to provide you guys with some tips on
how you can get 1000 subscribers on
YouTube as fast as possible okay now
we're gonna talk about things that no
one else is talking about right on this
video okay now but before that remember

all right let's go ahead and jump in
here had a few little hiccups there in
the very beginning of the video let's
see who is out there let's make sure
that we're streaming live here still
getting used to everything here okay so
we are live
excellent so if you are coming on for
the very first time let me know where
you're coming out from and so we can
just kind of you know get to know
everybody here but what I'm gonna do
first is I'm just gonna go ahead and
just start the video okay so let's just
go ahead and jump in here and how to get
your first 1000 subscribers on YouTube
fast alright now I got about 1000
subscribers it took me about four months
on YouTube I had my account for like I
don't know like five years or something
like that but I didn't really start
posting videos on it until about like
four well it's been about almost four
and a half months ago and I just crossed
over 50,000 views and did all this in
about four and a four and a half months
so I did that by posting consistent
content every single day okay and so let
me make sure I guys I'm still getting
used to
live stream okay we do have one person
online that's awesome okay so we are
streaming live so let's just go ahead
and do this okay let's go ahead and jump
in here so I have ten core steps for you
all right now these are gonna seem a
little bit silly at first but but these
work now I don't want to give you guys
the same thing that everybody else is
talking about on YouTube okay everybody
talks about the thumbnails and the
clickbait and you know make sure that
the background looks really nice and
everything I want to do something a
little bit different okay I want to give
you guys you know something a little bit
deeper and it was a little bit difficult
though at first because when I started
writing my notes I I didn't want to
write these and discourage you and I
figure if there's really no way to write
it without possibly discouraging you a
little bit with these tips okay
these are huge nobody else is talking
about this and I'm gonna tell you what
you need to hear not what you want to
hear okay so let's go ahead and let's go
ahead and jump into this ten course
steps let's go and start off with the
first one become a personality become a
personality be real and show the world
fastest way so yes a lot of you guys are
wondering do I have to show my face well
you don't have to but if you did you're
able to express your personality a
little bit better and then that
personality that you're giving off the
real you is valuable and then what you
do is you combine that with the
information that we know whatever you're
talking about so they both have to go
together just having a video of you is
not enough okay
hey Ally what's going on how do I sound
how's the audio everything is really
good still getting used to this live
stream stuff anyway so you have to
combine the personality with the
information it's kind of like peanut
butter and jelly you know you can't have
one without the other you know if you
want to lose weight you got to work out
and you got to eat right okay so that's
how that all works together so I know a
lot of you are probably scared about
doing this but you really should do it
and the more you do it you're just going
to become more comfortable okay you're
just gonna start to you know you're just
gonna get more used to it and you're
going to get better over time okay all
good
all right awesome thanks Ally thanks for
coming out okay so let's go ahead and go
over to the next slide here or the next
step so show people stuff on your videos
how to's tutorials inspire them and you
guys can also do like top tips and
things like that okay so let me go into
this a little bit now showing stuff I
mean like you know if you're if you're
doing like let's say for example if
you're if you have like a cooking
channel right you don't want to just
have a video of you talking about how to
make cookies you actually want to show
people how you were making those cookies
okay if you're showing somebody how to
do Facebook ads or how to do marketing
online or something like that then have
a little image down a little video of
you down on the bottom right corner but
also show them exactly like what you're
talking about go through you're
scrolling around you have lots of
movement on the screen if it's something
like in the real world where you're
showing them how to you know detail a
car show them feeling you know filling
the water up feeling it feeling the
water up filling the bucket up with
water you know putting the soap in what
kind of meant to use is a microfiber
cloth whatever it is show that on the
video be very visual okay because
YouTube is video guys it's not all voice
you know but it can be you know if
you're giving somebody maybe some tips
on meditation or mindset techniques and
things like that yes it is a lot of
voice and it's a lot of you know it's
for the head and everything like that
where you can just kind of sit back and
listen to it you don't need to see
anything but a lot of the most
successful youtubers out there are
showing people stuff they're holding up
a camera they're holding up their phone
they're have a video of them talking and
then they flip the camera
and then they're showing what they're
talking about and then they flip the
camera around again and they talk and
they can see their face and showing
personality information personality
they're being more entertaining so just
becoming a better entertainer showing
people stuff okay creating that
stimulation on YouTube is so important
okay all right so the next one is stick
to one topic niche or market this way
