a few images to the internet you don't

need any technical skills you don't need

any experience to start doing this but

items to a particular market and right

here we can see that we're on teespring

comm and this is basically where you can

choose a canvas and you can upload

images to canvas print stock beach towel

iPhone case leggings wall poster flag

indoor pillow poster apparel stickers

topic mugs and you can sell it to other

people now this has no risk associated

to you you can start doing this for free

and you don't have to pay even if you're

getting zero sales or if you're getting

one cell you don't have to pay anything

for that so it's completely free and

what we need to figure out is how can we

sell a product like this

so today's niche is going to be about

bugs bugs are beautiful pugs are ugly

pugs are it looks like they have some

mentally disabled illness but they're so

cute right pugs are insanely cute and

and when you see a pug you just want to

hold it you want to just scratch it's

behind its ears and that is what hug

owners think as well like some pub

owners think

that their pug is their kid which

they're not your dog is not your kid and

if you have ten different outfits for

your pug it might be something wrong and

you should figure your life out but we

as marketers can really utilize the the

love for dogs to sell them items because

people act a little bit faster and a

little bit more impulsive when they have

such a huge love in their life like for

example pugs it also goes to gun

shooting and guns people buy guns all

the time and gun equipment and gun

teachers and stuff like that

you have fishing you how outdoors you

have so many niches where people are

just so damn passionate that they'll buy

whatever we put in front of them and as

marketers that's awesome

so I have a few images of I just

searched pug images on Google and I'm

just gonna use this as a demonstrative

purpose you cannot use this because it

has copyright you can't steal another

guy's image and upload it on a t-shirts

that's illegal and you're going to be

waist-deep in and lawyers and

lawsuits if you try and do this so

please do not do this so this is just

for example purposes only so we just

upload our photo right in here and as

you can see in three two one

we got a pug t-shirt we got a beautiful

pug t-shirt look at that wouldn't you

buy that if you're a pug lover I think

that you would buy this if you're a pug

lover now as I said you cannot do this

just taking a photo and uploading it on

a t-shirt so what we need to do is go to

Fiverr and we're going to go into

graphics design right here we're going

to go to graphics and design and then

t-shirt and merchandise and here is

where you can spend literally five

dollars to get someone to draw a t-shirt

design for you like for example we have

a pug teacher right here and that's so

damn ugly god damn is this really the

first image that you want to have on

your game

well life okay it's a little bit

funny but the drawing was not to five

thousand orders that's awesome he also

has a lot of other great t-shirt designs

and basically you can just write to him

hey for five dollars I would love to get

a pug t-shirt that looks a lot like this

or maybe it like this or maybe a little

bit about like this or this because

people love funny t-shirts as well it

depends on what your market ones and

we're gonna go into how you actually

gonna sell this t-shirts later and how

you can do market research before you

start selling so we're on teespring

right now let's just say that this is

good you have bought a five year gig and

you have a design on your t-shirt so

sell this and here you can see that if

you sell 50 t-shirts you're going to

make 588 dollars if we go down to 19

shirts you're going to make 105 dollars

and right under here you can see that

estimate how many units you're aiming to

sell to estimate your total profit don't

worry we'll print your product as long

as you sell enough to generate any

profit and to generate any profit

you just have to sell three so what

happens if you sell two is that they

will refund the money to people that

have bought this t-shirt and they will

cancel the campaign that you're running

but we want to get about $100 so if you

can sell nine t-shirts every single day

that is going to be a good profit $100

per day is enough for people to really

get an online business going and once

again I'm going to show you how you can

leverage this and make a lot more from

you can choose however long you want

your campaign to run and once again

you're not spending any money to have

these t-shirts up this is completely

free for you to try and then try to sell

that t-shirts to a market so how can we

sell this pug t-shirt this beautiful

little pug t-shirt to a market and find

a market that we can promote to that

will buy our product so the two things

that I'm going to talk about today is

paid traffic and also free traffic so

paid traffic is going to be one of the

best methods where you can sell this and

this is claw called influencer marketing

so influencer marketing is basically

you're going to find an Instagram

profile I just searched hashtag pug here

