but I'm actually helping him build his
agency as Andre my guys how you guys
doing I'm under top yeah
alright so yeah I met Andre through
Instagram he messaged me he needed some
help building his agency so I decided to
meet with him in Newport Beach and we
went over some you know techniques on
how he could build the agency without
necessarily taking Ty's program because
it was a large upfront cost and I wanted
him to save that money to incorporate an
LLC and you know buy his domain name and
everything like that so yeah when we
first met he had zero clients but he had
a few potential that he was looking at
but now I mean I guess we'll throw it
over to Andre he can talk about for sure
guys so I start with with that and I saw
Tai Lopez and I started Ryan and he's
due to channel I got to meet him that
way with him on Israel and things like
that so that way I start my social media
marketing is by getting people that I
know so my cousin has a restaurant I got
a friend that has a he's a personal
trainer he has his own team and a
photographer that reached me and told me
Andrea can do to my marketing for me and
things like that and I told him of
course my cousin used to have a guy
doing his social media marketing for him
but he was not doing it right so I told
him what I can do for him and he wants
to do video marketing so I told him I
can do video marketing for him because
he has food and he wants to put - looks
good and things like that so I'm
building in a strategy for him and
building a strategy for that and Ryan is
helping me with all those things yeah so
we just went over a few strategies that
pertain to the certain clients he was
looking at like the gym and the you know
the photographer and the restaurant
because they all have different you need
to apply different techniques when doing
their social media or even charging them
right because the small gym owner might
not be able to afford a thousand dollar
retainer every month so you have to work
out we have to negotiate a contract to
where maybe you get a percentage of
you know sales for every new gym
membership right like we were talking
about or equity in the company so we
were talking about certain strategies on
how to work that out with potential
clients so yeah we're gonna head down to
the beach but I just wanted to introduce
you to Andre because he's one of my
long-term clients that I've been working
with and he's had great success so far

so we're down here at Crystal Cove and I
just wanted to talk about one important
topic that I've noticed has been a
recurring theme with all my clients that
I'm helping build their social media
marketing agency and the number one
theme is
all of them at first had limiting
beliefs and their outcome dependent
right so the reason they weren't taking
action is because they're so worried
about the outcome that it hinders them
from doing anything because they're
thinking about oh well you know if I
invest all this money and ties program
or invest money into a domain name and
website or I incorporate then I better
get a client because I invested all this
money so what they're telling themselves
is right then and there is that if they
don't get a client then they won't do
the necessary steps that it takes to get
a client because it's not promised to
them but in entrepreneurship nothing is
promised to you so you have to be
outcome independent right independent
from outcome because you're just doing
this because it's what you love to do
and you're passionate about it rather
than the nine-to-five you could go get
the nine-to-five which is totally fine
I mean it's personally not for me I have
worked a nine-to-five before but if it's
for you that's great if it's not if
you're thinking about entrepreneurship
you know it's really about passion it's
about doing something you love to do I
love helping out clients build their
agency I love helping clients that you
know need the social media of marketing
management
I love trading in the stock market
there's so many different things that I
love to do and I'm only able to do those
things because I'm independent of
outcome right I I don't think about the
future result about like having to
achieve that future result I just think
about what I want and I'm gonna work
hard and I'm gonna put in the necessary
efforts to get there and I know I'll get
there because the results speak louder
than words right so you just have to
believe in yourself another thing that I
wanted to bring up is believing how much
value that you can add to society right
because most people think that oh you
know if I sell a program or if I create
an agency and offer my services will
they look at me weird will the business
owners look at me weird or will they
think it's a scam well that's your
belief that's your opinion and even if
their opinion is it's a scam then you
know go to someone who will believe in
your services and will will be able
to see the value that you're providing
them so it's a hundred percent belief in
yourself and knowing that you can
provide people value just like I'm
providing people value on this YouTube
channel you know I mix I'm sharing my
ideas my experiences with you all
because there may just be one of you
that connects with something that I said
in this video but that's why I'm doing
this I'm doing it for maybe that one
person or maybe a 10,000 it all depends
but I'm not focusing on
the outcome right I'm not focusing on
someone responding well to my content
I'm only doing what I love to do and in
return the monetary is success or the
you know whatever it whatever it may be
will will come to you in return of doing
something that you're passionate about
so I just wanted to wrap that up and
gonna go enjoy the beach some more