people know what to expect from you okay
so if somebody subscribes to you today
about let's just say something about you
know how to get traffic to your website
and then like three days later they see
a video come up in their subscriber feed
that's about like like the top toasters
or something like that they're gonna
look at that and go what the heck that
did I subscribe to this or whatever
they're just going to get confused it's
really important that you tell your
users also at the beginning of your
video what they can expect from your
just from your channel in general I mean
what is your channel about tell them
okay and then we'll get on to like
scheduling and stuff like that on your
you know when you post videos in just a
moment so it's very important just to be
persistent with that a lot of people
don't talk about that just be really
careful that's the best way to lose
subscribers you know a lot of people
might think well of YouTube I don't want
to make a YouTube channel well guess
what guys YouTube can be a business you
know we talked about making money on
this channel and a lot of people think
well I don't want to know about YouTube
just show me some apps but in reality
YouTube's probably a better way content
marketing is probably the best and most
profitable thing you can do online right
now so really think about that this does
translate and convert into income and
you can create a full-time passive
income by using YouTube let's go on to
the next one here so number four speak
loud and clear and have crystal-clear
audio oh my gosh this is so important
you know guys the YouTube channels that
I subscribe to
they have crystal-clear audio they have
really nice it doesn't have to be a
super expensive microphone or something
like that but they do have a microphone
that's close to their mouth and they're
speaking into it you can hear them
clearly or they maybe they have a nice
microphone that's off to the side or
they have a microphone clipped to their
shirt which would be like a lavell ear
microphone or something like that
because it's oh my gosh communication is
so important and the clarity of how
that's coming across and out of the
person's speakers on their computer you
know a lot of people overlook this so
let me give you an example here okay let
me go ahead and I'm going to turn the
microphone away from right now
and I'm just going to speak and I want
you to hear the difference here we go

video we're gonna talk about how you can
get a 1 1000 subscribers to your youtube
channel quickly really really fast do
you guys see the difference in the sound
quality now I can't tell you how many
times I've clicked on a video on YouTube
and I started watching it maybe the guy
had some good clickbait or whatever and
I thought it was gonna tell me about the
information that I was looking for and
then the audio it kind of sounds like
they're in the bathroom okay you can
hear all the reverberation around in the
room
you're basically listening to all the
reflections in the room coming to the
microphone and it sounds very echoey
kind of like this and it's really hard
to understand the person when they're
speaking so yes guys it is so important
most people would not even think about
having a video like this let me go ahead
and Alli wants to know if I'm still live
here so yeah we should we're still life
everything is just she should be ready
to go you guys hear me okay audios good
it is live now we are live cat scratch
fever what's going on thank you for
coming on yeah we are live now so audio
is so important guys
a lot of people overlook this they you
know you can go practically anywhere and
go down to your supermarket or
department store and pick up a USB
microphone anything that's you know
gonna allow you to get that closer to
your voice so people can hear you more
clearly okay so what I'm gonna do is
just go ahead and turn off my phone here
for a second
there we go all right and my wife is
texting me on the phone they're letting
me know that everything's okay all right
so the next one here avoid dead air if
possible and keep communication
consistent while still providing
instruction and information okay so this
is I mean if you guys once you start
your video just keep talking keep it
going have that crystal-clear audio but
at the same time you guys are delivering
value and information okay so yeah it's
important that there's if you can if
it's you know it's a little bit
difficult sometimes if you can't always
help but maybe there will be some space
maybe you're thinking about things when
you're talking and that's totally cool
but just keep the communication going
keep your voice going at all times
okay it's what it does is this is what
they do in broadcasting this is why they
say like dead you don't want to ever
have dead air but people just seem to
tune in and they get more stimulated
when there's a voice just talking
constantly it's just the way it is I
don't know some psychological thing or
whatever so I just want to put this one
in there keep talking I try to avoid it
as much as possible okay all right now
here's one here's it kind of a different
one for you guys talk less about your
life and this is only at first when you
guys are a new youtuber it's really
important that you know you really
provide value and information you give
people what they're looking for at the
beginning and you know don't be silly
and wishy-washy talk more about the
valuable information you have to offer
and really Willie get straight to the
point okay and let me tell you guys my
mentor gave me one of the best pieces of
advice that I ever got in my entire life
and this is for marketing and the truth
is guys really
nobody really gives a crap about you
they really don't care about your life
somebody might be you know hurting they
might if it's how to make money maybe
they're they're going through a struggle
