and today I wanted to show you how to
deliver results for your social media
marketing client I know in the past few
videos I showed you how to lead up to
the close with open-ended questions and
then you know getting around the
rebuttal or the objection with the
two-week free intro period so now I'm
going to show you how to deliver a
results via facebook advertising really
the biggest point of this is to get them
more exposure more leads more sales
right and the most powerful tool to use
is Facebook advertising and I know a lot
of you might have a difficulty you know
navigating through the Facebook ad
manager
so I'm going to show you on my computer
how to navigate through that and get the
optimal results for your potential
already have so Before we jump into that
I just want to remind you about the
social media money challenge April 6 we
will be taking stories from all of you
of how you made money through social
media so that we could do that giveaway
but let's jump to my computer right now
alright so we're here on my computer now
I'm going to walk you through a Facebook
advertisement so I think this is the
most important skill that you're going
to be delivering for your customers for
your potential clients or your current
clients because this is how you're going
to get them more sales more leads more
exposure I promise a minimum of 5,000
people reached in my two week free trial
period with $70 I can usually reach out
to 8,000 to 12,000 people I'll show you
an example but that's basically I under
promised 5,000 people reached I can
usually get 100 to 250 link clicks and
you know maybe a hundred sales out of
that ten to a hundred sales out of that
so very very easy to do just under
promise you know tell them a minimum of
5,000 people reached with their
advertisement so 5,000 people are going
to see their business and you're
definitely going to be a
to reach that 8,000 to 12,000 people
mark and I'll show you how to do that so
you're going to go here to create ads
right I'm going to go to my business
manager alright so you're going to be at
this page usually we're going to just
start with traffic that's what we're
going to do today
start with traffic because you want to
drive traffic onto their website whether
it's an email opt-in or a promo tour you
know promo code that they can redeem
this is what you're going to do you're
going to drive traffic conversions are
also powerful and I'll go over that in
the next video as well on how to set up
a pixel onto your website so that
Facebook could not only track the people
that are clicking on the link but they
can track those people and what they're
doing on your website and redirect
advertisements to those specific types
of people that are going to take those
actions whether it's you know pressing
your Buy Now button or shopping cart or
email often so conversions and having a
pixel is very powerful but we're just
going to start off with traffic because
what I want to show you is how to build
a audience so let's go into that
yesterday I have a meeting with a client
who's building his agency and he told me
that one of his potential customers are
a high-end playground set so they build
high-end playground sets and I was like
wow how are we going to run an
advertisement for that because you know
it's pretty that's a pretty specific
product and high-end playground set so
we're going to run through that and
we're going to title it pie and
playground set all right
press Continue and with most
advertisements I'll create an offer I'll
click an offer and then you could you
know go down to create offer 20% off
whatever you're doing whatever whatever
Nisha's for whether it's a juice bar or
restaurant you can create your offer
here so people could come in redeem the
code with their mobile
and the associate or whoever's working
can see that your advertisements are
providing results people are coming in
and showing their promo code on their
phone that you created through the
advertisement so I suggest you create an
offer for this one we're not going to
because I just want to focus on building
the audience so the specific location
was Detroit Detroit Michigan and we're
going to leave it at a 25 mile radius
because this guy's business this
high-end playground sets he sells them
within Detroit
so we're just going to you know maybe we
can even go a little bit broader we want
but we're going to leave it at 25 mile
radius for just for example okay and
within that 25 mile radius
we're able to reach out to 2.5 million
people so right now we want to kind of
it might get a little bit smaller that
audience but that's totally fine that's
what we want we want to be specific so
I'm going to go to age and I'm going to
go to 35 to 65 plus so because most
people in their 20s maybe don't have
kids or if they do they're just starting
a family they can't afford a $15,000
playground set in their backyard maybe
they're not a homeowner so we're going
to do 35 to 65 demographics so this is
where it gets hard it's going to be
playground sets right let's see if that
comes up playground use that parenting
family everything that has to do with
the kids playground right playground
slide outdoor recreation we're just
going to be very broad with the interest
your mom sure why not now okay
now that we have all these interests
right kids playground outdoor recreation
playground slide playground set family
we got to figure out who's going to buy
these playground sets these are
expensive playground sets so we got to
do our homework we got to figure out
who's going to buy them I like to go to
browse the first thing I'm going to do
the first thing that comes to mind is
how much are these people making because
in order to afford a $15,000 zero five
to fifteen thousand dollar playground
set they got to be making some money so
we're going to go to demographics
