm gonna start
with health and fitness excuse me
so the first goal that I had is that
I'll easily eat clean at least six days
per week to create optimal health energy
vitality and physical fitness by
December 31st 2019 that goal I would say
I came up short with I'd say that I was
eating clean maybe four to five days a
week and to be honest with you this goal
it's not that measurable that's one
thing I can improve at the goal you want
to make sure you have a goal you can
measure a little bit better and kind of
eating clinging is not specific enough
to really identify what that is because
you know sometimes we can kind of cheat
ourselves in a way and say oh yeah now I
kind of eat clean today but maybe you
really did it but you got to define that
you got to be specific about it so this
goal is a little bit wishy-washy to be
honest with you and then also to be
honest I had times where I was
no totally off this goal for like a week
or two you know when I'm traveling or
when I'm gonna you know a certain part
of the world so it was very challenging
to keep up with this but if I would be
honest I'd say four to five days a week
I'd a fairly clean with my standards and
you know what I believe is clean but I
could get better at being more specific
and measuring and the way you got to
measure it really is if you're sitting a
goal like this every week you got a you
got a or even every day you got to keep
maybe a journal a diary and say did I
clean this day and define what that
means and check a checkbox to be
consistent with that
so this school I could have a better
setting for the start because I kind of
set myself up to fail in some ways with
that number two will easily detox for at
least 7 days to support my body and
altima health and vitality by December
31st 2019
so I did a four month detox not a seven
seven day detox
I worked with my naturopathic doctor we
did a lot of testing we tested I had a
whole list of tests that I did here
everything from a gastrointestinal map
to test my stool to a organic acid test
to a pair of wellness parasite tests
essentially a hormone test to the Dutch
test DNA tests with Geno's I did a
variety of testing make DiMucci and
testing to really find out what's going
on in my body where the points that I
can optimize and improve and one thing
we identified is my gut is a bit weak
you know kind of like weak leaky gut
syndrome I guess where you know some
toxins kind of seep into my bloodstream
and can wreak some havoc and so to detox
that I went on a more of a ketogenic
diet for about four months but it was a
very strict keto diet where I wasn't
even having eggs or a lot of you know
animal products that people would have
on a keto diet which tends to make it a
little bit easier but it was a very
strict diet a lot of supplements a lot
of coffee enemas a lot varietal variety
of things that I was doing to detox for
those four months and so that was great
and it really made a lot of great
progress on my health but really healing
the gut takes a long time
it can really take a long time but
you've got to remove foods that cause
inflammation and irritate the gut and
that's why we went on a specific diet
like that so I achieved that goal which
I'm really proud of the third goal is
that I'll easily do yoga at least twice
per month to improve my overall
flexibility and physical recovery this
goal to be honest I didn't track and
measure it as much as I should have but
I'm gonna give myself a lot of credit
here and say that I did it sheet this
school I wouldn't say that it was like
every two weeks exactly but I did a lot
of deep stretching a lot of body work
and yoga throughout 2019 that I'm proud
of and I believe that I this goal so I
could attract it a lot better but I had
many months or even weeks where I was
doing yoga every day so I definitely
made a lot of great progress I'm gonna
give myself credit for that number for
all you I'll easily get to at least 10%
body fat and have my abs showing to
celebrate celebrate by doing a fitness
photo shoot when December 31st so I got
my body fat at 10 percent I did achieve
that but I didn't do the photo shoot
okay and actually I achieved this goal
when I was doing that detox which was
back in like January February March
April of 2019 and the cool thing is you
know I've done fitness competitions in
the past where I've got less than 10%
body fat but that has always been done
through counting calories counting all
my macros my protein fat and carbs and
being very strict with that and keeping
a food journal and working with a coach
but what I found when doing the keto
diet I didn't have to count calories I
didn't have to be I didn't have to it
was actually a lot easier for me to get
that lean just by doing keto so it's
pretty amazing what how much my body
really benefits from doing that
definitely learned a lot and whenever
you kind of go on your health journey
you try a variety of things as I do you
really learn a lot about your body and
