that's one we're going to be looking at
how to find a kind of like a profitable
niche a niche that's gonna work for your
niche that you're gonna make money with
and stuff like that so I was supposed to
do this a while ago and a little bit
late I've been quite busy but anyhow
it's here now I'm gonna have a look at
how to find a profitable niche for your
website micro niche website or website
where you basically sell affiliate
products so this video we're going to be
looking at buyer keywords and a thing
what we're gonna be looking at here is
we're gonna be doing some research of
clickbank stumble upon reddit some
forums and jacking someone else's niche
now that might seem you know wildly
steal someone else's niche well I'm
going to show you why and how to do I'm
not really going to be stealing people's
niches we're gonna be looking for
keywords that they've list okay so first
of all just start with what a buyer
keywords so by a keyword is a keyword
where you're going to be selling
something from places like Clickbank or
Amazon or just keywords where people are
ready to buy products okay that they
really buy they've got their wallets
open you're the last place they stop
before they make a purchase so these
guys are really juiced up and ready to
buy things they they convert very very
well okay this is where you want to be
with your website if you're looking for
buyer keywords you want to be at the
place where they're gonna buy let's just
say someone is skeptical about something
okay and then they don't really want to
buy it but if they find your review and
you have a good review about the product
I guarantee you 90% of the time they're
gonna buy the product from your website
through your affiliate link and you're
gonna need some money
so a buyer niche is something you want
to sell a product in or something like
Clickbank or affiliate Amazon sorry
keywords you would be looking at user
would be stuff like review so let's just
say best fishing rod review best book
review fishing rod discounts fishing rod
bonuses let's just say a product on
Clickbank about Fitness so we're to buy
blah
fitness equipment or fitness equipment
for cheap or whatever you know food book
ebook or whatever you're selling from
the Amazon or click deck right and then
you've got promo code
skin and stuff like that now that these
are just off the top of my head I
haven't actually researched anything
like that I've just pretty much written
this down
off the top of my head and I'm going to
show you why you want to do that soon so
for your keyword research you will need
a piece of pen and a paper you need to
go old school and just carry that around
with you for a couple of days and write
things down that come to your head I can
tell you right now there's been so many
times where something really genius has
come to my head and I can't remember it
because I didn't run it down and or some
something like that
and I've thought about it later on and
someone else has already stolen my
nation and they're making money from it
it's too hard for me to bank in that
nation so carry a pen and paper around
write something down on your phone or
just anywhere you can write things down
keep it handy with you every single day
all day while you're looking for an itch
so the next thing I'm going to look at
is either the video about brewing key
word brewing so we're gonna use this for
this example and let's delicious say so
I'll use the niche from one of my videos
brewing this is considered the broad
leash because it's a broad keyword stage
and we will now break it down into
keyword ideas just keep writing down
things that pop into your head even if
it takes a few days so literally in
about three minutes I wrote all this
down for this presentation so for
brewing we could look at how to make a
beer how to make wine now these will
probably be in your whatever our niche
Department I'll explain that soon but
then we've got best brewing methods
whispering ingredients these would be
and the whatever niche as well but then
we've got discount wine racks wine rack
reused wine record discounts how to make
homebrew or all the discount stuff falls
in your buyer keyword categories and
then we've got best homebrew recipes
wine cooler reviews cheap wine racks and
how to make spirits so all the kind of
like how to's and stuff fall into your
whatever niche and then all the like
reviews and cheap and stuff like that
falls into your buy anisha's okay so I
hope that kind of makes things are quite
clear for you you've just got to write
things down sometimes it'll take me away
can I write things down
I'll have over a hundred different
keywords I can go through and this is
this is before
even put into my longtail Pro or my
Keyword tool or anything like that I've
literally got hundreds and hundreds of
keywords I was written down from my head
that's the best way to do it because
you're gonna get keywords that no one's
no one's thought of before a lot of
people just go based off keyword tools
and stuff like that and that's fine but
you wanna use your keyword tools after
you've done the initial research
