how much does it cost to make money
online this is a massive question that I
get asked pretty much every single day
it's probably up there in the top three
questions and I thought well instead of
replying back to everyone one by one
I'll just tell you in a video and I'll
tell you exactly how much it's going to
cost you to start making money online
and start your own online business now
I've been doing online business for many
it costs to start for different specific
methods that you're going to want to do
online now when you're trying to make
money online you want to go for methods
that have low capital low startup and
don't really require much investment
because I understand that a lot of
people might not have any money to start
online you don't know this a lot of
money because you don't know if it's
going to work for you and things like
that now in this video we're going to
concentrate on two particular methods
we'll talk about that in the second and
the reason we're going to talk about
those methods is because they require
low capital you don't need a lot of
money to start these methods now first
of all you don't know who I am my name
is Franklin I have like I mentioned done
a lot of online stuff and I've gone
through the ups and downs of online
business and I can tell you how much
it's going to cost you so the first step
to making money online and all that sort
of stuff and you see you can actually do
for free we will talk about that as well
but the first step is to sit down and
think okay what method am I going to go
with and when we go of dropshipping
let's really sell products from China
your supplier sends it to the people
that purchase from you and gonna do
affiliate marketing that's when you
promote someone else's product for a
commission are you gonna do Amazon FBA
which is fulfillment by Amazon I don't
have much experience with that so we're
never gonna talk about that so in this
video we're going to talk about two
particular methods I mean you might have
a software to sell a product to sell or
something like that but in this myth
that we're gonna be talking about
affiliate marketing and drop shipping so
affiliate marketing is when you take
someone else's product and you promote
that for a commission so that's the
first step is to find a method now let's
take a fillip marketing for example so
let's say you find someone else's
product it could be a software it could
be a course it could be anything that
you get a commission from and you just
refer people when you make money now the
good thing about affiliate marketing is
you can use free traffic methods
brings me to the first thing is can you
actually make money for free online so
can you make money without spending
money now probably one of the best ways
to do it and probably the only real
proper way right now would be something
like YouTube so for example you could go
and start a YouTube channel on how to
build sales funnels how to do email
marketing and you could promote things
like click funnels which is a funnel
platform where people and create funnels
so you do videos on how to create a
funnel and then you can have a link in
the description to click funnels and get
a commission now the good thing about
that is you're just sending traffic
directly from YouTube to their product
and it's free traffic it doesn't cost
you anything however if you want to take
to the next level you will have you will
have to spend a little bit of money so
that brings me to the next step with
affiliate marketing if you want to do a
flip marketing properly you're probably
going to need a website you need to do
articles maybe build your own funnel now
with online business you're probably
going to need a website either way so if
you want to make money for free go ahead
start a YouTube it's free you can make
money via ads and leaving links in the
description however I recommend you have
a website as well so you can collect
email leads you can do a blog post you
can just generally use that website for
affiliate marketing stuff as well now
that's gonna run you you can usually
purchase a website for three years with
domain name and website hosting for
under $100 you shouldn't pay any more
than $100 so you can start an affiliate
marketing business for $100 which is
really really good and that is for your
own website and you can go and use free
traffic methods now obviously if you're
going to go do affiliate marketing and
use paid traffic methods it's going to
cost you a little bit more that brings
you to the question how much is it going
to cost you this is one that I get asked
all the time how much is it gonna cost
me to run ads and all that sort of stuff
but when it comes to running ads for
affiliate marketing programs and things
like that you are going to probably need
some experience so take your while to
get to their stage anyway when you get
there I would recommend at least $500 or
more to start running a flip marketing
ads and usually what you do is you send
people from Facebook ads
Google adds to a form that clicks an
email right and then then what you do is
you in the back end of those emails you
send out emails and you promote these
products these are filling marketing
products now it can take a while to make
your money back and in fact this is one
thing that a lot of people don't
understand there's sometimes people like
me will spend say a thousand dollars on
ads and we will make a thousand dollars
back and we won't make any profit and a
lot of people say why why would you do
that if you're not making any money
because we're building up an email list
okay and then we make our money later on
with the email list so for example I
might spend a thousand dollars build up
a bunch of lists I get 300 lead and then
maybe four weeks later I start to do
more promotions and then I make back my
money there but quite a lot of people
don't really understand that so I would
say for affiliate marketing you can do
it for free but don't expect to make a
lot of money straight away then at the
