DO NOT BUY a refurbished computer from Mashable. The vendor they use is not ethical. I wish I had read the reviews before buying an iMac 2011 refurbished desktop computer.
The list price is dramatically and unreasonably inflated so they can show a "sale" price that is actually slightly above current market value. Though listed as four stars and grade-A, the computer had significant damage to the case. Wifi hardware had been removed so they could try to sell it to you as an upgrade. (iMac 2011 shipped with wifi installed standard.) Mashable will not allow returns on this product. I recommend that you not do business with Mashable.Awful experience

My company had booked five online courses but had failed to redeem all of the codes in time. Their initial response was "tough luck" and based on all the reviews below I had little hope, but in the end they came through and provided us with renewed access. It seems all their sales are final, no returns. They claim it is stated in the deal's page, not true. Even if you are not informed, still they will apply all sales as final. I purchased a pair of bamboo blend sheets from this place. Looked all over the internet to find out what other fiber was used since "blend" implies there was something besides bamboo fiber but wasn't able to find an answer. It turned out those do NOT breathe at all so I suspect the other fiber is polyester. After 2 sleepless nights I decided to return them but was told Sorry we do not accept returns. Bought 2 items in the last month: iPM 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station and the AirTaps Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. Wow, I wish I had done some quick research before clicking "purchase" because I feel like a complete fool.
This is legitimate crap from China - that's why it's so cheap (duh! I'm a moron!). They ship via DHL International so it takes weeks and tracking info isn't reliably updated.
The wireless charging station broke inside of a week, and the quality of the headphones was laughable. The treble is nearly deafening and the little silicon sleeves that come with them don't fit. As for the charging station, it doesn't come with a wall wart -- just the cable. Wouldn't be surprised if they caught on fire if I held onto them and used them long enough.
Don't even bother to contact customer service; they take days to respond and are evasive. I went out and bought genuine Apple chargers and AirPods. Should have just done that in the first place.Poor customer service on shop mashable
