hey everyone this is stefan from
projectlifemastery.com and i felt really
inspired to create this video for you
guys today because over the last few
days I've never Li been interacting with
hundreds of people through messages and
comments and live chat on my website
people from all walks of life people
that want to change their life they want
to improve their lives
whether that's building a business or
changing their body changing the
relationship or just growing to be a lot
happier more fulfilled in their life or
creating more abundance or freedom
whatever that is I assume that's why you
guys are here I assume that's why you're
even watching this video right now is
because you want to change something in
your life you want to grow and prove or
achieve some sort of result goal or
outcome that you might have and one
thing that's been constant with me
interacting with a lot of people not
everyone but a lot of people which is
why I felt inspired to create this video
is because there's a lot of people out
there that are struggling a lot of
people out there there's going through
hard times a lot of people out there
that if saving the stuff and I want to
change my life you know I want to build
a business I want to change my body I
want to have a great relationship I want
to be happier but I can't because fill
in the blank I can't because I don't
have the time I don't have the money I
can't do this because some sort of
obstacle barrier that they have as a
perception it's not even based on
reality or truth but oftentimes it's
just you know the the belief the
limiting belief that we have that
becomes true for us as long as we buy
into that story or buy into that belief
system and I've identified just by
interacting with so many people and not
even just for the last few days but
honestly for years because this has been
my career in my mission now for over six
plus years with project life mastery I
see a lot of struggle a lot a lot of
people failing going through hard times
they're not getting results that they
want maybe they bought a course or a
training or whatever it is or a book or
they're into self-development they've
been pursuing this goal that they might
have whatever that might be but they're
still not seeing results and so they're
frustrated or they get disappointed or
they give up or you know they're not
going for it a hundred percent and
honestly for me guys when I'm talking to
people sometimes I get frustrated
cuz there's a part of me that I almost
want to shake people and shake them and
say listen don't you see your potential
don't you even know what's possible for
you in your life or what are you doing
just live in your life this way and
what's possible and available for you as
long as you believe and you go for it a
hundred percent and I see a lot of
people they have all these barriers that
come up and I think a lot of people they
might not be able to see it you know we
all have blind spots we all have things
that we can't even see within ourselves
and we just kind of accept them and
that's one of the benefits of having a
coach or a mentor or someone in your
life that can kind of point these things
out and I'm creating this video right
now for you guys so to point out things
for you that I believe are some of the
biggest reasons why you're struggling
why you're failing why you're coming up
short why you're broke and you don't
have money or why you're not having the
time or why you're not changing your
life you might have tried to change many
times in the past but you're still not
getting through to the next level and
when creating this video I'm speaking to
you guys right now with an assumption
the assumption that I have is that
people have been bullshitting you your
entire life and this is the one moment
right now me looking you right in the
eyes speaking to you in this video the
one chance that you might finally get a
dose of truth because maybe a lot of the
people in your life have never told you
this before or maybe it's the first time
and I want to communicate with you in
this video if you're open to it in a way
that might be intense it might be direct
it might even be somewhat offensive I
hope you don't feel offended because my
heart I hope you feel and you know that
is really to serve you I want you to
break through that's why I have a
frustration with this that's why I'm
creating this video right now because I
don't want you to struggle I want
everyone I'm for everybody I want you
and everyone else out there to prosper
to do well in their life to be happy
ultimately not just make money what's
more valuable than money is their
happiness and your joy and your
fulfillment and many other areas of life
as well but I want you to have it all
you know that's why I do what I do I
shared mine journey I've shared my ups
and downs and my struggles to get to
where I'm at today and the things that
help me and I create my content and
videos so that I can hopefully help save
you time and stress and money and help
you get to where you want to go a lot
faster so that's my goal here today is
I'm gonna speak the truth and what I'm
gonna ask of you if you're open to it is
to humble yourself to be open to it
because I've got here I think seven
reasons and I'm gonna kind of rant on
some of them a little bit but one of the
first reasons why I see a lot of people
struggle honestly it's because they're
closed-minded they're they're skeptical
they're they're afraid of getting their
hopes up they're afraid and believing in
something being real or even possible
for them you know I I can't I just blows
me away how many people did I see
there's close-minded to things that they
might you know I could share with you an
opportunity or I could share with you
