    It's hard to believe an organization this large could do such a poor job handling the ufc. You would think ufc replays would be in chronological order? Nope! It seems to defy logic and instead seems random. Plus you'll frequently see the winner of the fight you want to see in replay before you get to it. How can they not be aware they're doing that? I wouldn't have expected ESPN would have turned me off from the the ufc and their website but they did. Cancelled my subscription after plenty of frustration and hoping that they'd get it together but no dice. Bye espn.com and ufc!

    One star is too many. Greedy scumbags. One type of espn for UFC fight night, another subscription for early prelims, then another subscription for prelims. The dregs of corporate society =espn. Scum.

    BLOCKED ALL WIMBLEDON MATCHES!!!!!!!!

    Bought one month so that I could watch Wimbledon quarters, semis and finals. Guess what? ALL of those are blocked on ESPN+. So what am I paying for? If ESPN doesn't give us all of the content we want, who is going to ever buy this? I'm glad the cable channels are getting savvy about people who have cut the cable and offering stations a la carte, but if you say you're going to offer all of the sports, offer ALL of all of the sports. If you're going to charge us, you can't pick and choose what to run or you will never get anyone signing up for more than the trial period!!! I emailed ESPN support to let them know how disappointed I was and that I wanted to talk to someone, and I got an email back that told me they had cancelled my subscription--just like that!! Didn't want to hear from me, didn't care if I was unhappy or not--just flat out cancelled. DON'T BUY THIS!!!!

    The website said I can watch match once…

    The website said I can watch match once i sign up so i signed up and paid. Unfortunately, they want me to read a million pages of terms and conditions to realize i need an active TV/cable connection and that the payment is non refundable. The agent said i can use it to watch highlights which i can from any free channels, why should i pay to see the highlights.

    Your streaming sucks

    Your streaming sucks. Paid 56 or something dollars to rent ufc 239 and couldn't even watch it for ten seconds at a time without waiting for it to stream. Won't be getting anymore money from us. The UFC messed up switching to ESPN plus and are losing a lot of fans.

    I have opted for a 7 day free trial for…

    I have opted for a 7 day free trial for ESPN Plus. After 3 days of usage I have cancelled the service as it was not hosting 2019 Cricket World Cup. But, I was still charged $5.66 for monthly subscription and the App shows my subscription Expired on top of that. I tried calling customer care and they blame Apple for it. But, the charge was from ESPN clearly on my Credit Card statement. Please do not trust ESPN.

    Signed up for ESPN thinking I'd watch…

    Signed up for ESPN thinking I'd watch NBA playoffs. Paid the money and tried to watch. Tells me I need a TV subscription ALSO. Called support. "You got ESPN+ which does not give NBA games. You have to take ESPN too." F them. I'll never use either and just wasted a total of 30 min.

    VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -

    This company has extremely poor customer service and I would never sign up again with ESPN to go. I signed up for an advertised football game that I found out after signing up it was blacked out. I thought I canceled that day. 3 months later the charges are still coming in on my credit card so I called customer service and the lady there kept repeating the GOTCH phrase...sorry your attempt to cancel did not work and that we can see you have never used our system, but due to our "terms and conditions" which I assume you read upon signing up, we will provide no refund at all for the months where you did not use the service and thought it was cancelled. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and although we are not talking about a lot of money, the principle of the matter is that this Company is so poorly run with such horrible customer service representatives that I will go out of my way to make sure this service is NEVER used by my family in the future. I don't like businesses that operate this way.

    ADVISE: review of customer service

    ADVISE: Absolutely abysmal customer service, do not order ESPN Insider or the Magazine. They are set up to keep you locked into the contract no matter what. They don’t allow you to cancel your insider account unless you have the original device you set it up on. If you have switched from android to iPhone and you set your account up on your iPhone you are out of luck. Obviously this is illegal and they can not keep you from ending a subscription but they do it and will continue. As for canceling your mage one, be prepared to be passed back and forth between the ESPN insider department and the MAGAZINE department as they continually tell you the other department is in charge of cancellations. I have called and confirmed cancellation with them 3 times and every time I ask for an email to have a copy that it has gone through. Each time I call back they say there is no cancellation. I have spoken with many supervisors and all of them are inept and completely unqualified. Your best bet is to call your bank/ lawyer right away. The only way you can deal with a scummy company like this. What a real shame, ESPN used to be a great reputable company. They are now filled with greed and have no empathy for their customers. STAY AWAY!!