and they come in online looking for ways
to make money right and they just want
you guys to give the information instead
of you know talking about you know what
their dog ate or you know what kind of
cheese whiz they had or whatever like
that it's really important when you guys
come out with your channel or when you
start making your videos and you start
growing your channel is to really give
them that information right away I don't
I kind of lab right on this I actually
want I was thinking about some of the
things I want to talk about but I think
I will come back to this so talk less
about you more about the valuable viable
information out there okay all right so
number seven is you can attract people
by the way you deliver information so no
one else is like you
you are totally unique now I've talked
to other people and I've said hey why
don't you make a youtube channel about
that and a lot of people say well
there's already other people talking
about what I want to talk about and that
could be true
but the thing is is that nobody can
deliver and and provide the personality
that you can because you're totally
unique see you may be able to provide
the information in a different way
because you I was like gonna say because
it just comes out of you differently you
have your you can place your own angle
on it and so people what happens is they
can start to like your videos there's
already videos out there that talk about
how to do this or how to do that but see
they just find they just like your
videos because of the way that you do it
so don't be discouraged and don't be put
off by competition or anything like that
guys it really doesn't matter it's just
the way you can you can speak and
communicate different things with your
person with your personality which is
totally unique okay
this is super powerful guys a lot of
people don't touch on this oh my gosh
this is like everything this is really
truly everything there's a lot
people online talking about how to make
money online there is guys when I came
onto this four months ago I don't know I
mean I thought I was gonna be buried
like I had no idea and I just wanted to
come on here and just really be the
person who I am and and try to express
as much personality as possible as I can
and I think it's working pretty well so
far so but there you go that's number
seven all right
so number eight is commit to a
consistent video posting schedule okay
so if you're not if you're not doing
this well someone else is someone else
is already doing this so you know I'll
get the perfection in just a moment but
you need to create a schedule and tell
people at the beginning of your videos
what they can expect and when you're
going to post videos so if you're gonna
post a video every other day or Monday
Wednesday Friday or once a week or or
even you know I would recommend trying
to do this every single day but let them
know that say hey I post videos every
day and then commit to that and tell
people that and what that'll do is that
I'll give you a little bit motivation
you know to get you guys up and start
planning a new video for the day or
whenever that schedule is okay so yeah
so if there's somebody else in your
market or niche you know they're doing
videos like twice a week well then maybe
you can do video you can do videos twice
a week or maybe even three times a week
okay so perfection is the kiss of death
this is so important because a lot of
people they don't make videos because
they can't make it perfect and I think a
lot of people put a lot of production
time into their videos so they really
can't make a video every day or every
other day they could only make videos
once a week or once every two weeks and
so if you lower that production time you
know you keep the camera in the same
place you keep the microphone right in
the same spot and then that way you can
just come in and sit down turn on the
light hit record and then start guys
it's just gonna be so much easier and I
think a lot of people are focusing too
much on the content they are worried
about it's not good enough or something
like that and really all you guys have
to do let me give you a tip here one of
the really
the a really great way to start your
YouTube channel is give top tips like in
other words the top 3 tips to you know
whatever to get more traffic to get 1000
views on YouTube whatever it is and just
get your phone hit record and then just
say yo what's up this is Mark and today
I'm going to give you my top 3 tips
alright so tip number 1 is do this tip
number 2 is to do this tip number 3
alright that's it so I hope you guys
found some value give me a thumbs up
subscribe if you want more videos done
that's it and I think we make it so
complicated that you know we're just
kind of like we feel like we're
paralyzed we really can't do anything we
get so into the information about
pleasing people and not being able to
provide the value we think people need
and want is that we really don't do
anything at all so really consider about
posting daily or making videos every
other day if you can okay I know a lot
of it depends on your market pretty hard
to do like a like a cooking thing every
single day but most of you coming on to
my channel you know you guys are doing a
lot of marketing you're looking for ways
to make money online you might be doing
gaming or something like that I don't
know so yeah yeah you're trying too hard
you guys are forcing it don't force it
it's just not the way to go alright
let's go on the next one number 9 be the
hero that people are looking for okay
because most people think that you know
Oh most people have they think they have
this boring life okay so knowing this as
a youtuber or influencer how can you
make them feel better okay what can you
do hey Paul what's going on brother
thanks for coming out man all right so
