I'm back in this video we're gonna talk
about passive income and how to generate
it without fail I'm gonna talk about
some proven methods that you guys can
use and start applying today now if you

successful working from home and how to
become an entrepreneur online if that

passive income online well to create
passive income online you guys are going
to need to be content creators all right
you're going to need to choose a
platform or multiple flat multiple
platforms different ways on how you guys
can put out your content this can be
through a blog it can be YouTube or you
could become like this
prolific social media star where you're
just always you know entertaining and
putting out content on social media
because you guys what you want to do is
you want to develop a following you want
people you know you want to provide
value to lots of people on a consistent
basis and then what happens is is that
you guys are going to develop followers
you're gonna get bored subscribers more
views to your content and also the more
consistent you are posting content on
something like a blog then that's going
to create more of an authority with a
search engine such as Google or Bing or
whatever and then your rankings in the
search engine your placements are going
more traffic so that's the foundation
here of passive income because without
that traffic without that content online
then it's very difficult to create that
passive income now let's talk about
going out and getting a job right you go
out to get a job or you know something
like that where you know you just want
that paycheck but the thing is when you
go out and get a job or when you are
making your incomes through a pinch
or something like that maybe you have
worked for several years and now you're
getting a pension or you're getting that
Social Security check every single month
the problem with that is that as soon as
that stops if you stop your job or if
you quit your job or if you're trading
time for money as soon as you stop the
income stops another thing with a
pension and Social Security is that you
can't scale it so you know you kind of
base your whole life and your budget
around that pension or that check that
you get every week or every single month
so with passive income I'm going to show
you guys give you guys some tips on how
to really make sure that you can scale
this as high as possible because you
want it to grow you know you don't just
want the same income coming in year
after year or a month after month you
know you want to figure out how you can
make that grow over time all right
so the very first thing that you guys
are going to want to make sure is that
you have a hungry market okay a really
hungry market and there needs to be
demand for what you are putting out
there for the content that you are
providing and so far as the demand and
the scalability and the market that is
so important and to figure out kind of
like what market to go into I would say
go into something a little bit more
general than something super super small
although it's possible to make a good
income on a very small niche or category
because you want that unlimited
potential you want to have the ability
to grow and expand and scale like as
high as possible almost unlimited
potential so in other words so for like
something like a general market would be
like health and fitness weight loss
dating and relationship advice maybe
something like I don't know how to make
money online like what I'm doing or how
to save money
coupons different things like that those
markets are absolutely
huge because there's so many people
searching for different ways on how they
can save money how they can lose weight
how they can improve you know home
remedies how they can heal themselves
and things like that
so that's a huge market now I know what
you might be thinking it's probably it's
very competitive right absolutely its
competitive because you know a lot of
people know that those are huge I mean
the traffic and you know the types of
searches that are out there for those
types of keywords I mean there's just
millions and hundreds of thousands of
searches for those types of niches every
single month but it's okay that it's
competitive that's not necessarily a bad
thing so what you guys can do in order
to break through that competitiveness
you just have to do what other people
are not doing you need to post content
on it on a consistent basis every single
day you need to post more blog posts you
need to make those posts epic I mean
we're talking providing lots of value on
those blog posts and then posting videos
on a regular basis if that's your thing
on YouTube just have to be consistent
with that providing lots of value so you
guys can get more views more more
followers more subscribers and then you
guys can start directing that traffic to
some passive income sources which we'll
be talking about in just a moment so the
best thing you know I would say is to
create your passive income online
because you guys don't have any
employees at all you don't I mean you
could have some employees you can have a
virtual assistant but you can basically
work from your laptop so what they say
about you know you see the guy on the
beach with the laptop in a lot of cases
that's actually true because you just
need to be connected to the internet and
you can really go anywhere and create an
income or any cat that income keep
coming in so
technology works for you you can have
email systems autoresponders they just
run by themselves automatically you must
still be the content creator okay but
the technology kind of works for you as
long as you pay your server bill every
month your blog's always going to be
there and as long as YouTube's gonna be
around I'm sure YouTube's gonna be
around for for a pretty long time your
videos and content on YouTube are kind
of be there for a very very long time
and those can create passive income for
you and I'm gonna talk about that right
now so what are some ways that you guys
can create some passive income well
let's let's talk about something really
basic here so the first one would be
like an e-book or something like that
now what you would do is you wouldn't
sell this ebook you would give it away
so maybe you have like a blog or
something
we're on the right side or a column on
the side of your blog just on the side
of the content that the viewer is
reading you can say hey you know I've
got you know get my hottest tips for
this or or you know a hundred ways you
guys can do this something that's kind
of has a nice headline to it a good
title of the e-book you know something
that's really going to catch the readers
eye and build that curiosity so they
want to download the e-book and then
what you'll do is you'll require an
email address to download the e-book but
inside the e-book you are going to have
references okay so these references can
be links to different tools and services
or other products that are going to help
the viewer accomplish what they want to
do with for whatever you know your ebook
is about and you're going to become an
