My May 2018 Monthly Goals Report



hey what's up guys Stefan here from
project life mastery calm and welcome to
my May 2018 monthly goals report where
every single month I give you guys a
detailed update on exactly where I'm at
with the goals that I set for myself at
the beginning of the year now I've been
doing this process for over six years
and I do it for a few different reasons
number one is hopefully to inspire you
to demonstrate to you the power of
goal-setting that it's amazing what you
can accomplish when you set a goal you
set your mind to it you create a plan
you commit to it fully and you take
massive action I really believe that a
lot can change in our lives when you
just set a goal and you actually apply
yourself you commit yourself fully to
that and that's what's allowed me to get
to where I'm at today and hopefully I
can be a role model maybe I could be an
example for you and hopefully inspire
you to set goals for yourself in your
life but also to make sure that you're
setting goals in every aspect of your
life not just career or finances or your
body but having that balance because
project life mastery is all about life
mastery and that means setting goals for
your health your body your emotions your
mindset your relationship your spiritual
life your finances your business or
career every aspect of your life so that
you can make sure that you're a whole
and living a life that you truly want to
live but also hopefully I can
demonstrate and also remind you guys to
make sure that goal-setting is not
enough you of course have to take action
you have to have a plan you have to take
massive action to commit yourself fully
and part of that is learning how to be
consistent checking in on your goals on
a regular basis you know making sure
you're on track if you're off track you
can make the necessary adjustments to
get yourself back on track again because
we all go through ups and downs and it's
the ability just to be able to get
yourself back on track to achieve your
goals and make progress towards it so
hopefully I can inspire it and be a role
model for you guys and hopefully you
guys are doing well with your with your
lives and your goals and I can hopefully
help you guys out along the way now this
goals report is actually gonna include a
little bit of April as well because I've
been really behind and one thing that I
hate to admit is I've been struggling
I've been going through challenges right
now I've been stressed I've been
overwhelmed I've got a lot of things
going on and I'm actually behind on a
lot of my goals
a lot of the goals I'm gonna go over
with you guys and share I'm really
behind on over the last two months and I
don't feel good about you know it
doesn't feel good to admit you're off
track and you know and you're not making
the progress you want to make and you
said you're gonna do something and
you're not following through on that
more than anything whether
accountability with you guys or not but
it hurts my self-esteem because you know
I did a video a while ago about
self-esteem and I really believe that
when you keep your word you say you're
gonna do something you do it or you're
making progress our self-esteem grows
you feel really good about ourselves but
on the other hand of things if you're
saying you're gonna do this and you know
you have all these commitments that you
you made in your life but you're not
following through then it hurts you it
hurts your self-esteem regardless of
other people so for me I've been
struggling in that regard and I have a
little bit of an excuse but I don't like
to have excuses you know my excuses I'm
going through a big move right now and
other priorities came up for me and I
had to put some things on hold and I had
you know moving to Panama and leaving
Canada and a lot of you know things that
have been overwhelming me and and I've
really had to you know make sure that I
practice what I know and practice what
I've you know taught over the years and
everything too but I don't like excuses
so for me you know regardless of what's
going on in your world we're always the
one that's still responsible for that
because we didn't anticipate it we
didn't prepare we didn't whatever it
might be but really what it comes down
to is either you have the result or you
have an excuse and right now for me I
don't have the result and I have an
excuse in some areas maybe it will be a
little bit too hard on myself but I'm
actually kind of a little bit happy to
share this with you guys too because I
want to be transparent as usual and
hopefully this can also demonstrate that
we all get off track I'm a human being
just like you are you know sometimes for
me I go through challenges and struggles
and and stress and overwhelm and whatnot
and I think the important thing that
I've learned is and I'm not that
discouraged by it because I know that I
just got to get back on track you know
and that's the value of doing this on a
regular basis when you check in on
yourself because I'd much rather catch
myself catch myself and say Stefan you
know what you're off track how can I get
myself back on track what can I do to
get myself making progress and a lot of
people when they don't shake
themselves on a regular basis they just
keep getting off track and before you
know it you know they're not getting
theirs too far they're too far gone that
they're not gonna be able to get back on
track and so you know if you're making
and trying to go in this certain
direction in your life and get off track
a bit it's a lot easier to correct
yourself when you're just off the path a
little bit versus when you're way off
the path and so I feel like you know
yeah the last two months not not fully
either but I've been off the track with
a few of my goals and I just got to get
myself back on track I got to recommit I
have a lot more time now that I've
settled in for my move and whatnot but
we all go through that guys it's really
about making progress it's not about
being perfect learning from it growing
from it because you really are gonna