what can you do okay now let's look at
it like this way when someone clicks if
this guy you know he's just sitting here
like this and you know he's kind of
bummed out or he's just kind of like it
this very content kind of very calm
state right but he's going through some
struggles right he's not too happy or
whatever and you know he's just binge
watching on YouTube and then he comes
across your video what can you do at
that point when he clicks on that
thumbnail what's he going to see I mean
is he gonna see you talking like hey
guys hey what's up welcome to my channel
alright so in this video I'm going to
show you how to you know how this
toaster works here that I just bought
okay
is he gonna see that or is it gonna see
something a little bit more pumped up
like hey what's up thank you for coming
to my channel thank you so much and then
in this video I'm gonna give you and
provide you the information that you
came to this channel for whatever that
is okay you guys came to this channel
I'm gonna show you how you can get your
first 1,000 subscribers yes so can you
be that hero for people like when they
click on your video the very first thing
they hear and see is so important that
proof and also to make sure when they do
click on that video that you are showing
that they did arrive to the right video
that shows them you know how to get more
YouTube subscribers or whatever it is of
course that's what this video is about
so be the hero for people because a lot
of people up man they're just kind of
run down they're you know they're
they're just not you know there might be
kind of bummed out there might be a
little bit tired or whatever or they're
looking they're searching for some type
of solution online and when they arrive
at that video on your channel I mean how
can you be I mean what what type of
energy can you put across on your video
to make people feel like wow back this
is it I found the this guy's he's
speaking clear this is the right channel
I'm at he's providing the information he
gets right to the point I mean who is
that guy
just try to bring that guy out bring
more energy to the table okay guys
alright so I really kind of elaborate a
little bit on that here we go
so number ten number ten this was this
one is a little weird
see our tech hey what's going on man
thanks for coming out nice to have you
here nice of you to join us so number 10
number 10 this is a little weird just
because you put yourself on camera does
not make up for the lack of value okay
so maybe you're thinking like well maybe
I'll get more views and subscribers and
I'll get that just because people will
like me in a really this kind of goes
back to one of the first things that we
talked about you know just because you
grab your kit your phone or your camera
and you start talking yo what's up guys
this is my house this is a you know
what's going on you know this is what I
do every day and
I want to make this YouTube channel and
and give you guys and show you what's
going on in my life you know that's
really cool but the thing is like again
it's like peanut butter and jam you
can't have one without the other you can
show your face show your personality but
you guys always have to get that start
that value right away get that
information I mean right across and be
consistent with that okay so yeah it's
not just it's not all about you know
being on camera it's just not enough
there needs to be value there but when
you put both of those together because a
lot of people they will just have the
value and even that's not enough okay
and even that might not be enough okay
there's some weird comments on my
channel there so all right you got to
have both together okay personality and
the value and the information okay so
there's some other little bonus tips I
want to give you guys today bonus
thoughts here is one is YouTube really
the right thing for you have you really
thought about that maybe you're not a
speaker or a performer you don't have to
be there's some writers that have
YouTube channels okay
now does the thought of beat on camera
scare you does it want to make you run
for the hills but you know it it did for
me a while back I was really nervous and
scared but you know once you start doing
and I kind of got over that but here's a
good way to kind of figure things out
how do you feel about writing I know for
me I procrastinate so much when it comes
to writing on my blog I had a blog I
even took it down because it was so
pathetic right I I couldn't I mean I
didn't have barely any content on there
so now it's just kind of closed but I
have like ADHD when it comes to writing
any little distraction or anything like
that that comes in my way I'm just gonna
go ahead and go towards that distraction
okay it's yeah so I mean I'm the biggest
procrastinator when it comes to writing
and so I know that I am definitely not a
writer and I'm sure
if I was a writer I'd probably be
writing things my whole life but I
haven't
and so I'm gravitating more towards
being a performer and a speaker so well
that's a good way so just do the reverse
engineering just do the process of
elimination I mean we kind of look at
things are you a writer maybe you're not
if you're not then you're probably a
performer or a speaker now I know I'm
oversimplifying this but I'm trying to
just make this easier for you guys I
don't really think I'm a speaker
although some might some people might
disagree with that I think I'm more of a
performer I used to do dancing I used to
do like tricks on bikes and stuff like
that when I was younger I've always
wanted to just use my body and in a in a
physical movement way doing something I
just I just feel like that just better
fits me and I just feel like sometimes
I'm getting a little bit too nervous to
speak and sometimes I lose my train of
thought although that can change over
