of people think that passive income
isn't real it's a myth right but I kind
of baked differ because in my business
right now right I can not work at all
and even if I wanted to make zero
dollars tomorrow right it would still
would not be possible because I put in
work early on the past three years and
now I'm getting rewarded for that right
I have assets online I have real estate
online that generates me money each day
and every month and in this video I want
to show you the three-step process I use
to personally be able to do that alright
just to show you some proof here of my
earnings right we can see that this is
the date here and as you can see we're
just making these Commission's that come
in every single day so I haven't
personally worked on or promoted that
product for over two months right and
all those commissions that you just saw
my computer right there that was all
just from today right it's only 12
o'clock in the morning okay I do not say
this to brag I just want to show you
guys proof that passive income actually
is real right I'm only 22 years old it
only took me around two years to
actually build this up so chances are if
I can do it then you have the ability to
special about me I promise so obviously
just like anything in life the more work
you put into something the more you're
gonna get out of it right so just have
that common sense and mindset going into

talk a little bit about the ultimate way
to make passive income in 2020 right you
might be wondering like Chad how are you
making these commissions if you're not
selling that product every single day
right
how are you even selling right so really
the ultimate way to make passive income
in 2020 the thing I want to reveal to
you is you know that ultimate way is
going to be promoting products as an
affiliate marketer right so if you don't
know what that is it means you're just
helping companies online getting more
customers right so promoting products
online that have lifetime Commission's
okay so that's really the ultimate way
to make passive income a 2020 for me
personally and you know maybe it can be
for you too right maybe not maybe
something else is better for you I'm
just here to show you my experience on
kind of what's been working best for me
and hopefully you can learn a thing or
two right let's say you've got a sale
like two years ago right you're
promoting this product a lot two years
ago and you got all you got a bunch of
sales right well now what happens is if
anyone if if those customers right let's
say you have 50 sales you have 50
customers under your belt right if any
of those customers ever ever decide to
buy anything from that company whether
it's in a month whether it's in a week
whether it's in a year whether it's in
five years right you're still going to
get that Commission because you
originally brought that customer to the
company right you were the affiliate all
right so that's basically how it works
now if you don't know most companies out
there only give you you know that
one-time sale or maybe they'll give you
like their three upsells most companies
don't give those lifetime Commission's
right so anyways when it comes to
picking that product that gives lifetime
commissions make sure it's in a niche
that you're comfortable being in for the
next five to ten years okay so anyways
like I said there's a three-step process
to kind of how I do this guy so if
you're wondering what that product was
it's build roll it's a digital marketing
software that helps people build their
online business whether they want to
build a website and email marketing
build a funnel whatever it does that
right so I get those reoccurring
Commission's every month from the
clients I sold you know maybe over a
year two years ago or maybe it's just
maybe six months ago right so that's one
of the company
that I decided to promote a couple years
back and just because I love digital
marketing I enjoy it it's something that
I'm passionate about I'm good at it and
I'll probably be doing it for the next
five to ten years right so you know it's
it's something that really makes sense
for me so you got to find that niche in
that product that really makes sense for
you okay so anyways the three-step
process we're talking about here number
one is going to be to pick a niche of
course so when it comes to picking a
niche I made some videos about this
earlier this week but really what it
comes down to is picking a niche that
not only you like right you have some
type of interest experience or passion
around but also making sure it's a niche
that's going to be around for the long
term and they have good affiliate
programs because I'll be honest guys
when I first started out I first went
into the cycling niche and you know I
made some videos I made some emails I
set up all kinds of stuff but you know
when I really looked at it I was like
man I'm not gonna be able to make a
full-time income of this niche because
it didn't have that many products right
and I didn't feel like making my own
products so when it comes to being an
affiliate you just want to focus on the
traffic you want to focus on the
marketing you don't want to deal with
trying to solve a problem in customer
support and all that stuff you just want
to find a good product so making sure
that you know if you actually want to
commit that commit to this and make a
full time income and you want to go into
one of those passion hobbies maybe it's
gardening right so that's an example but
honestly guys it's it's not as easy to
make a full-time income with gardening
products even if you're dominating it
versus being in a niche like
relationships dating health right skin
care anything that really affects people
right people are willing to just like
I'm willing to do anything to get that
solution right to get clear face to make
more money to become wealthy to lose
weight to get healthier right to find
the love of their life right those are
the niches you want to be in based on
our survival instincts right those in
this is that you're gonna be around
forever so find one of those
right it doesn't have to be the the
general health market or the general
wealth market find a sub niche right a
subtopic that you can dominate and crush
and go into so anyways that's the first
step picking a niche if you don't have
that already right the next thing and
also if you don't know where to start
with picking a niche go ahead and

is going to be after you pick a niche
you want to pick a platform right so
you're in this niche right maybe it's
the skincare niche so in this skincare
niche you want to make sure that you
have a platform to talk to people on the
internet to give value to people to
promote products to people right that's
how you do to collect emails from people
collect their leads right get them into
your funnel and guys when it comes to
picking a platform like I said there's
YouTube there's Instagram there's