what responds to you and I think that's
the best way to go because people often
they're looking for like a universal
one-size-fits-all diet or eating program
but I want to know what I do and other
people do but everybody's body is
different and different things work for
different people and I found you just
kind of have to experiment and find some
some people their body doesn't
metabolize
fad as well like tatianna the keto diet
didn't really Bennett for her as much as
it did for me and everyone's different
right so you got to learn yourself in
your body and try different things maybe
it's for you it's more a vegan diet or
vegetarian or Marissa Mayer Aikido and
maybe trying to intermittent fasting or
who knows maybe it's the carnivore diet
you know I know people that have a lot
of success doing that so I think trying
different things and learning your body
is the ultimate goal of what I've
learned when it comes to health and
well-being and part of that it's doing
the testing so testing your blood
testing your urine testing your stool
testing your saliva working with maybe a
naturopathic doctor that can really help
you and I'll help you understand your
body I think is the best way to go to
okay financial goals
I will easily save or invest at least
1.5 million dollars u.s. by December
31st and I over achieved that goal i
over achieved on that you know earlier
throughout 2019 so I stopped counting
after quarter three but it was over 2.1
million dollars that i was able to save
and invest last year for me was my
highest financial year yet with my
businesses I made more money than I've
ever made which is pretty incredible
really proud of that I've really grown
my investment portfolio in 2019 2019 was
a huge year for the stock market as well
the US economy really went up in a lot
of ways so I benefited a lot from that
although I do think there's gonna be a
crash the recession that's gonna happen
this year next or 2022 maybe who knows
when but I'm also preparing for that too
and I do have a lot of savings a lot of
bonds and diversification in my
portfolio and I've shared in the past my
three and a half million dollar
investment portfolio that was maybe two
years ago or so you can go back to learn
you know a bit about that so if you want
to see some of the things I've invested
in back then you can learn from that but
even though it's been great to grow my
business and scale it it also was a very
challenging time to do that because in
2019 I travel to 18 countries which was
exhausting was fun in a lot of ways
amazing experiences but is also very
exhausting and it was very hard to run
and operate my business from that too so
I'm
happy you know about that but I could
even go with making less money and doing
less work to have more peace of mind and
not be a stress because I was definitely
a bit stressed at times twenty nineteen
okay with that being said mission and
business goals I'll easily participate
in sharing amazing selling machine ASM
and the incredible bonuses I put
together to support people and building
their Amazon business by December 31st
2019 so I achieved that goal 2019
amazing selling machine if you don't

that teaches someone how to build or
Amazon ecommerce business it's a program
that changed my life and Tatiana's life
when we first got into e-commerce in 20
2015 2014-2015 and I've been a top
affiliate for them and I partnered with
him because I don't have any interest in
creating my own damn Amazon FBA course I
might rather partner with them they do a
way better job than I could ever do and
I can support them and support you guys
by providing some incredible bonuses to
help you build your business and so
that's what I've done
we had a great launch with ASM 11 in
2019 and I was just with Matt Clark in
Mexico and a mastermind event and we had
lunch and talked about 2020 and so
there's going to be an ASM 12 which I'm
excited for and their-their really
ramping up the value I'm really excited
for some of the things they're
innovating and doing that it's just
better than anything else out there for
building your Amazon business and that's
the only thing I love about them they're
always making it better and better and
better our values are in alignment where
we're truly trying to serve and make
people better and help them get the
results and so I'm excited for that for
20 20 I'll just give you guys an idea
what's coming for 20 20
okay and by the way I didn't even
mention this guys I'm reading my blog
post that I publicly sure these goals in
a blog post and everything that I go
through is in a blog post and I'll link
that in the description or if you've got
a project like mastery comm and you go
to the blog there's the the goals
reports section where you can go back
through just because I'm I'm reading
what I'm sharing but if you want more
details on these schools I explain them
a lot better in the actual blog post I
kind of write it out and have picture
