dinah SP I'm going to show you guys how
to really get your videos so they go
viral
so you can get more views and then get
more subscribers I just recently I had
this video here that I posted like four
days ago it's already got like 44,000
views and so I would say that this one
right here it's about going like semi
viral sort of speak and so I don't
really don't know when it's gonna run
out of gas but I want to show you guys
some indicators when you go into the new
studio beta if you go to a video and you
go to the analytics option right here if
you see this really really long line
going all the way up okay that's what
you really want to see this is a good
indicator that your video is really
gaining momentum out there on YouTube
search okay youyou want to see this like
straight line going like this now here's
something this is an indicator right
here that your video has pretty much
kind of ran out of gas sort of speed it
really takes off here at the very
beginning and most of this is just
subscriber views as soon as I post a
video then I have subscribers you know
rushed over to check out what I'm doing
but then after a while if you see this
curve right here this long curve and
then you see it just kind of flatline a
little bit so it goes up quick but then
it just curves over quickly and then it
just goes flat and it's only gaining
some you know views over time just from
being out there on YouTube and being out
there on my channel but it's gonna take
a long time for that to get up to like
8000 views these are just some little
indicators different things that you
guys can watch now I want to talk about
something that a lot of people don't
understand they think that people grow
their YouTube channels by posting videos
every single day which you can but
really what's going to make your channel
grow is when one of your videos goes
viral
okay I've talked about this before you
can see that I've had over 5,000 views
on this one particular video right here
but overall I've lost subscribers so
overall I've lost like four subscribers
really didn't gave me that much
subscribers at all let me give you guys
some tips here on exactly how to kind of
look at the whole thing when one of your
videos goes viral or kind of like semi
viral you really want to focus on
content that's really going to capture
people and give them good information so
they stay on your videos now give you
some more information on how to optimize
that in just a moment
but what you really got to look at here
is that when one of your videos goes
viral that's going to change everything
so you're gonna go from making like 10
subscribers a day you know and then 10
subscribers the next day but then one
when one of your videos goes viral then
you can start making a hundred 200 300
or even a thousand subscribers a day and
that's just gonna keep going up and up
and up until that video runs out of gas
until everybody has seen it and then
it's gonna start to scurb like this and
then it's gonna start to go down right
and then what happens is is after a
little while your channel will go back
to its default state maybe whatever that
is I think for my channel on an average
maybe I'll make around like 250
subscribers a day if my videos are not
going all crazy out there on YouTube
that's about you know average I'll make
that per day but however if one of them
goes viral I've seen it as high as like
2000 subscribers a day you see what I
mean so if this one keeps going crazy
this video right here could gain me and
it has the potential to do around 500
1000 even 2,000 subscribers a day but
not forever just for a little while and
then after it runs out of gas and
everybody's seen it out on the
marketplace then it's gonna start to
lose momentum it's gonna start curving
down and going down like this ok that's
really how the whole thing works now let
me give you some tips on what you guys
can do now I did something a little bit
different on this video $5.00 per minute
painting lines it sounds ridiculous I
made this little I tried to make some
better clickbait here I just held up my
phone and you know I'm painting on the
phone sort of speak so it looks like
something super easy to do that anybody
can do right so what I did is I did
something a little bit different though
on that video what I did at the very
beginning the video actually show them
proof right so when they first got to
the video actually showed them myself
painting on painting lines so let me go
ahead and lay this back I'll show you
what I'm talking about all right here we
go I'm gonna grab this this ink right
here I'm gonna paint in the middle of
this object and then I'll grab this this
other selector here this red color and
then I'm going to paint around this
object and that's it I'm actually
showing people how easy this is to do
I'm giving them the information right
away so I've been changing it up a
little bit I think
are not working for you if you're just
not seeing the results you have to
switch things up you know if you have
the same old boring intro if every
single one of your videos you know
people it it's just they're gonna get so
used to it when it comes to viral videos
it's all about watch time but most
importantly the audience retention okay
how long people stay on your video
because what's gonna happen is YouTube
