whats up youtube this is ryan hildreth
here with my buddy Tanner Fox and also
my buddy from Canada Hayden pedal the
young entrepreneur back again yeah so
we're just going to do a quick Q&A
asking some going over some questions
that we've had a lot of our subscribers
and just people reaching out to us we
want to get those answered for everyone
here watching so yeah let's start it off
got a question right here I want to I
want to do it over yourself Brandon from
Australia how many hours per week you
normally put in to a client social media
probably the most calming question I
know that idea okay Brandon that is a
very that's a variable question because
it all depends how much content tens
they have up already once you start with
them if they don't could take you you
know several onion several out are they
yeah it can be normal for me is probably
like two or three hours a day at least
fruit yeah i mean i like to set it up
beforehand and have like all my clothes
ready for the week well like tweaking
their advertising whatnot i'd probably
static average to the three hours a day
i would play for me like five to seven
posting for them creating that content
making sure everything looks good but
then creating the facebook advertisement
but i'm also growing their following and
that takes a long time to depending if
you're automating its or Instagram or if
you're you know doing I like to be both
organic as well reaching out to people
you know sending private messages and
you know really connecting with the
audience so that takes a while to my
goal is to no more than one hour a day
and that's really pushing so that sense
if you have everything set up already
once it up then you know no more than
one hour days cuz if not if you're doing
it for a thousand always months network
yeah yeah yeah definitely i go so uh
Anton said
yeah I'm about to take the potion media
marketing course is there any parts of
it that helps you more than others
definitely yes the facebook advertising
part helps me because I didn't know
anything about facebook advertising so
that was probably the biggest part for
me I don't know about you I am saying
the same with me facebook advertising by
far was the most informative and the
most useful just because of the results
you can get clients and then even if you
use it for yourself there's so many
different like avenues you are ways you
can make money from it even if you don't
do social media marketing yeah yeah I
think that's the big picture tues if you
utilize facebook advertising you know
you can go down so many different
avenues just from that one you know
skill so that's very true very true
enough I agree with you completely up
but I would tell people that if you at
least take this knowledge egad and you
can use Eliza brick any other business
not just this now you can use facebook
marketing email marketing all that for
your own business or whatever business
center to get into yeah definitely
definitely I'm gonna question here that
we've all kind of touched on our
channels but we might we'll go through
it one more time when you are creating a
contract for people what are you using
all service agreement contract is what I
did I like steering canned eyes told
people that I leave a link in my video
or in my description down below that you
I personally just use the website I
still primer what's called but it was
quick and easy it was free for a trial
to use it so that's all I use this is a
simple service agreement contract but on
mobile you guys don't us you guys do
something different I like the video you
did with that one website i think that
was helpful I mean you can literally
find a contract on google images if you
wanted to and just reward it with you
know your own words or you can contact
your business attorney if you have one I
have one so he takes care of all that
for me underbust yeah i just found like
a general one online that was actually
already made for social media kind of
marketing
and just use that tweak it a little bit
sound better and then I allow them to
turn me on and look at it and he said it
was all good stuff yep yeah okay so i'm
gone i george from i'm george from
Washington said how did you find your
niche um I didn't go niche specific i'm
still generally broad I mean I there's
no reason to kind of narrow yourself
down especially you don't want to have
clients that do the same thing to
compete against each other so I think
it's counterproductive because if I have
like a gym in one city I can't really
have a gym in that same city so now if I
want to drive and even look I have to
drive 30-40 minutes to go find another
one so I think it's counterproductive
and actually hurt you to stick to one
niche yeah I was yeah I would agree on
that to touch on that point I mean I
stuck with one niche at first dry
cleaners and I had a really bad
experience because I noticed that none
of them could afford the services like
they they weren't bringing in enough
revenue annual revenue to afford such a
service so I was doing myself a
disservice by sticking with one niche
therefore after that I just I went to