and things like that to go along with
these goals okay
next goal is that I'll easily host to
online business mastering mastermind
events to be able to intimately help
people build their online businesses so
Tatiana and I hosted two events in 2019
there were amazing incredible turnout so
many people that came out to those
events and it was a lot of fun and so we
have people that come in they fly in for
this event they work with us we have
maybe about 12 people that come out and
we're helping each person build their
business and giving them personalized
coaching and feedback and helping them
create a custom plan to get to where
they want to go so it's one of my
favorite things that I do we actually
just did another one in January as well
so for 2020 I've got one coming up in
the UK in 20 so it's in September that
one's almost sold out just because I
never been to the UK actually my first
time but it's the first time and
probably the only time will host
something in Europe so I know there's a
lot of you guys that are in Europe and
maybe you want to meet and hang out it's
been a weekend together that could be a
good fit for you and then I've also got
one at the end of 2020 in December so if
you're interested in this it's not for
everybody but I'll give you guys a link

I'll easily redesign Stefan James comm
the website I did not accomplish that
number 9 and some of these goals to be
honest with you I just I got burnt out
after the knowledge business blueprint
launched for twenty rahabaan' so I went
so crazy on that launch and just really
up my game to a whole new level of work
where I didn't take any time off for
like three months work from morning till
night it was pretty insane but after I
got sober tout and I really looked at my
goals and I was like you know what I'm
just gonna eliminate a lot of these
goals because for me it just wasn't
worth being that stressed over them and
to
and even though I could have achieved
them it would have been at a big cost of
a lot of different areas of my life so
some of these goals I'm going to go
through that's one of the reasons why I
decided you know what I can push this
back to 20 20 20 it's not as urgent or
that is important I just focus on the
ones that are the most important and the
ones that weren't you know I just
decided you know I don't want to kill
myself so I was on pace for that in 2019
at some points especially if all the
travels so that's kind of why that's one
of the reasons why I decided some of
these goals you know what I'm just gonna
cancel this out say no I'm taking on the
KBB launch instead and that that's gonna
mean that some of those goals I said
it's not going to achieve and I'm okay
with that so number nine is creating and
launching my new publishing course so
this is something that I I created and
been working on in 2019 a lot it was a
lot of work because I'm a bit of a
perfectionist with creating courses
these days it's a little bit different
when I first started to where I am now
where I have a lot of you guys that have
high expectations of me and I want to
deliver on that and over-deliver on
creating the course and so I'm a bit of
a perfectionist with that and with this
one thing I've been forcing myself to do
is achieve things through other people
because otherwise me do whatever through
myself and my business is not
sustainable so I force myself to hire
other people to achieve a lot of these
projects for me and I ended up hiring a
few companies and a few individuals to
help me with projects and sometimes you
hire people it doesn't work out you know
they they don't do what they said or you
have to fire them and get someone else
and so I kind of went through a bit of a
process with that and had to kind of
change things around quite a bit but I'm
really excited about this because this
new course it's not only more updated
and fresh and it's really going to help
a lot of people that want to publish a
book on Amazon but also was coming with
this is a new website called project
like mastery University and this is now
a website where I'm gonna have all my
courses and we've added gamification
where you can win badges and
achievements as you go through the
course and you get credits and you
unlock other achievements and
and and bonuses and content and as a
community element to it and it's gonna
be really awesome so I've invested a lot
of time a lot of money a lot of
resources into this and I could have
launched it last year to be honest
that's like I don't want to rush it I
don't want to half-ass it I want to do
it the right way so I I delayed this and
right now this is looking like there's
actually two courses that are coming one
is called mastering book publishing and
there's a waiting list if you go to
mastering book publishing com the other
one is called mastering book marketing
so mastering book marketing calm and the
publishing course will teach you how to
publish a book how to find a niche how
to create the book how to publish it and