yourself like writing stuff down and all
that I can't really stress that enough
because this is a very important process
a very important part of looking for
keywords of writing things down from
your brain from your head because that's
where the best ideas come from is
yourself ok it doesn't really come from
anybody else I can teach you how to do
it the best ideas come from yourself so
next we want to look at even diving
deeper so you could even start looking
at brewing model numbers so something
like these aren't real by the way I've
just made these up so brewmaster 145
review brew master this one review and
do you know do you see where I'm going
with this so this is really super
targeted stuff even if things were
getting a hundred searches a month and
wouldn't matter because a hundred
searches a month is that's like I mean
is that there's two or three people a
day coming to your to your website and
they're very very targeted okay they're
most likely going to buy from your page
if you've got a good review or a good
discount going on for that product so
this is same as selling a brewmaster 145
from Amazon for instance again it's just
theory and one person bought then a day
and you got a commission of like 20
bucks or ten dollars or something if
there is some one site imagine if you
have 10 or 20 sites out there so if you
CRO go with this you've really got to
narrow down if you want to make money
you've got to narrow down your keywords
from your broad to your buyer keywords
and into your really really super
targeted buyer keywords which of these
ones here okay so I hope that something
that kind of clears things out there for
you this this presentation is going to
be very long just quickly going through
because it's quite self-explanatory like
it's quite simple stuff you're just
gonna write things down the next one is
what are whatever keywords now whatever
keywords I'll just read this this is
just from I am posted on a forum I call
this that whatever niche because I don't
care about bias
I just want visitors and clickers this
is for things like Edison's websites and
micronesia type stuff or
we want as a niche where we can find
easy keywords and get visitors to click
on our ads that's the goal here that's
it okay so we so this is I'm just
putting it down here so how to is our
very popular like how to catch bass how
to catch trout are the best way to cook
a bread best hairstyles for a woman or a
woman so these are pretty much for
whatever keywords you can find they have
a cost per click of around a dollar plus
as ideal and you could just basically
write some stuff about it get someone to
write some stuff about it put it up on
your website and then put your Google
ads in there so these aren't you know
you're not trying to sell a product here
you're not trying to make money off an
affiliate product you're just trying to
get people to come to your website and
click on your ads so you want to get
other things ranking for like how to
swing a golf club so you'll get an
article ranking for how to swing a golf
club
it would have your Adsense ads in there
you've got the best way to cook bread
have an article for that and then have
your adsense in there very simple stuff
so I'm not going to go over this one any
longer because it's just it's just
whatever whatever you can find it's easy
to rank for and you think that that that
you can get a website up for okay and
then once again this is just off the top
of my hair to write some stuff down and
I'm going to you're gonna find some
stuff to rent for now how to find
products okay sorry not products and
niches so Clickbank StumbleUpon and
ridet let's have a look here so stumble
upon if you've got to stumble upon Ford
/ discover slash interest at /all it's a
quite a long your URL there just go
through it you're gonna find all the
broad niches so let's just look at here
aging you can go you know skin care
products and stuff like that and then
you can go down to anti-aging and then
this ESMA you know you can run addict on
how to prevent asthma or how to how to
control s month stuff like that just
keep going down audio equipments you
could do you know or you're coming
reviews and then you've got beverages
that would fall into my brewing category
bicycles you can do bicycle reviews I
mean there's hundreds of stuff here okay
that just keeps going so this is my main
hub of where I get all of my niches from
stumble upon interest then you've got
Clickbank so click thing has a whole lot
of interest here so you've got a green
products these are like your evergreen
niches and then you've got education a
business emarketing okay at all here
you just go through write stuff down
write stuff down to write more stuff
down now ridet I haven't had much
experience with ridet but just grow
through it see what people are talking
about see what see what's going on and
see what's popular see what's hot so
classic example about Ritter and this is
the same for forums okay a classic
example of Reddit once upon a time not
so long ago actually I saw I remember
someone was searching read at once and
someone was asking about a particular
