some vine stars took their vine success
and translated it into becoming
multimillionaires and around that same
time Instagram also exploded in
popularity and some early adopters of
the platform grew huge followings and
ended up making millions of dollars as
well now I don't know about you guys but
I'm sensing a theme here normally the
only types of videos you see about
tik-tok on YouTube are reacting to
cringe-worthy videos of people dancing
or lip-syncing very poorly but in this
video I want to dive much deeper into
the actual business aspects of tik-tok
and talk about how some people and even
some teenagers are making millions of
dollars from tik-tok and we're going to
talk about how you might be able to do
the same thing let's go alright what is

be a good one basically we're gonna be
talking about all the best ways to make
money on
tik-tok and how you can take advantage
of this trend because it's only
happening right now and it's never going
to be happening again so you're either
going to capitalize right now or you are
going to miss out forever like many
people including myself missed out on
early YouTube days early Instagram days
and early vine day and for those of you
who have been living under a rock or the
past year or so the two-second summary
of tick-tock is basically China
convincing American children to
willingly give their private information
so that China can monetize us all okay
I'm kidding it kind of tick tock is an
app that used to be called musically
where you can share fun goofy 15-second
videos often times lip-synching to your
favorite song but with over 500 million
monthly active users tick tock cannot be
ignored and one of the coolest parts
about tick tock right now is that it's
still possible to go viral because at
this point going viral on Instagram is
pretty much next to impossible because
Instagram as an app and as an ecosystem
has matured to the fullest extent but
tick tock is still new enough that it
has something called organic reach
potential and that means your chances of
actually creating something a video or a
clip that goes viral are significantly
higher than on
mature app such as Instagram or YouTube
now the biggest drawback that people
constantly talk about when they talk
about tick-tock is the fact that their
users are so young with the average age
of a tick-tock user between 12 and 16
years old and so if you have a business
and like most businesses you need to
sell things to make money most 12 year
olds aren't exactly bankrolling unless
your name is Brian and you open toys all
the way to the bank because if you
didn't already know this there's like a
6 or 7 year old named Ryan who made 26
million dollars in 2019 opening toys on
his YouTube channel and while I'm happy
for young Ryan it does make me feel
pretty bad about my own life but we will
save the crippling depression that
Ryan's toy channel and their earnings
cause me for another video so how the
heck can you just getting started out on
tik-tok actually capitalize on this
trend and start making a bunch of money
the first and obvious method is going
viral on the app and you might be saying
it but Kevin how do I go viral well the
best way to go viral is to look at how
other people go viral and see if you can
emulate that virality for yourself
because there are some very obvious
trends of what types of videos get
significantly more views and shares and
likes and comments on the app versus
other types of content gotta have
interesting thumbnail and you have to
follow the two most important rules of
ticked-off
rule number one be attractive rule
number two don't be unattractive okay
I'm kidding a kind of but obviously
being attractive does help you go viral
and if you think I'm wrong did wake up
cuz you're wrong but even though you're
wrong I still respect your opinion but
only if you're attractive but seriously
though the best way to go viral on
tik-tok is to look at the other creators
who go viral and see what types of tips
and strategies and content creation
ideas you can get from those viral
creators what types of videos do they
create what is included in their
thumbnails how do they actually record
the videos how do they hook their users
are they using music look at all the
little things and don't be an observer
be a researcher and then actually use
those same little strategies and tactics
and tricks you find from those viral
creators in the content that you produce
for your tik-tok channel and arguably
the most viral recent tick talker is a
girl named Charlie who basically blew up
from complete obscurity in a very short
time period and now is one of if not the
most viewed tick talker on the platform
now I'm not saying this is the only way
to go viral on tick tock but she's a
perfect example of somebody who went
from zero to incredibly viral overnight
and now she's getting featured on Gary
Vee and starting to transition her
content from tick tock
into a more monetizable platform such as
YouTube in the form of vlogs because the
truth is if you can go viral on
tick-tock there's literally a million
ways that you can monetize that virality
a perfect example is logan paul love him
or hate him
he went from wild success on vine
transitioned it into youtube and just
recently made tens of millions of
dollars in a boxing match and it all
started from a 15-second video of him
slipping on a banana on vine because the
truth is the only 100% guarantee there
is is that if you don't ever try to make
content or try to go viral
you'll never find any success period so
make tik-tok videos similar to other
popular creators and then transition
your audience from tick-tock into a more
monetizable platform such as YouTube so
that you can make a bunch of money and
be like Logan Paul and because it's a
fairly new app that means there's not as
many seasoned creators that you have to
compete with which means it's much
easier to actually get organic traction
than it is on an app such as Instagram
or YouTube where it's much harder to
actually grow organically method number
two is tick tock on YouTube so if you
search tick tock on YouTube you can see
a lot of fairly toxic looking videos
tick tock memes and tick tock
compilations and basically what people
are doing is scouring all of the most
popular creators on tick tock and
actually remix in all of those people's
content into essentially what's a
highlight reel of all of the top content
on tick tock for people that prefer to
watch that type of content on YouTube
now if you're not level 10 big brand
like these guys hang with me for a
second because I'm gonna break down
exactly how much money these people are
making because it's honestly pretty
crazy because how this works is you
upload videos of tick tock compilations
onto YouTube and once you get enough
watch time and enough views and you can
actually qualify for what's called
monetization you get paid every single
time someone watches an ad on your
video now if you're making high-quality
big brand content like me then your CPM
might actually be higher meaning if you
get a million views on a video you might
make 10 grand but if you're making
bottom-of-the-barrel tik-tok
compilations and meme reviews for 11
year olds on tic toc and you might only
make $1000 for a million view video but
even if you're making only $1000 per
million views you can still make pretty
stupid money doing this literally dumb
money I'm talking me money which is
honestly the best type of money so if we
search tic toc we can see that a lot of
these videos have 135,000 views in a
single day but some of these have 7.8
million views in just three months right
so we have a lot of different views six
million views 1 million views in a week
right 11 million views two months ago
right and this is the best tik-tok
compilations this person obviously knows
exactly what's up so if they've gotten
11 million views in two months that
means that they've made at least $11,000
just in the last two months just from
this one video but if they're CPM is
higher which it may well be then the
name might have made $22,000 over the
last two months just from this one video
but if we actually go to their channel
and take a quick look at this we can see
that they have one point six two million
subscribers and if we go to their videos
we can see that they're posting a video
every single day
this one has 47 million views right 17
million views 11 million views on it so
if they made $1000 per million views
that means this one video made 47
thousand dollars just from a single five
minute long video over the course of a
year and so if this person is you know a
teenager or just anyone in general
making $47,000 in a year just from a
single video is pretty freakin awesome
but remember these channels didn't just
upload a single video and call it a day
they uploaded a ton of videos and most
importantly they did it consistently
because it's not gonna be possible just
to upload a single video and capitalize
and get all that juicy me money the
number one key to success and I don't
care what anyone says is success having
consistency for success you know what I
mean so anyways that is a direct
tutorial of how you can become Logan
Paul aka a tick tock star I mean a
middle
it's literally that simple so easy also