pretty much everyone yeah so I wouldn't
live I wouldn't limit yourself that's
interesting because I honestly always
told people almost the complete opposite
only because in my mind once you know
how to do a restaurant you know how to
do all restaurants once you know how it
is like get it down and you kind of know
what you're doing you can actually come
fare as you do I agree with you
completely groups you can't do a one of
the safe down at all i'm saying if you
were doing it from an online standpoint
maybe yeah but knowing your local area
know you can't really compete with each
other you'll really prove yourself up
that way but could you do a breakfast
place a club are the guys I like a more
next time place a bar at a family
restaurant in the same area oh yeah I
agree yeah but that was kind of my go-to
that I Iowa still people yeah if you're
doing it mainly online i mean i would
love this
six to one niche I still think you have
trouble getting enough people depending
on how many you're trying to grow but I
agree you're going to become way better
in pretty much all restaurants are
similar it's going to be the same
strategy same type of ads that work well
cetera yeah that's true that's true then
you can kind of have a set template of
what you want to do for the next
restaurant if you're doing restaurants
so Sierra here from Santa Barbra Barbra
says which is your favorite website
designing website what was the one you
guys used to create what's right I use
toad Hostgator web site builder it's
super simple drag-and-drop and plus you
can you know though it's a hosting
service so they'll host your domain you
could purchase your domain through them
as well just all in one really simple
and if you want to install WordPress
super simple to do but there's other
good ones out there like square and
quick I know and those are pretty
inexpensive services so Hostgator yeah
good awesome something I agree
completely like everyone would always
not to say ask mostly another question a
script do you need a bunch of website
designing skills to do this I home no
honestly website design it becomes so
simple with the amount of yeah yes yeah
it's just so anybody can have a
professional looking website as well if
you have the content put into it it's
really easy yeah what you can also do
which is what I did because I am not
creative in second design aspects of
stuff I found someone on Fiverr paid a
sixty dollars and they created my whole
design I gave them something I want to
model it after and what information I
want this on it and then different
plugins to put on and dated all that for
about fifty dollars so if you ever have
stuff like that logo design anything go
to fiber calm and you can find tons of
people that do actually very well for
summer five bucks some are a little bit
more dependent yeah i agree i agree
solutely yeah
alright good another question going on
here okay okay this is a good one so
Oscar here from Las Vegas said I had a
question I feel like businesses might
disagree with the 997 a month because
they might be give too much for managing
social media so that's and they kind of
went on a little bit more both desolate
to touch on that price i think we've
already i thought but a little bit but a
you and I all three of us know that 997
is undercutting the amount of work that
you put into it yeah so what do you feel
like you should do that all kind of
reiterate the question what do you feel
you should do to convince them that 997
is virtual and amazing price then I mean
number one to touch on that I just did a
video talking about limiting beliefs
hahaha you need to first of all that's
wasted mental capital that you're you're
wasting thinking about something being
Oh what are they going to think it's a
scam are they going to think it's
overpriced number one you're wasting
your time thinking about it so stop
doing that so that would be my number
one advice number two would be
equivalently make it equivalent to them
for them to understand like if they were
to hire an intern right at minimum wage
ten dollars an hour working 25 hours a
week that's a thousand bucks right there
and an intern is not going to know what
they're doing they're not going to have
these skills that we do such as Facebook
advertising and content creation
targeted content creation so you could
quibble is it to them and that's them
you like stuff like paying an intern
minimum wage working 25 hours a week for
a month that's it that's already true
yeah cono clear on how much equipment
you need to start doing this so I have a
computer
camera wise whatever to you guys feel
like you can start doing social media
marketing with just your iPhone or do
you feel like you need more than that I
think you can do it without I mean I
don't have a nice camera I know you both
do more for I don't know if you use it
more for social media because your
YouTube channel but I mean I've never
bought all I use is my laptop and then
if they want pictures I mean most places
have pictures that i visited but if they
don't then I mean you can go by like
150-200 dollar camera if you really