they're gonna place your video as soon
as we upload it it's gonna be out there
up on search it's gonna be a little bit
higher on search and depending on the
clickbait depending on the thumbnail on
the title and what you have in the
description will also help it rank
higher in the youtube search but however
if people don't watch that video if you
know people are gonna click on your
video and if they're not watching it for
a certain amount of length of time then
YouTube just gonna link look at that and
go well I don't think that video is
really that great so I'm just gonna go
ahead and push that video down in the
search rankings you see what I mean but
if people are staying on the video
especially the first five seconds the
first 10 seconds 15 seconds 20 seconds
you don't even worry about them sitting
on the video for like 10 minutes I mean
it's that very first thing if you can
capture people at the very beginning and
show them proof and tell them exactly
they click on the video it says make $5
per minute as soon as they arrive on the
video and you say hey this is how you do
it I just did it right in front of you
and you can make $5 just by doing this
you're telling people exactly what they
clicked on and then so that way your you
know your chances are higher for them
staying throughout the rest of the video
yes it's about quality content yes it's
about entertainment yes it's about your
personality expressing who you are
because so many people out there on
YouTube are talking about the same thing
right so you have to change things up a
bit there's a book out there called
differentiate or die and that's pretty
much what it is it's all about the
branding and so whoever expresses or
kind of like the person who's themselves
the most is the one that's going to win
really and just be yourself guys don't
let it all hang out don't tell talk
about your dirty laundry right and the
skeletons in the closet or whatever just
be yourself okay because we all have
that we all have those crazy things
nobody wants to know about that stuff
okay so just keep it clean all right but
there's something else I want to
you guys over here on this video three
apps that pay you automatically you do
nothing right so I got a picture of this
guy like just kind of like sleeping on
the couch and then it shows a little
screenshot of the PayPal account there
well this one did very well this is kind
of like an unusual case what happened at
the beginning is that it kind of shot up
but then it was really flat for a pretty
long time and then one day it just like
shut off to the next millennium but then
it came like straight down but then it
went up again and then it went straight
down and then I went all the way up okay
this one was this is like one of the
weirdest performing videos that I've
ever created so it just performed really
really weird so these things can happen
now looking over on this video right
here I had three hundred and fifty four
thousand views okay now one of the
things that I want to share with you
guys yes it's about the clickbait you
got to have good good clickbait on on
youtube it's just something you guys got
to do it's got to be silly it's got to
be like something curious it's got to
build curiosity you really have to you
know make people wonder oh my gosh like
what's this all about
I got to go ahead and click on that and
then the thumbnail goes with the title
so they look at the thumbnail the look
of the title they look at the thumbnail
look at the title and so whatever that
is okay three apps they pay me
automatically I don't have to do nothing
that guy's sleeping right there oh he's
got a picture of the proof or whatever
now this is for the only like make money
online niche which is kind of like what
I'm in a lot of different other niches
out there where you can do this okay
this totally depends another tip that
you guys can do is start creating
top-ten lists the top three things the
top 5 things or 5 ways or 10 ways to do
this or 3 ways to do this or even four
ways to do this or the 5 best this the 5
the 6 the 10 the 10 ways the 10 best
ways to do this and so this way people
stay throughout the whole video because
they want to see like if you tell them
okay number one this is number one this
is the first app we're gonna talk about
and then here's the next app well
they're gonna stay throughout not not
all the people are gonna stay but most
people will stay throughout the in at
till the very end of the video because
they want to see what's the tenth app
you know what's number five that's
coming up and this helps people stay on
your video which is going to help it and
if YouTube sees that that's why a lot of
these like weird channel
you know they have like these like top
10 bizarre whatever like these mystery
type videos that you just have to watch
the whole thing all the way through
because you want to see each and every
one and the guys narrating and they're
showing these little slideshows of
different things and and all these
little things that you had no idea about
and it really keeps you attracted to the
video and you have to watch the whole
thing through all the way to the very
end and so those are really captivating
and so if you can think about what you
can do to kind of have the same effect