model of headphones this gave the guy an
idea to start a review website about
headphones Teresa's history now it makes
a lot of money for it so he went to real
someone was asking that's on his phones
he's simply made a website about
headphones and now he's making a ton of
money from it so these are my main three
places where I would go for a niche
niche research I don't use red it
performs much anymore
but they're still very viable places to
get some information on niches now this
is the one this is very controversial
but it makes me a lot of money jackin
someone else's niche if someone stupid
enough to let you know about their niche
on YouTube or forums wherever use X your
advantage okay that's six months ago
someone on the YouTube I'm not gonna
name him but he smokes a lot of weed so
you probably know who he is
he gave away one of his niches I pretty
much win it's that niche did some
keyword research I didn't steal his
keywords but I found keywords that he
wasn't even targeting so this one here
position five eight thousand searches a
month
this one here position ten 3,000
searches a month globally okay and these
are all I pretty much just put in his
niche that's it and to my keyword tool
put it in and all these keywords came up
that he wasn't even targeting they were
super easy
no one was ranking for them and that was
it so it's not necessarily ejecting
someone's niche but you're going to be
jacking the keywords that they haven't
really found or targeted because people
get tunnel vision okay and you've got to
get out of the tunnel vision people get
tunnel vision and they'll focus on two
or three keywords or you know maybe ten
keywords you've got to look outside the
tunnel look outside of the tunnel and
find the keywords that his people are
missing because that's where the money
is I
these are easy to rank for me and like I
got to this or some PB ins and some of
my web 2.0 and another friend of mine is
working on this one as well
this number fourteen here I got a
hello search volume but it's very
targeted I got here with like five web
super dope with 2.0 post okay
very easy stuff so checking people's
niches just you know even even if I drop
a niche one day I'm not going to but if
I excellently give away one of my dishes
go ahead and Jack that get in there
get some keywords that I've missed
simple as that
fine keywords that I've missed so get
ideas from other people and check their
stuff very very easy
next one review launching so I'm going
to read this from an article I've done
keep an eye on the latest releases okay
big money in this let's go back to the
headphones let's say Astro gaming are
bringing out a new model next year of
our headphones they make headphones Gani
ones start a website for their model and
get it up ASAP if you get their website
to the first spot before any competitors
you'll get google love when that
headphone releases then people will
start searching whatever headphone
review you'll be at the top and you'll
make Bank it's insanely easy to rank for
keywords they're not popular popular yet
sometimes even getting to the thumb pain
of their backlinks so there's a thing
going on a Google okay if you can get to
the top before anyone else and not an
unpopular keyword you're gonna stay
there it's going to be pretty much
impossible for someone to knock you down
at least eight negative site negative
SEO your site if you get there first
you're gonna stay there it's as simple
as that you're going to stay there and
you're gonna make a ton of money so just
look for review things like just just
look at products they're going to be
coming out next year or something quite
a few months and so you think your
website up based on that product and get
it to the first spot as fast as you can
okay
and that's it guys I actually have one
more slide so so that's it that's it for
the site my videos I can only make
fifteen minutes longer which is really
stupid YouTube kind of I don't know what
they did they just said I can't do we
need more long videos and for another
couple months and that's it so you know
just you just want to find your buyer
keywords okay and then you've got your
writing stuff down and then you've got
your whatever keywords for your Adsense
sites and your micro niche websites and
then you've got your law out checking
someone else's niche very very popular
this is like my secret sauce account I
don't want to give this away but I am
this is my secret sauce this is how I
get a ton
of keywords okay this is like and also a
friend of mine did the same thing and
he's now got ripped web sites nearly
ranking on the first page for over
I think it's 50,000 total search volume
okay crazy and he just simply got that
from someone else who say because they
missed the keywords so this is very
popular way of doing it not many people
do it and it's probably not very ethical
but just do it anyway because they'll do
it to you I guarantee and lastly you can
check out this tutorial in writing if
you don't like videos at a flea hustle
calm now you'll be able to find it quite
easy because the former's are very big
right now and because they also check me
