so we are going to utilize the power of
email marketing okay
email marketing guys this is where it's
at now I'm going to show you guys how to
get people to sign up to your email list
okay I'm going to show you that in just
a moment so stay with me here okay we
got some good stuff here so it's very
important that you know your subscriber
value okay so what are these subscribers
worth in that way you can determine well
how much money can I make per month so
let me go the next one here each email
subscriber like an interest industry
industry yeah industry average is going
to be worth around a dollar each
subscriber is going to be worth about a
dollar per month
okay so if you guys want a thousand
dollars per month income get a thousand
subscribers just a thousand guys okay I
mean yeah so I'd be about two hundred
fifty bucks per week all right something
like that in order to get that though
you guys are going to need to have a
good relationship with your with your
subscribers with your email list okay I
don't really look at the people on my
email list like this herd of cattle or
whatever guys I mean they're human
beings okay I mean you got to treat it
that way
treat them good they'll treat you good
everybody's happy okay that's how it
works so the better relationship that
you have and the more warm you the more
warm of a list that you have the more
money you will make okay and this dollar
per month this dollar per subscriber
could go up it could go up to like a
dollar 25 per subscriber or something
like that so warm relationship is when
you email often alright I'm gonna give
you some tips about you know a little
bit how to kind of personalize your
emails a little bit better in just a
moment so stay with me here now a cold
list this is when you do infrequent
mailings you really don't email out to
your list very I mean it can be like
once a month or once every six months
and then you go to try to sell something
it's going to be very difficult or you
go to promote something to them they're
gonna be like oh what what's this I
haven't seen this guy in a while or I
don't remember this person I don't know
what they're doing or I don't even
remember what I was doing at that time
what's this all about
so it's very important you guys stay in
close contact with the people on your
list okay because that that subscriber
value can go down it can go down to like
20 cents per subscriber so it can get
down there pretty low
alright so here
are some examples different tips that
you guys can do just to make sure that
when you send out your emails that
people know who you are okay you know
what I like to do is use my name use my
real name not some XYZ company or
whatever it's you know people are just
they can just you know relate a little
bit more they can connect with people
just you know personal people personal
yeah if that makes any sense so anyway
what I do is when I send out an email I
always make sure I'm grab my marker here
I always make sure to have my real name
okay that's a big marker my real name
inside or where it says the from who the
message is from I make sure to have my
name right there okay also right here it
says hey mark here so I make sure I use
my name again and then right here to
your success mark Muncie Rd knee after I
typed a message I use my real name and I
also include a picture of myself and I
try to use the same picture or a picture
that's very similar that this way you
know you know everybody remembers a face
right not everybody is you know lots of
people are very visual out there so
these are some ways that you guys can
help the people on your list remember
you okay so okay that guy oh there's
Mark's email okay oh yeah this guy he
has a picture of his wife or whatever
and I put a picture of my wife next to
me you know I also have females on my
list so you know they see the picture of
my wife and you know they everybody
feels kind of like at home and and so
yeah that's how that works
but anyway so those are some tips that
you guys can use so very important you
can see if my emails are not that long
you guys don't have to write the declare
a declaration of independence or
whatever guys these are very small
emails that you can send out on a
regular basis so whenever you post a
piece of new content on social media
wherever that is could be Twitter
Instagram Facebook YouTube wherever it
is send out an email and say hey I
posted something new and what that does
is it just
it's them no it just say oh there's
there's another email from mark and I'll
go ahead and check out his stuff right
but you have to do this on a regular
basis every day okay like you know a few
times a week just to keep that going
guys okay and once they see that you're
consistent and that you're serious about
this guy's they're more than likely to
want to do something with you to
purchase from you to do coaching with
you or whatever it is okay so let's move
on to the next one
okay so how do you get subscribers how
do you actually do this a lot of people
are like oh my gosh I don't know how to
get leads and all this stuff okay all
right here we go here we go
so you guys need to provide value to