or to create the same result on your
YouTube channel whichever category that
it's in with whatever niche that you're
in out there okay so in this case three
apps that pay you automatically so they
might see the first app and then I go
okay that was all right okay well I'm
gonna sit here and wait for app number
two okay so that's after or two and then
they wait to them app number three comes
up okay great all right now I'll click
off the video right and if you guys are
promoting anything on your YouTube
channels I highly encourage you to at
least mention it at the very beginning
of your videos also at the very end of
the video but also in the middle of the
video as well
for those people that are just watching
your videos and you can say oh by the

because look at this most people are
gonna come and you could have a lot of

96% of the people that clicked on the
video there on the video now but look
how fast they drop off it's like six
seconds guys you have six seconds they
might even like me they probably don't
even like the way you look and they're
gonna go ahead and just drop off the
video already I mean they haven't even
heard you speak yet right and they're
already dropping off the video so so
yeah it's just crazy like what's
happening to people okay so six seconds
and then look at this they just give
dropping down and on and on Grande um so
you have just that little bit of time
you have that little bit of space to
really get people's attention and give
them good information right at the very
very beginning it's not a minute or two
minutes in people are just not gonna
grab a pillow and put on a pair of
headphones and just kick back in the
they're just not gonna wait for a minute
or two minutes or three minutes you know
before you bring
the great content and the great
information no no no guys you got to
give it to him quick right at the
beginning so already 12 seconds going
into this and look how many people drop
off now at this point what I'm doing is
I'm I'm talking to my Melling them to
subscribe to my video now a lot of guys
come to my channel they've already seen
my video 100 times and all night videos
you know that the rate the regulars
right I love you guys too and thank you
so much for your support and you guys
come to see my videos all the time every
single day and so you know I'm gonna
tell you subscribe you know I'm gonna
mention my business opportunity that I'm
promoting and then I'm gonna tell you to
click on the link below in the
description to go check out something
that could change your life you know I'm
going to show you this stuff so a lot of
you guys don't even watch that anymore
you just kind of skip ahead to about the
1 minute mark everybody does that that's
totally cool but look at this guy's look
at this you've got all these people
watching this even for those new viewers
that have never seen your videos they're
gonna stay through them some of them
they don't even know how long it's going
to last and they're gonna stay through
and watch so you've got a 46 percent
retention right here which is really
really good but see for those of you
guys that are that are waiting all the
way to the end of your videos to really
talk about an opportunity oh oh by the

at it look at seven percent of the
people are gonna be around when you are
telling people about the different
things in your description and about
your different offers your affiliate
offers right your network marketing
offers all those little things that your
guys are earning commissions about how
you were earning money to make a living
on YouTube you're waiting all the way to
the very end okay now this is why you
would not want to do that here's the
thing it's a catch-22 and I've really
thought about I really thought about
this a lot because it's kind of a
trade-off because normally I make more
income with my affiliate marketing than
I do with my youtube adsense revenue
okay so you got to figure out what you
want to do you just want to be like a
youtube personality and go crazy like I
am and just you know try to get a bunch
of attention and a bunch of views and
bunch of subscribers and all that stuff
well that's really cool you can do that
right or do you want to also make money
through affiliate marketing as well so
it's kind of like it's kind of a hard
decision because here's the thing I'm
mad
actually losing views I my audience
retention is going down because I have
because I tell people about my business
opportunity because of the you know I'm
telling people to click in the link
below I'm telling them that hey if you
would like to do this which is totally
unrelated to the rest of the video in
one way it's not related because people
come to my videos all the time to learn
how to make income so I'm showing them
if you want to make more income click on
a link below in the video but they see
that's a little bit it's not really
exactly what they came for they came for
the crazy money testing buttons that's
what they came for
so if they see this other video of you
know you're talking about something else
they're likely to click off and that's
going to get your rankings in YouTube
agooo down you see what I mean so your
chances of something like that going
viral it's gonna be less and less I have
a lot of videos that went viral and most