wanted that probably plenty so they're
not be a thousand-dollar camera yeah but
I mean most players I've been kind of
have good pictures already maybe I want
to go take a couple more but even on
online it's hard to tell those from like
a super nice camera or from an iphone
yeah you could always use tech schools
com get some free stock photos to you
know add on to what they already have so
if you're really strapped for cash you
can make it happen hundred sets don't
know i'm using those you guys muse this
yep so I kind of agree with you guys
that if you don't have the budget and
you don't have an SSD Tobias than 100
sent should just be doing using your
iPhone yeah there's no you're spending
the money if you don't need to yeah
definitely definitely yeah do a couple
more yeah a couple more and we'll wrap
it up Congress couple more yeah all
right let me take a look here up another
website builder one got any general ones
about entrepreneurship yeah I like
touching on that side to that topic too
cuz i'll just do fine um okay he says
hey there this is almond says hey i just
started to become an entrepreneur i'm
thinking about quitting my job even I
really don't like what I'm doing do you
think is it so you guys think that this
is a good move and then this is pretty
general here because I think there's a
lot of background yeah go ahead
listen no I understand so let's go
overtly on this website is often with I
quit my job because I felt like my time
could be better spent and I was going to
make a better income on just even
youtube videos alone the one I was
making at my job so I are you so there
to substitute it yeah what were you guys
do you think that that's something
that's necessary or do you think because
somebody could if they have a good idea
they want to go all out which they jump
into it what do you think um I guess it
depends on their risk tolerance and
their situation but you know I i would
recommend just from me being in the
financial industry and wealth management
aspect like you should have a nice base
of capital right like maybe a nice
savings that you can feel comfortable
living off of because maybe you're not
going to make any money for the next
couple months if you as long as you have
something set aside to keep you to keep
you funded right keep you fed and with
the house over your head you know roof
over your heads and I think sure you can
go for it but if you don't have that
base then just just do it on the side
you know like Gary Vee says from the 77
22 you know right like 7pm 22 in the
morning that's where you can really work
on the side business while still working
a nine-to-five you know what I mean just
until you have that based capital for me
I was a bartender saved up you know six
grand and I decided you know what I can
go in turn somewhere for minimum wage
but learn all these great skills and
learn how to trade in the stock market
so that's when I quit my job because I
had that base capital oh yeah I think it
really depends on the person where you
are do you have a family do you have
kids that you need to support if so then
keep the 925 definitely until what you
want to do starts working so if you're
starting the business until you start
making some from that and kind of prove
your idea if you're someone who is maybe
you're 19 or 20 working full time living
with your parents you have pretty much
no expenses other than like food and
whatnot yeah if you have a couple months
saved up I'd say go for it you can
always get another
minimum wage job or I mean a lot of
times I'd like to keep the nine-to-five
for a month or two use that money to
fund my business even more and grow it
because there's a lot of businesses I
mean what i teach amazon FBA is probably
after your first month after you
everything set up it probably takes me
10 minutes a day to work so you can
definitely do both until you feel
comfortable enough quitting again
depends on the person but kinda grateful
to you guys but it completely depends on
the situation itself yeah I guess you
can you can't go in and Lee said you
have kids and everything it's different
for Bob but let us focus right now let's
say for the young entrepreneur who's
maybe I just has rent or maybe he's just
living at home and definitely makes
senses car maybe he's got the insurance
for the car and stuff like that I think
that you know you've got a really judge
in your situation figure it out yeah you
know it could go either way it really
good but if you're willing to work I
think that no matter what you'll be okay
I mean for me I know that I was always
putting my full time job because I saw
the job at the bar I knew that I was
getting cash every weekend anyway so I
knew no matter what even if I had to do
what what guarantee would make for
a couple months and just not do any fun
stuff I knew that still had an income
coming in that could kaylee the minimal
two bills but yeah yes exactly exactly
yeah don't put yourself in a bad
situation you know like to fund your
dream but you know make sure that you
have like something there you don't want
to be in a bad situation
you
