all right what is going on guys welcome
back to my youtube channel and today I
want to share with you pretty much where
I left off last video which is talking
about how you can become YouTube famous
this is pretty much adding on to that
which is aka how you can finally get
that YouTube puberty Fame game going
which is getting views views is gonna
equal subscribers and then you know
obviously when you get more subscribers
you're gonna get more views and it kinda
it's a full round circle so right now
you are currently this person right here
who obviously hasn't hit puberty you got
no hair no nothing and by the end of
this video you're going to be one hairy
person that needs help I mean this looks
like Chewbacca on crack it's bad but you
want to be here you want to have
some live examples I break down some
numbers for you I break down different
channels that I've started from scratch
not that long ago how I was able to get
views and subscribers on those specific
channels and how I'm doing it all today
is there's some things you need to know
not to do to get views and actually
build your YouTube channel alright and
that is first and foremost do not go and
spam comments follow for following
alright that is so not going to be
working today in 2017 2018 and 2019 and
so on alright it's not effective you've
never seen probably it will actually I
know for a fact you will never ever see
anyone who's famous quote on quote on
YouTube who has over fifty thousand a
hundred thousand subscribers who's
well-known in a specific niche that
built their following their subscribers
by commenting on other people's you know
YouTube videos saying I will follow you
if you follow me back or I will
subscribe to you if you subscribe to me
back actually a prime example of this
guy's is if we go to my youtube channel
I have to refresh the page there well do
that maybe later we go to my youtube
channel right here all right we'll be
able to see a comment that was left on
my last video I'll upload it on the
channel ok so if we go to it there was a
comment that was left by Guy Daniels I'm
calling you out guy I apologize but man
you need to be put on the spot I need to
fire your butt a little bit here because
you commented Brando liked your videos
you know liked your vids so I've
subscribed wondering if you could
subscribe back T why I don't know what
cy means I'm assume thank you but
seriously your grammars wrong and bad
anyway you don't do this it's not
effective and the reason why you don't
do this is because if we go look at Guy
Daniels channel ok he's commented on
this for everybody's channel out there
this is how he's building his channel up
to 3,800 subscribers but he's got the
subscribers he's building his
subscribers but the thing is with is the
caveat that goes with this is the people
following him do not like his content
they're not naturally engaged on his
content they're not people who like know
and trust them or it's not an organic
authentic following and if we look at
his video views alright this is the bad
part is we look at them most of his
videos are getting just about a hundred
views of video that's really bad
considering he's got 3,800 subscribers
he should be getting at least five
hundred to a thousand views per video at
least bare minimum he doesn't even have
any of these videos take off to like a
thousand views that's pretty sad
considering I on the other hand have
only 938 subscribers and if we look at
my channel here alright if we look at my
channel we go to videos oh god I'm so
annoying
go to my videos we'll see that pretty
much on average most of my videos that
are public they're getting about 200 100
to a 200 view window alright that's not
bad considering I only have 900
subscribers and one of those videos 3
months ago got 1400 views all right you
guys see that it was this video right
here I'm gonna pause it okay this video
got 1400 views okay how is it that I was
able to do this and start building up my
subscriber base by doing exactly what
I'm sharing with you guys today all
right I didn't go on other people's
channels and ask for them to sub to me
and I would sub to them if they sub to
me no because I wouldn't build an
authentic fanbase and authentic
following from that it's just gonna be
people who subscribe to me because they
want to build their subscriber base -
alright and at the end of the day all
that's gonna leave you with is
subscribers on your YouTube channel but
people who do not watch your content who
are not there for the right reason so
don't do that don't look for those kinds
of shortcuts it's not authentic you
never see people who've gone big on
YouTube who have been able to go big on
YouTube from this strategy it just it
doesn't work okay hope that makes sense
so that's key tip number one don't be
Guy Daniels no
offense all right and also don't buy
fake views that's rule number two do not
go out there and buy BOTS for fake views
or fake subscribers you can smell from a
mile away the that's out there
just because you have a ton of
subscribers doesn't mean you're gonna
get a ton of use especially if those are
bots you could buy ten thousand
subscribers for YouTube tomorrow for
only like 20 35 bucks but you're gonna
when you upload a video on your YouTube
channel nobody's gonna see it cuz it's a
bunch of bots that subscribe to you it's
not real views it's not authentic and
actually YouTube's gonna flag you and
actually remove your account if you do
that because it goes against their
