where I'm gonna show you my three-step
formula on how I generate six figures
from a simple website now I know this
may be a big lofty goal that may seem
hard to obtain but if you follow the
steps that I'm about to show you I'm
gonna show you how simple it is if
you're willing to put in a little bit of
work and in fact I'm gonna put in most
of the work for you I'll have three
steps that you'll follow at the end of
this video and we're basically I'm gonna
give you the websites for free that are
generating me thousands of dollars and
you're gonna be able to basically copy
paste those websites and plug and play
for yourself but let's go ahead and get
into the training and before we get into
it actually I want to introduce myself
for those of you that don't know me I
put on pulling up this picture you know
it wasn't too long ago about a year and
a half ago I was working a nine-to-five
job I was going to college eventually
dropped out of college after I figured
out that it was very possible to make
money online but again I was working 95
didn't absolutely hate it but I hated
the drive I had about a four-hour drive
there and back from home so really long
drive
I just wasn't absolutely passionate
about it and at college definitely I
wasn't learning anything that was going
to generate me you know a lot of income
I mean of course out of college you can
make maybe 50 to 100k but that is not
enough to you know pay off student debt
and be financially free okay I was
looking to make you know upwards of a
million dollars that's my goal that was
my goal I hid that at the end of last
year which was my first year in
entrepreneurship so you know I've
definitely put in the work put in the
time but reap the rewards so again this
is a picture of me I was working at in
and out not too long ago I mean this was
maybe several years back but you know
that's when I started my whole
how to make money online learning how to
do online marketing and sales and
eventually as of last year in August I
but you know this ferrari four five
eight which was my dream car all-time
dream car so being able to purchase that
going from working at in-and-out burger
which was you know just a part-time job
that I had you know flipping burgers for
ten dollars an hour to you know making
over thirty thousand a month
consistently and being able to buy my
dream car Ferrari four five eight was
just an amazing you know amazing goal
that I achieved and you know I just want
to share that with you did really show
you that it's possible I'm just an
average guy a nothing special I I'm not
the smartest guy in the world but I
definitely sought out the advantages of
building a business online and I studied
those opportunities and applied that
those opportunities and eventually I was
able to live the life of my dreams and
now I'm currently you know able to make
these videos for you these training
videos and travel the world and you know
drive my dream cars so it's just an
awesome opportunity that I want to share
with you so let's go ahead and jump into
it a lot of people ask me you know where
do I start with online marketing where
do I start with you know building a
website how am I gonna make money online
period okay so that that is the the
first hurdle that I want to get you over
in it's nice when you're able to use a
platform like this one called click
funnels okay which is a platform where
you can build actionable websites okay
most people that get started
build a website now and whether on Wix
or there's you know lots of other
website builders but they don't know
what the purpose of the website is okay
they think that a website is you know
supposed to just have pretty pictures
and people go on there and look at
pictures that's not the goal here okay
I'm gonna show you how to make money
from your website and the best platform
that i use is click funnels okay because
what a click funnel is is it's a website
that's built for action taking so
everyone that you know you the traffic
that goes on to the website is meant to
take an action they're either gonna give
you an email which could be good for
later use you know when
doing email marketing or they're gonna
pull out their credit card and purchase
something through your click funnel it's
gonna get them to take an action most
websites are just you know full of
pretty pictures and really has no goal
behind it other than you know displaying
some content but with click funnels it's
an actionable website it gets people
clicking and then pulling out their
credit card to purchase from you