advice or share with you something that
has the potential to change your life in
so many ways but there's a lot of people
out there that are so held back and they
don't go for it they're afraid that
maybe this won't work for them or maybe
this is some sort of scam or they doubt
it and they question themselves or other
people and so honestly it's just a way
to protect yourself really and
oftentimes it's based on fear because
often when you've been through pain
before and you've been disappointed
before you got your hopes up maybe when
you're a kid you know maybe you're back
in high school you really like that boy
or a girl and you've got your hopes up
and you're excited to to be with that
person and then you got disappointed you
got shut down you got rejected you got
devastated in some way and oftentimes
what happens is we put up these walls
and these barriers and once you've been
through so much pain in your life pretty
soon you get to a point of learned
helplessness where you believe that
nothing will ever work for you or
nothing you know you know you can have
this amazing person right here if
showing up in your life a man or woman
the person of your dreams but because of
your past failures and rejection and
pain you've been through you're gonna be
skeptical and doubtful even though this
could be the perfect person for you or
the perfect opportunity take out the
person could be a business opportunity
it could be anything anything out there
that could potentially change your life
and I see this hold so many people back
and it's a way to protect yourself but
as the same
goes guys is better to have loved and
lost than to never have loved at all
it's better to have gone for it a
hundred percent even if you fail even if
you experience pain and you've been
disappointed it's much better to have
gone for it and to know have no regrets
whatsoever
then to play it safe and stay in your
comfort zone and not do anything to
protect yourself but yet have a regret
of what if and one thing that I've
learned guys is that if you keep doing
what you've always done you're gonna
keep getting what you've always got you
have to be open to change you have to be
open to to to new opportunities in life
and you have to if you're struggling
especially I believe if you're not you
know doing well you have to really
humble yourself to listen to others that
are more successful than you because
what you've been doing hasn't worked
it's gotten you to where you are today
you know and if you're struggling in
life you can't have an ego you can't
think that you know the answers you know
I'm a saw a comment the other day you
know sharing on my youtube channel my
email list and everything this book by
heaven pagan opportunity right it's
great book and I interviewed eben who
changed my life when I was 17 years old
and and throughout my 20s and everything
made a big difference in my life right
and I was excited excited to interview
him because man he's my mentor someone
that changed my life for the better and
he had a book launch that I wanted to
support him with and he was giving away
his book for free you just had to pay
the shipping and handling cost and
you've got to obviously put in your
email and your address and stuff in
order to send you the book and you know
this one person commented and not just
on this but also I've had other comments
like this before too he said well the
reason why he's giving it away for free
is so that he can get your email address
and he could you know sell you is his
other products or whatever it might be
you know and I've even heard people say
that to me before as well with like I
created my morning ritual cheat sheets
or I create a free course or something
of great value that I give away for free
even my youtube videos right there I put
a lot to them I given
for free and there's some people out
there that say they're skeptical and
they're like well I'm not gonna put in
my email I don't want you're not gonna
get that or whatever because I'm gonna
get you know they're gonna try to sell
me the product just try to make money
off of me and that's the skepticism in
tality that's a person that is so closed
off that I could give you something for
free and offer it for free but that and
it could change your life for the better
but yet that person says no no no no I'm
gonna stay where I'm at you know I I
don't want to do that I'm not gonna you
know get deaf for free it's probably a
scam or whatever it is and you know
what's gonna happen maybe there could be
a even a part of that being true that it
could be a scam or you know it could you
know it might try to sell you something
whatever it is but the reality is that
person's gonna stay stuck in their life
because they're filtering all these
opportunities of life through a filter
that things out there are going to be a
scam or things start to good to be true
or things aren't going to work for them
or you know that person has this
negative you know motives or whatever
that's gonna hurt my life in some way
and you end up trying to protect
yourself but you stay exactly where you
are your life doesn't change and you
continue to struggle and it's not until
you open your mind you humble yourself
you say you know what what I've done my
way has not worked thus far it's gotten
to me where I'm at today it's time for
me to humble myself and be open and go
for it and my response to that is yeah
of course you know I want you to become
a customer of mine and so does probably
every other business out there because I
run a business
I've been pagan runs the business all
these people run businesses a business
can't be run I can't do what I do just
creating free videos and free content
offer everything for free and I and