algorithm and they know whether somebody
is a bot or a true genuine person based
on watch time and their algorithm also
quickly as I'm editing the video you
want to have YouTube videos that you
upload that are gonna get views and
subscribers and the best way to do that
is increasing watch time the more watch
time you have on your YouTube videos the
more YouTube's gonna recommend and
promote your channel just a little
silent so don't buy fake views guys
don't buy fake followers it's not it's
not good just just don't do that okay
and then third thing last but not least
is don't rip other people's content okay
don't go out there and steal other
people's content in your niche and then
re-upload that okay some people do that
it's just not effective it's an easy way
to get booted off of YouTube and get
copyright strict where you're taking
somebody else's content they upload it
on YouTube and you're uploading it back
on your channel just don't do it okay
mimic and model people don't rip their
content don't steal other people's
content it's not going to get you views
it's not going to get you anywhere all
right if you want to be a youtuber you
want to get views which that's your
first thing you want to focus on getting
views views is gonna equal subscribers
alright and then as you keep getting
subscribers you'll get more views
alright the way to do it is being
creative is being your own little
engineer to a specific niche you choose
okay which we talked about in the last
video so from here on out guys this is
really the secret to becoming an
attention whore aka you know we won't
use bad words here again a
family-friendly PG person okay because
family-friendly videos always get
recommended on YouTube and it's what
gets views and the only way you can do
this is by being relatable alright how
do you become relatable what's the best
way to become relatable which
relatability is going to equal views
all right that's what's gonna equal
views and as you guys already know
because I've preached it over and over
again
that's what's gonna equal subs okay
that's what's gonna equal subscribers so
let's say you're a prankster or you
you're wanting to be a vlogger will use
vlogging as an example let's say you
want to start documenting your life but
you're like Oh Brendan my life isn't
interesting I don't have much things
going on in my life why would anyone
want to pay attention to what I would
vlog about but I want to do it I want to
do it I've seen people do it and if
these people can do it I can do it well
how I would start this out if I wanted
to start vlogging okay is I would go see
what other vloggers are doing that are
getting traction okay so what we what I
would do is I would go look at like
people like Logan Paul Casey nice that
and other people who are vloggers
alright and I would go see the types of
videos they're creating I can see some
of them are reaction videos some of them
are making music videos some of them are
vlogging pranks
alright vlogging funny skits and I would
see oh my god obviously that's getting a
ton of views which means a lot of people
are liking that if a lot of people like
that and I can incorporate that into my
own vlogs alright on a smaller scale
then guess what I'm gonna be in
alignment with that demographic an
audience too because not everyone who
subscribed to Logan Paul is just
subscribe to him chances are they watch
other channels too okay you need to keep
that in mind there's huge huge amount of
people on YouTube there's enough for
everyone on YouTube but the whole idea
with this is you look at what's already
working out there the content that's
being shared in the specific niche you
choose whether you want to be a vlogger
a prankster somebody who's into business
ecommerce alright and then you just
model what's working you don't say what
they're saying in their videos but you
use kind of the same titles alright
we're doing it the exact same way and
then you change up the content in the
video all right to your own personality
I hope that makes sense so if I want to
be a vlogger I would probably react to
Jake Paul's everyday bro remix song
alright I would do a reaction video to
that because again it would attract that
audience that's interested in vlogging
to me okay and it just makes sense
because this video was released or this
music video was released not that long
ago I would react to that music video
same would be like if you're into video
games how would you start getting
yourself out there in on YouTube okay by
being relatable well you need to be
relatable with an audience
like knows and trusts you well if a
videogame comes out that's popular when
that video game comes out you want to
start shooting youtube videos on it as
soon as you possibly can because it's
relatable it's relevant in the
marketplace right now okay just like
challenges like male myself in a mailbox
or whatever or you know what are the
other challenges are there alright we'll
be able to see if we just type in
challenge here we'll be able to see the
different challenges that come up guess
her age challenge what else the the yoga
challenge okay let's type that in here
okay yoga challenge how many videos
pop-up there are they popular yeah they
are look the first videos got 3.9
million views that was uploaded a month
ago alright this one was uploaded a year
ago so it's still very popular these
challenge videos okay and they get tons
and tons of views how come all these
other youtubers who have huge followings
