video I'm gonna show you a case study on

how I went from zero to making over

forty thousand dollars in affiliate

commissions in three months and how you

can implement this system right now

right so in a moment I'm gonna be

showing you exactly how I went from zero

okay starting this new business to over

forty thousand dollars in passive income

online as you can see right here here

are just some of the affiliate

commissions that I've made over the past

three months and this is a particular

strategy that not a lot of people are

doing and I want to show you exactly how

to do this as you can see right here

from this particular program I've made

over twenty-two thousand dollars from

this software you know a few hundred

bucks here a little over six hundred

here thirteen thousand here and an

additional twenty thousand here okay and

the best part about this is this is

passive income okay so I like to refer

to affiliate marketing as like planting

seeds okay like planting seeds in

growing your crop alright when you plant

these seeds obviously it's going to take

some upfront work okay there's no such

thing as you know making money from thin

air you do have to put in the work but

the best part about philia marketing is

that I'm you know reaping the rewards

from work that I put in a couple years

ago or three months ago right so you're

making passive income in your sleep and

you're letting those seeds grow into you

know big plants right or trees money

trees I like to call them and that's the

best part about affiliate marketing is

that you could plant your seeds put in

the work now so that you can reap the

rewards you know tomorrow or possibly

you know three years down the line and

still make money from something you

promoted a long time ago okay so these

are just some of the Commission's that

I've made in the past three months and I

want to show you exactly

I'm doing this okay so this is something

that billion-dollar corporations do

alright and for one particular instance

Expedia if you don't know the business

Expedia basically it's a travel booking

site right you can go on their book

hotels booked flights and blue you know

book travel destinations if you don't

know the company hotels.com Expedia owns

hotels.com and you know in 2018 Expedia

group alone did eleven point two billion

dollars okay so it's the same business

model that I'm using Expedia doesn't own

any hotels they don't own any aircrafts

they don't own any you know travel site

you know travel destinations they don't

own real estate anything like that all

that they do is they get traffic right

people that are interested in traveling

interested in taking trips or taking a

vacation to kind of wind down relax

right they find those people and then

they partner with different hotels they

partner with different you know Airlines

right as an affiliate and they give that

traffic those leads to the companies so

when they make a sale right they they go

find the traffic on the Internet these

people that are searching you know I

want to go to Hawaii what's the cheapest

rates I can get or you know plane

flights to Hawaii right those people go

to Expedia calm they booked their flight

in their hotel through Expedia in

Expedia gets an affiliate Commission

right from those hotels that those

people are paying to stay at from the

airlines that those people are paying to

fly with all right Expedia is a big

affiliate program that's all they do

they're just an affiliate partner with

some of the largest multi-billion dollar

corporations out there

okay so Expedia is a great example of

what affiliate marketing is and kind of

conceptualizing exactly what I do online

at on a smaller scale okay now it is

scalable this is something that you can

you know turn into a multi-million

dollar business or

even a billion-dollar business there's

really no limit to how big you can build

a business online build an affiliate

marketing business obviously Expedia had

to start somewhere they probably got a

few clients partnered with a couple

companies and then eventually they had

so much traffic to their website that

they were able to leverage that and go

to bigger companies like Delta or you

know Hilton Hotels or someone like that

right so they probably started somewhere

definitely started with maybe a couple

employees or maybe one employee and then

eventually grew the business from there

so I like to kind of conceptualize that

and give you a good example of what an

affiliate business does okay so

affiliates get commissions for sales now

I promote different products different

software's that help entrepreneurs build

an online business right if an

entrepreneur wants to sell things online

sell their products their services

online then they're gonna need a website

they're gonna need a sales funnel right

so I promote platforms that help

entrepreneurs build sales funnels I help

you know entrepreneurs find the right

email autoresponders because they need

to follow up with their customers or

their potential customers right and all

of these software's and platforms that I

do affiliate marketing for give me a

commission for every sale okay some of

them give me recurring commissions like

this one for instance you know this

3,500 that I made in the last 30 days is

coming in every single month on

autopilot because those people that

purchase you know the membership to this

platform are using the platform every

single month so I'm getting a affiliate

Commission every single month from this

particular platform

okay so there's many platforms out there

some of them give a one-time Commission

which I tend to not like as much I like

that steady you know that steady

paycheck that you can grow and you know

eventually get to a really huge number

okay so recurring commissions are the

best every single program that I promote

I use I

used before it's easier for me to kind

of explain and give value to the

entrepreneur that wants to use the

software or use the email autoresponder

or whatever it may be especially if I

you know help them help them navigate

the platform if I could teach it if I

could show them exactly how I'm using it

for my business so you know most of I

would say 95% of the the affiliate

products that I promote I use okay or

I've used in the past now you can get

you can promote affiliate programs that

give commissions for leads commissions

for sales commissions for phone calls

right so there's so many different types

of affiliate marketing that you can do

it's not just a you know one type of you