your market all right to your niche all
right a lot of you guys are scared about
this now I don't want you guys to get on
your high horse you know I just a lot of
you guys I just want to get the money I
don't care about providing value guys
you're really missing it here the key to
success with your business online or any
business for that matter even offline is
to provide value to people provide value
to your customers okay you're going to
get repeat business
repeat people that want to come back and
see your videos that's what it's all
about guys that's how the whole thing
works think of a gadget or something
that you like to use like I think my
phone is pretty cool right I don't even
think I have my phone with me but anyway
and I get all excited when I use it it
just provides me a lot of value for the
money that I paid for it I love it and
so that's what they're giving me in
return for my money well you guys can do
the same thing online all right I beat
that to death you guys get it provide
value to your market now where do you
provide this value that's going to be
unsocial media Facebook YouTube videos
blogs so this is when I say it's time to
stop hiding behind the computer you come
out from behind the computer and show
yourself and say Here I am
and I'm here to help you and give you
the knowledge that I know because I'm
very knowledgeable and I'm going to help
you whatever it is whatever niche or
market that you're in you're gonna
provide information to people and give
them tips and tricks on different things
and if they like it they will click on a
link or something and they will
subscribe to your newsletter or whatever
it is I'm gonna give you some examples
right now ask for their email when you
do ask for their email make sure it's in
exchange for something in return so this
can be a piece of information okay it
can be an e-book or maybe like a free
gift or something like that
okay so here are some examples
here's uh I'm not even sure let me go
back here's some examples guys getting
I'm going a little bit faster so I'm
just gonna slow down now okay so here's
a blog all right here's a cooking food
blog alright so what I'm going to do
just for this video I'm gonna copy this
into memory and let's go over to this
browser here so this is a blog now watch
closely as I scroll down this blog like
as if I was reading the recipes and look
what pops up right here it's a little
pop-up coming up and saying hey would
you like a free download this is a free
shopping guide and I'll send it to you
right now all you got to do is enter
your email address and I'll send it
right over to you okay so I enter my
email address here and then I click the
button it says get access now so I know
if I put that email in there I'm going
to get access right away to the content
okay you see how that works let me show
you something else here I'll close this
out
now let's keep scrolling down here
I mean I'm getting hungry at a ok right
here says join over 1 million fans sign
up to my mailing list and receive the
latest news and updates regarding my
blog or anything ok and so this guy is
doing it right he's building an email
list because he knows the value and how
profitable it is ok so this is where the
money is guys it's mean it's not so much
what's placed on the blog itself because
a lot of people might say oh well it's
just a blog or whatever but when you
place or have a way to collect people's
information or email or whatever and in
then in return you can provide them with
something this is this is how an online
business works this is where you guys
are really going to make that money be
able to reach those goals that you want
and once you have an email list you'll
always have it it's yours okay now let
me give you some more examples
okay so here's a YouTube video right
here this guy the ketogenic diet man and
I'm just I'm on my aikido kick right now
some got the sceeto stuff all over the
place so what he has here he has a
little video you guys can make youtube
videos okay the more videos you do I
have so many videos on my channel about
how to create a successful YouTube
channel so you guys can go over and
check that out but what he has here at
the very bottom in the description of
his video he has something that's called

the page alright so he's got a video but

yeah look what we got we got another
forum to enter in an email address so
guys look at this I mean these guys are
doing it right I'm like all right good
for them because you know they're
they're out there they're being good
marketers they're growing their business
okay this is what needs to happen okay

is how it works okay so how do we make
this all work well what you guys are
going to do is you're just going to type
up an email that looks just like this
and then you're gonna click on a button
one click it's going to say send message
now and that message that one message
goes out to all the people that are on
your mailing list okay how do you get
this to work well the email system that
I use is I've got a 30 day free trial

all the people that are on my mailing
list or my newsletter and so this is