are doing these challenges because they
get views and they're relatable okay is
it starting to make sense so if I was a
vlogger alright I would do a challenge
video because that's what's working in
the marketplace that's what people are
wanting to watch it's relatable okay so
I don't have to go out there and guess
oh my god I got to reinvent the wheel
I'm gonna shoot a video that only my
friends and relatives and family are
gonna relate with that's not relatable
if you're shooting a video about you
know your secret bic pen that you like
so much the only person who's gonna
understand that is your friends and
family because you got a serious problem
and you love pens and sniffing pens and
putting them up your nose okay it's not
going to be interesting for the rest of
the people they're not gonna be able to
relate with you okay so the best way I
can recommend all of you guys to begin
getting views is by seeing what's
relatable out there in the marketplace
with relevance right now based on your
niche and genre you're choosing to get
into whether it's pranking it's you know
vlogging whether it's business if we
were into business I would look at
what's hot an example of this would be
like Tai Lopez he's uploading Bitcoin
videos now all the time he's doing
Bitcoin interviews why because if you
haven't heard yet you know especially
right now it's time to machine this
video end of 2017 Bitcoin is hot it's
jumping from you know just in the last
month it went from 10,000 to 16,000
alright so it's
been huge in the marketplace and what
he's doing is very smart tide is
starting to make and upload videos on
YouTube on social media around Bitcoin
because it's such a trend right now and
a lot of people are trying to capitalize
on okay so in the entrepreneurial niche
which is a niche I'm already in a smart
thing for me to do is start educating
myself on Bitcoin and making Bitcoin
videos because that's what's gonna bring
in a lot of subscribers right now and a
lot of views okay makes sense now I'm
not super passionate about Bitcoin I
don't necessarily completely 100%
understand it but I make might make a
Bitcoin video later on down the road
another example would be health and
fitness here's a guy doing a 30-day
challenge alright his name is brownie
and he got 2.5 million views on this
video so what I would do is if I was in
the health and fitness niche I would
model this video I'd probably word it
the exact same way just like the Tai
Lopez one all right I would make a video
based around a very similar title just
just like Tai Lopez I wouldn't use his
website link but I would title it
something very similar to this and
probably I would make the exact same
title I put Bitcoin crosses 15,000 is it
a bubble four things you need to know
all right I would title my exact YouTube
video that the thing that I would change
up that makes me different and Tai Lopez
is what I share in my video the four
things I actually share would be
different than what he shared okay
that's how I separate myself above the
competition same thing with the 20
push-up challenge if I was in the health
and fitness industry I would model
what's relevant this is obviously
relevant and relatable okay and it's
working it's getting views this person
got a viral video he's only got one
hundred fifty five thousand subscribers
you got 2.5 million views here way more
views than subscribers so I would shoot
a video if I was in the health and
fitness niche and I would do a two
hundred push-up you know push-ups a day
challenge for 30 days alright and I
would film that transformation and then
I would upload that video to YouTube
okay
I would use probably the exact same
title maybe I would change instead of it
same body transformation results I would
just put results or end a results I
would just change up the end a little
bit but I would keep the main title in
there alright because obviously that's
what attracted people to click on the
video and watch it specifically 2.5
million people so no longer reinventing
the wheel and doing the guesswork on
what video I should create I'm going out
there and I'm see
what's already working what's already
getting views and going viral and what's
relatable out there and then I'm
modeling it based on the niche that I'm
in all right it's not that complicated
it's super simple and that's really
what's going to explode you out there in
YouTube because the only other thing you
could do is SEO all right that's pretty
much the only other way you can start
getting views on your YouTube videos and
this one's a little bit more old-school
okay and I'm only going to cover it
probably for the next two three minutes
because it is effective it does work but
it's more of an old-school strategy okay
and this is how to get your YouTube
video at the top of the search pages so
when you search for things specific
around a certain thing you're searching
so an example this would be if I search
up yoga challenge alright then we could
get our video to rank somewhere in the
first page here which means if we can
get our video to rank in the first page
somewhere for a specific search term it
means it's going to get views naturally
because people are going to search up
that thing now how do you do this well
one way you can do SEO is you can go to
the Google Keyword planner you just type
in Google Keyword planner on Google you
sign up and create an account once you
create an account you're in the back
office you click on the little tabs