know one kind of path route you there's

so many different paths that you can go

with affiliate marketing okay I kind of

take a hybrid style of affiliate

marketing and I'll show you exactly what

I mean by that

with the hybrid style okay now how do

you get started with affiliate marketing

I think that's the big question that

you're probably wondering maybe you've

never done affiliate marketing before

maybe you've done affiliate marketing

but you haven't had much success with it

okay how do you get started how do you

become successful with affiliate

marketing and promoting other people's

products and services okay the reason I

like it is because you don't need

inventory you don't need a buy inventory

you don't need a call a Chinese

wholesaler and figure out how you're

gonna deliver those items to the people

all you're doing is you're sending you

know people to the business alright so

you need people to see the product and

we call this traffic alright so that's

all we're doing with affiliate marketing

is we're sending traffic to the business

if that traffic buys we get a commission

all right so obviously we want to make

sure we're getting quality traffic

people that are actually interested in

the products that we're promoting right

and we want to get that traffic fast as

possible okay so as you can see right

here for this particular product right

and this is a hybrid style of affiliate

marketing so what I like to do is

some of my own products on the front to

pay for my advertising so if someone

buys a you know digital course from me

or an e-book or something like that

right and it's let's just say it's fifty

dollars okay I'm gonna take that fifty

dollars and I'm gonna spend that on

advertising okay because it might take

fifty maybe thirty to fifty dollars to

actually get someone to purchase the

affiliate product so you have to be able

to cover that thirty to fifty dollars in

advertising with something so I like to

sell a front end product and this is my

hybrid style of affiliate marketing so I

I sell digital product of my own or you

can even license some other people's

digital products or you know sell a

different affiliate product to cover

that affiliate Commission but as you can

see right here in order to make this

twelve thousand on the front end that we

did right here I had to get six thousand

people to see my product okay these six

thousand people that costed me money

right that costed me money to get

traffic and obviously you don't have to

do paid traffic you can do free traffic

but this is the fastest most optimal way

to get people to see your product is to

actually pay for the traffic and

optimize that to where you're getting

sales and your profitable on the front

end and the back end okay but that's you

know how you get started you have to

find the product right find a product

you want to promote in whatever niche I

like evergreen niches like health and

fitness or make money online right

because people are gonna want to make

money no matter what

okay money is essential for us to live

for us to pay our bills and for us to

enjoy things you know in our spare time

so obviously that's an evergreen niche

people are always gonna want to be

healthy and look good and feel good

they're always gonna want to make more

money and have the opportunity to

increase their income so those are

evergreen niches that I like to promote

products in but you have to get traffic

we have to get people seeing our

affiliate product okay as you can see

6000 people saw this product and then

some of them came back these 10,000

people this is not all

unique visitors so this is like some of

these people are solved the page once or

twice or maybe even three times so

sometimes people aren't going to buy on

that first time seeing your product or

service so you have to send them back to

the page where you're selling your

affiliate product you have to send out

an email you have to do a Instagram post

or whatever it may be run an

advertisement so that they come back to

the sales page because I can guarantee

that someone is not going to buy right

off the bat okay that's just how things

work I would say about 80% of people

takes them a few days to be able to buy

that you know then there's like a

smaller percentage maybe 10 5 or 10%

that will buy right away and pull out

their credit cards okay but I like to

follow up with people and make sure that

I'm providing value and helping them

make the right purchase decision okay

because I wouldn't want someone to buy a

product that I'm promoting and then get

a refund on it because they didn't make

an educated decision so I like to

provide value with my emails with my

content with my Facebook Ads and that's

something that you can do as well okay

so this is how to get started with

traffic I use solo ads and Facebook ads

so solo ads you're probably wondering

what the heck these are solo ads are

basically you can go to a vendor like UD

me and I'll include a link in the

description so you can check UD meow

udemy has a bunch of vendors that have

email lists of a hundred thousand five

hundred thousand maybe million person

email lists and these email lists are

full of people that are interested in

health and fitness or making money

online right so you can go purchase

clicks or purchase traffic from these

vendors say hey I want you to promote my

affiliate product or my sales funnel on

your email list okay send it out to a

hundred people 200 people five hundred

thousand people whatever the amount you

you're willing to pay for right and

these are quality people that are

interested in the specific niche so if

I'm promoting an entrepreneurial

software or a make money online

gram right I'm gonna go to UD me I'm

gonna purchase 500 visitors 500 clicks

from the best vendor and there they're

going to blast my offer to their email

list and what's gonna happen is if I

spend 200 bucks which that's what I did

at first with this particular affiliate

business that I started three months ago

okay this particular funnel I purchased

200 dollars worth of clicks they got me

about 300 visitors on udemy

and I made my money back I made my 200

dollars back but out of those 200 you

know those people that clicked and

purchase the front end product a lot of

them ended up clicking the affiliate

link and purchasing the software or

program that I was promoting okay so now

I spent 200 to make 200 right away but

then I made an additional 100 200 300

dollars per person on the back end okay

so what I like to do if you don't know

