how do you get more subscribers and
views if you're a total beginner at
YouTube okay you've been doing this for
a while and things are not working out
for you well I'm gonna give you all the
details on this video I'm gonna share
some tips with you because you know what
when I started man it was tough I don't
know what I was doing I was watching
those videos online you know those ones
that say hey how to get more views how
to get more subscribers you know the
ones guys really honestly it did not
help me at all I was totally confused
and it wasn't until I dived in and
started working the system myself and
made the mistakes myself I started
creating a video every single day and
then man I learned a lot about how this
whole thing works so I'm gonna share
some things with you on this video stuff
that I wish somebody would have told me
when I started okay because it may not
be what you think so looking over on my
youtube channel right now you know I've
got like you know I had days where I've
had you know a thousand subscribers
1,400 subscribers in a single day you
know it slowed down a little bit but I
don't care it just goes up and down and
up and down along the way so I have you
know 800 subscribers 900 subscribers an
average somewhere around 1200
subscribers per day well it seems like
magic people have said that I've
purchased subscribers I don't even know
how you do that or they talk about like
a sub bot or something like that
whatever that is I don't even know what
is somebody's guys but you know because
people can't believe this and let me
show you exactly what's going on here so
let's go right over here to my youtube
channel I got my videos here let's just
take a look at some of these things
right here you know a lot of people
think that you you have to get
subscribers on each one of your videos
that's how it works right so you place a
you do another video you get a few more
well guys it really doesn't work like
that your main focus and your intent for
every single video that you make you got
to go into it like you know what this is
the one this is the one that's going to
go viral because that's that's what I do
every single video that I make well not
every single one sometimes anime I'm in
a huge hurry and I just don't have the
time but you know a lot of the videos I
do I look at the thumbnail and I look at
the title and how those two things work
together actually have a video over here
how to get how I get 1000 subscribers a

your intention here should be to make
your videos go viral
you've got to do
ever it takes you got to make that
thumbnail shine you have to make it a
good title you got to do whatever it
takes to launch your channel because you
know if you've got like 200 300 400
maybe even 500 subscribers your YouTube
channel has not even launched yet it has
not even taken off you know you're
getting those little subscribers here
and there you know once in a while one
subscriber to subscriber or whatever
what's gonna really really take off your
YouTube channel is when one of your
videos goes viral or even semi viral so
let me go and explain that so check out