there and you'll be able to find keyword
planner once you're in this little
section here alright once you're here
and what that little section actually
looks like I'll bring it to you guys
okay how about that go Google Keyword
planner because I know some people are
gonna get lost we go like this we click
on this bad boy we go sign-in because
I'm already I've already got an account
so I'm gonna have to sign up alright so
we're just gonna wait for it and we're
gonna do is click on this little icon
here we go keyword planner and voila we
are right back where I just mentioned so
now what I do is I type in things
related to my niche what are people
looking for what are some of the
problems people have in my niche how can
I provide myself as a solution how can I
give value to my niche well let's say
I'm an expert on abs getting abs so we
could do like how to lose fat and I'm
gonna search that for all
english-speaking countries London
Australia New Zealand Canada United
States
I'm gonna go google and search partners
because Google owns YouTube so I want to
know what people are searching in
YouTube and Google and that's what
they're gonna pull up here there and
show me all these different search terms
that people are searching on Google
search partners alright and Google so we
can
people are searching for how to reduce
belly fat how to lose belly fat fast how
to lose stomach fast
stomach fat quick weight loss fat loss
tips okay so we could take one of these
keywords as long as it makes sense and
then what we can do is we can come back
over to YouTube we can paste it in there
and then guess what YouTube is going to
give us all these other little search
terms in here you see this pop-up right
here alright this is a good thing this
means people are searching these things
that's why YouTube's suggesting it to us
alright which means that people are
searching it we could shoot a YouTube
video with these specific titles in them
and we would probably get views okay so
we could use all right let's go fat loss
tips for men and women
all right let's search this one up and
then as you can see there's a lot of
results that pop up we don't really care
about this because what we want to do is
we want to model and mimic videos that
are already successful so as you can see
this video is shot two months ago by a
BA hebba
a hub achievement I don't know how to
say her name I'm so sorry wow that's
loud so this guy's got two hundred and
thirteen thousand subscribers but he got
580 thousand views I would model this
video alright I would model this video
and this exact title I would literally
shoot a video on this exact title I put
how to lose stomach fat in 10 days for
men and women that's how I would title
my video if I was in the health and
fitness niche and that was kind of my
passions and interest and I wanted to
build a YouTube channel around that and
the reason why I would do that is
because he got more views on this video
than he does have subscribers so one
viral for him and yeah I'm just modeling
something that worked okay and only
thing that would be different from me
versus him is in my youtube video I
would cover content differently I
deliver my content differently than him
okay so I'm not stealing and ripping his
content I'm making myself different I'm
just using the exact same title pretty
much you can change it up a little bit
okay because that's what made people
click on it was the title and the
thumbnail which is something you need to
keep in mind all right that's what's
going to bring in views so then once I
do that all right I find a video that I
want to model next is the thumbnail
right so if we look at this guy's
thumbnail right here I'll I'll zoom in
for you guys so if we look at it's the
first result in there so we found a
viral video one we can model one that
relevant and relatable in a niche that's
based around health and fitness I know
how generic I could have done video
games I could have done real estate I
could have done business but I'm sure
you guys get the point and you can use
this as an example for your different
niches as well whether you're into
gaming comedy you want to be a vlogger
because once we find something that's
working alright we found a video that
has you know gotten relevancy we're
gonna look at the thumbnail because
again what makes a person click what
makes a person view the video is the
title alright what its title and the
thumbnail okay so as we can see in this
specific thumbnail we see a skinny
person and a big person alright it looks
like a skinny dude same skinny dude and
then the guys got a bloated belly and
then it says lose stomach fat in ten
days guaranteed and then it looks like
it's got some Hindu or not Hindu Hindi
right at the bottom of it or Sanskrit I
don't know what language that is so I
apologize if you're you know from a
different country and you know the
language my bad I'm sorry but what I
would do now is I would go over to
places like Fiverr and I would hire a
graphic designer I would send them this
picture how would I send them this
picture I would just go like this I
would copy this I go over to Google
alright this is what I would do alright
and this is actually what I do do
alright so I go to Google I would type
in that title to that YouTube video I
would click on this okay so now I have
the guy's thumbnail and then I would
take this URL okay I could just like
visit the image totally I take this URL
to this thumbnail I would go over to