where to start off with Facebook Ads

start with solo ads and build up an

email list okay so once I go purchase

from a vendor on udemy okay I build on

my email list to 300 emails right of

people that want to make money online or

want to get healthy and have a better

body right let's just say you're in I'm

gonna use the example of the make money

online niche okay now you have an email

list of 300 people you can import that

list to Facebook your Facebook Ads

manager and now Facebook has data to

work with and you could go run a ten

dollar Facebook ad per day and start

getting sales because Facebook knows

exactly what your customer looks like

okay so that is kind of how I started

with this business I spent $200 made my

200 back made a little bit of profit on

the back end and then reinvested that

profit profit into Facebook Ads now

Facebook Ads I can essentially double

and even triple my money now right now

we're kind of at like for every dollar I

put in I make around two dollars fifty

cents okay so as you can see right here

this is just a screenshot

of the campaigns that I've been running

since you know about three months ago

I've spent around $17,000 ok so Spencer

around 17,000 and I've made a little

over 45,000 back ok so as you can see

I'm you know a little bit more than

doubling my money for every dollar I put

in I make a $2 $2.50 okay

so if I could just keep rolling that

money over and over and over again you

know assume soon enough I'll be spending

about a hundred thousand dollars a month

to make two hundred thousand and then

two hundred thousand a month to make

four hundred and then four hundred to

eight hundred eight hundred to one point

six million and as you can see just keep

growing and scaling the business all

right now a lot of you might be like

well you know Ryan I don't have money

for Facebook ads or I don't know how to

do Facebook ads okay go learn Facebook

Ads I have a free video on my youtube

channel or you can purchase my Facebook

Ads accelerator or go learn from someone

that's even better than me at Facebook

Ads all right it's it's not gonna that's

not an excuse all right when I first

started out it was super hard for me to

justify spending money on education

online but yet I was spending thousands

of dollars on school which I ended up

dropping out and never using not even

one dollar of that degree that I was

working towards okay everything I was

learning in college did not teach me how

to run Facebook ads and make money

online all right you know and eventually

I made my first million dollars online

after dropping out of school so what I

did was I invested a few thousand bucks

in courses all right so go learn

Facebook Ads it's not something that you

can learn just by taking courses it's

gonna be by taking courses and then

going and spending money on Facebook ads

and actually diving deep with it

yourself okay because the only way to

learn something is to actually you know

be in the trenches and do it yourself

all right and then learn from someone

who's doing better than you so it's

going to cost

money now if you don't have money

alright this is this is my advice right

here number one get a job okay if you're

stubborn and you don't want to you know

hustle and you know just go get a

part-time job

go get the best job that you can for

what you have like I would say you know

a bartender server that's like what I

did I make tips right don't get a

minimum wage you know paycheck job you

have to get something to where you can

make a little bit more than a minimum

wage to kind of pay for this side hustle

alright so for me I did tutoring online

right I would go read to like seventh

graders and eighth graders and middle

school people out to help them with

English and reading right because I

could read a book so I can you know read

to someone and help them with their

English class especially if they're in

like middle school or something that was

a side hustle I made $40 an hour I was a

bartender and server right I'd make 200

bucks a night you know so get a job if

you have to or even better okay get a

job that's probably the last thing that

I would want to do personally so if

you're like me you're like heck no I'm

not getting a job alright so number two

you can hustle with free traffic you can

take basically and I'm gonna link down

affiliate business to where you can grab

the template and start generating

traffic and generating commissions from

okay and you could start running free

traffic to that sales funnel you can use

Instagram DMS I did it for you I show

YouTube videos okay I've shown all of

this and I've made thousands upon

thousands of dollars with free traffic

in fact they've made over half a million

dollars with free traffic alone in my

first year of entrepreneurship

okay so hustle with free traffic upload

a YouTube video every day Instagram DM

people Facebook groups right number

three get a credit card

okay Facebook Ads I plug my credit card

in and I start running the ads now if

I'm profitable I pay off the credit card

and I collect my profits reinvest or pay

myself a little bit of it

and you know go from there okay so get a

credit card get a loan from someone you

know go to your parents tell your

parents hey you know this business can

generate you know this ROI and I'm gonna

work really hard to you know generate

that income and then I'm gonna pay you

back right I'm gonna pay you back

interest 5% 10% interest okay so get

resourceful if you cannot get money

right now to be able to invest into your

affiliate marketing business or invest

in your online business then business is

not for you entrepreneurship is not for

you because it does take money all right

whether you're getting the money from

your parents or from someone else or

from a credit card company you've got to

figure it out all right you've got to

figure it out because you must get

resourceful as an entrepreneur because

when you become an entrepreneur there's

gonna be a lot of other hurdles that you

have to get over and if you can't figure

out this simple part right here then you

know there's probably no hope for you

with affiliate marketing or business

online in general okay so this is kind

of something I wanted to talk about

because you know this is something that

I had to go through this is something a

lot of my six-figure and seven you know

multi five figure students have gone

through they had to get a job they had

to go get money or figure it out with

free traffic online okay it's not that