financial income and I'm going to click
everything above 75 grand okay click
everything above 75 grand
and I'm also going to go to network and
click you can click everything in here
everything is above 100 grand so we will
click everything in there and obviously
you see the audience size went down a
bit because we started out with 2.5
million but that's fine
because our demographics now we're being
specific on who retires targeting
financial demographics let's go to also
home demographics home ownership people
have to have homes in order to build a
playground set in their backyard they
have to have a home so we're going to go
to home owners even first-time
homebuyers we're going to do that as
well
home type multi-family home perfect
property size they got to have some size
to their land in order to put a
playground set so we're going to do
everything above half an acre
right now we're getting really specific
on who were who were targeting I'm going
to click everything above half an acre I
mean I'm pretty sure you can build a
playground set within half an acre but
we're just going to go for the bigger
homes
then we will go we'll unclick that
unclick that parents right obviously
we're not we don't want to target people
with adult children because they're not
going to be playing on the playground
set I mean I know I do but most parents
don't have adult children that play on
playground sets unfortunately my parents
do because I like playing on the swings
we're going to go to parents with
preteens
no not even parents with early age
school children preschoolers toddlers
and new parents okay we're getting very
very very very specific now so now that
we have our parental demographics and
our home type demographics in our
financial demographics we're going to go
to purchasing behaviors this is so again
click on browse behaviors now we're
going to go to purchasing behaviors and
we're going to go to home garden home
improvement click that and home
renovation now unclick that and go to
purchasing habits above average spending
going to click that all right now let's
see if maybe there's something in sports
and outdoors nope nothing in there ok
cool
so now we have a fairly broad audience
1.2 million people like I said but very
broad yet specific on who we're
targeting but now I want to narrow this
even more so how do we do that I'm going
to click on narrow audience and it's
going to so include people who match at
least one of the following on here but
also match at least one of the following
on here and what I do is I'll go on in
the file new tab and I'll look up
playground sex
on Google see what we got here I see
that Wayfarer is one of the common
brands Wayfarer shows up a lot Wayfarer
and they're fairly expensive you know
above $1000 this one's $3,000 so I think
Wayfarer is definitely a popular brand
that we can target people that are maybe
have looked at Wayfarer items before and
have looked at playground sets that
meets our meet our financial demographic
so we're going to type in Wayfarer see
if that comes up it might not be popular
enough now 11 million people right so
and the reason we did so let's actually
I solve some others on their ways there
there are home goods and stuff like that
but we want to be specific okay Wayfarer
does make those playground sets the
high-end playground sets so this is
including every one that meets our
financial demographic parental
demographic everything that has shown
interest in playground sets and have
also looked at Wayfarer so that's very
very specific because look it brought it
from 1.2 million to one hundred and
twenty thousand people so there's
120,000 people that fit this criteria
this may be a little confusing right now
but this is powerful this is powerful
and we want to bring down this number
because this is specifically people that
have looked at playground stuff on
Wayfarer so this is how I build my
audience very easy but you know takes a
little bit of time you have to kind of
go through these browse features which I
showed you how and you can definitely
definitely get at least you know five
8,000 to 12,000 people reached within a
two-week period or your clients for your
prospective client and close the deal
it's easy it's very easy after you show
them the
the types of results you can get I'm
also going to walk you through
placements you never do automatic
placements always edit you're going to
want to unclick right column unclick
instant articles Instagram I would
unclick you're just going to run
Facebook feed advertisements and then
you could set your daily budget which
you're going to do for five dollars per
day so that's you'll spend them with
more than 140 actually not sorry 35 per
week which is 70 dollars for two weeks
in the next video I'll show you how to
do copy you know how to write your ads
what the picture should look like but
for this one I just wanted to show you
how to build a specific audience really
make your audience broad and then bring
it back small so that your advertising
is targeted and you're reading you're
reaching the right amount of people so
this is one of the ads that I did for a
local gym and we were able to reach out
to so this I only spent you know well I
ran this ad I ran two two of these ads
so one of them I spent twenty dollars
and then this one I spent fifty so a
total of seventy dollars but for this ad
I was able to reach six thousand five
hundred forty four people on the other
one I reached two thousand so we reached
a little over you know a little over
eight thousand people for $70 and on the
other one I got fifty link click so 150
you know 150 to 200 link click you reach
out to 8,000 people that have seen the
business this is powerful results and
you know they got multiple emails
multiple sales so this is this is kind
of what we want to do for our
advertisements so I hope this in she you