actually sustain that when you're
running a business you have to sell
something to make money and that money
goes to be able to support everything
else that I do you know the tens of
thousands of dollars worth of camera
equipment that I have has to come from
somewhere the ten employees that I have
working on my business behind the scenes
that do everything that allow me to do
what I do to create my free content what
has to come from somewhere I have to be
able to pay them and support them in all
the different tools and expenses that
come with running a business so do I
want you to become a customer of course
you know that have you become a customer
I have to sell something to you I have
to offer something I like to provide as
much content and value for free I've
never been the type that's just gonna
try to sell sell sell my philosophy is
I'm gonna provide you know 90% free
content free information out there I
want to share with people want to help
with people and I know and understand
that a small percentage of those people
will say hey you know what the Stefan
guy's great or maybe he's got some great
stuff for me or I'm gonna check on his
course or whatever it is
and it might lead to them becoming a
customer that's how it works that's how
business works if you don't buy anything
from me buying you can still get
tremendous value from everything else
that I do but the challenge is that a
lot of people have guys is they're just
closed and you've got to open herself up
guys I've always believed instead of
myself I learned this from a dating and
relationship coach many years ago
because when I was single I was really
involved in learning how to meet women
and develop my confidence and so I went
through a lot of rejection of
approaching women trying different
things or whatnot and I got rejected a
lot and one thing that a mentor said to
me once who says Stefan you must
approach every new experience of the
woman or man if you're a woman watching
this you must approach every experience
with newness and excitement as if
they're your first love all over again
what did he mean by that you know you
know when you're young you're in high
school let's say you're a knight they're
more naive usually because you don't
have as much life experience you've
never been you don't have any baggage or
anything like that and when you first
meet that person in high school let's
say you fall head-over-heels in love
with them right you you maybe call them
all the time and you know you're maybe a
little bit needy you're you're you know
you really like them you want to convey
your feelings towards that person you
want to be with them and sometimes
oftentimes what happens when that
doesn't work out or you know often you
you
you allow that experience for you to get
jaded and cloud cloud you in some ways
where other new opportunities come up
where you hold back and you put up those
walls and you don't go for it
because out of the fear of you don't
want get your hopes up so because you
don't want to be disappointed
and one thing that he said he says stuff
you can never do that you always have to
imagine that it's it's the first time
you've ever experienced that before and
I remember that had a powerful impact on
me because I could have been very jaded
and had really negative disempowering
beliefs towards women based on all the
rejection that I had to face but I never
let let it I never let death I never let
that form a negative belief or closed
myself off I still decided you know what
I'm gonna approach this person or this
new relationship with an open heart I'm
not gonna close my heart and can I get
hurt yes can you get scammed yes can you
get disappointed yes could you feel yes
but I'd much rather have the open heart
and be open then closed and never have
the possibility of that amazing
experience that could come my way so I
know I've been kind of hammering this
point a lot but I want to to hammer it
home for you guys hopefully because I
think it's a really important one have
an open mind you know I I even in
promoting Eben's book or I promote other
courses and trainings and resources and
things that I try to share with people
that's my number one intent I want to
share it with you guys anything that's
helped me in my life I want to share I'm
passionate about it and I want to share
it with other people because I know it
can help other people as well well even
with this book the fact that it was free
you just gonna pay the shipping I think
was $7 and with within the United States
and then $12 International which is fair
you know that's normally a book cost
money to print and everything and you
buy it retails 20 bucks or 30 bucks and
you got to pay shipping on top of that
right but anyways it's kind of
fascinating for me because I shared this
book
with thousands of people I sent out
emails to my email list of thousands of
people shared on my youth to my social
media to thousands of people and a good
percentage of people took up on the
offer but the majority didn't and for me
that kind of always fascinates me
because if you're gonna be here watching
or listening to my content and I'm gonna
share something with you or give you
something that I think could help your
life in some way
I'm just always blown away by how many
people yet they're struggling not
everyone but a lot of them I'm like
listen you're not even gonna get this
like are you like I can't help you and
that frustrates me it's a very
frustrating thing when you're a mentor
or a coach is someone and they come to
you for advice and this is Stefan this
is my story I'm struggling I'm willing
to do what it takes can you help me what
advice do you give and I say hey get
this book and they don't do it it's like
