going to set the foundation for success

for you ok this is a proven method or

system if you want to call it that it's

nothing new ok this has been around a

lot of guys you know teach this on

YouTube this is just this is just my

angle on the whole thing and I just kind

of want to ingrain it into you that this

is what you really need to do and it's a

lot of it's automatic so it runs by

itself through different services and

stuff so it's really not as complicated

as it looks but let's go ahead and jump

in here so the very first thing you must

decide for a business on the internet is

what type of profitable niche that you

want to get into and notice that I said

profitable because you know what I kind

of made this mistake I don't know if you

want to call it a mistake but you know

for many many years I was inside of a

market and niche that did not have a

very large audience and so I felt like I

was restricted to the amount of income

that I could receive or could have

gotten from that market and because I've

already maxed out everything I was

already at the top of Google and

everything was great everybody already

knew about my stuff and my products but

there just wasn't enough eyeballs there

wasn't enough a big enough audience in

that market ok to really help me and

propel me to those higher goals that I

wanted to get at so that's why it's so

important before you start anything is

to decide and to figure out you know

what am I most most passionate about

when it comes to these profitable

so let's go ahead and go over them right

now so let me go ahead and zoom in here

a little bit alright so the first one is

fitness and weight loss okay everybody

a lot of people want to lose weight they

want to feel better alright they want to

bigger muscles and stuff huge market

health and wellness alright you know

apple cider vinegar home remedies baking

soda whatever you know that stuff is

huge that people just want to be

healthier they want to feel better

I want to relieve pain back pain that

sort of thing okay dating and

relationships you know people are out

there looking for love you know it's a

huge deal

dating relationships is huge online and

also pets cats and dogs and caring for

your pets and and you know buying

gadgets making your pet look better

having them cleaner making them

healthier dogs and cats that whole niche

is just ginormous on the internet so

lots and lots of money to be made there

lots of searches just just crazy

so self-improvement alright how to be

successful how to relieve stress how to

eliminate anxiety okay how to feel

better you know how to get rid of a

depression and just just feel more

enlightened right have a better sense of

well-being okay wealth building how to

save money where to invest

okay that sort of thing now make money

online which is what I'm doing how to

work from home you know how to you know

break free from a nine-to-five and get

out of traffic so you can have more time

and freedom to do what you want to do

beauty beauty beauty treatments of

course mostly targeted towards women but

not not always there's some men out

there too as well you know how to look

better you know how to do these special

you know smoky eye and how to you know

different ways and techniques on how to

put on the makeup to get this certain

style of look or whatever huge guys

gadgets and technology the latest phone

that just came out cameras really really

big guys during reviews on webcams and

maybe even like a television set or

something like that far as the gadgets

and technology

I mean reviews is going to be like

seems like words that when it comes to

you know like videos on YouTube and

stuff so so pick out you know what are

you most passionate about that will fit

into one of these categories here and

then just go with one of these

categories so maybe you're into diet and

weight loss I don't know maybe you

you're just all about the Paleo diet or

the ketogenic diet or the vegan diet or

whatever it is then focus on that you

know talk about what you like to talk

about what do you talk about with your

friends what do you talk about with your

family you know what annoys people

that's always a good indication you know

do that and so what are you gonna do so

you you know what you're going to do

what you're going to build your business

around okay the hot one of these high

profitable niches then what you're going

to do is you're going to create epic

content for these for for these markets

okay now I'm talking about epic content

here guys what that means is that it's

not just a video or a blog post that is

you just write it just to get the sale

okay the post has no personality

whatsoever the video is kind of boring

that's long and whatever and you're just

trying to get the the lead or the sale

and it just doesn't yeah not like that

okay we're talking about epic competent

that it's truly valuable to the

marketplace okay that you're really

really helping people okay so you in

other words take like the health market

where you have this amazing apple cider

vinegar baking soda recipe that that

reveals acid reflux and stuff like that

you can write a whole article about that

like 600 words long and optimize all the

text and everything and place your

personality into that right so we'll

talk about the SEO the search engine

optimization and everything like that in

just a moment so but where do you place

this epic content at YouTube and your

blogs these are the my two highest

recommendations okay and I'll tell you

why

verses or compared to like something

like Facebook or something like that but

YouTube second largest search engine in

the world okay I can make a video or if

I had a video like three years old it's

been on YouTube for like three years

somebody could still find that video by

just going up and searching because

that's what most people do they come to

YouTube they might look at the most

popular stuff in what's trending but a

lot of people use that search box okay

and they could find an older video of

mine and I could still be generating

leads and sales from that video as

opposed to something like Facebook where