launch it on Amazon Kindle and paperback
the marketing course is that how to
market it how to build an audience how
to build the back end of that book and
how to ramp up the sales of that and
then also how to turn that to an
audiobook to have it on ACX as well so
if you want to learn more and be like
the first to know when it's available
just go to mastering the book publishing
calm and mastering book marketing calm
and we're kind of aiming for the end of
March that's kind of the timeframe have
given my team to launch it so hopefully
it's ready by then okay I will easily
improve athlete marketing mastery to
help members get results while
continuing to optimize my webinars and
funnels by December 31st made a lot of
improvements in this course but not as
much as I'd like we really improved our
community our facebook group adding
motivation Monday engagement Wednesdays
and feedback Fridays and adding new
content to it so we've done a lot of
updates but I have bigger plans for it
that I have to focus on what I have more
time for it excuse me okay number eleven
I'll easily create launch into an Amazon
product and share the process by just
summer 31st this is the goal that I
didn't achieve for the reasons I already
shared number 12 I'll usually publish at
least two new books on Amazon by
December 31st
I only achieved one book okay so I came
up short with one I published my 67
morning ritual habits book for your mind
body and spirit that's on Amazon Kindle
paperback and
book so that a lot of people would
really love that that goes into all the
rituals I can ever think of for body
mind and spirit so it kind of helps you
it's a menu of rituals that you can
utilize to add to your life add to your
morning ritual number thirteen I'll
easily improve morning ritual mastery to
help members get results I didn't start
that didn't have time to focus on that
goal
oh is it higher than social media
manager and marketer to help me grow my
social media achieved that because then
zuriel has been a part of the team for
the last year great guy great team
member and he publishes a lot of the
stuff you know you see on my project
life mastery Instagram and we've got the
project master Facebook page and he also
runs the Facebook groups that we have
the project I can ask your global
community on Facebook so we've got a lot
of great community as we built up and
he's been a huge help to that Oh easily
hire an assistant to support my
lifestyle business I achieved that I
hired my assistant dureena brought
around full time before that she was
part-time so now she's been full-time
for 2019 which has been awesome
definitely much needed with my lifestyle
and all the travel that we do number
sixteen oh easily hire an Operations
project manager to help I didn't do this
I don't think I need a new another I
already have Steve who's been a project
manager for my business for the last few
years but I decided you don't actually
don't think I really need one right now
so I'm gonna put this on pause might
reevaluate that later number seventeen
you know is the publish at least 150
videos on the project life mastery
YouTube channel and achieve that over
achieved on that goal so hopefully you
guys benefited from all the great videos
that I put out
I'll easily publish at least 200
articles on project life mastery website
and that goal actually know what guys I
don't have a name accurate number I
think I was around a hundred it was more
than 150 so I think I came up short on
this goal to be honest with you guys
sorry I don't have the exact number here
but I came up short on this goal I know
that short of 200 100 it was a hundred
I'd say I think 170 somewhere in that
range Oh easily host at least twelve
life mastery accelerator monthly
mentoring sessions by December 3
first achieve that goal so that's a
program that I have called a life
mastery celebrator every month I do a
live training I teach something new that
can help you improve and master your
life and then also do coaching with the
people that are there live and people
are sending their questions in advance
so that program has been very successful
it had a lot of incredible trainings
over 20 19 that I've been a lot of fun
to create and that's really my deeper
work that I do and I found on YouTube
you know I kind of publish more general
content and it could be a little more
surface level but inside the life
mastery so that we go deeper on certain
subjects and it's a really geared for
those that really want to master their
life and take it to another level excuse
me that's that life mastery accelerator
com next goal obviously host at least 12
online business mastery accelerator
monthly mentoring sessions so the online
business mastery accelerator is like the
life mastery accelerator but for online
businesses so I do a live training there
every month I also teach new business
strategies to help you build your online
business and also do coaching for people