time I could get better with that so I'm
really not sure so just to kind of give
you guys it's not this is not all about
me this is just to kind of help you guys
decide you know really what is that I
mean there's something you guys do
better than anybody else in the world
and it's really important to get in
tuned and focused on that one thing
because when you find that you're gonna
be able to provide you're gonna be able
to deliver whatever that is that
strengths that you have out there and
it's just gonna be so powerful people
are going to connect with that they're
going to resonate with you they're going
to understand you they're gonna feel
good it's going to be entertaining and
so there's something about you that's
super super unique you find that point
you know in the best way is sometimes if
you're in a depressive state you're not
feeling good you are you know you're
feeling kind of down it's really hard to
see those qualities in you as well so so
try to get yourself pumped up a little
bit you know whatever you do put on I
put on some music sometimes it puts me
in a good mood I'm able to you know just
feel better when it before I do my
videos and stuff like that all right so
all right I beat that to death let's go
on to the last one here what is the
reason you're on YouTube I mean what is
that is it for money is a
just to get subscribers is it for fame I
don't really know I don't think people
just come on to YouTube try to make a
channel just for subscribers and fame I
think they do it because they love it
and so subscribers and fame is just you
know kind of like um kind of like an
aftershock or just kind of like a result
from that by doing something that you
love okay but but what is it and get
clear on that because your channel
content will depend on that so what is
it I mean what really what is the reason
what's your main goal okay for me
personally just to give you an example
you know I want to be an influencer okay
a little bit but you know at the
beginning you know I'm really trying to
provide as much value to people as
possible I I used to I used to do more
mindset videos but I realized those
didn't get a whole lot of views because
I guess people didn't really know who I
was and so I kind of stopped I kind of
just I'd keep those down to very minimum
and then I do more videos about making
money online talking about different
websites and apps and different ways you
guys can do that but you know maybe in
the future when I grow things a little
bit more and I create a larger audience
maybe I'll go back you know try to
incorporate and create more videos about
influence and influencing but so yeah I
mean what is that thing is YouTube right
for you guys or what is the reason that
you're on YouTube I mean really what is
that and just get in tune with that
because that's so important before you
guys even go into it set an intention
set an intention and decide on something
like I'm going to make my youtube about
this and this is what I'm gonna do and
so if that's the case well I'm gonna
post videos every single day I'm gonna
do it Monday Wednesday Friday I'm gonna
tell people what they could expect from
me I'm gonna tell them what my channel
is about every single time I start my
video I want to let them know what they
can expect from me and because if I do
that they are going to subscribe and
then I want to be able to I want to make
sure that when they do watch my recent
video that I'm coming up I'm coming
across with all my promises and that I'm
delivering the content and value that I
promised okay
on my channel
all right so that's about it guys and
thank you that's that's really
everything here kind of a little bit all
over the place you know when you're
doing a live video you can't really edit
things and and you know you can't do
jump cuts and stuff like that so you
just have to just keep it rolling and
just to let you guys know live video is
super powerful it's very very good for
you it helps you grow so fast
I found myself where I was kind of being
very repetitive I was doing the YouTube
videos in a certain way in a certain
fashion every single day and it just
started become like very mechanical
which is not bad you know some people
call me the machine or whatever on
YouTube and it's just I find that
hilarious but it's just I got really
really competitive and sometimes I just
need to switch it up so I started doing
some more live videos I want to interact
with you guys because sometimes you can
just kind of feel alone you know if
you're just recording yourself with a
camera or something like that you know
it's nice to have that interaction Farda

I'm not sure what you're trying to say
everybody but it's nice to have you here
so anyway guys I really appreciate you
guys coming out um this is and again
this is this is new for me and I found
myself stuttering a little bit more when
I'm doing this but guys I don't care and
this is also for you guys if you can see
that I'm doing this I don't have a huge
channel my channel still growing yes I'm
over a thousand subscribers but you know
putting that in perspective to a lot of
other youtubers out there you know I
don't I still feel like I'm very very
small so I'm still growing and I figure
the best and some of the best ways to do
that is to place myself in an
uncomfortable situation at all times and
I know it sounds a little weird like why
would you want to be uncomfortable but
it really helps me grow and it changes
me and so it's so good for me and I know
I'm gonna feel good after I do this
video because I was a little bit nervous
when I started it but anyway so there we
go guys I don't know how many people we
have on here right now we've got a few
people watch
we went on to about 30 minutes this one
on a little bit longer than I expected
so we're gonna go ahead and wrap this up
guys and you know if you found some
