what's going on guys welcome back to
another video in today's video I'm gonna
take you through the best way to make
$500 or more with the drop shipping
method as a beginner now this is a
method that I've been using recently and
it works extremely well now if you don't
know who I am my name is Franklin and I
run a blog called EECOM Lee it's one of
the biggest e-commerce blogs online
teaching people how to make money with
the drop shipping method now e-commerce
is growing at an astounding rate it is
worth billions of dollars per year it's
only getting better and I'm doing this
video to help you understand the
e-commerce drop shipping and how you can
actually get a piece of that pie so if
you want to learn how to do drop

on this video and what we'll do now is
jump in and I'll kind of explain to you
what drop shipping is and how you can go
and make over five hundred dollars per
day doing this particular method so how
does drop should be work we'll briefly
go over there for a second so drop
shipping is a method where you find the
supplier they send the product to
someone that has purchased that product
from you now you don't have to touch the
product that's the best thing so you can
literally go and promote a product that
you've spent no money on getting and you
can go and make money from that product
you're essentially a middle man now the
reason this method is so good is because
you don't need to buy a products in bulk
you don't need to hold stock or anything
like that and I used to actually do that
before drop shipping was a big thing I
used to buy products and bulk spend
thousands of dollars and I don't always
have products sitting there because no
one wanted to buy them that's why drop
shipping is a very lucrative business
model and it's quite easy to start for
beginners and that's why a lot of people
want to jump into this particular method
so how do you start guys this is
basically if you're literally a beginner
and you don't know where to start with
drop shipping this is what I recommend
you do and we need to do this in steps
and take our time and go through this so
you can understand how this actually
works okay so step number one is simple
we need to find products that are going
to obviously make us money now there's
two ways you can do this number one you
can basically go and just stab in the
dark and randomly go and promote
products and you don't know if they're
gonna win or not now that does work but
it takes a long time and there's a lot
of homework involved or you can actually
go on find products that are already
working already making money and it
literally cuts out a lot of homework and
you can start making money straight away
and it just makes sense
why try and promote stuff that's not
working right now
when you can find stuff that's working
and you can actually promote that and
start making money so number one as
products that make money what you want
to do I'm going to leave a video below
with a product research tutorial but
essentially you want to go to Facebook
and put in things in the search bar like
50% off and free shipping and what it's
going to do is bring up videos that are
actually you know I'm ads that are
running right now you click on the video
tab and you'll see here we've got a
hundred and three thousand views in the
last week one hundred seventy seven
thousand views in the last week we've
got one hundred and thirty one views in
the land in the last week we've got six
hundred seventy six K views here and
we've got three hundred and seventy five
K views and three weeks now that's the
criteria you want to go off buy products
that have a lot of views in a small
amount of time because it means that
people are spending money and they're
spending money because these products
are making them money okay they're
getting making a profit and return
that's the critical part so you want to
go find products that are actually
working okay and to do that go and do
this and I'll leave a video down below
with a actual product research tutorial
because that's not what this particular
video is about
now the next step guys is what we call
product criteria now every single
product you find on Facebook they might
not meet a specific criteria now the
criteria that I go for is number one it
should be in a passionate niche now the
reason I've got an Asterix there is
because it doesn't have to be in a
patient ish but if it isn't a passionate
niche like pH fishing hunting something
that people have a passion about you've
got a really good chance of that making
you a lot of money but it doesn't have
to be in a passionate niche the next one
goes is a problem-solving product this
is a must you need a product that solves
a problem
okay people way satyam you know what's
the best way to make money online find a
problem offer a solution okay so problem
solving product and the current ads must
grab your attention so if you've gone
and look at these ads that are already
running you want to make sure that they
actually grab your attention because if
they grab your attention they're gonna
grab your customers attention as well
and products you can actually sell for a
good markup so what a big mistake that
people do is I'll go find a product for
a dollar and they'll go and promote it
for five dollars you're only making $4
per sale you've got to take out your
advertising cost and things are there
you only
making like $1 and you've gotta sell
thousands to make $1000 right it's crazy
so you want to make sure the product has
a good markup I'm sir I'm talking about
find a product for four dollars sell it
for thirty forty fifty dollars you want
to make good money with this and you
want to make it quickly and you're not
going to get to five hundred dollars per
day with one two dollar profit margins
it's just not going to happen now once
you've got the criteria down you found
something you want to promote you want
to make sure that the places that you
get your products from they actually
have it in stock so there's two places
you can go to okay
the first one is called ass pocket CO
now the good thing about this one is
it's USA and United Kingdom and Canada
suppliers so the shipping times are a
lot shorter and this is it here it's
essentially like a merlot and it just
imports products from America and Canada
and United Kingdom so shipping times a
quicker but there's a downside the
prices are a lot more expensive