if you make a post you know that post is

getting pushed down every single day all

the way to the bottom and nobody's going

to see it maybe they saw at one time but

that's it they go to your page and you

know whatever Facebook it's not a search

engine okay the other one is blog posts

creating a blog with WordPress so you

can be seen on the Google search engines

okay the same thing here you can have an

old blog post I mean we're talking at

this blog post I mean I had blog posts

like eight years old and there's

somebody's still like commenting on want

that blog post there people still

reading that post and you guys can still

generate leads and sales from that I

actually have one right now it's like a

two year old blog post and I'm still

getting cells from that okay so it's the

sustainability and it's the whole asset

aspect of this okay so this is like

internet real estate right here guys

internet real estate it's always going

to be there you know I think YouTube is

gonna be around for a while right Google

is gonna be there even if they change

your algorithm guys if you do it

honestly and you don't try to do any

trickery or any kind of like black hat

tactics or anything you guys are gonna

be fine and your content is always going

to be there and be accessible to to your

prospect and your viewers okay so well

what do you do now and what we just did

is we created an audience you guys are

going to make videos and blog posts on a

consistent basis and you know a lot of

people talk about this you know every

week kind of thing you know make a video

guys if you really want to step it up

here I would say make a video every

single day seriously guys make a video

every single day do it and here's a tip

for you if you find it very difficult to

make a video every single day then lower

your production time because it might be

like you might have to do all this work

you got to set the lighting right and

everything you've got to do all your

video animations and all that stuff if

you're doing all that then then that's

going to cut back

on the amount of content that you guys

can produce okay

so YouTube and Google they like to see

that consistent daily content okay

because if you're not making daily

content well guess what somebody else is

and Google is just too I'm gonna go over

to this blog over here because this

guy's creating all this content every

single day

alright and it looks like over here this

guy just quit so you know if you'd only

create in like one video every month you

know they want to see that consistent

content guys alright it's a media outlet

right and they want to see that media

just coming out coming out all the time

so so you're gonna create an audience if

you guys keep doing this you create keep

creating content and blog posts and

videos you guys keep doing this you're

gonna develop followers subscribers a

huge audience then what happens is that

now all that traffic and all those views

can go into like a funnel right on where

you guys can talk about some type of

offer or whatever so that brings me to

the next portion here so let's just take

YouTube for an example alright you can

post links down in a description of your

videos and then you can have people

click on those links and they can go to

something called a capture page where

you guys will capture their email this

is super important that's why if you

look right down here

I placed a pile of gold right where it

says newsletter and I'll get to that in

just a moment because that is gold

that's everything the capture page what

you're going to do you're going to ask

for somebody's email address in exchange

for something now this can be an

exchange for an e-book exchange for some

valuable information that they want to

know okay you know your market so you

know if you want to learn how to you

know you know wash your dog or whatever

without having him you know run around

the house with you know whatever you

know whatever that secret is or it could

be like an e-book that you compiled

together which it's very easy to create

I've got videos on my blog about that or

videos on my youtube channel and so

you're going to capture their email

address that email address goes into

your it goes into your your newsletter

your mailing list okay

but what happens is is what you want to

do is after they they submit their email

address in exchange for the information

or ebook then they were going to be

transferred over to the landing page and

this is like a Thank You page okay so on

this page like let's say if your

incentive was an e-book then on the

thank you page you can say okay cool hey

thank you for you know putting in your

email check your email right now for my

ebook and then they'll just go over

their email or yeah they'll check their

email and then download your ebook or

what you can do is if the incentive is a

video that talks about how to get a

certain result okay how to wash your car

right or whatever then once they get to

the bank you paid a thanks for you know

thanks for your interest in checking out

the video and then you just have a video

there for them to look at okay but below

that video guess where that can go you

could have a link that goes to the offer

so you're building a relationship here

okay that's why it's so important to use

your personality on the epic content use

your personality guys just be who you

are be authentic be honest don't hide

anything and that's going to create

trust you guys are going to develop a

little kind of like a little micro

relationship with the viewer and then

they're gonna go to your capture page

and then they're gonna get to your

thank-you page and you could have

another video here or what I've done is

I've created a little story about myself

if you guys want to check out what I've

description of this video you guys can

go through my funnel and look at that

I've created a little story tell us a

little about what happened and you know

where I was and where I am now and so

and then at the end of that I give a

personal recommendation and that

personal recommendation goes to my offer

which is right over here okay so so why