of those videos I don't even talk about
anything I didn't talk about you know
making money online I I didn't talk
about you know you gotta click on the
link below or or subscribe to my video
by clicking on the subscribe button or
anything like I just skipped all that
stuff and there were more people that
stayed on my videos so just think about
that so the audience retention is very
important ok if YouTube sees people
watching your videos if YouTube sees
people stain on your videos the longer
that they stay then YouTube's gonna look
at that and go wow this video must be
really really good right a lot of people
clicked on it it has good impressions
its YouTube has showed your video the
thumbnails good the titles good people
are clicking on it and they're actually
staying on the video at the same time so
that's three things good thumbnail good
title and they're staying on the video
and if you keep doing that over and over
and figure out an experiment and not do
the same thing every single day switch
things up a little bit switch the
thumbnail entirely put a little bit more
work into what you're doing and I think
you guys are gonna see some better
results so you want something just like
this right it just go straight up now
I'll come back and I'll probably make
another update video maybe about this I
don't know maybe I won't I don't really
know but these are just some things to
really keep in mind guys when you are
doing your videos always remember it's
not just the daily little videos that
you do that are going to really build
most of your subscribers what's going to
happen in
one of your videos is going to launch
and especially if you're new on YouTube
this can do two things number one your
channel may not even be launched yet all
right so if you're sitting low making
like one subscriber a day well you
haven't even launched I mean you're just
getting those subscribers by luck I know
that because the first time you know I
the first time when I came onto YouTube
I didn't have any subscribers for like I
have one subscriber like the first day I
was on YouTube I think it was like some
spam or something like that but after
that I had to wait like 2 or 3 weeks and
then I got my other subscribers yeah I
had to make a video every day for like 3
weeks until I got more subscribers it's
just ridiculous to get a hundred
subscribers on this YouTube channel that
you're watching right now I had to make
75 videos guys and so I kept that going
but see here's the thing here's the
thing it's not gonna start growing until
one of your videos really really takes
off that's gonna do two things it's
gonna launch your channel you are gonna
become known people are gonna know who
you are and then that viral video is
going to give you tons of subscribers
tons you could go for like 20
subscribers a day all the way up to like
500 subscribers a day and just like that
without even realizing it while you
sleep I mean I think there's been
mornings that I woken up I've gotten up
out of bed and I'm like wow like today
I've already got 500 subscribers and
it's already like 6 a.m. in the morning
that stuff can happen ok so that's what
you guys gotta focus on is this why it's
so important when you start a new
YouTube channel you've got to keep going
you got to keep going you got to make a
video you have to do one every day but
if you can do it every day do it have a
video a regular video posting schedule
you know maybe Monday Wednesday Friday
or maybe just on the Saturdays or
whatever that is I would say the more
videos you make the better because then
the more content is out there on YouTube
and the better chances of your videos
they're gonna be seen so if you're just
starting your channel you've only been
doing this like a couple weeks a couple
months or even like six months and
things have not taken off yet you have
to keep going especially because so many
people start a YouTube channel millions
of people start a new youtube channel
every single day but guess what millions
of people quit they stop making videos
on YouTube and you are going to be the
one that's going to keep going because
one day one of those videos out of the
hundred or two hundred videos that
you've created why
video one video is going to go viral and
then you're gonna have hundreds of
subscribers it's gonna be absolutely
incredible hundred two hundred three
hundred thousand subscribers or three
hundred views on that one video yes
you'll have a bunch of videos over here
only one hundred subscribers only two
hundred subscribers only three hundred
subscribers and then one day you're
gonna have this video that's gonna have
like hundreds of thousands subscribers
and you're gonna go from like zero
you're gonna know like from a hundred
subscribers on your YouTube channel all
the way up to like 10,000 subscribers
like in a week because that's what
happened to me well not really I wish
that woulda happened no it was more like
I went from like 100 subscribers maybe
to like 500 subscribers because of a
viral video it's super powerful so watch
your stats really get in there and do
whatever you can get to the point give
people the information give them the
proof show them exactly you know why
they click on their video kind of place
yourself in their shoes okay and it
really depends on the market that you're