well why are you even coming to me then
for advice I can't help you unless
you're willing to help herself the
mentors the coaches I have in my life
they say Stefan you should do this you
should do that I just do it I don't
question it I don't think that I know
more than them I don't get my ego
involved I'm open I'm open mind and I
trust that this person what he's sharing
with me is gonna help my life and
benefit me and and that's I don't know
everyone's different but I just feel
that's been a really core thing for me
in my life and throughout the people
that I see that are successful as well
not to say that you can't have some
skepticism I think it could be healthy
to have some but at the same time open
up your mind you should definitely be
more open and understand that the past
does not equal the future just because
you failed just cuz you got disappointed
does not dictate the present moment or
your future so I've been handling that
point a lot let me move on to the next
thing the next thing I see and these are
a lot of these are related and honestly
there's more than what I'm gonna share
with you guys that I see that people
struggle with but these are the some big
ones that came up for me it's not asking
for help
you know and that kind of also stems
from people thinking they know the
answers or they're too embarrassed ask
for help or they want to fix their own
problems on their own and when you are
just so caught up in that
you're gonna remain stuck it comes back
down to humbling yourself approaching
things as a student especially if you're
straw I see people are struggling with
so much ego they think they know
everything and you know for me I think a
key thing is I've always been open to
learning and growing as much as I can
I'm always open to accepting the fact I
don't have all the answers you know I'm
a student and thrilled life and I want
to learn from as many people as I can
and oftentimes I understand that if I'm
stuck I need to ask for help that I
can't solve my own problems on my own my
own challenges and you know even not
necessarily that I might be stuck but I
might be even great in my life but if I
have a certain goal or something now I
want to achieve I never try to go about
it on my own I say to myself if I want
to achieve that in my life who are the
people out there they've already
achieved it that I can learn from
because I don't want to go through the
the years of pain and frustration and
challenge and adversity and losing time
and money I never want to go through
that that's stupid you don't have to
today there's people out there that have
already gone through that that have
decided you know what I want to help
other people and so they actually put
together their money their creativity
their mind their energy their effort to
create a course or a training or a book
or an event or something that's of
educational value to be available where
I can consume that person's years of
experience and knowledge and expertise
and they can tell me what to avoid what
I should do what I shouldn't do and they
can guide me on the the most efficient
way to success and help me fast-track
that process that's working smart that's
how you got to think I see so many
people there they're struggling or they
want to achieve something and they just
think they're gonna learn it on their
own they're like oh no no I'm gonna
figure this out of
I don't need your help you know or even
they because it's kind of a conflict cuz
they come to me for help they're
watching my videos or my content but
they're not willing to invest in
themselves I'm not willing to get a
course or a training or mentorship or
whatever it is and they want to go about
it on their own and you could do that
but I just I just don't understand why
anyone would ever do that I understand
maybe it's free
or maybe it's cheaper but that's the
dilute that's the illusion that so many
people have oh I'm gonna save money by
doing it this way but yet in the long
run you're not gonna save money because
you're gonna have to spend way more time
you're gonna have to spend a lot of
money making mistakes on things because
you're gonna spend you know money on
different things then you're just gonna
end up wasting because you don't know
what are the most important things where
you spend money on and you're gonna
likely go through unnecessary
frustration and stress and problems and
challenges that could all be avoided and
solved just by investing some money into
actually learning from someone else like
this is common sense guys like this is
what you've got to understand it's you
know if I've been through ten years of
business now over ten plus years of
online marketing and all the sort of
stuff do you not think over those ten
years I've gained tremendous amount of
knowledge and experience and things that
can help you save you time and money and
stress and all that sort of stuff
of course well let me ask you this would
you rather go through ten years like I
did to learn everything that I've
learned and gain the experience that I
have or would you rather pay a couple
thousand dollars even to save you ten
years or to save you all the stuff that
I had to go through commonsense guys
this is how you have to think don't try
to go about things on your own
ask for help look for help be willing to
pay for invested in when you pay for it
you'll value it that much more you know
I remember when I was 18 years old the
first seminar I ever went to was by
dating and relationship seminar by Xan
Perry on in Vancouver he was a big name
at the time and I was eighteen years old
I wanted to change my dating and life in
relationships I was a 500 buck 500
dollar seminar
and I said you know what I'm gonna go
