Facebook to your website or to your
videos let's explain you why do I have
to apply some kind of tricks and why we
cannot just drop the link to the blog
posts to the website or to youtube
videos or any external source back in
the day when you were posting a link on
Facebook doesn't matter or Facebook
groups or Facebook pages every single
participant of those groups and pages
could see your link basically Facebook
was showing your link to everyone but
then a couple of years ago Facebook cut
the reach of external sources that are
shared on Facebook which means that as
soon as you drop a link that leads of
Facebook to another website like your
blog your website or YouTube channel in
case of videos Facebook limits the
exposure of that link of your post with
the link and which means that very few
people can see that link if you don't
promote with Facebook ads I can see two
possible reasons why Facebook introduced
these kind of changes the first one is
to keep as many people as possible on
their platform and
second to get as much money as possible
from the users that try to promote
external third-party websites for this
reason I want to share with you a trick
how to drive free traffic from Facebook
effectively and for this let's jump on
Facebook platform and I'll show you what
exactly you have to do so you go to
Facebook search and type in your keyword
that you want to that is basically
reflects the main keyword of your niche
that reflects the topic of your niche or
the topic of the blog post or video that
you want to promote in my case it will
be affiliate marketing I just type in in
search and then we see in group results
press Co and we see all the groups
related to your keyword here what you
want to do is you want to join as many
groups as possible probably the biggest
ones first but the small groups work
really well as well because some of
those small groups have better
engagement so don't miss out on the on
the small groups as well what you don't
want to do you don't want to try to join
all the groups at the same time the best
way is to try join groups probably like
five a day maximum especially at the
beginning because otherwise Facebook
will consider this has unusual activity
and they may or suspend your account or
limit your possibility to earn more
groups and yeah so it's better to play
safe and don't act as regular spammer so
let's open one of the groups that we're
all the joint so now comes the most
important part of the whole trick
and the trick is the following we type
in the text let's say description then
we attach photo video we can attach only
if it's a native Facebook video but in
our case I post photos and what I do I
put in the description that the link is
below in the comments
then I post the post and drop the link
into my first comment to this post this
way Facebook considers this post as
without the link and it gives like taste
exposure of as if it was just the
picture it shows to quite wide range of
participants of members of the groups or
pages and if people get interested they
read the description they see that the
link is in the comment they just scroll
that like basically look below into the
comments section and click the link here
is the perfect example of what I did
earlier today I wrote the description
those who are struggling with driving
traffic to their websites blogs and
office here is my top 10 free traffic
sources for affiliate marketers link is
in the comment below in this case I
touched thumbnail of the video that I
have on my youtube channel and below I
drop the link in the comments as you can
see 4 people already like the video and
yeah that's pretty much it this trick
works really well with Facebook pages as
well in case if you have a Facebook page
with decent amount of followers you most
probably already noticed that when you
drop a link to your page and you can see
how many people were reached
with that link and it's nothing to
compare with post where you don't post
any links where you post just the
question or the picture without a link
and when you do this way dropping the
link into the comment Facebook doesn't
consider this has a link and it gives a
good amount of reach to your followers
you have to be also careful when you are
posting to the groups or pages of the
same link you have to change the
description with every single post and
you cannot post within the short period
of time too many groups so it's better
to split these postings throughout the
day and also don't overdo it and it's
even better to spread over a few days