that show up for those sessions as well
so achieve that goal next goal easily
attend the traffic and conversion summit
in San Diego achieve that did a team
retreat there I flew in members of my
team we spent that time attending that
event it's the top marketing seminar in
the world so we had a great time there
number 22 I'll easily attend seller con
in Las Vegas I achieved that goal as
well as that seller con which is the
event the live I met by the amazing to
sell a machine there's 2,000 people
there or so I spoke at the event which
is great and then also did a lot of
great interviews and content at the
event that's where I interviewed Robert
Kiyosaki and Dave Asprey and a whole
host of other incredible people so
create a lot of content while there as
well next I'll easily create launch the

sales during those two weeks I was the
third top affiliate for that launch and
so that I want a trip to go to Fiji to
spend time with Tony Robbins and Dean
grass Josie and Russell Brunson and
Lewis Howes and John Lee Dumas and Nick
Unsworth and Billie Jean and Jenna
Kutcher and all these incredible online
inch entrepreneurs so that was an
incredible opportunity for me I share
with you guys a video on my experience
masterminding with Tony Robbins as well
you can check that out on my youtube
channel on podcast but that was an
amazing goal that I achieved I was
really proud of and they give you guys
the heads up they're launching a new
version of this in the next month
actually I think maybe later this month
are actually launching it
they made it better which I didn't think
was possible but Tony Robbins he went
through they have such an amazing
Facebook group but he went through
thousands of messages and looked at way
is that he could help people get better
success and created I think another
three to five hours of content that he's
added to it now so that's coming to the
new one and then Degrassi Aussie created
more content for it and they revamp
their software called mine mint the
helps people plan out their mastermind
events so that is I do a newer version
of it I guess that they're launching
which I'm pretty excited for well sorry
guys I've been sick the last few days my
nose against
right now it's challenges where you got
to push through it right okay this is
what happens when you do a raw raw and
real video no cuts no editing
I'm just powering through it okay
my emotions and self-development goals
I'll easily read at least 12 bucks to
continue to learn and develop myself and
all areas of my life and I achieved that
goal read 12 books as I normally do and
I got a list of the books that I read
you know that are on my blog post I'll
share with you guys the favorite books
that I read last year the best book that
I read last year that actually really
shifted things for me it's called the
molecule of more and this is a book that
goes into dopamine and the effects that
it has on our lives dopamine is a
neurotransmitter that we feel pleasure
when there's an anticipation of a reward
anytime there's a new novel whether it's
like a new relationship a new man new
woman in your life a new house a new car
a new outfit anything new we experience
a feeling of dopamine which gives us a
sense of aliveness high pleasure but
what you'll notice is dopamine wears off
and what was once exciting you know once
you achieve the dopamine you're no
longer satisfied and you are get caught
up into an addiction where you're trying
to achieve the next thing whether it's
money success chasing women
you know pornography social media video
games money all these things their
dopamine addictions but they never make
you satisfied and I never liked this
book just put it in a way that's really
transformational for me and the antidote
to that is detoxing dopamine which is
why I took a lot of time off the last
month and a half
like I I hardly spending any time on
social media I don't even look when I
published a video that the views or
anything like that that's all a dopamine
addiction and Sobhan really detoxing
that for myself and I publish content I
make a post on Instagram I move I go
throughout my day I'm not caught up
really in the stats of it or
things of that nature as much as I used
to be and so it really benefitted me a
lot because I brought awareness to the
consequences of being addicted to
dopamine and to build what they call the
here-and-now neurotransmitters which are
serotonin oxytocin which is more in the
present moment spending time with
friends and family and that's what gives
you satisfaction so that was a big shift
for me I highly recommend the book it's
called the molecule of more and check it
out it's a great book
ok I'll easily complete the gym quick
recall training to improve my retention
cognitive performance and memory I
halfway achieved that goal which means I
didn't achieve it by the way
so I halfway achieved that I went to
half the program and I still going
through it but the difference it's a
