business entrepreneurship they also have
courses on health and fitness things
like yoga meditating meditation all
sorts of different things and people
actually get paid very very well it's
one of the top educational platforms out
there right now now let me show you some
of the results that instructors are
earning with this udemy platform so
let's go over here real quick
John Percel he's a programmer seventy
five hundred dollars per month with
little effort on his part he says John

usually earns anywhere from 1,000 to

next one is Skillshare comm okay this is
another online learning community with
with thousands of courses and design
business and tech now Skillshare is not
quite as popular as udemy okay and just
from my research I found that you know
the incomes going to be a little bit
more when you have your courses on udemy
compared to Skillshare so I just wanted
to put that out there but it's another
way you guys can get more exposure okay
so it's just another outlet for you guys
to get your content get your knowledge
and your skills out there and it's
another income stream for you all right
so you guys can check out Skillshare
it's a little bit different you know the
the topics and the categories are just a
little bit different they're really kind
of more focused into the techy kind of
stuff and software programming and
writing but go go ahead and check it out
you guys can come up here and click on

pretty cool okay so that is Skillshare
comm now I got one more for you guys
that I want to show you and this is a
little bit different so you might be
interested in this when you guys want to
have a little bit more control of your
courses okay because once you submit
your courses on two platforms like udemy
or or Skillshare you know you can't
really take them off you know I mean
they kind of own the course sort of
speak and it's very difficult to also
customize things you can't really change
the color of how the course looks and
and your pages on the udemy website
there's just not a lot of control there
also the fees for every cell that you
make you have to share that with those
other platforms but with this one right
here I want to show you this website
it's called teachable calm now this is a
service where you pay I mean it's a
small monthly fee that you pay and it
doesn't matter how many courses that you
sell you only just pay that monthly fee
so if you sell a hundred courses on
teachable you still pay the one monthly
fee but on udemy if you sell a hundred
or a thousand courses they are going to
you know you're going to share a little
bit of the profit from each from each
cell that you make
okay so teachable you have complete
control of overall your courses you can
even move it to different platforms you
can control the look and feel the colors
you can even place your logo at the top
of the screen so but the only thing is
that now what's different about this is
that you guys will have to
your own promoting see you Demi and
Skillshare they're gonna do a lot of the
promotion they're already driving tons
of traffic to the website but with
teachable
this is a platform that you are only
you're just utilizing their their cloud
hosting so you're going to you you're
going to upload and place your your
course up on their servers and you can
make any kind of course you want it
doesn't matter there's no restrictions
here guys you guys have full control and
but you're gonna have to promote it
yourself alright you're gonna have to do
all the marketing so if you already have
a good following on social media or if
you already have a blog or something
like that then it's no problem then you
guys are gonna do just fine you can also
drive traffic through email marketing as
well and you're just gonna pay the fee
and how much is the fee well you're
gonna be very surprised it starts at $39
a month okay and you can name your price
there's no restrictions I've seen people
offer courses up to five hundred six
hundred dollars you can do that with
teachable now if you're just starting
you don't have a following can kind of a
nobody I would go back to you Demi and
read a little bit a little bit more
about you know the requirements and what
kind of courses they like to see I mean
there's everything it doesn't matter if
you're a man or a woman they have
courses on health fitness yoga
meditation programming graphic design it
just goes on and on and on guys so go in
there and check it out and I think that

with passive income because this is
