the fitness and weight loss niche okay
so the next step after you have chosen a
niche or a category you must come up
with some type of topic something that
you want to talk about alright so let's
just come up here to the search box and
let's let's just come up with something
here so how to get a six-pack just like
that but something that a lot of guys
probably want to know a lot of girls too
they want to know how to do that and the
fastest way to do that so looking at
Google here when I type in how to get a
six-pack you can see that this little
menu comes up here kind of like a little
window and it almost fills in some
additional keyword terms that I haven't
even thought about yet and because we've
installed the keywords everywhere Chrome
extension well
this includes the search volume after
each keyword so how to get a six pack in
one week 390 monthly searches as it says
right there and then how to get a
six-pack just like it is thirty three
get a six-pack women nineteen hundred
searches so for this video I think the
one we're gonna go with is how to get a

okay that's got sixteen hundred monthly
searches so that's pretty good that has

go ahead and select that now you can see
after we do that we again have several
different results here we have YouTube
videos we have blogs and different
articles to look at but you can see just
at the very top here we have some very
very basic tips that Google has compiled
here for us some popular tips on this

we can use these eight tips just
helped us get started so what you're
gonna want to do is select and save
these top eight tips right here okay and
then next after this after you have
copied these into memory well go right
over to Google over to Google Documents
you can search for this on Google Google
Google Docs is good and when you get
there
Google will allow you to create
different documents almost like
Microsoft Word but this is going to be
completely free you can do this online
and so but come down here and click on
go to Google Docs now when you do that
that's going to allow you to create a
new document right in your browser and
you can save this on Google and
everything it's really cool but what
you're gonna want to do is paste in the
information that you have gathered so
this could be the top five tips on how

week it could be the top ten tips in our
case this is going to be the top eight

pasted that in there then what I want to
do is just go down each one so do more
cardio so that's the first tip well what

paid and this system allows you to get
paid through PayPal now you might be
thinking like well how am I gonna get
people to buy the book right well that's
really easy and the books only you know
two dollars
thirty-five cents so that's it's a
pretty pretty attractive price anyway
but this is a very popular website
they'll give you the complete check out
system you don't have to worry about
installing a shopping cart on any blog
or anything like that everything is done
for you just like it describes on the
home page so what you're going to do is
create an account now once you create an
account you're gonna have some options
here at the very top of the website
you're gonna have like products you can
keep track of your different customers
and different things like that you can
check out your analytics and everything
but before you get started you'll just
need to sign up you can use like
Facebook or your Google account but once
you get inside your account you can come
over here and click on products at the
very top at this point you're gonna
start the product creation process so
the first question is is this a digital
product or is it a physical product well
this is going to be online so this is
going to be a digital product so I'll go
ahead and highlight that and so and then
you have a few other questions here is
this a classic you want to get started
today you want to start selling your
ebook right now then you would choose
classic unless you are pre-ordering or
you're in the middle of a product launch
or something like that which I imagine
most of you are not if you want to start
selling right away then go ahead and
select the first option there then you
will select the name or type in the name
of your product so the name of this
little ebook that we're going to create
is I'll go ahead and capitalize this how
to get
a six-pack
in one week just like that all right now
down here where it says amount at this
point you will enter the amount that you
want to charge for your eBook so I'm
gonna put two dollars and thirty-five
cents since that's what this video is
all about and that's what we have in the
description and the title of this video
all right and so the next step is just
to click on next
customize and this will go over to this
page where you can include a little bit
more about your product or about your
ebook so you can include and create a
description describe your ebook a little
bit more right here and here's something
that I want to share with you guys is
that to really get attention and to
attract more people to your ebook it's
to create a professional-looking cover
but we won't be going to Fiverr or
anything like that I'm gonna show you
how you can create a
professional-looking cover in just
minutes okay so this is gonna be one of
the things that you're gonna want to
include so right down here it says cover
and then there's a button right here
that allows you to search and browse on
your hard drive and upload a cover of
your ebook but of course before we can
do that we must have a book cover so an
easy way to get one is just to go over
to canva this is over at canv a
canva.com
so after you sign in or sign up with an
account you can use your Google or
Facebook account once you log in there
you're gonna find a whole bunch of
different templates that you guys can
use and so what we're going to be using
for this particular cover we're gonna
choose a poster okay so over here
underneath the posters category come
over here and click on see all and that
will display all the different posters
okay so an easy way to find a poster
that you're looking for in a particular
niche is just to type in the niche
inside of the search box up here and
I've already done this and so I've just
typed in fitness posters and check out
the results guys this is really really
cool so all the work has done for me I
can download and use these covers and
these posters for free and upload it to
Gumroad it's a really cool deal and so
if I were to edit one of these templates
which is really easy to do it's going to
look something like this
I can come over here
through the different templates pick up
the one that I want and then over here
on the right I can just simply change
the text I can double click on it I can
select the text like this so mine says