program that helps you really improve
your memory and a lot of techniques but
it's a very action based program so
there's a lot of practice that you got
to put in to it to apply what you've
learned and so I've been applying it but
I I don't like to move on to the next
lesson until have really applied would
have learned thus far so I'm still
completing that I'll probably achieve
that in 2020 oh is the complete the
untethered soul course to continue to
develop my develop mentally emotionally
and spiritually so this is an online
course by Michael singer he wrote a book
called the untethered soul and the
surrender experiment highly recommend
those books this is an online video and
audio program that Tatiana and I went
through when we're in Tanzania on a
safari and it was incredible very
spiritual allowing you to let go of
things in your life and live from
surrender but it was a really great
program so highly recommend that this
well his name's Michael singer and the
course is called living from a place of
surrender next goal I'll easily do a
morning ritual these six days for a week
to be at my best every day I achieved
that been very consistent with my
morning rituals I will easily complete a
biocybernaut training in Sedona Arizona
to optimize my mind and emotions I did
not achieve that that's still on my list
by
with all the traveling and everything
that I did I just couldn't fit that it
I'll easily do an wasicus ceremony in
Costa Rica to continue to grow mentally
emotionally and spiritually I booked the
ayahuasca ceremony and paid for it but I
had to cut it out our travel was so
insane that I was just like squeezing
that in and I wasn't that smart when I
planned it because I planned it right
before I was going to Las Vegas to speak
in front of 2,000 people and my fear was
by doing ayahuasca I've done ayahuasca
before it puts you in a different
headspace and I just knew that it wasn't
it wasn't smart to do that before speak
in front of 2,000 people I wanted to
make sure I could serve those 2,000
people and that meant not you know
ayahuasca ceremonies you got to have
time to kind of reintegrate yourself
back in the day-to-day life and it's not
good to like fit that in and go into
that achievement mode right away so just
I'm still gonna do it I've already paid
for it actually I just have to schedule
when I'm gonna do that ayahuasca
ceremony okay I'll easily hire new life
coach to help me grown to vote myself
achieve that goal I'll go through some
of these a bit quicker guys again you
guys can go through more the details of
it on the blog post I'll easily complete
a 30 day meditation challenge using my
muse to continue calming my mind and
evolve spiritually by December 31st I
did not achieve this goal but I would
say I'd meditate about four to five days
a week but this goal was like everyday
for 30 days so I didn't achieve that but
regardless I've done a lot of great
meditation in 2019 really grown a lot in
that area and that's been a big part of
my morning ritual Oh easily a TED Tony
Robbins business mastery to continue
mastering my online business I achieved
that I went to business mastery in
August the second time I went to this
event I have a video on my youtube
channel sharing a review of the events
so if you're interested in attending you

review video that I did
okay relationship and social goals I'll
easily do at least 12 sessions with my
Tantra coach to continue creating more
intimacy love and passion and powerful
multi-orgasmic
versus in 2019 I did not achieve this
goal I only did 12 set us or three
sessions with our Tantra teacher our
travel schedule got too insane and
different time zone someone not that it
wasn't realistic to achieve this I'll
easily do my relationship ritual will
Tatiana at least once per month to
continuously ensure we're meeting each
other's needs and create more passionate
love affair that's legendary I'm a list
- I missed two of these and so I didn't
achieve this goal but we did about ten
of the relationship rituals in 2019 if
you're interested in some of these
things - guys I teach this inside my

each explaining some of these goals
might take me five minutes to do that
and I want to be respectful of your time
and for those of you that are interested

number 37 off easily planned a romantic
fun or adventure state no Tatiana at
least twice per month achieved that goal
Oh easily socialize at least once per
week with friends or strangers
I wasn't consistent with this I had
actually some weeks where I wasn't in
relationship with friends and family so
can improve that I use they take off
Saturday and Sunday from work except
during events to allow myself the rest
recover have fun and create balance of
my life did not fully achieve that I had
some days some weekends where I was
really working on some big projects and
some big launches and so I didn't
achieve that but I did take a lot of
time off traveling as well so I did take
some weeks off traveling throughout the
