another video for you today today we're
going to talk about seven ways on how
you guys can generate your first 100
subscribers on YouTube even if you're a
total beginner with this I'm gonna give
you some tips and strategies that you
guys can use okay you know I post videos
every single day helping people become
successful working from home how to make
money online how to break free from the
nine-to-five and become an entrepreneur
so you guys can do what you want to do

seven ways first let me tell you a
little bit about my story when I came on
YouTube I had this goal and this mission
to do one video a day okay no matter
what you know I told my wife I said this
is it I'm doing one video a day I looked
at other people that were in my market
and then that were in my niche and they
were doing one video a day so I said
alright I'm doing one video a day so the
first few days I had like a couple
subscribers I don't know where they came
from I think it might have been like a
robot or some spam or something I have
no idea but I barely had any views but
after that guys it was completely flat
for like two weeks
I had no subscribers hardly any views at
all I started questioning myself you
know there was one part of me that was
like oh my gosh what the heck did I get
myself into here you know am I maybe I'm
not good enough for this maybe I just
don't have the right personality maybe
I'm just too weird for YouTube which is
a really funny one but there was the
other part of me that was like you know
what I set out
to do one video a day I'm gonna stick
with it you know I told everybody I'm
like this is what I'm doing period and
I'm not looking back I'm all-in so it
was one video a day for me no matter
what after a couple weeks guys I started
getting some subscribers I strike one
here I started getting to there and it
happened very slowly so over the course
and guess how long it took me to get to
100 subscribers guys a couple weeks
three weeks a month guys it took me two
months to get to 100 subscribers okay
and I had to do over 70 videos in order
to get there
that's how determined I I was I was like
I'm doing this no matter what I don't
care what happens out there this is what
I'm going to do and that was just my
mindset so that's a little bit about
Mike what happened to me and some of the
I mean it was a climb it was it was it
was a struggle guys so let's get into
the seven ways the things that you guys
really need to think about and some of
the mistakes that I did I really wish I
knew these when I started so seven ways
the first one is be focused on the views
okay don't be focused on the subscribers
because see with views comes subscribers
so just focus on producing consistent
content and show that to YouTube and the
more videos you make the more views you
are going to get then the higher
authority your channel is going to have
and then it's going to be your videos
are going to be ranked higher in YouTube
you're going to get more views and then
so what happens when you get more views
you get more subscribers okay so here
are some things that I did I linked my
YouTube account with with with some
other social media accounts like Google+
Twitter so whenever I post a new video
it goes out to those accounts and that
helps a lot I don't have a lot of
followers on there but what I also did
is I posted some on Facebook but here's
something big that really helped get the
ball rolling after about two or three
weeks on YouTube is
that I started posting my videos on
Facebook groups so you go to Facebook
and what I did is I'm in the you know
work at home home-based business type
niche so I went onto Facebook and I
searched for those groups that had lots
of members and then what I did is I just
posted every day I posted like ten I
posted to ten groups every single day
and I just say hey I have a video that
shows you how to do this go check it out
it's free I didn't ask for anything I
didn't even ask for an email address I
just put on there no no email required
go check out my video it's free and so I
just went out there and provided value
to people and believe it or not I
started having people come in to watch
my videos I started getting 10 20 views
30 views and then I would get a couple
subscribers out of that every single day
and I did this over time and then it
just built up built up to what it was or
what it is now so that's one of my
techniques on how to get more views you
just have to go out there you don't have
the views go out there and get the views
guys because then you're gonna get more
subscribers okay number two number two
being flashy and fancy on YouTube is not
gonna speed things up guys if you wear
like a weird hat or you paint your hair
orange or whatever it's not going to
increase your subscribers you're not
going to get more views even if you have
the coolest intro on your YouTube
channel it's not gonna help it's just
not the way it is you know we've all
seen those guys so they have like a
hundred thousand subscribers and they
have this really cool video intro so you
might think oh well that's why he's got
all those subscribers because he has
that really professional intro guys I'm
here to tell you that's that's not why
they're successful on YouTube is because
they're consistent okay and we've also
seen YouTube channels that have millions
of subscribers and they have no video
intro so don't get hung up on that the
next one is stay on topic
alright so let's say somebody comes to
your YouTube channel and they subscribe
because you are talking about fish
you know how to how to get the biggest
trout or whatever and then a couple of
days later they have a video come up on
their feed and it says how to put a
vacuum together or something like that
they're gonna look at that and go like
what the heck is this they hide this you
know but I subscribe to this channel and
so it's really important you guys stay
consistent with the topic and what
you're talking about on a regular basis
for every video that you do okay and
this is also going to help you keep your
subscribers as well now do not do a
number this is number four do not do
sub4sub
just don't do it guys subversive is just
not real I never did it you know when
when you do sub4sub
they're not fans they don't care about
your YouTube channel they don't really
care about your videos the whole point
in the first place was just to get
another subscriber for themselves that's
it so even if you have a hundred
subscribers that are all from doing sub
this sub for sub those people are not
gonna watch your videos it might look
cool that you have a hundred subscribers
but those people really don't care guys
okay so please so don't do that
now number five make call to actions on
your videos you know a lot of times
people will watch your videos and they
may not subscribe but you might feel
like well yeah they're not subscribing
so maybe they don't like my videos well
that's not necessarily always the case
you just have to remind people they
might not be consciously thinking about
it oh I should go over there and
subscribe to this channel or maybe they
like your video but then they lost it
they don't even know how to get it back
you guys get tell them say hey if you
like what you see here hit that
subscribe button and I will keep you
guys updated on my daily videos just
tell them to do that you can use a
little graphic on the screen if you want
to but it's important to tell them what
to do give me a thumbs up if you like
what you see here or click on the link
in the description to check it out or
whatever
give them some type of action to do
because if you don't they may not even
be thinking about it and they may just
sit back and watch your video and go to
the next
okay so number six is tell them your
channel topic what is what what do you
talk about on your video on your channel
so when you first start your video just
say hey isn't what we talked about here
this is what we do we talk about how to
get the best golf swings and how to
improve your averages and and you know
how to dress and look your best that's
what we do on this channel and we do it
every day tell them what it is guys what
do you do on your channel what are you
what are you committed to what can they
expect from you whenever you post a new
video what is that so so stick to the
topic but tell them what it is what is
your YouTube channel all about okay so
the last one is number seven is have a
regular video posting schedule and stick
to it
some kind of routine that you guys do so
do you post the post video every single
day then if that's what your mission is
if you can lower your production time
post a video every single day you do it
every other day then stick to that type
of method or maybe you do it twice a
week or maybe you have a high production
video that you're doing or every video
that you do requires a lot of work then
set out a time let's say that every
Thursday we come out with a new video
and then just stick to that so they can
expect you to come out with a new video
every Thursday because you don't want to
say you post a video every day and then
they're looking on the phone and they're
like oh I'm looking for Joe's video
today where is it you know so figure out
what it is like how often you guys can
post a video and then just stick with
that okay that also help you keep your
subscribers as well so those are my tips
I'm sure I'll probably have more tips
once once I reach 1,000 subscribers I