ebooks so people know that they're
getting an e-book so at this point what
do you do how do you actually get the
e-book cover off of canva well it's
really easy just come over here and
there's a little arrow pointing down up
here and this allows you to choose the
download method on how you wish to
receive the file so in this case you can
choose a PDF you can choose a PNG or you
can choose a JPEG file what I did is I
chose a PNG file which gives me the
highest quality so once you've done that
you've saved the cover to your hard
drive then go ahead and go back to
Gumroad and upload the file and the
cover to your product so I'm back on
Gumroad right here what I'm going to do
at this point is click right here where
it says choose a file and image or audio
to upload so what I'll do is I'll click
on that right now and I'll be right back

green color there and you can also see
that it shows the price so I know just
to keep track of everything it says it's
going to be two dollars and thirty five
cents for this and so when people come
to this page they're gonna see this

and then when they scroll down they're

that says I want this and so ok so when
they click on I want this then it goes
through the checkout process so that's
really cool this is just a really easy
way that you guys can create a simple
fast product that you can start to sell
online now I I probably know what you
guys are thinking ok where am I going to
get the people to promote this how am I
gonna get people to go there and buy the
e-book well this is really simple I've
covered everything right on this video
so what you're gonna want to do is go
over to Instagram now I'm gonna show you
a secret tip and in just a moment that
will allow you to to get traffic to your
book without even having an Instagram
page so that's pretty cool but if you
want what I would do so you can have a
long-term sustainable income would be to
create your own
Instagram page that's based and that
revolves around fitness and you can also
share and you can borrow different
images on Facebook you can repost
different images and posts and stuff and
that that's what I really like about
Instagram you can do all of this on your
phone as well so even if you're not at
home you're out and about you can still
do this but you want to create a page
that's revolved around fitness you can
just come up here to the little search
box and type in Fitness and you guys are
gonna find a whole bunch of different
listings of different pages about a
fitness you guys can go there and you
can look at the different pages to get
ideas and to get inspired okay then what
you guys want to do after you've done
that is after you've created a page
you'll want to include the link to your
product see Gumroad is going to give you
a link that goes directly to your
product that you have here for two
dollars and thirty-five cents
I mean the price is pretty good it's
really hard to pass that up and so once
you get that link you can post that down
in the little bio section of the
Instagram page now here is another cool
tip that I want to share with you guys
this is how you can do it automatically
but there's just a very small investment
that's going to be involved so another
thing that you can do is you can reach
out to the person that's behind the
Instagram page okay it's probably a
little bit easier to do this on your
phone but you can reach out to them you
can direct message them and say hey you
know like what do you charge if if I
were to include a link inside of your
profile or inside of your bio on your
page and another tip would be to maybe
not go with a really big page on
Instagram because if they have millions
and millions of followers they're
probably going to have a much higher
price but some of the for the smaller
pages on Instagram usually the prices
can be anywhere from you know 20 30 40
bucks and it might sound like a lot but
you're just gonna have so much traffic
and your link to your product and your
ebook is going to be seen by so many
people they're gonna be clicking on that
link and they're gonna be submitting the
orders and you get those PayPal deposits
so it's a really good deal and that's
really how the whole thing works but
this Willie reminds me back in the
when I was struggling personally here's
a picture of me I was in a garage in
this older house that we have and this
was in my office this was in Southern
Oregon and it was cold even when I had
the heater on it was still cold and I
really struggled guys I struggled for a
very very long time
a very long time trying to learn how to