below those will be one of them and I'm

client social media marketing client
that pays me you know a thousand a month
he pays me a thousand dollars a month to
just get him qualified leads meaning
people that want to buy real estate in
the area and this is a website that I
use to generate those qualified leads ok
so I have the platform right which is
click funnels I have the offer which is
you know get help finding the best house
in Newport Beach or you know wherever
you're you know helping this real estate
agent and then I get the traffic okay so
first you have to have the platform
which is click funnels that's step 1
step 2 you have to have the offer and
then step 3 you have to generate the
traffic okay and I'll show you exactly
how to do that but this is
you know the super simple click funnel
that I set up
okay this literally took me five minutes
to set up and that's the thing most
website builders if you go on Wix or you
know GoDaddy or whatever it's very very
difficult to set up a nice clean web
site like this
okay and this is the funnel I'm going to
share with you you can literally take
this funnel and start generating some
leads okay and another way I use this is
for affiliate marketing okay so how do
we start getting money how do we get
start getting paid hey you can either
get a client right like a real estate
agent to pay you they're they're willing
to pay you to get them people that want
to buy houses in the area okay they'll
pay you to do that will it be that much
money no maybe not a thousand two
thousand a month I mean that's that's a
great start
right I mean a thousand extra dollars a
month is you know that could pay for
rent that could pay for food and
groceries gas so that's not a bad income
but there's another way that I utilize
these websites and it's for affiliate
marketing okay and I'm gonna pull up an
offer that I'm using okay so this is
from one of the affiliate networks and
you can go on google and search up of
different affiliate networks but
basically this company okay is paying
people like me who are generating
traffic from click funnels and they're
paying $20 per lead and what that means
is every time someone whether I'm
running a Facebook ad or a Google ad you
know and I'm getting those qualified
leads and they put in their name and
email address right here all right there
this company is paying me $20 per email
and why are they paying me $20 well the
lead is worth a lot more to them because
obviously this this company it's like
let's let's read this complete the quick
signup do you rent to own foreclosure
listings and then choose your home and
save right so I'm finding this company
people that want to
rent then eventually own a house okay
and it's a 1 month 1 month $1 a month
trial so obviously later on this company
is gonna upsell that lead on more
expensive services right so they're
willing to pay me $20 to get them a
client and this is a the exact website
okay I'm gonna minimize this this is the
exact website that I'm using to generate
leads for this affiliate offer okay so
every single email that is put in here
and someone signs up for that $1 a month
for $1 a month trial I'm getting paid
$20 okay so if I put $5 in worth of ad
spend and I get paid $20 for one lead
let's just say it costs me I mean it
doesn't cost me $5 it cost me 1 to 2
dollars to get a lead so for every 1 to
2 dollars I invest in my advertisements
I get $20 back so that's a huge ROI
that's a huge return and that's why I
use click funnels is because it's so
simple to setup it's so cost effective
and just easy to use and generate some
leads so I'm gonna share this funnel
with you this is my real estate lead
funnel okay so you can either use this
for helping out real estate agents in
the area in your area and they're gonna
pay you you know anywhere from five
hundred to a thousand dollars maybe even
more depending on how many leads you get
them or you could use it for affiliate
marketing which is a whole nother realm
of online money-making opportunity where
there's company big companies out there
real estate companies that will pay you
to get them leads meaning people that
submit their emails they'll pay you
anywhere from you know $2 to $20 per
email okay so this is a very simple
website that I use now so again let's go
through the steps again what were the
steps so number one we you we had to
find a platform to use which is click
funnels number two we had to hat get an
offer right where's the money who is
gonna be paying us where does the money
come from online
well that the offer is either coming
from our real estate agent that maybe we
had to call up we looked in the whatever
the newspaper or wherever the little
penny savers I know a lot of real estate
agents advertise and like the penny
saver which is not very targeted
advertisement so you can help them with
that you can call them up and say hey
you know I'm willing to market online
for you and generate some qualified
leads you know my prices are a thousand
dollars a month right so you can either
do that or you can go onto an affiliate
network there's plenty of them out there
I mean Clickbank is one of the biggest
and you can find those real estate
offers where these big online real
estate companies will pay you money to
get them emails right so that's two ways
and then three the step number three is
getting the actual traffic okay and you
can either use Facebook advertisement
Google Adwords or you can use social
media to get free traffic like YouTube
videos stuff like that and if you want

include in the third step down below you

in the last you know with the last
funnel that I do I do affiliate
marketing for real estate companies well

for lots of different offers I mean
there's digital products services so
many products out there any product you

emails right and you could just say you
know you could title it whatever email
collect and then I'll just go to shared

specific like headlines and stuff like
that that have converted so you can