as you can see eight dollars per unit
twenty four dollars per unit a dollar
per unit a dollar per unit here so your
margins are a lot smaller but shipping
times are quicker and then you've also
got le Express which is the usual one
from China the good thing about le
Express everything's really cheap
however the shipping times are a little
bit longer but I would probably go of L
Express butts pocket is also a good one
as well so once you've got your products
that laid down guys you need to actually
start creating the material for
marketing so the marketing material now
there's two ways to do this you really
want to start with a video that's really
you know out of the question
anything else is out of the question you
want to start with a video so there's
two ways you can do this if you're a
beginner I recommend you go and find
photos from the product on an experience
or sprocket or whatever and then you
mesh them together by using a platform
called Camtasia or another video
platform okay that's the best for
beginners because you're not gonna have
a lot of money to go and get
professional videos created however once
you scale you will you will want to get
some professional videos created and you
can do something like dropship vids fast
actually do they interview off the owner

blog and we go over the product and
things like that so what you want to do
first is mesh images together premium
people actually do that once you start
to make a lot of
and you start to get more profit coming
in you will want to pay someone to do a
good video for you or do it yourself if
you know how to do that so that's
content guys you need to actually go out
and create some content and it needs to
be a video and when you're starting to
smash em just together okay now the next
step is probably the most important
obviously is the traffic you need to
send traffic to your store now the best
thing about online guys is you don't
have to pay lots of rent so for example
if you're a retail store you pay
thousands of dollars a month and rent
and if you're going to rely on people to
come to you walks walk down the road and
see your store and things like that
online we could literally control who
sees our products okay we can go and
target dog niche or your pet near shore
fishing niche we can put our edge in
front of people that actually care about
our product and can potentially want to
buy our product that's why this stuff is
so profitable because we don't have to
spend so much money on our products up
front and we can put our ads and
products in front of people that
actually care in a very niche specific
to our product okay
so traffic is the most important part so
make sure you listen carefully because
this is method that we've been using and
it works extremely well so the first
thing we do need to kind of cover though
that's really important a lot of people
don't really understand this now do
apologize guys that you can hear rain
and thunder there's a storm here but
anyway what this is something that a lot
of people don't understand okay and this
holds them back you need to spend money
to make money so for example if you want
to make $500 plus per day and let's say
your profit margin is 20% so you make
$100 profit that that's the thing like
you need to actually spend $500 per day
to make $100 profit and the same with
25% as $125 you need to spend $500 what
a lot of people do if they'll spend like
a hundred or two hundred dollars now
make like 30 $40 profit but others
doesn't work you need to spend money to
make profit this is really critical and
a spit like when you're starting it's
going to be slow you're not gonna make
much money but once you start to get
data and scale up you start to make
profit really really quickly but a lot
of people don't get to that point they
quit straightaway this isn't a
get-rich-quick scheme you know where I
say make five hundred dollars a day you
will eventually but it does take a
little bit of
time to get there so let's jump into the
important stuff phase one is what we
call data collection okay
we need to collect data when you start a
store or something can you know you go
and run ads Facebook has no idea about
anything about you it doesn't know
nothing it's got to collect data by
using what we call a pixel so we need to
collect data the more you collect the
more money you will make
now there's a disclaimer here the method
that we're about to talk about there's
only one method that I use and other
people use there's hundreds of different
methods you can use I use different ones
as well so I don't want people saying
over Franklin you said something
different in the last video or something
like that we test things all the time so
there's different methods and stuff like
that so this might work for some people
it might not work for other people but
this is what's working for me right now
and it is working for other people I
know in the industry okay so number one
data collection what we are doing right
now is we're going out and starting an
engagement ad and all we're wanting to
do is get lots of engagement so we can
create what we call look-alike audiences
so what I do is I'll go create a couple
of ads and are basically target a real
broad nation so if I have like a dog
collar or some sort of dog product or
cat product or a general pip product
I'll go and target just pips
that's it and this goes against other
methods I've talked about in the past
guys but like I said we test a lot of
different methods and I'll go and target
just pits and what I'll do is I'll kill
a Tasmanian an so all I'm doing is the
reason we do engagement is because you
get video views really really cheap for
like pennies cents or whatever you get
it really cheap
so I build up all of these video views
for cheap I spend maybe 100 to 300
dollars or whatever I brought up all of
these views for cheap and then I create
what are called video view look-alike
audiences I create audiences based on
the people that have viewed the video so
Facebook will go and create these
audiences with people that are viewed
the video and there'll be a percentage
of how much they viewed we're collecting
the data and the best way to collect the
data is to go and do engagement because
it's cheaper data and we get it quickly
okay so once Facebook's actually gone
down and started click to me data I
still let this run in the back
but then what I do they start to split
