reason why you want to send this over an
email first so they understand that okay
we want them to get response from you

information because when you do it this
way you're putting them in the position
you're making them say yes right you're
making them say yes I need a job yes I
want a career and when you do this
they'll fill a lot to offer even more
because you're your pre framing them
you're getting them to say yes more
often the more times you get someone to
say yes then with a higher conversion it
would be so this is step one so this is
the ad copy that you were sending the
people inside the resume section when
they reply back to you all you simply
have to do is say usually they'll say

to do is create a hyperlink right so
inside your gmail account inside like
the email you can create a hyperlink all
you have to do is type in apply here
then at the very button there's going to
be at the very bottom of your gmail
account it's going to be a button that
kind of looks like a bike link you hit
that bike link and then way when you hit
that buy click or that link that's where
you put in your landing page right
that's what you put in your lady piece
so when someone clicks on apply now it
goes to the landing page that shows you
guys in the previous slide so hit apply
here so when they hit apply here they're
going to go to the landing page that I
showed you guys in the previous slide

we're gonna hit that button and they go
to the offer fill out the offer and you

it's just a numbers game now this takes
time so you can do two things you can do

hire like a virtual assistant to do all
this for you depending on what your
budget is or if you just want to do it
