what's up guys big mark here what's
going on out and about traveling on the
road inside of a beautiful hotel wanted
to make another video for you guys this
is going to be three things that I see a
lot of youtubers making this so these
are the three biggest mistakes okay that
I see right now there's a lot of
mistakes but I'm gonna give you three
today all right now number one youtubers
that copy the exact same titles of other
started YouTube there was something
called piggybacking okay so I would
check out one of the most popular videos
out there and then I would copy their
exact titles and then I would put their
titles on my videos I got no results
okay because youtube doesn't want to see
duplicate content so here's what you do
you can take that title and you can
reword it add some words in front of the
title and then maybe at the end of the
title you can add some words another
thing that you can do is add the year
after that so you can put for an example
this video three big mistakes that
youtubers make but what you can do you
can reword it you could say three
biggest mistakes all youtubers make and
then you can put like four 2018 or four
four 2019
all right you see what I'm doing there
I'm making it different so I'm totally
customizing it and personalizing that
title just for my video okay so YouTube
doesn't want to see duplicate content so
customize those titles alright so number
two in a lot of youtubers are not taken
advantage they're not using the custom
watermark feature that is available on
your channel and so what this is if you
look down on the bottom right little
right corner there of my video I think
it's on this right or that right
probably this right over here you're
going to see a little icon well if you
hover your mouse over that icon if
you're on the desktop it's going to
display a subscribe button and so with
that subscribe button you're going to
see a little subscriber count'
and so if somebody clicks on that
they're gonna automatically become a
subscriber to your YouTube channel now
this just saves them you know
scrolling down and clicking on the big
subscribe button they can see it right
there on your YouTube video and if that
YouTube video is embedded on another
blog or maybe somewhere that's not on
YouTube they're still gonna be able to
subscribe to your videos okay so
somebody embeds your video on their
website they're gonna see that subscribe
button which it's really really cool so
they don't need to be on YouTube so you
guys got to take advantage of the
watermark icon I'm gonna leave a link
below in the description of this video
so you guys can just go over there
directly over to a YouTube or over to a
page on YouTube that's going to show you
exactly how to create this watermark
okay number three you guys are not
uploading enough videos right you gotta
prove to YouTube that you mean business
I mean you're on this because you're
serious right because there are some
millions of YouTube channels coming out
every single day and so well why should
they promote your videos why should they
rank you what makes you so important
what makes your channel Sword it's so
important to you to okay you got to go
out there and prove it and so just think
about this just think about this for a
second if you made a video every single
day
okay so 365 videos for one year think
about all the content that you would
have out there on video on YouTube so
your chances of being seen are going to
be much higher with the more videos you
have on your channel and then the more
views you are going to have which
translates into more subscribers you see
how that works so and here's the thing
you know a lot of people say well I
don't have time to make a video I was
gone I was away from the office I was
working guys it only takes a few seconds
just like I'm doing because I'm inside
of a hotel here with my family just
enjoying life than just having a great
time and all I'm doing is I just turned
on my camera I put it on a little tripod
you can also use your phone okay if you

biggest mistakes post more content
change up your titles change up your
titles and start putting those little
watermarks on your videos so you can get