affiliate of these services of these
tools and also of these products and so
if they click through the link in your
ebook and they go to another website and
they make a purchase you are going to
get a commission for that purchase okay
and this is great because as long as you
keep offering this ebook and especially
for giving it away for free then you're
gonna have more people download it a
downloading it and more people viewing
the ebook and so you're gonna get more
eyeballs and more clicks on those links
okay you can also post a link to your
ebook or
your blog if you're running a YouTube
channel and then in the description of
the video they click on that link they
go to your blog and then they also see
your ebook there okay so the other one
is affiliate marketing where you know
you don't really have an e-book but
you're posting content on YouTube and
you are directing people to a product
service or tool that's going to help
them get a result and you can have those
links down in the description of your
YouTube videos and also on your blog
posts or on your social media if you're
posting you know you're a regular social
media poster and you have a following on
there then as soon as you post a link
you know a lot of people are going to
see that and then they're gonna click on
that link and then if they if there's a
sale made you get a commission from that
I would try to hold off on posting a lot
of Link's affiliate links you know
especially on social media at first I
would try to build up provide a lot of
value build up that following first
before you guys do that because some
people are just gonna get that sense
that you know maybe he just wants to
sell something or it kind of comes off a
little bit Scelzi anyway you know just
go out there guys really focus on the
following the followers and the and the
subscribers and and focus on prepend
focus on creating that that content
right now you know do the work today and
then tomorrow you're gonna have the
benefits okay so just put in the hard
work now
now the other one is advertising there's
people making millions of dollars a year
advertising on their blogs and also on
YouTube now on YouTube for advertising
you can make a passive income if you're
consistently posting content on a
regular basis you have more views you
have more subscribers now and then you
can put ads on YouTube you can monetize
it is what they call it and then when
people click on the ads or if they view
the ads for a certain amount of time you
know you guys are going to get paid just
kind of depending on how many people see
those ads and this can be a passive
income YouTube will send you a check
every single month all right now it's
not necessarily totally hands-off in
order to create passive income you guys
are still going to have to do some work
you're gonna have to be consistent but
while you're sleeping and while you're
out and about
passive income can make money for make
income for you for a long time I mean so
let's just take a blog for an example
like let's say you are putting
advertising on your blog well if you
create a if you create a blog post a
nice you know a highly engaging blog
post epic blog post with lots of value
well three four or five years in the
future that blog post can still be
generating traffic from the search
engines and so they're still gonna go
there and then they're gonna see the
advertisements they're gonna click on
your affiliate links right so that's why
it's also important to create content
that is evergreen you know it's not
something that's just going to be
popular for maybe a couple months or
whatever create content that's going to
last it's going to be something that
will be for years to come
alright so the other one is is to make
courses now you guys can create your own
courses and post those courses or place
them on two different platforms such as
udemy and Skillshare alright so you do
me that's you d-ii my and then
Skillshare those are two educational
platforms where you guys can create a
course post it on there and then they'll
do all the promotion and drive the
traffic for you they get all the
eyeballs people go to those websites
they type in you know what type of
education they're looking for if they
find your course for just a course you
are going to get paid for that now the
platform is going to take a little bit
of a percentage from that but this can
be passive income as long as the
platforms around you'll get people to
purchase your course over time you're
going to get a check for that so that's
another way you guys can do it another
way is a Kindle publishing if you guys
create a book for a Kindle book or
something like that that most of us have
seen on Amazon you can create and
produce your own Kindle book you know
you can start with a Word document you
can type something up maybe hire
somebody for you know for five or ten
dollars just to format everything so it
looks pretty and then post those on
Amazon I know a guy right now doing here
100 kindle books on Amazon you can even
hire a ghostwriter or something like
that if you don't write very well you
can just have somebody else write the
book and put your name on it or you know
and make a nice cover and a title and
the great thing about this is that once
it's on Amazon
Amazon's going to drive all the traffic
for you to these books so you guys don't
really mean you can drive more traffic
to it you can promote your Kindle books
on your blog or on YouTube but Amazon is
like it almost like a search engine
within itself I think to get like a
million search inquiries like every
second or something like that it's it's
kind of ridiculous so you can take
advantage and utilize all that traffic
from Amazon and you can have your book
on there forever you know and then you
can get more traffic more people seeing
that book and they'll be downloading
that book you know you're gonna have
some books that maybe will do better
than others some books might not get a
lot of downloads but some will and a lot
of the Kindle books these days are you
know people are charging more for the
actual digital version the Kindle book
more than they are the paperback book so
those are some different ways that how
you guys can earn a passive income
online but also just want to say you
know again it's really all comes down to
your internet real estate okay and the
only the best way to create internet
real estate is something that's going to
be there for a very very long time which
can be a blog and I'm talking just
content content content posting on a
consistent basis being persistent with
this developing better work ethics and
habits to to post content you know like
they say 21 days it takes to build a
habit well at first it's gonna be a
little bit hard for you you know the
first you know one to third day fourth
day the first week doing this it's going
to be difficult but after a while like
you guys start doing this you're gonna
have urges when you get up you know
you're gonna start thinking about okay I
got a post piece of content today you
know it's just going to happen so but
