- Alright, guys, so, I'm in my Uber right now.

And I'm headed to the San Diego Airport.

And this device right here is a Zoom H1.

It's a nice, little portable recorder.

And I'm trying to just get a feel

for what it's like to record audio on the go.

This is one of these first vlogging things

that I have ever done so.

I'm still kind of testing things along the way

but it seems to be working pretty well.

JetBlue is my airline.

And I got my passport, I got my phone,

my wallet, got my bag, got my time travel shirt on,

Flux capacitors fluxing.

And let's make a trip, let's do this.

I got my bag all checked in.

Got my boarding passes.

Gonna go through security

and then I'll see you on the other side.

I'm gonna grab a bite to eat too

'cause I wanna make sure I get some food

before we land at JFK.

And then, we go to JFK to Lisbon, Portugal.

I always wanna say "Libson".

'Cause that's the hosting company,

or one of the companies I use for my podcasts.

But it's Lisbon.

So, let's go to Lisbon.

Alright, so, the time is now

about 10 o'clock PM, east coast time.

So, I'm still wide awake at seven o'clock west coast time.

And my flight to Libson, Lisbon--

Gosh, dang it.

Is boarding at 10:15.

And then, we're off at 11:25.

Hopefully I can get some sleep.

But I actually was very productive on the last flight.

I wrote a 2,700 word blog post

and got some work done.

Sent a few emails out, made some connections online.

But so far, so good.

Hungry though, I wanna get something to eat

because I'm gonna be asleep for awhile.

And I'm not worried about the people

who might be watching me on the other side,

which was something I was concerned about before.

But I got a lot of help from my Master Mind group,

saying, "Just do it, who cares?"

And it's good advice, so,

what's the worst that could happen?

Alright, so, here we are at the Lisbon Airport.

And had a good flight.

Starting watching Bay Watch at the end,

which I didn't finish but that's okay.

Got a little bit of time to sleep, which was good.

I had an empty seat next to me, which was really nice.

Got a nice view.

So, let's go find a friend.

(upbeat music)

- Welcome to Europe, man, right, first time?

- First time.

- You feel safe in here?

- Oh, yeah.

Seeing somebody from the event here already.

Wanted to make sure I was okay.

Taking care of the VIPs, which is nice.

One of the first things I noticed Starbucks.

Can't get away from it, right?

And if you know me, you know I love my coffee.

So, first thing I'm gonna get

is not Starbucks coffee, no offense.

I'm gonna wait for some help to find the good stuff.