lower end you can spend around about a
hundred dollars on a website and you can
go and use free traffic methods and you
can do your own search engine
optimization and things like that at the
higher end if you want to start running
ads you're looking at at least $500
minimum probably a thousand to be safe
but $500 minimum to start running ads
and you won't see profit straight away
you will see it quite a bit later on now
I will leave a funnel below it's
completely free that you can use to run
ads but I would recommend learning more
about affiliate marketing and edge
because it is an art to it okay so
basically your range is a zero all the
way up to 500 or plus or it's running
it's serious for the affiliate marketing
and advertising you're looking at $1000
plus okay
now the next one is drop shipping how
much do you need to start drop shipping
this is a lot different to affiliate
marketing so with drop shipping you're
pretty much not gonna be missing with
free traffic methods the only real free
traffic method is search engine
optimization which means you rank your
products and Google and then you know
people search and find it right now
you're probably not going to be doing
that especially when you're starting
you're gonna get straight into
advertising
so with drop shipping I would recommend
in my opinion from what I've kind of
gone through over the years maybe last
year at about $500 or more
if you're gonna start drop shipping now
and you wanna have a serious crack at it
and you want to kind of really get into
it quite quickly I would recommend
$1,000 or more so a thousand dollars
minimum and this is excluding course
purchases if you purchase of course this
is just advertising you want to make
sure that around about a thousand
dollars and that's going to give you
plenty of money to test multiple
products test multiple audiences and
test everything you need to test to
start hopefully making some profit I'm
not going to say that you're going to
start making profits straight away but
you should start making profit at least
out of a thousand dollars you should
become even and then you'll have the
experience you should have a product
ready to scale so you can actually start
making profit so for dropshipping in my
opinion I would recommend at least
probably at the lower end $500 but
really if you want to take it seriously
a thousand dollars or more and you will
burn that through that thousand dollars
quite quickly when you're testing but
when you find a product that's a winner
you can scale it quite fast and you can
make that money back very very quickly
but you need to understand with online
of businesses working online we're we're
very lucky very very lucky so with most
businesses they will go get a loan from
the bank they'll buy tools vehicles
businesses they're not online they'll
buy tools vehicles they'll be in debt
for a few years before they start making
a profit right online we can start right
now with a cheap website or with no
website and you can essentially just go
and start getting sales quite quickly
you're not really straightaway about
quickly
so my recommendation guys if you're
online right now and you're flat broke
you know I understand that making money
online is quite inviting if you broke
because there's not a lot of capital to
start but if you're literally flat broke
right you don't have any money to start
and and you don't have a lot of money
coming in the future or maybe you don't
have a job go and find a specific niche
so it could be fitness it could be
building funnels email marketing how to
make money online how to build websites
and write down a bunch of topics so
let's say how to build websites for
example right so you could do a video on
how to build a website in 2020 how to
upload WordPress to Bluehost you can do
all our best web hosting
platforms 2020 you can do all of these
topics right right down 10 20 30 topics
right this is what I recommend you do
then go and do YouTube videos for all of
those topics don't upload them yet but
going to YouTube for all of those topics
right then in the description when you
upload them you want to make sure you
have a bunch of ready when you upload
them have links in the description for
web hosting platforms that will pay you
so for example I get paid 125 dollars
for each person that gets a Bluehost
hosting account under me so what happens
is people will find my videos and
they're like I'm going to go and start a
website I'm going to get it through
franklin's link and then it'll take a
while but eventually you will start to
get you might get a hundred dollars in
about oh wow or sixty bucks whatever
they do for new accounts sixty-five
dollars I think it as well I'm just got
sixty five dollars and you just do it
and you repeat the process in a repeat
the process then once you could have a
four thousand hours watched on YouTube I
think it is you can start running ads so
you've got ad income and this might be
three or four months down the track
since you started but it's really the
cheapest way to get started with making
money online it doesn't really cost you
well it doesn't cost you anything
because you're using YouTube's free
traffic platform then you can go and
start a blog and start writing about
these topics as well and add that in as
well and you'll start making money that
way and the blog you can start put under
a hundred dollars so the final question
is guys how much money do I need to
start making money on line
zero all the way up to around about a
thousand dollars plus if you're doing
ads depending on what method you're
doing but I would say a thousand dollars
or more and don't ask you that Amazon
FBA I don't really miss with any of that
is quite experienced about things
that'll get all of the products and bog
first I don't know you might better
correct me on that but best business
models for cheap affiliate marketing
straight up and then in drop shipping is
pretty good as well if you don't need a
lot of capital if you have any questions