for it I'm gonna invest in it and you
know what happened
and for me at the time does a lot of
money I was sitting there in the front
row I had my computer with me and I took
notes on every word that out of that
man's mouth not every word but a lot of
the words I was you know I've always
been a fast typer I was just writing
down as much as I could everything that
he was sharing and by the end of it I
had a word document of like 50 pages and
I remember I shared that with zan
afterwards and he was like holy you
send this to me that's amazing and he
was so impressed by that and just how
much and more importantly than that I
actually applied it in my life I applied
it for years and I still certain things
I got from that that's over like 14
years ago guys 14 years ago I still get
tremendous benefit and value from that
and because of the fact that it meant so
much to me and I paid for it
I got so much more value out of that
than I ever would have if that if you
just had some videos on YouTube you know
like I wouldn't have treated it the same
way versus actually investing and paying
for it because when you pay for
something the more you pay the more you
pay attention right the more you invest
you actually have skin in the game you
know you actually you have to do
something with that you know now that
you've actually you just value it that
much more so you know I find just asking
for help guys be willing to invest in
yourself that's just a really really key
thing if you're struggling right now
reach out for help pay for help even you
know there's there's a lot of people out
there that can help you and humble
yourself look for help invest in books
and trainings I mean you can go to the
library for free library is an amazing
place when you think about it
I mean how much wealth of knowledge and
information is there so utilize the
resources available for you of course
online - but honestly I see a lot of
people they struggle because again they
just trying to go about things on their
own
and it kind of leads to the third one is
a lot of people they don't invest in
themselves they they say they're into
self-development they say they want to
change their life they say they want to
build a business and they're not
committed or serious enough but they're
actually willing to put money behind
that that's oftentimes how you know
someone is kind of in the dabbler
mentality it's like oh yeah I want to
achieve success and I'm gonna do what it
takes and all this and oftentimes people
you can come to me and say Stefan I'm
willing to do whatever it takes them see
I say to them are you sure are you sure
what you're saying right now they said
yes anything you say I will do it and
I'll say okay great
here buy this course this course is
gonna guide you to getting to where you
want to go or get this resource or
whatever it is and then oftentimes what
happens up for a lot of people say oh no
no I can't because of this and that well
here you just said you're gonna do
whatever it takes you said that you're
committed how committed are you really
and this is a question for you to ask
yourself how committed are you really to
achieving the goal the result that
you're after see for a lot of people
what I found from my experience they
just don't want it bad enough they want
it if it's convenient they want it if it
falls into their lap they thought they
wanted if they don't have to do that
much work or sacrifice anything for it
but the reality is if you want something
bad enough you'll do whatever it takes
to get it
no sacrifice you'll sacrifice time and
money time that you might spend on
social media or watching movies or
watching YouTube or hanging out with
friends or drinking or even with your
family because you want it that bad you
know or maybe it's you know a lot of
people there's a great quote you have to
want it as bad as you want to breathe
you know it has to become
a necessity in your life you know it has
to be something that's a must for you as
Tony Robbins says and when you have that
mindset of doing whatever it takes you
will find a way you know oftentimes when
people say I don't have the money I
don't have the time I can't do this
because I don't have the language or I
don't have the skills I don't have the
ability or cuz I live here because I'm
too young I'm too old or it's too late
or too competitive whatever it is all of
that whenever someone says that it's
just a code word for mindset it's a code
word for there have a limiting belief or
story that's stopping them because the
reality is if you want it bad enough all
of those things dissipate all of those
things just disappear and you figure it
out you find a way you be resourceful
you know no one said it's gonna be easy
but you have to be resourceful that's
the number one quality that we all need
to be successful you know and often
times people say oh hey I want to be
successful but they can't afford
something and and they're not willing to
be resourceful I can already tell that
they're gonna struggle it's like how do
you expect to be successful if you're
not even resourceful enough to figure
out a way to make the money or come up
with the money or come up with a time to
be able to get this or invest in it or
build your business and just the two
dopes don't go together you get it it's
like you know I when I'm running my
business or Tatiana or my people that I
know or people that have coached that
are successful there's a lot of
adversity that comes up whether money or
time or obstacles challenges that come
up but what makes that person successful
is the resourceful and they figure it
out they find ways around those problems
they find solutions to them and if
you're already getting caught up and