learn and grow from the challenges that
you face the most and for me I'm I'm
actually been really happy of the last
two months in a way because I've grown
massively the challenges the stresses me
having to be resourceful and figure
things out and everything I had to go
through is force me to grow and at the
end of it at the end of the day I think
that's really one of the biggest
purposes and benefits of sitting goals
it's not what you get it's who you
become so I'm very excited about that
but with that being said let me dive
into my goals I will mention if you guys
want the written written up details of
all my goals that that's at project life

actually have it there as well for you
guys but also below this video in
youtube there's a link to my goals
report so if you want to follow along
see all the details of my goals some of
the progress I made that's far this year
you guys can learn about it there I've
got my phone here so I'm going to pull
up I'm gonna pull up Evernote which is
what I like to use to track things and
I'm gonna go through each goal one by
one based on the category some of the
goals I don't have much to update you
guys with others I've made some progress
on so you know so some of them I'm not
you know that ahead on I'm just kind of
behind on a few different things but
this process also helps me regardless of
whether or not anybody watches this or
not because this is something to do
anyways of my life regardless of if I
have a camera on me or this is on
YouTube or anywhere else
I really just believe in just doing a
regular check-in I just so happen to do
this in front of a camera so that
hopefully you guys can benefit from it
as well and I can share with you guys
the progress okay so the first goal that
I have is a financial goal is that I'll
easily make 3.5 million dollars Canadian
revenue while working less and
positively impacting millions of
people's lives by December 31st now for
the month of May my income was $240,000
that's Canadian dollars again because my
business is in Canada and the total for
the year is 1.6 million so I'm a little
bit behind on this but I still believe
I'm gonna achieve this goal I usually
have certain times of the year that are
really high income months for me based
on different promotions launches
different things I'm involved with and
other times it might be a little bit
lower but you know for me the two
hundred thousand point is it's kinda
like the low point for me but it's still
significant regardless and during the
month of April there's also around two
hundred seven thousands so overall 1.6
million I know also for June I'm gonna
have a great income month as well so I
feel like I will be on track with this
goal and I will achieve it it's getting
a little bit more complicated now for me
though in tracking this because I'm
actually setting up different offshore
corporations I have my Canadian
corporations but also I'm sitting up
corporation in Singapore Panama in
different places is my businesses are
getting a lot more complex now and
especially the accounting and the
bookkeeping of it so it's becoming
increasingly challenging and then also
dealing with a lot of different
currencies as well but I'll still try to
do the best I can this year to try to at
least be as accurate as possible but of
course the accuracy more so will come
once I have my accountants review it and
verify everything ok next goal is I'll
easily have at least six million dollars
Canadian in investment assets cash
stocks bonds ETS real estate
cryptocurrency etc and by the way I'm
not sure this videos getting a little
bit dark okay so for the total for May
and actually including a little bit of
June because I'm recording this in June
right now the total amount is 5.6
million so that's actually a big
from back when I did this last in March
so that's been going up which I've been
happy about my investments have been
going up I've been making more money
saving investing more money which has
been great I've also got a video coming
up soon sharing more of my stock
investment assets that may be pretty
transparent with and published for you
guys on my youtube channel so you can
learn a little bit more about what I
invest in now I do have a significant
tax that is going to be coming up in
2019 that I'm gonna have to pay that is
obviously going to affect my net worth
that's related to me leaving and
departing Canada so for the most part
though for 2018 I feel like I'm gonna
achieve this goal I'm super close so I
might even achieve in the next month or
so okay next is my mission and business
goals I'll easily host twelve life
mastery accelerator monthly mentoring
sessions sharing my most cutting edge
self development strategies and helping
thousands of people transform their
lives been on track with that been doing
those consistently every single month
we've done five so far the last one I
did was on mastering meaning how to find
the good in everything so if you
struggle with your mindset if you
struggle with having a positive attitude
positive mentality and being able to
create empowering meaning in your life
this is a great training for you it's
pretty in-depth I share a lot about
reframing which is an NLP
neuro-linguistic programming technique
and concept that I think is one of the
most important skills to master in your
life to be able to create an empowering
meaning of whatever life gives you
because the events of a life it's not
the events it's the meaning that we
create and we associate to these events
that determine how we feel in what we do
so that's a great training again that's
inside the life mastery accelerator I
hope I know many of you guys are a part
of that but I hope if you haven't joined
yet that you'll consider joining it life

I'll usually host twelve online business
mastery accelerator sessions and I've
also been on track with that too this is
a live mentoring program I do four
online business and marketing versus the
life mastery accelerator is more based
on life mastery and self-development and
I've done five so far the last one I did
