everyone what's going on welcome from
this video in this video we're gonna
talk about the top affiliate marketing
and online business niches in 2018 and
beyond and you know a couple of niches
that are really really cool that you
should definitely look into if you want
to make money in affiliate marketing so
first of all what I want to do is I'm
first I'm gonna talk about come one of
the some of the common issues that a lot
of people know about obviously I'm sure
you know about them and then after that
I'm gonna talk about a couple of
uncommon niches that are growing and
they're really cool and you should
definitely monetize them I'm gonna
explain why these niches are growing and
why they actually there buddy
they're good moneymakers alright so
something really important when it comes
to choosing your fully marketing because
something you hear a lot around is that
a lot of people say that you gotta
choose the finish that you're kind of
passionate about choose the image that
you like right this is something you
hear a lot I even I've actually thought
I even I've said that before too and
that's right to some extent but there's
dirt there's more you need to just
choosing white like because sometimes
choosing what you like it's not gonna
make you enough money maybe Danny isn't
big enough to make some considerable
amount of money you know so it's it's
just not it's not like that there's more
into just choosing what you like so what
you got to do the way I usually
recommend people to start an employee
markings to invest in a fully marking
especially if you're new is to choose
multiple niches not like ten but like
maybe two three and let me explain why
when you're strumming up the problem is
that a lot of people don't know how to
actually promote you right they don't
know how to actually promote these
products they don't know anything about
affiliate marketing so there's there's a
lot of confusion like you're getting a
lot of emails from different people you
know just just telling different things
and it's kind of hard to zero it down to
just find a perfect strategy or perfect
means you know that's so it's it's gonna
be confusing and what you need to do is
you need to actually because of it
because of that you need to choose
multiple niches and just kind of promote
products in different niches to see
which one works for you now the working
means like which one makes money
and at the same time which one you're
more comfortable doing you know like
maybe there's a niche that makes you a
lot of money but you don't like doing it
you know I know a lot of people start to
make money but believe me that's gonna
happen someday if you promote products
if you promote a lot of products from
the finishes another thing is that maybe
there is a niche that is just there is
something you like but you're not making
enough money from it so again you got to
promote multiple niches to see which one
is the best for you and this is
something it takes a while you gotta
just promote it make some money from it
to see which one it's easier which one
actually worth your time and all that
stuff so that's why I recommend you to
start with multiple lesions not again
not ten or something like that
but maybe like two three max like just
don't do more than three because it's
just gonna be a really hectic if you do
more than three so yeah so just start
like that so now let's talk about a
couple of common niches that we all know
and in case if you don't know these are
most common issues that in a fully
marketing a lot about promoting and
promoting the products in this needy in
these niches and the reason that a lot
of people are promoting products is
because they make a lot of money right
and the first one is health and beauty
that this is like the biggest market of
all time and you know like weight loss
buting and all that stuff like cause
makes and all that so that's like one of
the biggest niches and you can make a
lot of money because people spend a lot
of money in in that knee on for that
product all right so that's the first
one the second one is dating and that's
like another big niche that a lot of
people spend money on and the third one
is money and you know online business
niche itself a lot of how a lot of
people spend money on that niche - so
these are three common niches I mean you
can find a lot of products on these
niches on Clickbank or just anywhere
else doesn't matter what kind of network
she used to make money you guys an
affiliate what kind of networks you use
you can any network any affiliate
network you go they're gonna have these
they're gonna have these niches products
and all that so these are three common
ones now what I'm going to talk about is
I'm gonna talk about three niches that
are
kind of uncommon there are big niches
but not many people promoting in these
niches and the thing is these niches are
actually growing 2018 and it's really
interesting I've talked about uncommon
niches in previous videos I'm gonna put
a link up here somewhere maybe like that
but I'm gonna just kind of add these to
the previous one the previous ones that
I've mentioned so the first one is
cooking now this is really interesting
because it's not that hard to sell parts
in cooking ish and that's what I really
like about it you don't have to try too
hard to sell something all you got to
just come up with a really nice article
short you know you don't it doesn't have
to be a thousand words maybe five
hundred and then maybe add some videos
in it and it videos doesn't have to be
your video you can just embed videos
from YouTube and you know something like
that and then maybe you can give them a
recipe and then have a link to some
product at the end that this is you know
again you get a research this if you're
if you don't know anything about cooking
obviously I don't even think about
cooking so I'm not some expert I just
pay other people to write it for me so
that's how you do you know if you don't
know anything you just gotta outsource
it I'm gonna have an elf social in
videos soon so you can just learn more
about apps
outsourcing and paying other people but
yet so that's one of the Canisius that
are really really powerful and it's easy
to make money so that's like one of the
things that I like about it it's super
easy to make money and a lot of people
are doing research on it and the thing
is anything related to cooking actually
ranks pretty good on Google I mean it's
it's not gonna go to the top of the
search engine in a day so it doesn't
work like that but if you spend some
time on your video on your article on
your even even if you want to do
advertising direct advertising you can
you can get a lot of good results and a
lot of good sales and all that stuff so
just focus on that that's one of the
things that I'm going to focus on
and when it comes to promoting products
in 2018 and beyond
okay the second one is writing now the
writing is another interesting thing
because more people are actually getting
into writing if you go to Google Trends
if you just do a search on it more
people actually be becoming interested
in writing which is really cool I am NOT
a good writer I'm not a good writer at
all and it's just something I have no
interest in but and like even when it
comes to cooperating I don't do it
myself so writing is another niche and
the products that teach other people
teach people how to do writing hat maybe
write this simple thing like a ebook or
more advanced stuff like writing novels
writing stories you know like their
high-end product and they usually cost a
couple of thousand dollars but if you
can find good products that teach people
writing it's extremely profitable if you
just marketing right if you advertise it
right you can make a lot of money from
that so that's another niche that it's
just growing and it's interesting that I
still don't know why it's growing but
don't know exactly why it's growing but
it's really kind of growing people are
getting being more interested in it so
that's another thing a third one which
is like the king of it and it's really
profitable and or a lot of people are
already promoting products but the thing
is it's such a big market that it there
is there's not enough of fully it's
basically for it so that's the cool
thing and that is the real estate okay
so if you go on any Food Network a
special name Clickbank you can find a
lot of good real estate related products
that you can promote and they're they're
actual good products and this is they're
not some BS products the really really
good products and they actually help
real estate agents or people who want to
sell their houses living it's a lot of
different sub niches in real estate you
know there's just only one so become
finding a lot of parts to promote and
it's a powerful huge people have the
money to spend and also you can make a
lot of money because the commissions are
usually big okay do you usually like the
minimum model you make from a real
estate related product sell is 200 300
bucks and it goes to two thousand three
thousand dollars depends on product
obviously I don't I haven't seen any
high-end super high-end products on
Clickbank but surely you can find a lot
of different high-end products on
different affiliate networks so you just
got to do research to find and see find
different products that related to
really save you know high-end products
so again that's another niche that you
can make a lot of money if you're smart
if you you know put out some good
content and run good advertising on
Facebook and Google I usually when it
comes to real estate just another tip
I'm just gonna throw this in there when
it comes to advertising for real
estate-related in for products or
products and services in general I focus
on Google Ads
Google AdWords instead of the Facebook
because Facebook is just more of an
accidental thing it's hard to compare
people when it comes to you know these
specialty products so search engines you
know Google AdWords is a good place to
start if you want to run advertising
because that's where people are actually
searching they're genuinely interested
in the product you want to promote so
that's a good place to start I said