secret well that video it's been out for
a while but it only gained 13
subscribers that's it okay even this
video that I'm doing right now I'm going
to lose subscribers with this video but
I don't care I am here to provide you
guys value okay that's my goal that's my
intention for this video I'm gonna lose
some subscribers right I'm not telling
you how to make a million bucks right
now but you know what YouTube views and
subscribers translates into money okay
it translates into money and that's what
this video is all about that's what this
channel is all about about making money
online and working from home so you know
you guys got to subscribe if you want
more but looking at this video right
here 13 subscribers right it's a great
video good content I gained some
subscribers and I lost some but
apparently you know I gained just a
little bit more than I've lost so I came
out at 13 plus there okay so here's
another one here make money for creative
people okay this video right here has
three thousand and seven hundred views
but it I
I've lost a twenty six subscribers so I
gained some and then I lost some you're
always going to lose on days and you're
always going to gain on days okay so at
the end of the day it looks like so far
I'm in the negative on this video right
and so looking over here on you know a
social blade and seeing all these
subscribers that I'm getting every day
all these views that I'm getting every
day well how am I doing that if there's
a lot of videos on my channel that
really don't get any subscribers right
I'm in the negative how is that possible
and the reasons the reason why that's
possible is because some videos go viral
and when you have a video that goes
viral
you're gonna earn like you could earn
like ten thousand subscribers or more
just on one video okay so look look at
this right here subscribers 8088 hundred
subscribers on just this one video this
one video is going viral right now I
have several videos going viral but this
one right here it's just one of my
recent ones that's taking off your main
focus on every single video that you do
is you I mean I go into my videos I'm
like okay this is it right I use the gun
to your head theory because that's what
I do I go into my videos and I'm just
like you know what I got the gun to my
head this thing has to go viral or I'm
gonna be shot okay that's how I go into
it I gotta make sure that the thumbnails
good that you know the the title is good
and let me also go in a little bit more
techy stuff here let's go over to my
channel here real quick but I want to
show you guys something okay right here
this video right here let's go ahead and
click on that okay so looking right here
on this video - killer ways to make
money online for beginners okay so the
keywords must be in the title for
whatever you want to rank for okay I
mean not so much I mean what the tags
are good for I haven't really found the
tags to really help me out so much but
really the tags what I like about the
tags if you have a little plugin called
like tube buddy - buddy is a plug-in
that allows you to do a whole bunch of
things with your channel you know it's a
Chrome extension and then it syncs with
your YouTube channel you can do like
Find and Replace on your descriptions
you it's an easier way to keep track of
your stats you guys can also see you
know for what for for which keywords and
tags that you are ranking for it's going
to tell you all that you see this little
number right here next to the keyword so
apparently for make money online I'm
ranking at position number seven that's
what's great but what I do is I only
changed the the title and then what I do
is I make sure to put that keyword
whatever I want to rank for I put that
in the description as well okay now if I
remove the word online it's going to
change my ranking okay it's gonna change
it and I can watch that and see this
number change right down here so that's
how crucial it is you guys get to fill
out your your descriptions
and make sure that the keyword and the
tags that you want to ring for or in
those descriptions now a lot of you guys
are probably doing this right
YouTube is going to give you a chance
right you can't blame them right you
gotta work for your rankings you're just
gonna have to do it why should they put
your video at the top you know you have
to earn it
YouTube wants to see if you are serious
guys this is what I was never told you
have to earn those rankings man you
really got to earn it and so what
YouTube's going to do they're gonna give
you those impressions at first when you
launch the video in the first 24 hours
they're gonna push your video really up
high and if people don't click on that
video right they don't click on that
thumbnail it's not an enticing thumbnail
in title your videos gonna go down and
then more people click on your video
it's gonna go up a little higher but if
your thumbnail sucks and your title
sucks it's just gonna keep dropping down
lower and lower and lower and then it's
just gonna drop off the map or the map
right and you don't want that to happen
ok so there you go guys now just to
share with you a little bit of
transparency here I'm making somewhere
around about a hundred and ninety two
hundred dollars a day somewhere in that
range with my YouTube ad revenue a lot
of you guys asked about that this is
only one of my revenues but I also have
this one over here which is something
that I just started recently uh just
this week I've been only doing this for
four days and it's already generated me
six hundred and eighty four dollars in
the last seven days yesterday was two
hundred and sixteen dollars and today's
so far a hundred and eight dollars it's
barely even 9:30 yet in the morning and
I'm just getting the day started already
woke up to ninety dollars now it's a
hundred and eight dollars this thing
just keeps growing and growing and
growing and if you guys want to know

have all the subscribers and the views
to generate YouTube ad revenue then

videos on my youtube channel
but there was one
and I made that and my channel just took
off like a rocket man I went from like I
don't know like five subscribers a day
to 20 to 30 to 40 to 50 it jumped up to
100 subscribers a day so fast and when
that happens your rankings are going to
be higher YouTube's gonna look at you
like damn man this guy's doing good so
let's go ahead and rank some more of his
videos and then those older videos that
you had that were like a dud that didn't
do nothing
those are gonna start coming out of the
woodwork and those are gonna start
increasing up in the rankings as well so
you got the new ones they're gonna be
higher in the rankings the old ones are
gonna be higher in the rankings and so
it's a beautiful thing so guys don't
give up keep crushing it keep making
those videos find your voice find your
YouTube voice or your youtube look or
your YouTube hair I don't know what it