was on the online business mindset ten
powerful
sets for achieving success in her online
business and I'm excited for this one
because you know it was a great training
that I did because I see the common
denominator behind a lot of people that
succeed or fail is their mindset and I
recently had a lot of new members join
the online business master accelerator
because they joined the amazing selling
machine and it offered it as a bonus and
I really wanted to share and help people
with that mindset and share ten
different mindsets that I think that we
all need to embody if you want to build
an online business so if you struggle
again with mindset especially when it
comes to business and marketing then I
think that training is going to help you
out a lot as well that's at online
business mastery accelerator comm and by
the way I'm going a little bit fast here
but again I've got the blog post like
I'm reading off the blog post right now
I recommend you guys just go to the blog
and you can read all the details of
everything if I'm gone a little bit too
fast for you next is I'll easily host at
least two online business mastery
mastermind events love the process / and
personally help people grow their online
business now I'm only doing one this
year that was one goal that I had to
change I actually had to cancel one
because I've just been so busy and I was
planning on doing one in May but it was
just not realistic to be able to do that
because I was in the middle of a move
and man that took a lot out of me so I'm
doing one in December in Los Angeles
which I'm excited about
and it's almost sold out so if you guys
want remote more about that again that's
on the blog Oh easily
oh I'll easily host a life mastery
transformation seminar love the process
how people transform every area of their
lives haven't started even started
planning that yet and not quite sure
whether or not I'll be able to plan it
this year or not but I'm gonna still
gonna leave it open and I'm just trying
to prioritize based on my goals I just
like to kind of hammer off the most
important ones first and anything that I
don't achieve that's fine but the most
important thing once for me at least I
want to make sure that I fall through
and I achieved those ones I'll easily
create a new self-development course or
online business course have not had a
chance to even start that I've got
a lot of ideas for it and done a little
bit of planning honestly but I'm not
gonna be able to fully immerse myself or
focus on it yet because I do have quite
a bit of projects and even travel plan
this year right now - I usually hire two
new a players to join the project life
mastery team and help grow project life
mastery so this is actually gonna be a
more priority goal for me now that I'm
kind of done with my move and the next
maybe two months or so I'm gonna really
be able to focus on that which I'm
excited for because my business has
grown so much that I haven't been hiring
enough to be able to support the growth
and the challenges are when your
business is growing which is great but
you're not supporting the growth of that
that's when things get a little bit
messy
so I want to make sure that I can hire
the right people because when you have
the right people I'm gonna be able to
grow so much faster I'm gonna be able to
put fuel in the fire and really be able
to explode and grow so I can focus on
you know some of the things I want to
focus on here that I think are really
gonna make a big difference
okay I'll usually create any physical
product and launch it on Amazon had not
had a chance to start that really I've
done some planning around it but haven't
had a chance to really pull the trigger
on that yet always the krita launch the
new Stefan James comm website have not
had a chance to focus on that yet either
who behind on quite a bit guys but it's
okay I'm gonna pick things up in the
next few months I'll easily publish 150
plus videos on project life mask for a
YouTube channel while impacting millions
of lives this one I am on track with
because I always like to prioritize
putting out quality content for free for
you guys to be able to benefit from so
in the month of May published twelve new
videos total is 72 videos so far for
this year so almost about halfway there
so I'm on track to be able to achieve
that I used to be able to publish 200
plus blog posts on project like master
comm publish 16 for the month of May 80
for total for this year and a little I
am behind I might be able to I think I'm
gonna be able to achieve that so I think
I'm I'm still on track with that I think
I'm still good I'll easily have at least
six hundred thousand YouTube subscribers
on the project life mastery YouTube
channel
total was 494 thousand and getting close
to 500 K which I'm really excited for by
the way I'm gonna try to improve the
light here on this camera kind of might
be a little bit better
almost at 500 K which I'm excited for
I'm gonna celebrate soon do a contest or
a giveaway to thank you guys for your
support and being a subscriber of this
channel I believe I can hit 600 K by the
end of the year - I'll easily reach at
least 14 million views which is 1.1
million plus views per month on the
YouTube channel total I actually don't
have the total number here but the
average for the month of May was
actually a little bit low it was 867
thousand views still a lot I mean but
it's just lower than my average in order
to achieve this goal so I'm behind on
the skull I would need like a viral
video to happen to really I think
achieve it or just but you know I often
the way I think about creating content
guys is those are things I can't really
control I can't control how many views
might be my videos get I can do the best
I can with my videos I can do the best I
can with the content I put out be
consistent with that but really that's
all I can really control and some videos
do great others you know do okay but as
long as I'm consistent that's the main
thing and I know that's that's really
what yields the results as I like to
always say and teach I like to focus