Facebook there's blogging right there's
all kinds of stuff and to put it in
perspective guys to make a full-time
income or 10,000 per month especially if
you're promoting a product that gives
you lifetime commissions you don't need
to be you don't need to have like
millions of subscribers right you don't
need to have some huge blog or some huge
YouTube channel in fact you don't need
to be on Instagram Facebook YouTube and
all these platforms right all you need
to do is pick one platform and master it
and get really good at it so for example
I have a friend right he makes he
literally makes over 10,000 per month
I'm just giving value on his Facebook
wall okay so not this is nothing to do
with Facebook gods or anything like that
it's his personal Facebook wall he puts
a lot of posts on there and he makes
offers he collects leads off that's how
he get this traffic just from his
Facebook wall right and people can
follow him on here cuz his Facebook wall
is public right so it really doesn't
matter what platform you want to go into
like I said it
all about the messaging you have the
product you're promoting right that how
you're able to speak to your audience
what solution you're giving to them the
angle you're promoting the product right
what makes you unique compared to
everything else those are the things
that matter not which traffic source it
is right and that's a lot of the stuff
that you know a lot of people get caught
up into is like well what's the best
FREE traffic source what traffic source
should I use for this niche right and it
really doesn't matter because guys every
platform there's it's just people people
are all the same it's just people right
so anyways that's number two is to pick
a platform and like I said once you pick
your platform whether it's YouTube
google Instagram Facebook whatever right
you want to have two strategies for this
okay
one free traffic one paid traffic all
right so one free traffic would mean
you're posting content you're giving
value just getting people's attention
online right whether it's a YouTube
video a Facebook post maybe it's a blog
post or a longer story on Facebook right
an Instagram post that's content that's
free traffic you're getting offers you
have a link in your description right
and then also once you do that you also
want to do a paid traffic strategy on
that same platform right and usually you
can just retarget anyone who engages
with your content and that makes your
paid traffic your paid ads a lot cheaper
to get leads and a lot more converting
because you're marketing the people that
already know like and trust you okay so
that's super powerful for step two is
picking your platform that you want to
dominate and step number three we're
going to be talking about here is
something I haven't really talked about
too much on this channel and what that
is is to build a long funnel okay so
many people are trying to make money as
soon as you get a lead right you see a
lead and then you know maybe a day later
you see no sales and you're just like oh
what is going on maybe I need to change
something maybe the headline like you
start you know all these questions are
popping them into your mind and really
you know what people don't understand is
people see on average 5,000 a day
line right let me say that again people
see on average 5000 ads per day online
so that means people are constantly
distracted constantly thrown new offers
right and the problem is people just
don't really believe you right that's
the only reason they're not buying from
you as long as you're giving a solution
like if you're saying hey I'm gonna this
product can help you lose weight right
and they're trying to lose weight like
they would buy that product if they
fully believe do but they don't they
just don't believe you right they don't
believe you yet right so it's no big
deal right and that's why we want to
build a longer funnel so we have more
time to followup build trust give value
you know show your messaging on how this
product is gonna help them right make
those offers give your bonuses as an
affiliate right so really that's what it
comes down to is just building that
longer funnel and the way you do that is
either through you know email marketing
right if that's where you're collecting
leads just keep on emailing them every
single day right you don't have to pitch
to them every day you want to build
value you want to tell stories right and
anyways the next thing is retargeting
ads right so when people into your
funnel you can start to retarget them on
Facebook and YouTube and all that good
stuff right so there's some people that
have funnels there's six months long
meaning they'll follow you all around
the internet for six months long until
you buy their product or unsubscribe
from them and that's the goal right when
people opt in to your email list you
want to email them until they buy died
or unsubscribe but you also want to make
sure you're giving value at the same
time right that way you keep people
coming back so anyways that's step
number three just to build a longer
funnel right it doesn't have to be
something where you're trying to make
money within that day right if you're
sending a hundred leads you don't need
to make money right away instead try to
look at it as okay how much money can I
make from this lead within thirty days
within sixty days within 90 days right
and that's gonna give you way better
estimates on how much you're willing to
spend on the lead how much time you're
to get a lead right because if a lead is
making you more money right then you can
afford to spend more money to acquire
that lead or you can afford to spend
more time making videos making content
to acquire that lead right so for
example every lead that comes into my
funnel makes me anywhere from thirty to
fifty dollars in lifetime value right
that's over a two-year span okay that's
just based off my numbers right your
numbers may be different other numbers
may be different too so you just really
have to test what works best for you and
go from there and the other thing is
when you have a long funnel like this it
can be more passive right you can make
more passive income because if you have
emails if you have an email sequence
that's three months long right and it
all kind of promotes the same product
right or promotes the same niche then
you know you can drive a bunch of
traffic to that funnel right and maybe
it's breaking even on day 30 so
everything on day 60 through day 90
right every sale you make after that
it's all profit right it's a hundred
percent profit and that's all passive
income because all you have to do you
who set this funnel up once and then
that's it right all you have to do is
keep driving traffic to that funnel in
optimizing it right and that's really
the work we're doing and as I said the
more work you put into this probably the
more money you're gonna get back right
just like anything else in life