not just send them to the offer though

right a lot of people are doing that and

you know go on Facebook and spam their

links and everything well guys they

don't know you and everybody's doing

that and so there's no trust there's no

relationship they don't know who you are

they don't trust whoever the person is

posting the links they're afraid people

are scared to click on those links right

so

so doing it this way you guys are

building a little bit of a relationship

here in building trust and that's how it

really all works so let's just say that

they got to your landing page and they

viewed your content and your personal

and your personal recommendation and

they decided that they don't want to buy

the offer at the moment well you still

have them on your mailing list so what

you do then is you guys still

consistently it doesn't mean you guys go

spam them it's not that at all you guys

you need to consistently provide them

with valuable content after they join

your newsletter okay so they come up

with me grab my marker here so there we

go little squigglies there so what

happens is is they join the newsletter

right and then they go right to the

content or or you sin you can send them

valuable content via email okay provide

value right here and what that content

can be you can just have like like us

let's say if this is a weight loss thing

then you can continue to provide them

different weight loss tips maybe it's

like paleo hacks or you know how to lose

more weight on the ketogenic diet you

guys can list some more ways okay and

and that's it you're offering nothing in

return

you're just giving them value okay and

so now the promotion this part right

here that can come later okay but right

now you guys want to continue providing

them value over email maybe for the over

the course of maybe a couple days even

and you can even put this into an email

sequence where you can have like already

pre-made emails so like what you can do

is is send them an email or have an

automatic email sent right away that

says hey thanks for you know whatever

here's some more tips of three ways that

you guys can optimize your fat loss or

whatever and then say like tomorrow I

will give you five more ways or three

more ways that you guys can gain more

muscle so stay tuned for tomorrow's

video and then and then a third day and

then on the fourth day maybe you guys

could say hey there's something here I

want to share with you and it's working

really well for me check it out and have

a link

but this is going to be your promotion

and then have a link that goes to the

offer okay

so content ideas if you guys don't want

to type out an email use your epic

content because if you're producing

content on a regular basis then keep

sending your people or your people or

sending people back to your epic content

so here's what I mean send out an email

this is what I do so they're on your

newsletter now so what you're going to

do is you're going to email out your

list whenever you produce a new piece of

content a new blog post or a video and

then send them over back over to the

video say hey I made a new video that

shows you go ahead and clear this out

here

so yeah I made a new video that shows

you how you know how to you know make

your eyes look brighter and bigger some

beauty treatments go check it out just

posted the video and they're going to

see that that's going to give you more

views what you're doing here is you it's

a cycle right and you're developing

you're creating this relationship again

you're providing value to the people

that are on your news list alright and

this whole thing just repeats over and

over again this guy is providing lots of

value and then once in a while you can

say hey there's something I really found

that's very helpful this is a really

cool product I want you guys to check

out that I think I'll make you make your

life a lot easier go check it out and

they're gonna be more than likely to

purchase the offer because it's a

personal recommendation and then there

you go that is that's how you get the

cash all right a lot of people do this

backwards they start over here they

start over here on this side but nobody

wants to let me go in to zoom out here

they start over here on this site you

know that they just want to promote

promote promote promote promote and and

then they ignore they ignore all this

stuff okay the capture page and all that

stuff so let's go ahead and move over to

the next part right here so the next

portion is the promotion so now I know

what you guys are thinking right you

make a youtube video nobody's gonna see

it or you know especially if it's a new

account or you have a brand new blog

post okay I'll get into the SEO stuff in

a moment but far as their promotion guys

if you don't have views and traffic

going to your content you must go out

there and get it okay so a best the best

the best way to get that you can pay for

the traffic which some large

corporations do they pay for a bunch of

traffic right when they get started

because they know later down down the

road that those prospects are going to

eventually become paid customers okay

you know they take them through the

funnel and then they provide value to

them but then for long term because

that's how they think they're thinking

long term later on down the road you

know they're it's going to be very

profitable for them now if you don't

have a bunch of capital to go out there

and make a bunch of Facebook ads and get

a bunch of cheap paid traffic or

whatever which I don't recommend if it's

really cheap and I do not recommend

anybody to go out there and pay for

views I like for your YouTube okay very

very risky there I wouldn't want you

guys to put your channel at risk for

getting banned or blocked by YouTube or

whatever or delete it I don't know how

to do that but definitely don't do that

make sure everything is nice and organic

what you guys can do is go over to

Facebook but go to the Facebook groups

so if you can't find a group in your

area you know you don't want to go to

like a paleo group and start spamming

your videos and stuff like that but what