more in the process and the results
because I know that the process will
lead to the results Oh easily reach at
least 2 million unique visitors on
Project Lake Nasser calm hundred and
seven thousand unique sessions for the
month of May so I'm behind on this goal
now - I don't have for some reasons I
didn't write down the total amount for
this year but I need to make sure I
update that for some reason I don't know
why I did this month but okay but I am
behind on those those two last ones in
terms of visitors Oh easily a lot a
reach at least 1 million podcast
listeners which is around 83,000 listens
per month total is around 50,000 now I
use buzz sprouts but
wrote for my podcast they don't really
give me that great analytics they don't
give me exact figures I just kind of
give me a general idea of how many
listens that I have but it's around
fifty thousand for the month of May so I
am behind on that one too but again I
can I can control what I can control
health and fitness goals I'll easily get
tested and better optimize my physical
mental and emotional well-being by
getting the following test done and I've
got a whole list of different tests that
I've been getting done this year I'm
ahead of schedule on this I didn't do
any tests for actually I did do a heavy
metals test for the month of May like a
hair analysis because I've been doing my
mercury and led detox and I just sent a
way to get an updated results on that
but I've already done that so far this
year so not not really anything new but
I'm still ahead I've done total nine
tests I'm sorry I've done four tests so
far this year and I list those on my
blog but I'm still generally I'm still
I'm still good for that one okay
I'll easily complete a 30-day sugar
detox I've not started that haven't had
a chance to focus on that yet always a
complete a 30 day vegan challenge have
not started on that one yet either
I always continue to optimize my health
and well-being every month by doing one
of the following cryotherapy like just
different bio hacks and I have not had a
chance to be able to focus on that yet
either I had for the months before but
for the month of May just really behind
I feel like want the May was just kind
of like a wash for me it was just
getting off track on a lot of things
just so I could focus on some more
urgent important things I really had to
dive into kind of taking a break from
things and then and then yeah it's it's
getting back on track for me or for June
rather always a continually detoxing
mercury and lead for my body I still
been on track with that still detox in
the lead and Mercury so I've been
following the Andy Cutler protocol if
you want to learn more about the mercury
and lead detox I've got video and a blog
post on that at project life mastery
I'll link to that in this blog post Oh
easily work out at least five
times four a week to build more lean
muscle mass strength and endurance also
behind on that goal - I wasn't working
out five times a week I was working out
more three times a week
which is still better than nothing but
again it's not as ideal as I'd like it
to be
okay mind and emotional goals oh isn't
complete the 108th challenge that was
already achieved this year I always it
completed a 30 day morning ritual
challenge have not started or committed
to that quite yet yet you guys will know
when I do because I want to do a big
kind of challenge or contest around that
which should be a lot of fun get you
guys involved in that - oh is it
complete a 30 day meditation challenge
I'm not been able to focus on a start
that one yet either I'll usually read at
least 20 books to continue to master
every area in my life I did not do as
much reading as I like to do for May but
I'm still on track for this gold I've
read a total of eight books so far this
year I'll link all the books that I've
been reading on my blog again so again
this this goals report blog post has the
the books that I've read so far this
year Oh easily listen at least thirty
blinks using a blink estab have not been
able to focus on that for the last month
relationship goals I'll continue my
monthly relationship ritual with Tatiana
behind on that - man I'm really behind
on a lot of things you know planning a
romantic experience have not really been
able to focus on that as much as I like
either but the great thing is Tatiana
and I we've actually been focused on
learning Tantra for the last two months
and we had a heart attack coach that has
been amazing just amazing human being
benefited or relate like our
relationship has always been great but
this has just been taking it to new
levels I want to do some videos with her
on that is we can kind of share that
with you guys eventually but um you know
that that's been going really great with
us which I'm really excited for I'll
easily connect with each member of my
family at least once a month I'm
actually ahead on this cold cuz the
month of May I actually spent a
considerable amount of time with my
family
especially preparing for my move a lot
of time with my mom
dad and my sister my brother we actually
had a big family get-together before
Tatiana and I moved to left Canada moved
to Panama so that was a lot of fun I was
gray I also got to see a lot of my aunts
and uncles and cousins so that was
really great so I'm definitely on track
with that one and it's gonna be tough
because I'm not gonna see my family for
a while either so I'll come out least
connect with a new friend at least once
per week I so know I've been a little
bit behind on that one too done about
like once a week I've done twice in the
last month but I did have my birthday
party so my birthday was May 3rd and on
May 5th I had an awesome party and this
kind of ties into the next goal of an
activity once a month so one thing I did
is I have always wanted to do something
special for my friends just to create an
amazing experience for them and myself
that we're always gonna remember and so
I remember when I was single and I used
to you know go out and go to clubs and
whatnot I always wanted I'd always see