year as well where we just had fun enjoy
the travels and the experiences that we
had travel fun and lifestyle goals I'll
easily travel to South America for at
least three weeks and enjoy at least
seven days fully off work achieve that
we went to Buena Cerys and we went to
Bolivia to a guava iguazu falls we went
to Chile
obviously travel to Costa Rica did not
achieve that goal how easily travel to
Europe for this two weeks and enjoy
these seven days fully off that was
cancelled because instead we went to
Fiji we went to Singapore we went to
Thailand and went to New Zealand and
which is South Africa so didn't go to
Europe but went to those places also
went to Israel went to Dubai went to
went to 18 countries so it's pretty
insane always they take at least seven
days fully off work
achieve that took a lot more time off
work we went to Tanzania and Kenya so
Tanzania went to a safari which is
incredible in the Serengeti and then in
Kenya we volunteered to build some
schools and got spend time with we don't
work and visit the schools that we
helped build and fundraise for so it was
really incredible going there okay
almost done guys a lot of goals I can
it's a lot of work as you guys could see
going through this but also writing all
this out and reflecting on it but I'll
go through some of the lessons and
challenges at the end and I'm almost
done
spiritual and contribution goals so I
will easily fund at least three new
schools to build with me or by December
31st achieve that goal so in December I
donated over fifty thousand dollars to
build three schools in Ethiopia and
Kenya those are the two minute areas
have been more focused on contributing
to I built schools in India and Ecuador
as well but because I've spent quite a
bit of time in Ethiopia and Kenya now it
just holds a special place in my heart
and especially going there and meeting
and being with the communities and
seeing the needs of that and I really
want to invest more there and so the
total schools that I've now built since
I've started this I've got it on my
website I think it's now 15 schools that
I've built some incredibly proud of that
and I'm gonna continue that as well in
fact Tatiana and I are getting married
this July and we decided for a wedding
we don't want any gifts
from anybody we're actually merging our
wedding with weed org we're making a big
donation for every guest that comes to
our wedding and then I'll also ask
people to donate to our fundraiser to
raise money to build schools in Kenya
and Ethiopia and so we hope to raise
over twenty thousand dollars doing that
but that's one thing we're really
excited about for our wedding is we
don't want it just to be a celebration
of our love and our marriage but also to
make a huge impact and we don't need any
gifts from people we've got everything
that we could ever want and so we
thought it'd be really cool to integrate
that in that way so yeah we're really
excited about that
okay I'll easily by the way I've shared
the vlogs with some of my travels too so
if you want to watch the blog when I was
in Ethiopia when we're in Kenya this
year I've also both schools which we'll
get to or certain houses as well so the
next goal is all fund raiser donate at
least ten thousand dollars to build
three new houses for families with techo
or world housing and that was
accomplished so the ten thousand dollars
builds three houses and that's gonna be
a Nicaragua and I'll Salvador
so two places were also visited and
built houses for and Denson vlogs for as
well so really excited about that and
next goal is I'll easily loan at least
$5,000 to kiva.org to support those
suffering from poverty excuse me Kiva is
a website where you could loan people
money for different projects different
needs that they have and so I've loaned
over five thousand to 2019 and it's
always been something I like to do every
year so I've kept that goal up which is
been really great whoo you know it's
that feeling you have guys need to blow
your nose and your nose the stuff and it
makes it very uncomfortable to talk but
I can't blow my nose and I'm talking to
you guys right now so that now would not
be appropriate but that's just it's
tough filming videos I thought I was I'm
like 97% healthy right now I'm still
recovering okay Oh easily listen to four
audio books of the work of promise which
is the Old Testament or the New
Testament to continue learning about
in the Bible I did not achieve this goal
instead I've been reading the Bible the
New Testament I just found the audio you
know audio programs especially for
things that like the Bible are a little
bit too hard for me to follow to be
honest and I find out you know certain
books certain books I can listen to the
audiobook of others I need to sit down
and read it and contemplate it and feel
the words and just really be there with
it and so instead I've been reading the
the New Testament instead so I'm gonna
say I didn't I did not achieve this goal
