that's not how it worked you guys need
to be focused on the views the views are
so important here once you have the
subscribers then after that you are
going to need traffic which is going to
give you you know what I'm talking about
chi-ching the money okay so let's not
focus on the subscribers today guys
let's go on a number two here you guys
need to post videos video daily daily
videos it's gonna take a little bit of
work but you guys can do it alright is
it too much work then lower your
production time okay go out there wake
up earlier do the research get onto the
computer you don't have to set up this
fancy camerawork and all these special
lights and all this crap just go ahead
and shoot the video because that's what
people want to see they want to see the
content okay so the daily videos are so
important that's going to take some work
guys but you know why I'm telling you to
get daily videos because when you do
daily videos that means more views that
doesn't mean more subscribers it means
more views so the more you do could you
imagine doing a video every single day
that'd be like 365 videos every single
year right just think of how much how
many videos are going to be out there on
YouTube that are yours that you own and
people are gonna see those videos
they're gonna they're gonna get spread
around and that's gonna be mean more
views for you more subscribers more
traffic more cha-ching Bunnie
alright so number three number three
number three is your market profitable
are there people making money doing what
you're doing on your YouTube channel
okay people making cash or are there
products to sell are there different
offers that you guys can promote and
you're off in your in your market and in
your niche I got the microphone cable
wrapped in my wrap wrapped around my leg
right on this video and that's okay
because things happen right so are
people making money that's what's
important and are they making a lot of
money not these little deal - couple
dollars here or there I'm talking about
really really good money is it a general
market is it a big enough market don't
make the same mistake I didn't get
involved in an industry for the last 20
years where you can never scale anything
because the market was so small so very
important make sure that your stuff to
sell offers to sell different digital
products that you can promote and sell
okay so very important got some notes
over here number four you guys need to
get straight to the point get to the
point you don't even have to spell that
well I don't care how I'm I don't give a
crap how I spell but you guys need to
get to the point you need to do your
intro right away you need to get
people's attention you need to be in
their face like this and then you guys
need to get straight to the content do
your video tell them subscribe get into
the content right away guys nobody cares
about you know what your dog Apryl lunch
or anything like that guys just get
straight to it they came onto YouTube to
be stimulated and entertained okay so
that's what you guys have to do alright
next one next one we got get to the
point here okay I'm gonna just add a
bonus here okay I've gone let me tell
you guys don't be
boring do not be boring okay because a
lot of you are out there making those
videos every single day okay but you've
got to be entertaining people come on to
YouTube to be entertained to be
entertained that's what it's for you
think people are coming onto YouTube to
learn things they don't I know it seems
like it but they're not coming onto
YouTube
they're coming onto YouTube to be
entertained and to have hope people are
driven by hope and be entertained okay
if you're looking at one you're looking
at a camera or something like that
and you want to see the quality well
you're being entertained by looking at
the quality and how however the youtuber
has created the video to to present that
to you is got to be in an entertaining
way
write something clear and straight to
the point and all the other things that
we're talking about right here okay so
number five number five you guys need to
be consistent con sis be honest okay
with your videos consistent have the
same video format and template on every
single video you want your subscribe
your subscribers let them know and
they're gonna all they need to know what
to expect from your YouTube channel okay
when they click on marks video they know
he's gonna have this thing he's gonna do
this he's gonna say this and then he's
gonna get into the content okay have
that same consistent format on all your
videos have like a little template
something that you can do okay and just
because people guys
people need dependability they need you
to depend on can you be dependable
provide that to them okay you guys are
going to get more views more subscribers
that's going to translate into money and
cha-ching

okay all right you guys need to attract
your attract your ideal customer okay
you're getting all this down nice and
clear here attract your ideal customer
okay don't just talking about a bunch of
things or whatever you guys need to
attract people that you want to sell to
that you that you want to present offers
to that you want to share people

no longer a hobby your thumbnails your
your titles your keywords tags
everything needs to attract the right
person okay the person that is going to
pay you money all right all right so
let's go on I made a huge mess here
and I ran out of space so what I'm gonna
do is just go ahead and start deleting a
few things all right let's go ahead and
go on to the next one here all right so
the next one here is this is the most
important one right here okay because no
money is gonna happen unless you guys do
this all right so here we go I already

seven right here number seven leads you
guys have to start generating leads and
lots and lots of leads but it's not that
simple right you guys need to tell
people to click on the link below in the
description of the video
okay now people will click on the links
in your description right if it goes
over to a landing page or something like
that but you know when you're just
starting out guys you really have to
tell people you know people click on my
links all the time but you know I've got
like I don't know at this time over
20,000 subscribers a lot of use 20
30,000 views a day and then people are
clicking on the links now but as the
beginner youtuber if people aren't doing
that yet you have to tell them you got
to tell people exactly what to do or
they're not going to do it so don't
complain people are not cook on your
links you're not getting leads you're
not getting sales you guys who have to
tell people what to do okay now and I
got something else stay with me here