on Instagram and we're gonna find a just

hug related Instagram profile that we

can buy a shout out from so basically we

make a post right here and look at its

awesome t-shirt and then we have a

picture of the t-shirt and then we have

a link in the description if you want

this go into the link in the description

there's only three days left of this

beautiful campaign this beautiful

t-shirt and you can't get it after that

it's exclusive and how you find those

Instagram profiles is basically you just

search hashtag we go into this and we

can see if this Instagram account is

related to pugs pug lovers 20 that

sounds perfect so this Instagram account

has a 9700 followers and as you can see

dm4 promotion so basically you can send

them a message and say hey can I post

this picture where you're promoting your

t-shirt and the thing about Instagram

influencers is that it's dirt cheap paid

traffic if you're going to try doing

this with AdWords you're going to fail

if you're trying to do this with

Facebook Ads you're 100% going to mess

up and spend so much money trying to

promote this t-shirt and influencer

marketing right now is so undervalued so

this might be someone that we can reach

out to we can also check the other ones

look at this beloved pug

and yeah right here you can see two

point three and K followers and he is

already selling t-shirts on this account

and I didn't really know that and it's

awesome that we found a guy that's

actually selling t-shirts because this

is what we want to do as well and look

it looks like he only sells his own

t-shirts but even right here we can

start doing some market research or 52

likes 51 likes 22 lengths so people

didn't like this as much if we go down

it doesn't look like there's so much

more than that but you can definitely

try and reach out to this guy and try

selling your t-shirts but it looks like

he's selling his own so maybe he doesn't

want any competition on his Instagram

page so that's going to be Instagram

influencer marketing you'll have to pay

to get your post on Instagram but once

again this is hugely undervalued traffic

and you can get a lot of cells from that

I would try and find a really huge

Instagram profile just around pugs but

most likely you get this strategy and

it's paid influencer marketing the

second way that I would sell this

t-shirt is going to a Facebook group

that is just around pugs so right here

we can see passionate about pugs so

basically how you would do this is a lot

of people tell you that you should join

this group join this group join this

route and then there's hey I have a

t-shirt by my t-shirt by my t-shirt

right now but that is not good you will

not make any sales from that what you

should do is go into these groups and

start commenting on people's posts

Facebook is getting a lot smarter and

maybe that worked a while ago but that

does not work anymore you'd have to go

in here and join the conversation start

having conversations with people and

what we should do right here is try and

figure out some market research do a

little bit of market research and figure

out okay what if we go into this for a

group for example passionate about pugs

you go and check out every single post

and you see

okay what are people talking about and

what is a t-shirt that I can make that

has a high chance for them buying my

t-shirt

so you're basically starting wrong

you're doing the market research before

you even start making your own t-shirt

so you kinda know specifically tailoring

that t-shirt for this market so I hope

you understand that we're doing market

research and then we're making the

t-shirt and then we're selling to the

people that we did market research for

and that is the second way that we can

promote this t-shirt now the third way

and if you want to do this long term you

should definitely start making your own

Instagram profile you should start

making your own youtube channel around

pugs where you can become an influencer

and start selling products closely

related to pugs and there's a lot more

things that you can sell two pugs like

and necklaces and people dress up their

dogs and stupid costumes but people are

willing to pay for it so as marketers we

can sell that to the audience so that is

strategy number three try and make this

Instagram account for yourself there are

a lot of ways to grow in Instagram you

can find a lot of videos on YouTube on

how you can make an Instagram account

and start getting followers I would not

suggest getting the follow unfollow

method because that doesn't work anymore

you should make an advertisement and

then you should advertise your own

channel on other Instagram profiles and

get them to shout out your profile so

basically you have a video where you

have a ton of cute pictures and you have

beloved pug and then at the end of the

video you're saying hey follow beloved

pug for more so that's how you do it

there's a ton of videos on YouTube I

would search for high on life and

Instagram they really know how to drive

traffic from Instagram and I think they

made like 100,000 Instagram followers in

48 hours so they really know what

they're doing so that's going to be