stuck on the fact that you can't afford
something or you can't do this because
of whatever you're gonna continue to
remain stuck instead of focusing on that
you can't afford it you should be asking
yourself how can I afford it how can I
solve this problem that I have that I
can't afford something and put it into
that so that no longer has to control
you in your life when are you going to
finally just
decide you know what I'm gonna go for it
a hundred percent a thousand percent I'm
gonna do whatever it takes man
the only way you're gonna ever get to
that point is you've got to want it so
bad you got to be willing to pay the
price because part of getting what you
want is knowing what you have to pay and
be willing to pay in order to have it
pay that price whatever that price is
there's always a price to everything
that you want but it's not until you get
to that point you know oftentimes people
they have their fears here they have
their limitations here they have their
stories here right and this is
overpowering their desire they want this
but they don't want it bad enough this
want this desire that you have for
whatever goal or whatever it is you want
a business a body a relationship love
happiness whatever it is guys this
desire this commitment to this has to be
so much greater than whatever the hell
your story is whatever your limitations
are because when this is greater when
you say oh I can't afford it this will
take over this and you will find a way
to afford it you know when when when
this is so great you want a great body
but you say I don't feel like it I want
to go to the gym I don't have the time
to go to the gym whatever this takes
over this it's only when this is down
here your desire the commitment is here
I don't have the time of the money this
then overtakes this wanting it bad
enough that's something you've got to
look at the only reason why I'm at where
I'm at today is not because I had an
easy path I went through so many
struggles guys if I were to share with
you all the challenges and problems that
I went through throughout my journey
it'd be a depressing story for many of
you I'm often you know reminded it's
like if I were to tell you guys all the
times where I cried all the times where
I felt like giving up all the times
where I lost thousands of dollars or I
made big mistakes or I wasted months of
time working on something that just
didn't even work out you know it would
just you'd probably cry just listening
to all that you know I'm off to kind of
a story from Seinfeld George Costanza
the Andrea Doria and they're giving this
apartment to this old old guy who was an
Andrea Doria survivor because he went
through a shipwreck and George Costanza
said well they haven't heard my story so
he sits down with the board at the condo
place right the strata and he says it
shows everything that he went through
and by the end of that everyone's crying
like okay you can have the apartment you
went through something way worse than
what this guy went through but you know
the point is that we all go through
those things we all go through
challenges and adversity the only
difference is just not giving up just
going for it
learning from it all the challenges that
I went through guys ended up being
blessings so you got to understand their
blessings because ultimately it's what
makes of you and who you become and Who
I am today and what I have today and
what I get to enjoy today is all the
result of what I've been through and I'm
grateful for everything that went
through because it challenged me I great
I went three three years guys without
making any money on line three years I
see people that have been going months
without making money in their business
and I'm like I went three years
of making no money but I didn't give up
because my belief and my desire was so
much greater
I just kept that alive and I just knew
that I would never settle in my life for
anything less than I can be do have
creator give that I would keep going
until I find the way and now to keep
learning I'll keep going to courses or
trainings or learn but the seminars go
to events get coaches keep taking action
keep reflecting on myself and look at
what I'm doing well what I'm not doing
well what I can improve about myself
what I need to change and it has always
kept an open mind I was willing to try
anything anything that someone would
share with me I'd try it
I just just did not close myself off to
that because I just knew that you know I
always kind of had this positive
anticipation positive expectancy I
believe that in any moment our life can
change at any moment I can break through
to the next level maybe it's the next
book that I read name is the next video
that I watched me miss the next mentor
maybe it's the next course or someone
our training right I just always
was open to that and when they said that
it could change my life I believed it
and I just did it with that belief in
mind I didn't doubt it or hold back from
it so what I'm saying guys is you know
the mindset in the belief is really one
of the key things you know the saying
goes that 80% of success is your
psychology and mindset 20% of the
mechanics to how - right now all we're
talking about now is mindset because
mindsets the most important thing
everything I'm gonna share me through
thus far is a mindset being
closed-minded as a mindset being
online earning,make money online, earn money online, online earning, online earning sites,
make money online free, online money income, earn money online free, money online, best way to earn money online, online income site, money earning websites, best online earning sites, easiest way to earn money online, earn money payment bkash, online money income site
