hi I'm miles Beckler and in this video
you're gonna learn exactly how you can
guarantee your success in building a
business online now there's really one
thing that you need to do in order to
building your online business it's the
one thing that separates the want
representatives of I'm talking 365 days
a year because you've got to be that
committed to your success in order to
make this work now the reason why you're
gonna be committed is gonna vary for
every single person it's gonna be
different in fact if you search my
channel for the Y video you'll learn
more about how to figure out what your Y
is because you need a Y that's gonna
motivate you maybe it's to have more
time with your kids maybe it's to fire
your boss and to retire your alarm clock
maybe it's because you want to travel
the world and you want to be able to
work and be abundant while you travel
the world and you don't want to travel
the world like a backpacker like hostel
to hostel you want to see the resorts of
the world do you want to stay in four
and five-star resorts in Thailand and in
Bali and in New Zealand and Barcelona
you want to experience life at its
fullest and that's great you know for me
my commitment really got strong when
something interesting happened in my
family my father worked for the same
corporation for about 33 years actually
to be honest the corporation was bought
and sold multiple times over those 33
years but he worked for the same company
it was the newspaper industry in the Bay
Area in the East San Francisco Bay Area
after 33 years of dedicated service and
working his way up from literally laying
type as a typesetter in the 60s he got
to where he ran the IT department for
about six newspapers two years
away from retiring they fired him they
let him go they laid him off it was done
pink slip you're out of here we got
somebody cheaper coming in to do your
job at a fraction of the price
this was insane to me for a company to
take someone who's dedicated 33 years of
their life and just literally kick him
to the door here see the door handle on
your way out it affected his retirement
as well he wasn't able to get his full
vesting for retirement he's getting less
money every month out of his pension and
he had to go into his Social Security
earlier and this isn't this is crazy
right I mean he was born with an idea of
he worked for 30 40 years for the same
company you retire at 40 at 65 you get
the gold watch yada yada everything's
good that world has changed and that's
what I learned and that's where my
commitment turned into fire there is no
way I can ever rely on a corporation or
a company for my well-being or the
well-being of my family and you might be
able to feel it right now my passion
around this it's insane I can I'm like
burning up talking about it because that
was the moment for me that I said hell
no no way am I ever gonna rely on
anybody else no matter what comes my way
I have to figure this out period and I
will spend every hour of every day if I
have to to figure this out myself and
guess what's happened I figured it out
and it's now easy and it wasn't easy at
first I had no special education and
building a business online I didn't take
design classes never took a web
development class I don't know how to
code nothing every step has been
difficult and arduous but you know what
it's my commitment that kept me going
and kept me fired up so if you really
want to be successful online you're
gonna have to dig deep you're gonna have
to figure out your why and you're gonna
have to commit friends will be hey it's
Thursday we won't go to happy hour nope
I got things to do I got business to
build cuz I got a family I got to take
care of hey you want to go do this on
this day nope sorry I can't I'm working
that day now I want to make sure it's
clear I have fun in my life
I hike every day I meditate every
morning these are things I love to do by
the way I travel the world I've been to
I don't know 15 countries in the last
two three years I've sailed across the
frickin ocean from
South America to Europe because I wanted
to I'm being invited to speak at events
all over the world so when I say this
there's a time and a place for fun and
we need to reward ourselves but I'll
tell you even when I'm in those moments
I'm thinking about my business I'm
observing marketing in the world around
me I'm reading headlines at the grocery
store I'm asking people about their user
behavior I'm always on and that's
because I am fully committed to building
this business and so if you're serious
about building your online business you
need to commit you need to get 100%
committed that no matter what every day
every day you're gonna take action even
if that action falls short you got to
take action and to be clear we're gonna
talk about this in a separate video not
time for this here but taking action is
doing the work it's not reading the
ebooks it's not subscribing and opting
into other people's email lists it's not
having a call with your business coach
that you don't need by the way it's
literally doing the work installing
WordPress writing blog posts creating
videos figuring out how to make an
opt-in list work all of it and I'm gonna
teach you all the steps and tactics but
I don't even want you to go on through
my videos if you're not fully committed
because I am only working with people
who are fully committed because will
change in the world and it starts by
changing our lives so once you get your
commitment down get fired up leave me a

this business let me know you're
committed what should why why are you
gonna persevere through the challenges I
know mine I've told you very honestly
that was a kind of a deep story from my
family that I don't share very regularly
but I'll let you know because it's
important for you understand where this
commitment comes from and you might be
able to see it and hear it and feel it
in my voice and how I'm talking right
now there's no question if everything
I've done somehow disappears which
that's actually technically impossible
but if it all disappeared tomorrow I
would start again I grind it out I still
out work everybody I'd outwork you I'd
outwork everybody in the industry and
I'd build myself right back up because
it's the commitment that drives me so