Fiverr
alright Fiverr calm I'll go to YouTube
thumb nail okay because thumbnails are a
big part of getting views on YouTube
okay and I think I think with YouTube's
new updates you have to wait till you
get about a certain amount of views on
YouTube till you can customize a
thumbnail or it or a certain amount of
subscribers I think it's you have to
have a hundred subscribers till you can
customize a thumbnail so you know until
that point you're just gonna have to
hustle and wait and upload and upload
but once you hit that hundred
subscribers I think that's what it is
then you'll be able to create custom
thumbnails and you can see they're
relatively cheap it does
cost you that much money so what I would
do is I just pick a person right here I
catch a youtube thumbnail and you can
see the basic thumbnails only six bucks
not too bad at all all right so I would
contact this person and I would send
them a link to this one and I would just
tell them I want the exact same wording
all right I want the lose stomach fat in
ten days guaranteed
I want that exact same wording and the
before and after picture I just want
different texts different colors and I
want a different dude in here where it
looks like they're skinny and then it
looks like you know they're they're fat
all right they're bigger that's what I
would tell them to do they would go find
the pictures they would go find the
texts and they'll make me my thumbnail
without me having to be a graphic design
expert because I know a lot of you guys
think you have to be graphic design
experts to make a thumbnail and you
don't but a lot of people also not tell
you this kind of information and they'll
tell you to overlook it they'll tell you
it's pointless don't worry about it but
this is a big factor in to getting views
okay because keep in mind when you're
going and you're searching on YouTube or
just even in the recommended section
alright which is we're gonna get the
majority of your views so if you don't
know the but recommended section is it's
all of the videos over here on the right
hand side that I've highlighted this is
where you gonna get most of your views
it's not by people searching up things
so you're competing with all the people
on the far right hand side here okay and
as you can see some of them have really
catchy titles and thumbnails some of
them don't some of them want make you
want to click on them more some of them
you know you don't really want to click
on them because it's like way too
in-your-face it's way too much okay so
it's something you need to keep in mind
alright and that's how you do that so
it's gonna bring you in a lot more
leverage right from the beginning okay
so I hope that makes sense guys that's
how you go out there you become a little
bit more relatable that's how you
integrate you know search engine
optimization with also modeling people
and that's all you're doing you're going
you're seeing what's already working out
there in the marketplace and then you're
shooting videos on it that's exactly
what I've done if we look at one of my
YouTube channel so if we actually go to
social blade here okay and we type in my
name I have a couple channels that I
don't run anymore
okay but I used to run and operate these
channels we look at them you can see
that on one of the channels and I want
to preference this these are 1 2 3 4
channels that I used to operate back in
2015 and the beginning of 2016 I only
operated them for about 2 months I
worked on them for 2 months and as you
can see here 2 months of work I was able
to accumulate 48 thousand views on one
youtube channel 67 thousand views on
another 66 thousand views on another and
91 thousand views on another that equals
if you add it up I'm sure it's about
three hundred and thirty thousand views
that's a lot of views just for two
months of work alright and I did that
from zero and if you add up the
subscribers in two months I was able to
get two four six eight about 1500
subscribers on collectively all these
YouTube channels in about 60 days I was
able to do that so 300,000 views 60 days
and 1500 subscribers two months of work
that's not that bad no obviously I
uploaded a lot of videos on here they're
like test videos around business and
motivation not the best videos at all I
want a preference that they weren't
really that good okay but I was able to
do this by modeling other people
modeling what was already working out
there because I know so many people are
like how do I get views what's the
secret to getting views the secret to
getting views is going in your niche and
finding what's already working finding
what's already going viral and relatable
alright viral videos are the ones that
are relatable and then modeling that all
right in your own little way modeling
that using the same title okay you can
change it up a little bit but using the
same title and then what changes is your
content what what you're actually
putting in the video okay and that is it
and then all you want to do all you want
to do guys is upload daily daily uploads
alright at least daily uploads is what's
gonna do it for you and I would
encourage doing daily uploads for at
least the next 60 days or I do it for
the next you know two months that's
what's gonna build you a lot of momentum
where you go from not having any one
view your videos no subscribers to where
you start getting some momentum going
you start getting some subscribers get
getting a following and
you do that you're gonna be able to