tests and things like that okay so the
first thing I usually do is I go and
create what we call a conversion ad and
I optimize for ad to cut and we'll talk
about another optimization method in a
second but I optimize for ad to cut and
then I go and target that look-alike
audience of video views and I target
people that watch 95% there's also 75%
things are there you can also test those
as well and I'll target a more specific
interest inside that niche so let's say
I'm I'm promoting a general Pitts
product I don't know what it can be like
this is just topped off my head
but let's say I'm promoting a product
that can work for both cats and dogs
some sort of product I'll then narrow it
down because I know that these people
watch 95% of the video so they're really
into the product and now I can target
down specific niches and I can start
split testing all right so that's what I
do there then I also do a purchase one
as well and I run it beside the Add to
Cart so I'll do conversions and
optimized for purchase now a lot of
people say just go straight to purchase
Add to Cart to no point you've got to
remember that Facebook goes out and it's
like okay we're going to go and try and
find people that are most likely to Add
to Cart and it doesn't stop there just
because someone adds to cart it doesn't
mean they're going to leave Facebook
doesn't know if they're gonna purchase
or not Facebook just knows that they're
going to Add to Cart
so people are still going to purchase on
Add to Cart and sometimes you get sales
for a lot cheaper than you would on a
purchase it just depends so I run these
side by side and I see what one works
the best so yes you will have a lot of
ads and things like that
but that's essentially what we do
sometimes when I test products we have
over a hundred ads or over 50 ads but
just remember you cut ads really quickly
so essentially you don't spend a lot of
money because you only stick with the
ones that are actually working so that's
how I start the ads guys I first do
engagement I build up look-alike
audiences based off video views for a
really broad interest then I run
conversion ads back to a look-alike
audience of ninety five percent when I
start and you can also test other
percentages as well however 95 is really
the best you can get and then I narrowed
down the interest if I can okay and I do
a Add to Cart and a purchase
side-by-side
next step guys is kind of like what do
you cut how do you know it's working how
do you know what's not working I always
go off product price okay so the
products twenty dollars I'll spend
thirty to forty dollars per ad set like
40 at the most if I don't get a sale I'm
just going to cut it because I know it's
not going to be profitable if I'm
spending nearly double the money and I
have of the product price and I haven't
had a sale I'm just going to cut that
particular ad set and I'm not even going
to worry about it and so I'll spin like
thirty I'll assess it if I got some kind
of good stats I might run it to 40
if I hit 40 even if I have good stats I
have no sales I'm gonna cut it okay
let's just just do that trust me because
you're just gonna like don't get
emotionally attached to add sets and
products if they're not going to work
they're not gonna work you have to cut
it you're gonna waste money okay so take
your product cost so take your product
and how much you're selling it for and
then kind of go fifty percent or a
hundred percent and then cut it now the
price does depend if you're obviously
selling a product like five dollars or
six dollars which don't recommend you
can't spend a little bit more but you
just got to remember that if you're
spending fifty percent to 100 percent
more than what your product is worth and
you're getting no sales no one really
cares about your product okay so that's
that there I basically cut the products
that are spinning more than what the
products actually worth okay because
we're trying to make a profit and you
kind of go back to the 80/20 percent
rule like basically in business online
if you can spend eighty percent and make
back twenty percent profit then you're
doing really well and what I mean by
that is if you spent a hundred dollars
and you make twenty dollars in profit
you're doing good or eighty dollars and
you make smiles and profit it's got that
80/20 rule I don't really use it in the
e-commerce space but you can use it in
the e-commerce space space if you like
but you need to remember that in
commerce right this there's kind of
these low profit margins like you're
looking at 15 20 30 40 45 percent SAR
really high they're low profit margins
so what a lot of people think is oh I'm
gonna go spend $500 or make 500 back
that's not the case with the e-commerce
in most cases
now the next step guys is how do i scale
so this is kind of like a real tricky
thing for a lot of people is how do you
scale now sometimes I increase
surprise on the original ad set but I'm
quite proficient at this and I know how
to do it properly if you're a beginner
don't do that because it resets
everything so what you want to do is
once you have a winner
that's actually making new sales and you
want to increase the price if I say from
like $40 a day to $100 a day or go into
manual bidding or something you want to
duplicate that Adsit so let's say you
have an EDI rating from 40 you want to
duplicate it into $100 per day and then
just leave it because it's essentially
starting again as well but it's starting
again with its own fresh data and
everything like that and you're not
going to be messing up the data on the
original edge set and just leave the
original ad set now sometimes you need
to placate it might not run very well
you can always just close it off cancel
it and then you've still got the one
edge set still there that's making you
sales okay
now also what happens is sometimes they
will overlap each other so let's say ad
sit once making you a couple of sales
but edit it to if your hundred dollars
per day is making you heaps of sales
then you can go back and pause the
original one just as long as it's got
consistency okay the ad seats need to
have consistency to keep running and
make you money alright but don't change
the original ad set too much and when
you do do changes duplicate it into a
new ad sit all right guys this is really
one of the best ways to make 500 a loan

methods that I am using and I use lots