you guys can what you guys can do is

build relationships in those groups and

you can also reach out to people on

instant message or here's what you can

do now for Facebook groups you know if

you're in the make money online type

niche there's lots of groups that allow

you to post different ads and provide

value that way I'll get to that in just

a moment but if you guys are in one of

these niches like you know boo

and gadgets and stuff what you guys can

do is go out there and try to find where

these people are your ideal prospect or

whatever those you know the people that

want the information that you have where

are they and what you can do is go to

those forms you know go to the reddit

forms you know go there and provide

value to people but you can also create

a little signature on your form or on

your on your posts that will direct

people to your epic content you see that

so at the beginning yes it's going to be

a little bit more labor-intensive it's

going to take a little hustle a lot of

hustle at the beginning to really get

this going okay and I think that's why a

lot of people avoid it

everybody wants they kind of avoid this

part right here because it's work you

know everybody wants the money now the

money now right well it doesn't really

work that way guys if you want the money

today you're always going to be looking

for the money today it's just how it's

going to work so you don't you don't

want to get into that cycle that

emotional cycle you know you're always

desperate all the time guys you're gonna

have to put in some sacrifice for this

but just do the work right create the

epic content be consistent do it on a

daily basis and the rewards are going to

be well worth the effort okay I promise

you so Facebook create relationships but

you can also go out there on different

forms and boards and be a part of the

community wherever your market is

provide value to them don't ask anything

in return but you can place little links

and different things on your profile and

and around where people can access and

learn more about you and then possibly

look at your epic content and then you

guys can generate leads okay

just until Google is getting a little

bit of traction on your blog posts and

until YouTube is starting to see you

know your videos a little bit more so

when it comes to the SEO it's very

important that when you guys create your

you create your epic content that you

create content around you know what

people are actually searching for okay

so in other words this video right here

people are looking for how to make a

hundred dollars a day so I'm going to

to my's this video for the people out

there that are looking for ways to

generate $100 a day right online okay

through Clickbank or through any other

affiliate offer so so that's what you

guys are going to do that's how you know

you you you are going to really that the

first step is to find what people are

looking for don't just make a blog post

about what you think or whatever you

like or what you think other people are

going to like no no no don't do that I

know some people that are doing that not

pretty so go out there on Google and use

some keyword tools now I'm gonna give

you a keyword tool here that you guys

can use keyword anywhere let's go over

to Google right now I'm gonna type in

keyword I've already done this so

anywhere chrome this is a Chrome

extension if you guys are using the

Chrome browser this keyword tool is

really awesome because what it does is

that when you guys are searching you

type in a keyword it's going to tell you

how many people are searching for that

keyword every single month see a lot of

people don't know that it's built right

into chrome if you I mean well it's you

can install the plug-in into chrome but

without that it's not going to say what

the volume is so you guys just need to

install it and another cool thing is is

that this works with YouTube as well so

if you type it a keyword into YouTube I

don't know I don't think he has you I

don't think he has a YouTube on here but

if you type in a keyword into YouTube

it's also going to tell you the monthly

volume for that as well so super super

powerful so check out this keyword right

here guys okay so you optimize your

content around those keywords that are

most searched for okay so in other words

you make a blog post okay a lot of you

guys already know this stuff and they

have tons of videos on YouTube but what

I really want to show you is just this

whole blueprint okay so what you're

doing is you're capturing the email that

goes to your newsletter and your your

autoresponder your email service and

then you're also sending them to a Thank

You page which gives them a teaser or it

gives them the information that you

promised them inside of the capture page

and then that goes to an offer and then

there you go that's where you guys will

make some cash alright so I think that's

just about everything it's really that

simple guys but I also wanted to stress

one more time if you guys are coming

along uh if you guys are coming online

for the very first time you guys really

want to focus on building your email

list okay if something happens to

YouTube right there's an apocalypse

something happens to Facebook if YouTube

decides to ban you if Google changes

their algorithm and your your rankings

and Google go down and people can't find

your stuff well if you have if you have

a newsletter or a mailing list that's

yours

that's yours to keep you can export your

newsletter or mailing list from your

email service whatever you're using and

you can save it on your hard drive right

on your own computer and you can just

back it up or you can transfer your

email list or your yep from one service

to another you can do all kinds of stuff

with it so it's yours that is the most

powerful asset that you can have right

online okay and so whenever you're

whenever there's a hard time or when

nothing else is working when nothing

else seems to work you'll always have

that newsletter that you can use to

promote and to communicate to the people

that are on your list okay so there you

go