build more of a relationship with people
because like I said in the last video
you're gonna be able to establish this
connection with your followers and your
subscribers where they know every single
day you're gonna be giving them a video
you're gonna be giving them that value
and that is so superior because most
people starting out the consistency is
what kills them and it's so easy to not
be consistent but it's so easy to be
consistent especially with all the
content out there that you can model and
mimic I mean you can incorporate your
own little personality into it your own
little twist into it and you can blow up
it's gonna be relatively easy for you to
blow up if you're in a pranking niche a
gaming that you can go from zero to a
million subscribers really easily
modeling other people's successful
content that's taken off that's become
relatable
all right other niches like business
like I said in the first video there's
like 2% of people that are interested in
starting businesses in the world so it's
gonna be a little bit harder of a niche
for you to get a ton of use in and build
a huge subscriber base from zero to a
million in about a year all right it's
pretty much near next to impossible to
do that just because not everyone wants
to start a business it's not as
relatable all right so again you want a
preference the niche you get started in
make sure you're interested in it all
right
you want to have a variety like I shared
in the last video you want to start
uploading daily you want to model other
successful content creators in your
niche doing daily uploads and then what
I would encourage you to do which is the
smart way to do this in the beginning
which is what's going to make you more
money than people who have even a
hundred thousand subscribers on YouTube
who are doing prank videos and gaming
videos all right is if you build out
your email list okay is if you get
people to go to a capture page where
they enter their name and email and use
that as a filtration system to sell
different products and services to
alright if you do that you're going to
absolutely dominate and I would
encourage doing this once you hit about
500 subscribers to a thousand
subscribers don't do this at the very
beginning but do it once you hit that
first 500 subscribers start
incorporating a link in your video so
you have a youtube video like this
alright and then in the description of
your YouTube video what you want to link
back to is a capture page and again if
you don't remember what a capture page
is it looks exactly like this right here
this is one of my capture pages I use
all right where I give away something
free in exchange for somebody's name and
email okay why do I do this because I
want to filter out people who just watch
my YouTube videos and then I want to
filter those people who just watch it
and our fans and enjoy the content
versus the people who actually want to
spend money with me and buy my products
and services so that's what this filter
does and that's what it's gonna do for
you and you might wonder well Brando
what can I sell to people what should I
offer to people okay and I've talked
about that in other videos you know on
my youtube channel alright I'll probably
link something down below
it's pretty easy you can offer affiliate
marketing products you can create your
own products you can even create your
own merchandise if you want all right
that's what's really gonna get you an
edge and make you a lot more money than
people who have a hundred thousand
subscribers five hundred thousand
subscribers right from a small audience
okay and again the reason why you want
to do that is because if you link in
your YouTube video in the description to
a capture page where people enter their
name and email what it does is it will
filter out people who are just fans of
those videos versus people who actually
want to purchase and buy products from
you and a good example of this again is
if we go to Logan Paul alright where is
he I'm sure we had him somewhere so if
we go to alright like Logan Paul if we
go to him right here I'll just type in
low gang I'm sure he'll pop up so if we
go here alright he's got like a Santa
Clause diss checker he's like promoting
his his merchandise but if we go here
look at the first link in his
description it goes straight to a
website which is where you go to buy his
products what are his products its
clothing okay
what's what what is even more cool about
this is if we go to the bottom of his
website look he's got a newsletter you
can sign up for where you enter your
email and when you do that you get on
his email list where you can email you
more information and updates and
exclusive promotions on his maverick
merchandise
he's filtering fans who just love his
videos
- now fans who are wanting to buy his
products and services that's a big deal
that is why building
email list is so essential and the big
youtubers the smart big youtubers are
now finally incorporating this into
their businesses because they see that's
where most of the money is going to be
made and smaller youtubers who are
online earning,make money online, earn money online, online earning, online earning sites,
make money online free, online money income, earn money online free, money online, best way to earn money online, online income site, money earning websites, best online earning sites, easiest way to earn money online, earn money payment bkash, online money income site
